Über eBA
eBA ist eine Enterprise-Content-Management-Lösung, die mittelständischen und großen Unternehmen Module zur Automatisierung von Vertrags- und Rechnungsgenehmigungen, Anträgen für bezahlten Urlaub, der Datenbankverwaltung, Aufgabenzuweisung und mehr bietet.
Zu den wichtigsten Funktionen von eBA gehören Kalenderverwaltung, Compliance-Tracking, Dokumentenverwaltung, Workflow-Konfiguration und ein grafischer Workflow-Editor. Das Dokumentenverwaltungsmodul der Lösung hilft Nutzern, Dokumente zu organisieren, zu kontrollieren und zu teilen. Nutzer können Kunden Zugriff auf bestimmte Daten gewähren. Dieses Modul bietet auch Versionskontrolle, Zugriffskontrolle, Benachrichtigungen, Genehmigungsworkflows, einen eingebetteten Datei-Viewer, Kollaborationstools und Archivierung.
Mit dem Erfassungsmodul von eBA können Nutzer verschiedene Arten von Dateien hochladen und archivieren, einschließlich physischer Dokumente, E-Mails, Faxe oder EDIs (Electronic Data Interchange). eBA workflow system feedback
Recognizing the need for less paper-based and less manual intervention processes in its operations, Bridgestone Middle East & Africa FZE embarked on a journey to implement a new workflow management system. What ensued was a long-term partnership that has greatly smoothed its administrative processes and offered tangible ROI.
Bridgestone Middle East & Africa FZE reliance on paper-based processes left the firm facing a number of administration difficulties, not letting the employees proceed with workflows while they are away from the office, not lease the sheer volume of physical documents that required storage. In 2015, BSMEA IT dept. has been working with business to implement and effective and efficient workflow management solution.
The initiative to automate processes was driven by business users rather than by IT Dept.
BSMEA evaluated a number of vendors, however, eBA was the final choice.
There's always a degree of resistance when it comes to breaking employees habits.
Since implementing eBA, BSMEA has been improvements to its organizational efficiency and ease of compliance with industry mandates. The reduced dependency on hard copies has made a whole host of processes much smoother. Foremost the changes have made a huge difference to our speed of operations. The system gives complete visibility to our workflows, which ultimately allows for better decision-making.
Now we have extended the same system to the branch offices as well and now all our entities are following the same workflows.
It is a very agile tool for us and gives us the opportunity to introduce a lot of new things in terms of workflow management.

La mia esperienza con eBA
La mia esperienza con eBA è più che ottima, dopo un pò di tempo passato a provare si riesce ad utilizzare in modo facile e veloce
Vorteile
La sua facilità di uso che permette a tutti i lavoratori di imparare ad usare velocemente il software. E anche il fatto di trovare tutto in un unico posto e non dover cambiare software per poter fare determinate azioni.
Nachteile
Alcune funzioni sono un pò difficili da trovare ai primi utilizzi

Boring
For managing my BPM system

easy to use, great outcome
We are using eBA since 2013, in one server we have 8 different companies data, all companies account programs have integration with eBA all of them working together without any problem.
We have 35 different project and over 100 reports plus we are using Dashboard and Document Management It is very easy to use, and every friendly user interface which makes easy to use for stuff.
Vorteile
Its very easy to use and develop, you can make changes very quickly. Employees happy about to use such an easy program and developer likes this program because its very easy to code and develop.
Nachteile
Mobil Application should improve more, too much missing point about that.

Brilliant approach to BPM
eBA with its easy to use/manage/develop the needs of any business with extended supporting tools such as Document Management tool capturing also the hardcopy docs and approval process, enabling the company a paperless office

User experience since 4 years
It is an effective workflow management software and also easy to enrich with additional requests by the implementation. We implemented additional functionalities and it became as a mini-ERP.
By having EbA, we also provided corporate memory and records which enabled us to make deeper analyses which is very crucial to create our own Procurement Strategy.

eBA Review
eBA is being used for digitalization purpose while doing the business in the telecommunication sector in Turkey. It is a great tool for developing bpm process with an integrated ERP system. It has a development environment which performs efficient work while doing the implementation of a process in the digital world.
