I love how easily I can set up and run my business on the side with out needing to devote all my time.
The CS team being ready to make sure that my webinar is going to run will always be comforting, as well as how in depth the troubleshooting options can be.

Vorteile

Relatively easy to set up and run multiple sessions on the same topic.

Nachteile

Customer Service is non existent..... terrible. There is no text messaging, no emails or phone service. I sent an email and someone responded in two weeks.

I was using an external microphone without any problem during I run a test of my webinar, but when I went live it didn`t work

Flexibility to get the best out of it and ease of use once you learned the platform. I also like how you can customize certain features to engage webinar participants like polls and even sticking up an offer link.

Nachteile

The learning curve can be steep if you are not technical minded. Trying to remember all the steps once on the webinar can be difficult but the coaching support with the software help bridge the gap.

This software has all of the features of the other, more expensive programs, but at a better price and with better tutorials and support.

Sometimes the software can be a little buggy on various browers, but switching browsers usually fixes it.

It is very powerful. You just have to spend some time with the great videos to get a grasp of the software. Then, It is very easy to use

At the beginning its power may overwhelm you. But soon enough, you understand that it is very easy to implement and use.

I like how it has freed up my schedule. There were a couple things that had to be figured out, but the support team was on it and helped me out in a very timely manner!

I wish I could add custom fields available on the registration form so I know what company the registered person is with and that I would be notified when someone registers.

I would like to see the product developed so I can change the colour of the background and insert my company logo automatically. I believe competitor products have this facility

It is an easy way to do webinar, and their Support team is very helpful. WebinarJam offers a lot of features, for example: chat room has the ability to reply privately or to the public. Several people can be presenters. Recently Webinar release a new version which is even better with more features.

It is a bit expensive. Basic plan starts at $499 yearly. It is worthy if you are doing many webinar a months.

The software is absolutely user-friendly. You can easily get familiar with it and become a pro in hosting webinars. I love the comprehensiveness of the system. Of course, there are very minor features missing; but nothing which is a deal breaker. I love using it, and it gives great insights and options during the live event.

When I log in to the chatroom of a webinar going on to view and answer comments, the comments disappear when the screen refreshes.

I would like better and easier customization on the signup page.

It did take a bit to find the overall training for the system . Wish there was a way to set up a favorite for email or registration or to copy a webinar

Sometimes there are problems with the transmission (that do not refer to my own connection). I had that problem only one time so far.

The webinar setup is very easy to use. I also enjoy the clean interface that makes it easy to interact with my viewers. I have zero experience with registration pages so using their templates was a life saver. Also price is a huge advantage with webinarjam

Setting up webinar and using it is super hard. But worst is the audio quality.
