Sometimes it feels a bit buggy - taking longer than would be normal to establish the connect on the remote end. This could be due to signal strength on the remote end, so not necessarily a Con.

I use this to have access to multi-site IT work in remote places. It is incredible to use for quick IT work and fixes to other's computers when in need. I love using it! Once it is set up, I have never had an issue with getting access to a computer to help out. Even remote printing is fantastic.

I was the file sharing/transfer was more streamlined. It is a bit faulty to use at time.

The price is a little high for basic functionality but it still remains useful. Perhaps building in wake on lan support would be useful.

Easy to implement, simple options and intuitive interface with performance options. price was far less than alternatives I previously used such as Teamviewer and Logmein whilst being far more secure than microsoft remote desktop. Performance and functionality seems a least as good if not better

Very easy to setup and use across multiple computers. Plenty of options for performance like turning off backgrounds or aero theme to increase speeds. Easy to switch between multiple screens. Works as intended and I even like it better than the other guys that are available. Gir the price it's hard to beat.

We most like RemotePC for its ease of installation and its ease of use. When remote control of another computer is needed, we don't have to go through a lot of hurdles to install the software, whether for attended or unattended use.

Nachteile

We have utilized about 70% of this products depth of features. We can honestly say that there are no dislikes about RemotePC. We likewise have used much more expensive products for remote control of our systems but are thankful that RemotePC is now leading our remote control sessions.

Remote Access is the main feature I use and I find RemotePC lets me do it securely for less. The added benefit that you access it through a web browser is really nice!

Great price. Works well. Has two modes: Unattended and Attended Access. (The latter is perfect for remote support professionals.) From a trusted company.

Better documentation or user interface needed. Two examples: First, when an entry-level user wants to enable a second person to access his PC, the software should explain that the PC user must upgrade to a Soho account. This would not only reduce confusion but should also result in more upgrades. Second, the software should do a better job of explaining what the software does in Unattended Mode. RemotePC is basically two programs in one: Unattended Access, for someone who wants to access his own PC, and Attended Access, for someone who wants other to help other people.

The price of remotepc is way better than competition, and it works better too. On other remote desktop software products my screen would not resize to fit everything on my screen, it made using it difficult. RemotePC resized the screen correctly and made the experience much better.

The purchasing and installation process was very easy and straightforward. The configuration was very simple and you don't need to be an expert in IT to be able to configure it the way you want as it is self-explanatory. I like the convenience it provides and the hassle-free experience so far and the fact that you are able to screen share, effortlessly retrieve files and manage other computers as if you are sitting in front ot them makes my work more enjoyable and easy.

The performance of RemotePC relies heavily on the fact that you need to have a stable and reliable internet connection for seamless remote access. During peak hours or in areas where poor ad unstable internet connectivity, I sometimes experience lags, delays, or even disconnections.

It is slow to connect. Once you click "connect" it takes up to a minute to actually connect.Unattended Access is not the easiest thing to find. I couldn't figure out why i couldn't connect to it even though it was logged in.

The one thing I do not like very much is how it works in my iPhone. Zooming and than moving the screen is a but slow and tricky

It is very easy to use. I can work remotely from home when I am sick or have a sick kid which helps not fall behind at work. The print from anywhere feature is a big help. The cost is super cheap.

The pricing structure and free testing phase is very good. The solution seems solid but is not user-centric.

It is simply too complicated. All that 80% of the users want is to allow for a more experienced power-user / technical support party to help them fix their PC. The RemotePC may have great functionality but this is the most important. It is simply too complicated to send a 3rd party a link to help fix things.

The initial connection was fast, flipping between wineows sometimes had a little delay and the graphics were not crisp and clear, slightly blurry

The price and the functionality offered both web and app based.

On Mac OS the app runs as a task versus a service. When I task switch, the icon is there instead of just in the top menu bar as a service similar to google drive.

I appreciate both the ease of use of the product and it's constant security to ensure that whomever is trying to access a given machine is authorized to do so.

Nachteile

The software can sometimes randomly disconnect during a session and needs to reconnect or I need to close the window and reconnect. It's not often, and not a critical problem, but I've notice it has happened on a few of the remote control sessions that I've done so far. Perhaps the software need a slightly better timeout/critical action handling function to more seamlessly deal with this type of situation so it's less obvious/intrusive to the user. I'm not on low-bandwidth connections, so that doesn't seem like it's the issue.

The license model with sharing remote pcs could be different. Also it would be best if it could work on RDP severs as client service instead as software with one user per rdp session. Some times the software unexpectedly shuts down
