I enjoy how easy the software is to use and how basic it is for anyone to be able to pick it up.

Nachteile

Can't add multiple locations or assets to specific tickets

A few interesting features still missing, although customer support recognize the importance and ease of implementing it, it is not done quick or done at all.

It's very easy to set up and use. Very intuitive design. Clean and straight forward interface. Good price point. Good customer service.

It doesn't have the advanced features that some more expensive software packages offer. It would be nice to be able to track cost for assets.

The ease that it can be used and updated on a daily basis. I love the pictures and diagrams that can be added. Also like the real time reports of when my employees start and complete jobs giving me an idea of their productivity.

The reports don't seem to help much and I feel I should be able to customize them myself.

Immediate alerts to advise of all stakeholders of machine downtime but also allows a history to be built which can be useful for root cause analysis but also training of engineers when unfamiliar of issues and solutions. Very good as a task manager, no reason to forget jobs anymore!

this has allowed us to get our foot in the door using a maintenance program with our current budget restraints for are non for profit. it is very helpful to be able to attach PDFs and pictures to the work orders and asset files. We are now just starting to use the reports now as well.

There is not any subgroups for locations. It would be helpful to have the option of having one address but multiple rooms within that in a subcategory.

I was able to communicate with my maintenance team about issues that needed their attention and rank in term of status (with the possibility of sending a picture) while I was on the job and not maintenance in site. This app helped with the filling of the communication gap between the production team and the maintenance team.

Though I had the option to take a picture of my request, i had an issue attaching the pictures to my request.

THE WORK ORDERS ARE EASY TO CREATE AND GET TO TEAM MEMBERS USING THE APP ON THEIR SMART PHONE. THE DESKTOP LOGIN AND ACCESS IS A REAL PLUS MAKING IT EASY TO CREATE, PRINT AND AUDIT WORK ORDER STATUS AND COMPLETION.

THE SEPARATE SCREEN FOR CREATING JOB LOCATIONS IS A NICE TOUCH, BUT JUST A LITTLE CLUNCKY TO USE WHEN CREATING A WORK ORDER ON THE FLY.

The ability for a person to see a problem and make a request and send a picture of the problem saves so much time

I want a global search function. For example, if I have a work order created, I want to search for room 102 and it to come up.
I know I can search by location, but this would take the search time from 3 clicks down to 1 click plus help with ease of use.

The overall simplicity of the program is very nice. Everything flows pretty well.

The application does not allow for multiple assets to be used in a single work request, expanding this would be beneficial. Also, in a work request, having the ability to click on the location and being brought to a map would be nice.

I can send pictures for explaining what I need to performance a job to my suppliers. One change that I suggest made is that you can sended more that one picture a time, because you can send more angles for one job for complete.

I really like everything about it, the way it builds on itself. The procedure library has been a great help.

we would love it if after a requester makes a request, they could get an alert letting know that the work order is closed or what the status is. and no matter who I assign the workorder everyone can see the workorder no matter which Tech was assigned.

Would love to see a 3 section as ( to do ) and (done) would like to see a ( need parts) or (parts order ) something like that , it's confusing when you have 30 jobs on a list and 10 or 12 of them are on hold

Work order starting date and the estimated completion date is confusing. Needs a way to track time spent doing a job so invoicing can be accurate. Would be nice if customer could sign acknowledgement.

The inability to do a multi day job. It's all separate jobs. I'd really like to see a field on the daily work order to input travel time,mileage, and labor hours per day and cumulative on the job.

I like that you can send out multiple work orders to several people and everyone gets it and knows who is doing what, how the progress is coming with it and when it is completed.

Nachteile

The only concern I see with it is if someone finishes a job at 2 in the morning I get an alert. But I can live with that. At least I know what I'm going to walk into the next morning.

The software is user friendly, you are able to make quick changes to the whole work orders.

The status of a work order is not shown on the dashboard. You have to click on the order to see the tags.

What we like least is not having it as personalized as we would like. It would be helpful to be able to make it more unique to our needs.
