There’s better out there
Wodify is okay, it gets the job done when the phone app is working.

Easy to see workouts, can see class schedule, keeps records of benchmark works that your members can look back at

App on phone is dysfunctional pretty often, can’t see actual names of people that are reserved to class, app is very slow

Cannot trust it
I have been with them for 8 years and they have very little to brag about or trust that they are doing anything to improve. I have decided to finally move on when I have to start searching for missing invoices and collecting information from payment processors to match with bank statements and invoices in wodify just to reconcile our financials.

The branded app is aesthetically pleasing
Nachteile
All of the gym management side of Wodify is unreliable. From Payment Processing, booking appointments, data in forms, accessing forms when you need them to having the most downtime of any gym management software. You would think its still run by a single person in their basement with a personal server.

Good Company
generally our experience has been great. We have been with WODIFY for years and have seen them grow from the very beginning! They are responsive when we reach out and we had even been involved in some brain storming sessions which helped us understand things as well!

I like the organization and ease in capturing trials, leads and membership payments!
Nachteile
Sometimes there are a lot of "bells and whistles" that aren't easy to understand on the fly being that most gym owners aren't at a desk and don't always have the time to investigate things as much.

THE Standard
Seeing how Wodify has evolved, while staying true to what's made it great, over the last 10 years I've used the product from gym member to now gym owner solidifies their place as the only platform deserving of your business.

CrossFit Protocol
I have enjoyed using Wodify and have been a long-standing member. It is really user friendly and anytime I have had questions or problems I have been helped immediately.

Usable but pricy and broken
I would never use Wodify again even if they were the only CSM software out there. They are unreliable and expensive for what they provide.

Very pricey for the headache. On multiple occasions when trying to deal with support they were not very supportive. Numerous hours of non-accessible service, hours spent waiting on customer support to respond, overcharges/double in membership invoices with no compensations for loss of income and service, but they are right on top of taking their money from you at the first of the month.

A very happy customer
My business switched over from another software 6 months ago. While it is more expensive than the one we were using, it is well worth the money. Wodify takes care of everything from payment processing to letting you know which clients are at risk from cancelling (a fantastic feature), to scheduling events all in one area. It is extremely user friendly and very easy to learn which was one of the main reasons we chose to go with Wodify over other softwares. I am a busy person and just did not have the time to scratch my head with a complicated software.

It is extremely user friendly and very easy to learn. Things just make sense.
Nachteile
Memberships are not automatically prorated. You cannot end a membership on a specific date, it has to be at the end of the billing period.

Very complete software
We have been with Wodify for many years now. They have listened to us when we had issues in relation to the pricing and tried their utmost best to improve our situation. It is a very complete software to be used in any CrossFit Box.
Vorteile
It is a very complete software with everything that you would need in a CrossFit box. Support is very good although there is a time difference with the US. With the new tier pricing, it might be very attractive for new boxes, paying more according to their growing needs.
Nachteile
Sometimes, too many options when creating new classes.
Leaderboard should be optional.

Wodify Review: Keri is the best!
It's still too new to say. It is growing on me. The members and coaches are having a much better experience which is most important from my overall business standpoint. There are still some things on the backend that need to be improved and on the positive there are some features that I am really enjoying that I did not have before.

The product was not easy to use. I will admit I struggle w/ technology. My Onboarder ([sensitive content hidden]) made the process much, much easier through the outstanding support I received. She was prompt to reply, learned my learning style and went above/beyond to send me customized tutorials on the how to for various functions. She needs a raise and is an outstanding employee, professional and very personable. I can't say enough good things about her.Back to Wodify: it is a much better/easier experience for our coaches and members. The announcements feature is fantastic

Mostly all related to the back end:1. Members cannot be alphabetized by their last names. That makes certain tasks much more laborious.2. Memberships cannot be cancelled mid contract which they sometimes are and I have now do that manually.3. Holds cannot be removed. People end them early and sometimes extend them. And the most annoying - the invoices get messed up when a hold is placed. I then have to go in and manually adjust all the remaining invoices to reflect the billing date on the 1st.4. Partial payments cannot be made. I have to make a note and keep track that way.

