The ease of use- with the Chrome plugin enabled, I can simply track my time from my browser, start and stop time as needed, and see what I've been working on throughout the week and even month. We also use Asana and the compatibility features there are simply wonderful- the integration is seamless and allows me to complete work without having to toggle back and forth between apps and windows. Overall, it's an easy to use, simple platform that works really well.

I can't see the individual tasks I've worked on to build my time, but I can break it down to projects, so that still works well for me.

There's not much to dislike about the software. The integration has failed a few times but was restored quickly.

As a consultant I work with multiple clients daily and need to keep track of my billable vs. non billable hours and make sure I am charging my partners for the work they receive and no more and no less. Everhour is pretty simple to use and between the interface being easy and the reporting tools being very intuitive its a winner

I wish that there was a way to work when I am not online. I have had some lag issues in the past.

Everhour is effective, easy to use and very helpful tool. They have great customer support, that resolve problems literally in real time.

Everhour has no mobile app, which would be would be very useful.
Also there is no function, that reminds about time recording.

A great thing about Everhour is that it understands the business need for time tracking and it satisfies that need very well. With integration with major browsers, Everhour is easy to use and not a bother. But my favorite thing about Everhour is that it understands the tendency for people to forget to track their time, which is why I really appreciate the edit time feature.

There have been moments that attempting integration didn't go seamlessly.

The tracking is flexible and easy. You can stop or just add time. With this we don't have any issues that people track their time. The itnegration in Asana was most important for us. Everhour can also track subtasks and their tasks above. With this we don't have any issues for billing.

Nachteile

Everhour would have great tools to not track only our billable time, but unfortunately they don't have tools for vaccation days and overhours. Our employees always need to see how many overhours and vaccation days they have to take days off. This is so far not planned to be released. If those two features would be there, we would also use the timecard feature which at the beginning we loved, but then saw the limitations. So far we use still our old software parallel.

- The UI is bit tricky and needs some learning to actually get the full product out of it
- The pricing is bit costly and there is not free available for small teams.

Would be nice to limit the boards from Trello which should or should not be synced. More flexibility with dates on reports will be good.

Everhour is the perfect app for time tracking for my job. For keeping track of billable hours on multiple projects a day, Everhour makes tracking time super easy and not another chore. Its Asana integration is perfect.

Nachteile

The only thing I would change about this software is making it so that if I type in a number for my time tracking without adding a “h” for hours or a “m” for minutes, that it would default to minutes instead of hours. A lot of my tasks are less than an hour.

It integrates seamlessly in Trello, and it so easy to start tracking. It displays the time right there. It also allows you to set and view time allocation for a project or a Trello board.
When you log in to the software, it is set out very logical and straight to the point.
The tools works, and does not bother you with useless features or overly pretty stuff that does nothing.
This tools does everything we wanted it to, and it very easy to use.
Highly recommended.

We have mostly used this tool integrated with Trello, and it works great. If I had to pick one thing it might be the ability to allocate time per card perhaps. But really that is probably nitpicking.

Everhour integrates perfectly with Asana and enhances its capabilities by allowing me to track time spent on each task. Their reports are very intuitive and allow me to very easily pull time reports for billing or just to analyze and understand where we are focusing our efforts.

Nachteile

I don't have any complaints about this software, other than one of my colleagues uses Safari and was disappointed when he found out that he could only use Everhour with Chrome.

Everhour integrates with Asana, which is great for our company. We are able to track time within Asana or the Chrome browser. It's super easy to set up and track time on individual tasks (which helps immensely with reporting).

Nachteile

Everhour's reporting UX isn't the easiest to navigate through.

Also, let's say it's Friday and you have a vacation planned for next week. You can't add tracked time for any dates in the future. This is annoying because we have to track all internal time, so whenever we get back from vacation we have to log those hours (and sometimes people forget).

