We are still just starting the process, but I can see significant benefits by using the software. Our PMs are more detailed and specific and work orders are not getting lost in e-mails or text messages or simply forgot about. Overall, more discipline will be created and the true impediments to achieving operational targets will be addressed which will result in safer manufacturing processes, better quality product, higher uptime and higher productivity.
Vorteile
The setup of Maintain X with the support of the Maintain X Team was very easy and very fast.
Just about every aspect of the software is logical and easy to get around in, so no real special or detailed training is required.

Keep up the good work!
Vorteile
Simple to use but organized and concise.
Chose this product because the free version allows me to get notified when a work order has been submitted.
I do maintenance for an academy and college and am the main maintenance guy but I have three people who can assign me jobs. This program allows all of them to create work orders for me where I can see them in an organized and clear manner.
Nachteile
Instead of having to “archive” work orders, I wish simply marking them “done” would clear them from my queue.

Easy App to use
Vorteile
I like how easy it is to use on my phone or laptop. My employee is being more responsive in letting me know when orders are complete. I like being able to quickly add a photo of something that needs to be fixed to a work order. Customer service has always been quick to respond and take my suggestions into consideration.

Small company - manage one property
Perfect for our small operation. Own/Manage 100 units. Has made it easy for me to keep track of what is and isn't getting done.
Vorteile
The product is easy to use. Have a new young maintenance employee and had trouble with follow through and tracking and remembering work orders. Easily can send work orders to his phone and track the progress in office.

Very easy to operate after training. Logging pricing and creating part numbers for future orders has been a great advantage.

easy to use software with excellent support
i will keep using it and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a maintenance software... it works well and has excellent support when you run into a jam and need help...
it also has a built in parts inventory system and a reporting feature that you can see charts and graphs.

Newbie Outlook
So far, not too bad. Still lots to learn.
Vorteile
Unfortunately I just started this just over a month ago. I am still navigating the system but am slowly learning. I thing once I get a grip on all the features it will be a good tool to plan and carry out our work. The reports will be useful as well.
Nachteile
If I filter by individual assignee's then as soon as I add a team filter only the assignee's that are part of the team i chose show up. I would like both. Also i just started using the 'procedure' function and once i have a list if i want to add a heading i have to scroll to the bottom of the screen to grab it. I think it would be useful if that function was available the same as the 'add a field' tag between existing fields.

User Friendly - Great Customer Service
Since our first contact with MaintainX the customer service has been outstanding. They helped us set it up, answered even my silliest questions and followed with our progress the whole time. When they stopped hearing from me, they checked in just to make sure all was going smooth.

As of now, we have not found any cons on this software. We are 100% happy

Go Paperless
Vorteile
This app keeps us from moving paper around the office as well as giving everyone a chance to make notes about a job/service order. Once the order is marked "done" then our Accounting person knows to invoice the client and what specifically to invoice them for.
Nachteile
The custom template was a little difficult to navigate, but we got used to it.

Review and suggestions
The technicians like the platform for uploading most pictures and workorders. There have been times they still need to email information to the main office because Maintainx doesn't upload properly
Vorteile
We need more characters available for the description. I don't have enough room for all the information I need to put in there.
Adding the addresses for us is not helpful. Almost every jobsite is different for us.
Customizing the time for the start time and the due date time would be better. Sometimes we have a start time of 7:45 and we are unable to put the exact time in. 7:30 and 8:00 are the only options

Ease of use layout
One of the few apps whenever you need customer support they respond very quickly and if they don’t have the answer they are working on it or get it resolved quickly
Vorteile
I like that the new update most recent came out and added the search bar for chosing customer invoices
Nachteile
New update had an issue with how much was being paid on my draws but it did not show it on the main sheet I have to go into the paid file to see what was owed but as always contacted customer support and working on the presently

Productivity at your finger tips
I love the app, and it has made my maintenance team more productive. I recommend it to all of my friends that also run restaurants.
Vorteile
I run seven restaurants and keeping up with the maintenance was a full time task. Since I have found MaintainX my life has gotten much easier. My maintenance team also prefers using the app versus keeping up with paper lists and text messages.
Nachteile
The app is close to perfect in my opinion. It would be nice to be able to print off lists or items that need to be completed.

Everything. I'm very familiar with HotSos (designed by Expresso). And MaintX is far more simplified and perfect for small businesses.

Nothing so far. It's very simple to use. I guess the only Con would be entering your property info, but that's required on all programs.

Seems to be a great app for organizing maintanence and requests .

I like that many people can use it and we can log in the work. You can also log in all of your equipment and set up Maintenance schedules .

I love the fact how we where able to go from paper to paperless. The ease of searching for work orders is a HUGE plus. The ease for the team to use in the field on multiple devices is a great plus as well.
Nachteile
The one thing I dislike about the app is that when work orders are closed they still.appear in closed orders for my team. I would.love to see the option to archive these while still be searchable.

Well made work order system
Im a building chief engineer and we have a very wide variety of work throughout the building. I've used many other work order systems (webTMA, LMN, serviceAutopilot,etc...) and this is probably one of my favorite apps. This app is just too easy to use. The customer service is unlike any other I've seen. If you have a question or an issue they are there to help almost immediately. They listen to users needs and update the app. I don't see us using any other work order system.

Very simple layout. Easy to set up the work order and it's just as easy for your team to use in the field. App allows for communication within the team and within each work order.
Nachteile
Harder to track materials used than done other apps I've used in the past.

Great Software for keeping track of Work Orders
So far so good. I'm pretty new to it so we'll see how it goes.
Vorteile
I love how easy the software is to use on any device that you have on you at the time. Most requests are entered from my iPhone but you can just as easily use a computer or tablet.
I also love that you can easily add photos for work orders which allows the person doing the work to see exactly what the issue is rather than having to guess once on location (if the description isn't great)
Nachteile
I don't like the fact that exporting work lists to PDF's is restricted on the Small Business account but I understand the pricing model or else everybody would be using that account.

I love this app. It is easy to use and works seamlessly between the phone and the computer. I like the program
I like the program. I was skeptical at first, but now I rely on it everyday.
Vorteile
It helps to keep all of my assignments organized. I can easily make comments in each open work order to keep track of changes or updates I have made in each one. Work orders are very easy to create. I can also export to PDF file and print them so they are easily sharable outside of the MaintainX program for people who are not users.
Nachteile
It doesn't work very well with internet explorer. I cannot export to PDF file in the internet browser.

The software is exactly what we need in our organization. The support team always responds quickly .

Great way to distribute jobs
Overall experience is great, finally have the maintenance Dept. Organized
Vorteile
The beta feature is being able to deligate jobs to every part of the plant.
Nachteile
I haven't really found anything about the software I don't like.

Great Software Program!!
I have had great experience with Maintain X
Vorteile
Overall am very impressed with maintain X and its simplicity.
Nachteile
Ability to have an app that is easily accessible to any computer work station