Lots of features, zero support
Lots of features, but an overly complicated system with no support whatsoever. Would much prefer to have less features and more responsiveness when issues arise.

It does offer a lot of features. many of which may or may not actually be useful. They are always looking to improve and add value to their services, which is generally a good thing, however putting some of that focus going to make sure their basics ran well would be advisable.
Nachteile
No customer support, at all. If there is an issue, you have to email the company and hope for a response back. All of our monthly payments were processed through Wodify, and the final straw with them was when those payments did not go through, and we were unable to get any response from the company beyond an automated 'we got your message and someone will get back to you' for nearly 24 hours. No apologies, no adjustments, and although they messed up getting our payments into our account on their end, you can bet they didn't hesitate to take theirs out.

Always Almost There
For wod programming, I'd still use it, I just hope they make it easier and more streamlined.
Vorteile
I love their cataloge of movements and metcons. I also like my performance history. It's easy to track and compare. The daily whiteboard and athlete app are great too.
Nachteile
I feel like the back-end is stuck in a state of "almost there." Wod programming is weird, esp on the app. There are a lot of moving parts. It feels like it's getting better, but then you realize something that was simple before is now more complicated.

10 years of using Wodify, and still going strong!
Overall satisfactory. System occasionally has downtime for maintenance (US time zone), which can get a bit frustrating on a Saturday morning because I’m unable to book members into sessions… hoping App updates have solved this now

Fantastic software taking my gym to the next level. 5 Stars
Time savings, payment management, record keeping, analytics
Vorteile
I have a lot of likes about this software. I love the professionalism of the company, the customer service is top notch. I always hear back from the company when there are issues, and they respond quickly through email or we can schedule a call.
The software itself manages everything from workouts, programming, invoicing, merch and swag sales, memberships, waivers, etc. It has cut down my paperwork to zero and allowed me to focus on more important things.

Nachteile
I have two minor complaints. The first is the integration between the merchant is a bit cumbersome, if the payment merchant refuses a payment or if I wish to reverse a payment, it takes some time for Wodify to clear the invoice and allow it to be reversed or voided.
The second is it would be nice to get live customer service instead of calling in. But not at a trade off, when I do reach someone or they call me, they are always super knowledgeable and keen on solving the problem. So if the solution is a call center that has lost touch with the culture of the current team, then I prefer to wait.

The software allows for management of the size and capacity of classes which is important especially when we were dealing with scaling back for Covid. The ease of checking in and checking out makes it a valuable asset to people attending the class

Top notch product and support
Idk if ive ever been truly frustrated in 19 years. Theres been times when system would lag for a couple days and i know it caused a lot of grief to other owners but those days are long gone. I never minded it too much anyway. You guys have created a great product.

My Google review says it all. You guys pay attention to all the small things and listen to feedback which has dialed in your product more and more every year. Even the way mobile versus desktop Core flows and being able to manage so many different areas of the business. Not to mention the direct and fast response from support on anything and everything... if members ever catch a glitch and tell me i know i can get it resolved within a day just by dropping you guys a chat.

Everything is good. If anything having a competition dashboard again would be cool.

Wodify is part of our community.
Overall customer service to us and the client experience has been good. The occasional lose in server connection or clitch, at least from my perspective is expected. We have been a customer since 2013 and have grown together. I have seen the effort that has been put into making Wodify better and for someone like my self who was new to the business and seen the industry changes over time, Wodify has enhanced our services and never jeopardized it.
Vorteile
Client facing features, like entering results, results history, personal record history reset, leaderboard, attendance streaks and the communication options directly to clients and leads. The new Kiosk plus interface has been good for our coaches. On the admin side the report options have improved with customization.
Nachteile
The client experience when signing up a dependent/kids for our kids or teens program. It seems to be the only occurrence where half the time we get confusion from the parents and miss information on how to use or manage the app for the dependent. The process has improved over time.

