I purchased RemotePC so that I could remotely access my desktop applications from a customer's site. The mobile access feature was also handy as I could use my work phone to log in and check on things just as easily as on my work laptop. Simply put - it's easy to use and the price is right.

Nachteile

I don't have much to complain about as a small business user. It fills the need and I haven't run into an issue yet. I'll update my review later if that changes.

I mostly liked how RemotePC was easy to use and was very fast. I easily and quickly made a connection between my laptop and home PC when i was outside.

I like it mostly, but if i could remove my credit card info from 'Settings', it would be better. But after i send a ticket to support, they quickly solved that.

The user interface is easy to navigate, I can see, had a glance which systems are online or off-line. Connecting to frequently used systems is quick and easy.

Installation was VERY confusing. Also: I entered the name of the computer incorrectly, can't figure out how to change it. Received assistance, but even that was confusing. I'm not an idiot, but the way the app has to be set up makes it difficult to understand which computer's info you should be entering when you do the setup. This should be made more easy to understand by ANY user. After several failed attempts to set up, I had to obtain assistance, and the agent was helpful, but it was STILL confusing. The main issue is helping the user to differentiate computer so they'll know which computer needs to be set up and how to access the other. I only need one computer access, to be able to access files on my desktop and transfer to my laptop. Set up shouldn't be as confusing as it was.

Remote access, unattended access, and the ability to move files easily have all been game changers for our small agency. It was really easy to deploy across all of our computers and it has made it a breeze to be able to log in, move files, provide real time support, and ensure that our machines are as functional and safe as possible. We had previously been using an alternative that cost more and did not deliver as good of service without some limitations. We've been super happy with the switch and aren't planning to return to our prior program.

Overall, we have been really pleased with the product and haven't found the features that we use to be lacking. However, we are a really small organization with simpler needs and I can see that larger organizations with more complex needs may find the overall product to be a bit simple for their needs.

Installation and setup was a piece of cake and I really like RPCViewer. It is much more easier to access the r emote PC comparing to AnyDesk.

The permission system makes organizing these operations efficiently, and the chat and live video call features on the same platform help us stay focused. I also appreciate the ease of syncing all our devices and transferring files with drag and drop.

It is easy to download and use.I used to struggle with the other remote access softwares that my company used to use. There is no hassel with RemotePC my employees are able to hop on and use remotepc easily with no complains.

The quick and easy way to remote into another PC and be able to view what the user sees. I also like how the performance is good as well compared to some free ones I tried previously which had significant delays of mouse movement.

For my purposes of viewing and controlling the other PC, this works great. There could be other features that people want that should be looked into to see if RemotePC is for you.

I like all the features and use them. I have used Teamviewer, WebX , MicrosoftTeam and Zoom but RemotePC is better for my business. Sharing files, screens, programming or training remote PCs.

Sometimes my screen would freeze but was easy to recover. This happens with customers using their smart phone as a hotspot on a weak Wi-FI.
