Most all of the features I've used has been easy to use. I liked the interpreter services and scheduling aspect.

If I had another program open at the same time as Doxy.Me, my headset would not work when I needed to use it (i.e. Microsoft Teams and having to attend meetings). I would have to log out of Doxy.Me then turn my headset off and restart it to get it working again. It's frustrating and waste of my time.

Also, I haven't been able to find a log of my past appointments that have been kept and those appointments where a patient did not show for it.

I love the user ease on both ends - client and clinician. The platform can be utilized on any device without any major setup or difficulty. I also love the secure nature of the platform.

Nachteile

Connectivity issues and buffering were common. There were also some issues when connecting headphones or listening devices.

Sometimes my clients are on rural area with limited connectivity - I have found doxy.me to require a fair amount of bandwidth to function well.

I use this platform for providing clinical psychotherapy services to clients. It has been extremely reliable and consistent. The ease of login and use is superior and significant plus for me I used it daily for 8 hours straight during the COVID years and it never failed me. Internet provider now... well that's a different unrelated story. I had regular positive feedback from clients and families about their ease of use and quality.

Nachteile

I really did not experience any significant "Cons" about using Doxy.me. It has been a superior platform in my application.

So user-friendly for me and our consumers. Provides excellent value for the investment.

Nachteile

When using the background feature I can only use the blur, as the other backgrounds do not integrate the background in a way that is not distracting. The feature needs work integrating and blending the facilitator with the background smoothly.

I have no "cons." Doxyme has allowed me some flexibility for people who cannot come to the office. I am a very small private practice; Doxyme allows me to better meet my client needs

I like that the link is always the same and it is very easy for new users. I transitioned from in person to total telehealth in one day at the start of the pandemic. Doxy made it easy and less stressful.

Occasionally the audio goes out or the video freezes, but I suspect that is due to users internet service. When clients have fiber optic internet there are rarely issues.

I depend on Doxy Me for virtual appointments with clients. The dependability, the notification when a patient is connected and in the waiting room, and the cost per month are all very important layers of rapport between healthcare providers as well as the service provider.

The only issue I have encountered of late is the connectivity with patients who may be using older equipment but was able to use it on the same equipment just a couple months prior to the connectivity issues.

I haven't really found a downside; occasionally the audio doesn't work for either my side or the other person's side but never quite sure if that's an internal Doxy glitch that occurs sometimes or it's just technology gremlins that can happen with any computer. I resolve it by using my cell phone to call the client and we still have the visual to see each other.