Learning how to grow
A learning curve. I AM NOT NOR do I want to be an IT expert. Like any relationship… It took a while for customer service and sales to understand who I was… And quite frankly… Took me a long time to understand who they were as well. I had no idea of the industry… And the advances that it has made in the last 10 years… And I needed to really do my homework to get up to speed with the leader ship team
I am particularly impressed with Mekella… a lead on the customer service relationship team. She has stuck with me through thick and then this entire process.

Great help for my business so I can provide great service to my clients
It's been great! I have liked that the customer service team is very responsive and helpful learning how to utilize this software better, so I can manage the business side of what I do better. This gives me more head space to do the fun things like coaching, developing leaders, and participating in class.

Ease of use - Very user friendly and are updated when new features come out. Customer Service - Questions how to use a feature, find a report, or create a workflow are responded to quickly, kindly, and with clear answers.
Nachteile
The chat feature on my phone is very slow. It seems like it's too many layers deep and takes very long to load.

Wodify is the best all encompassing software for class based fitness
I have used Wodify for our business for almost 10 years. And I still think its the best solution for class based gyms that want to run multiple programs. I'm also very appreciative to Wodify as a business listening to feedback and adjusting accordingly to make sure it's customers are happy.

Wodify allows us to not only track our membership, but also provide programming and data tracking for the members. It's an all encompassing system.

Wodify is not as set up as well for personal training or individual programming delivery.

Wodify is a full service Gym Management Product. Great value and function.
Positive. I like the software. The Customer Service and Service Desk is really good.
Vorteile
Over the years, Wodify has increased capability with workflow, tasks, SMS, email, and reporting. Also modernizing the platform. It's nice to see investment and organization. And they've still maintained base level function (member management, performance tracking, etc.).
Nachteile
Integrations aren't always the greatest. The team puts out a lot of fixes and new function, and afterwards, integrations sometimes break or don't function the way they used to. Examples - Custom Reports and Zapier/Mailchimp. These items shouldn't be an afterthought. A lot of gyms depend on them.

Owner/Jiu-Jitsu Professor
Best CRM software company I've worked with.
Wish I knew about them when we owned our Crossfit Gym. It would have been fantastic since we had Crossfit and Jiu-Jitsu at the same time....happy to have them for our current Jiu-Jitsu Academy.

Great CRM for Gym Membership Management
Wodify has been for the most part a very intuitive and easy to use CRM. The positives it brings outweighs the workflow impedances. It was a major upgrade from the system that we were using prior to this one. They are responsive to inquiries and are consistently attempting to improve upon the platform.
Vorteile
I like that Wodify has a easy to use GUI, and can be utilized for multiple different purposes. It can help keep a business organized from keeping inventory to chatting with clients directly.
Nachteile
Some minor workflow issues can slow down the process. One example is not being able to click on a client's profile from the class schedule. Another is that the website tab doesn't update with the current information at times. It will have the previously visited information listed.

Wodify is the best!
Excellent software, advanced business reporting, and excellent customer support.
Vorteile
It makes running a gym easy! It is simple to manage class schedules, personal training sessions, and monitor billing. The mobile app is great too!
Nachteile
Some of their reporting requires deeper dives, but it is easy once you know the lay of the land! Their support team is excellent to work with if you feel like a report looks incorrect. They will work with you to find exactly what you're looking for!

Reliable, trustworthy and exceeds expectations
Vorteile
1. Customer Service is top notch. Quick to reply or to hop on a call. Weekends I get assistance, too. Everyone I have worked with has been knowledgeable and also very personable. 2. The product combines so many features into one. I had been using two different systems and implementing Wodify in our gym has made management much easier. A game changer! 3. Ethics/morals...when I started my research on gym platforms I met with several different reps from companies. Others would put the other companies down and try to convince me they were the best. I have recently seen on social media other companies putting down other gym management systems. I did not experience this from the sales team at Wodify and have never seen them degrade other companies software. This stood out to me as I never felt pressured by sales pitches to choose them.