Everhour allows me to see my time in Asana and make adjustments. It also shows where the majority of time is spent and who on the team is logging those hours. It shows cumulative time on a daily basis. It sure keeps you honest on project work

Fastest, most easiest to use time tracker with Trello. I've tried quite a lot, but Everhour does it best.

I still would like a more seamless integration between Everhour and Trello.
Finding/editing time on cards is not as intuitive (anymore) - i'd like to edit more time, and also i'd like to see the time-log in Trello / per card.

The best feature is by far the reporting. It is simple and clear to understand. It has been extremely beneficial for our team to be able and go in and see how much time was spent on client facing work and how much has been spent on meetings or administrative tasks. Having this information has increased our productivity and allowed us to see where we need to make changes in our systems and processes. We don't price per hour, but per project, so by tracking our time we see where we need to be more efficient if we want to be profitable or where we are maxing out and need to charger more.

Nachteile

The Chrome extension. I like the idea of the recent tasks and just being able to click on those, but I do wish there was a way to search just in the chrome extension rather than having to open up a tab and then search for the tasks.

I like having the timer embedded in the task items on my Asana projects. I don't forget to click my timer now. I also like the flexibility I have in tracking whatever needs to be tracked in a specific project. No two projects are ever the same and have different requirements for time tracking. I like the total time at the top of the project page and the reports i can run at the Everhour website. The task specific time tracking I can do with Everhour has helped me in estimating similar projects and evaluating contractor performance with my estimates.

Nachteile

I would like to see a total time for each section on my project page on Asana but if I have a critical need for this (such as a project revision) I can track the revision as a separate project in Asana and then I get total time at the top of the page for the revision.

It's easy to integrate with other products, and easy to use. Using this software we can charge our clients the accurate hours worked, and it's transparent for the client.

The software is easy to learn. It has expanded capabilities to run different reports for specific tasks/dates/employee etc. The customer service is A1! They are always tweaking and expanding the software capabilities. They react to customer comments to improve the software.

I love how easy Everhour has been to integrate into our project management system, Asana. We're able to effectively track how much time each task in a project is taking and then assess at the end of the project whether or not it has been profitable and which areas might need some systems improvement.

To be honest I'm not really all over the capabilities of Everhour and so there aren't any cons for how we're currently using it.

Love the Integration with Asana. It allows my team to record time against the tasks so that I can review their effort - all within Asana. Reporting and monitoring is in Everhour itself. My contractors support their invoices with reports from Everhour

It was that staff would leave timers on over the weekend, but they fixed that so admins can stop staff timers left to run wild, AND I can default stop ALL timers at a selected time each day :)

The UI I think is the least appealing quality. Not that it is a deal-breaker. You have a solid product, but coming from a team of creative artists and in the modern area, the UI plays a big part in creating an enjoyable user experience that I think Everhour is lacking right now. It would be nice to have a cleaner, sleeker, and more satisfying experience. Bring some excitement to time tracking and make it fun.

- Cost per user is over and above base cost and should be part of base cost, i.e. either base cost or total users.
- No ability to allow for "observer users" at no cost, currently all users are paid for per month, i would like my clients to view but not pay a per user fee per month. Happy for my team to pay per user.

Easy to use. Pretty straight forward. Our collaborators can put their time very easily. Which saves time for them and also for Us and our clients. The cost-benefit is huge.

There have been a few things here and there that I've had to work through, but overall a very positive experience. I think my one current challenge is that Everhour and Instagantt use two separate Estimate fields in Asana, though I'm working with support and think I'll be able to find a solution that works.

Pleased with the real-time logging transparency and integration with Asana. I like the way it shows the time log used in our projects. It's great for remote teams (as we are), and see who is working on what in that specific moment.

Nachteile

It doesn't have a mobile app, but we're using the website in the mobile browser when we're away from a computer (this would be an advantage for the sales team or other offline tasks). Apart from that, we didn't find anything which would make us change our minds.