Top notch program
I have been with wodify for over a decade. I wouldn't be here if I wasnt have an accessional experience.

Loyal User since 2014
I have used Wodify since 2014 . I tried switching to another software system at one point and was so miserably disappointed with their service I moved back to Wodify within months.
Vorteile
All in one integrated platform. Sales, athlete performance tracking, coach payroll it has it all. Not to mention their customer support is fantastic as well as their easy to access help library.
Nachteile
Can be glitchy when there are updates. Don't always love the changes.

A great product to manage your gym with.
We have used Wodify for almost 10 years. It has just gotten better with time. Great reporting. Stable system. Does all that I need it to do and allows for my members to easily track attendance and performance.
Vorteile
I like the continuous improvement attitude that Wodify takes. The system has been ever evolving since we started with the company back in 2016. I like that there is a member front end and a business management system all in one platform. The customer service is excellent. Always fast responses and offers to connect one on one if needed.
Nachteile
Like any software system some times it does things that you don't expect. But maybe that is lack of knowledge of the user some times too.

The best all in one gym management software!
In total between my two Jims, I have been with Wodify for over 10 years now. I have a lot of experience with it on the business side as well as the client side. It’s been phenomenal. I’ve been approached by other companies to switch to a different software and I’m always truthful with them That I have no interest in another platform. I’ve never even looked into one.

Truly, the customer support is just phenomenal! I also love that it takes care of basically every software feature. I need at the gym. From programming to building, and more!
Nachteile
I’ve never really had any issues with the software that I would complain about. I’ve had my own technical issues, but support was always great and they were resolved quickly.

Have it all in one spot!
Vorteile
Tracking years of lifts & benchmarks is amazing to have right in your pocket.
As an owner operator being able to have people sign into class allows us to prepare for four members or 24 members depending on the day and time of class.
Having punchcard members is super helpful to use the system digitally and get rid of paper cards.
Nachteile
I can never do as much on my phone as I can on the desktop it tends to just keep loading.

Very Positive Experience So Far
The team are great. They are constantly looking to approve their product and as someone who leans heavily on this software it's something I can really appreciate.

I looked into Wodify many many years ago and there were a few things that were simply deal breakers for us. But after revisiting the software all this time later, it's clear how hard they work and how dedicated they are to always do better. I finally had enough of the product I was previously using and decided to give it a try. So far, I am really impressed with the level of support I receive from Wodify, as well as the open communication for needs and improvements for my business.

There are a few features that are missing from my workflow, but overall, I have found a work around for most things that I need.

Our experience with Wodify
Swapping over from MindBody is one of the best decisions we have made as a studio. The team at Wodify are professionals who are constantly developing new features and diligently taking care of their current clients. It feels like we've bought into a team with the tools to help us succeed, rather than just a product to do a job.

Their experienced team made swapping from MindBody easier than expected.
We received a dedicated account manager who has an astonishingly quick response time and ensures that our issues get resolved promptly.
Constant updates and new features with transparency on what is being developed.
Custom reporting is incredibly helpful and allows us to take a microscope to any part of our business in a quick and repeatable manner. It's usefulness cannot be overstated.
Family account management is easy for clients and admins.
Nachteile
Billing for seminars or multi-day events is tricky. We ended up creating our own billing solution with Stripe.
First-time client setups require more setup than expected. There is no way to automatically assign progressions (belts), adding new family members to an existing account requires manual input.

One stop shop for functional fitness gym
Wodify customer service has been great. As a business owner I don't always have time to research solutions on my own which is where having the ability to reach out to someone has come in very handy.

The best feature is the integration of the perform side and the billing side. This makes it seamless for us to manage our members and keep the community engaged.

Sometimes the language can be a bit confusing. Certain aspects may be labeled as one thing in one spot and then something different somewhere else.
