Our families enjoy the ease of use and talking with teachers in real time regarding their child's day. Payment options are incredibly simple, and parents enjoy the convenience.

Nachteile

I would like ProCare to have a better option to upload weekly lesson plans on the app. Right now we simply take pictures of lesson plans at the beginning of the week and share them in our students daily activities. A user friendly lesson plan option is our biggest con at this time.

I like all the options that are available on the Procare Desktop application. I think that being able to customize so much and pull so many different reports has been very useful.

I wish that Procare Online had the ability to print whole "files" for a child, which included the child's daily activities, messages and other options since enrollment. Often times we need to pull all those for different issues/incidents that come up, and it typically involves a lot of time and screenshots.

Lack of development in absolutely necessary items. One big thing is that parents CANNOT PRINT PAYMENT RECEIPTS. I requested this feature more than two years ago but nothing. Instead of something useful like this, they develop a diaper log.

Procare integrates easily with our payroll system. The ease and ability to communicate seamlessly with parents is key to the success of our business.

Limited newsletter background designs/colors. Wish there was a way for families to send us pictures.

ProCare offers a very user friendly way to interact with parents - take attendance with name to face - and offer insight on day to day activities that children are doing.

The one thing I wish ProCare could do - was allow children to be registered for events - like a week of summer camp here and there or a ballet program. I wish parents could click somewhere in there profile to view all the things they can register for without me having to create a manual invoice. So when they register - the invoice autogenerates.

Procare offers a few different platforms that meets the needs of various companies. The platform I have experience in is School Care Works and Procare Desktop. Both options are very user friendly and allow the user to customize pieces to reflect the need of their business.

We have had difficulty with recent support requests. Questions are answered quickly but unfortunately, there have been several responses where the support rep did not seem to understand the system or how their end user uses the different features.

The customer service is excellent. I was given a 5-minute crash course on ProCare before the last director left. I knew very little, but the customer service helped tremendously.

There are almost too many options. It does what I need it to and more. I'm still learning.

This program is cheaper than some of the other programs out there.

Nachteile

The document thing never really worked as it was presented, neither did the lesson plan part. Sometimes it glitches and signs children out which causes parents to panic unnecessarily. It has also double billed parents which they do not love. It takes 3 or 4 times of trying to switch schools.

I wish we could add lines to the child and parent Information that pertain to our specific center.

I love how attendance and billing are all wrapped into one! It is so nice to be able to use the formula billing to calculate what parents owe and email directly to them. We recently started using the online payment function and I know parents also appreciate that option. There are so many reports available, we hardly have even scratched the surface of everything we can do!

It is expensive but for the most part, worth the cost. I do wish we had the ability to delete previous families when they are done in our program but that is not an option. Not a deal breaker but something I'd like to see change.

It would be helpful for procare to restrict the cell phone number when calling parents from cell phone. With Remind, when you make a phone call, it creates a unique number that parents cannot call back.

Managing attendance, parent portals and communication all in one app has been great.

Their app and desktop is clunky. The messaging system could use for an upgrade so that your inbox isn't full of the message you just sent to 60 parents. Preferably it would be like an email where the group message is labeled but only appears once. Popups were an issue as well. Every time you opened the screen the pop up would appear even if you have already reviewed the info

Lack of customer support. I should be able to speak with a technician on issues. I have a ticket still open from over a month ago. Also, parents have issues they should be able to call and now they can't. POOR customer service.

We do not use it for the full capacity it is intended, but the ease of use could not be any better.

That you can only send one attachment per email, and there is no way to bold, highlight, or underline words in the body if an email. Even if a copy and paste is done with these features, when it is pasted, those features go away.

This platform took over many things that were being done in our office. It helped with tracking students, online billing, billing transparency for parents. It has improved communications immensely. We went from using several apps/websites and this has dramatically reduced the sites and apps we were using. It has taken the place of the following for us: Quickbooks billing, timtraxx clocking in/out system, Remind for parent messaging, emails for newsletters, GroupMe for staff messaging, manual sign ins and outs for students, etc.

My least favorite feature is that staff members cannot view their own hours without being able to view EVERYONE's clocked hours.

Procare Solutions has been a great resource for our program. I enjoy the ease of all children and account information being in one place. This makes billing, scheduling, and tracking as easy as can be!

Nachteile

One thing I like least about Procare Solutions is being unable to view the parent-end of the application. Sometimes there are errors or glitches that occur for families, and it is difficult to assist them because we only see the organization side of things.

When you are a customer you are assigned an account's manager. We had been double billed for almost 10 months and when we noticed this we made a call to our rep who we did talk to once, but who did not stop the payments, return phone calls, answer our emails even make the meeting we arranged on-line. Complaints went to her supervisor whom did reply but it still took weeks to resolve the issue with little help. Very disappointed with their lack of empathy or assistance. As with many companies they are great at sales, however their customer service leaves lots to be desired. As with any company the cream rises to the top when the customer needs help.

Procare's customer Service and YouTube videos are amazing! If you can't find your solution or complete training within YouTube, calling customer service will answer all of your questions.

While Procare's customer service is amazing, it seems more workers are needed as I waiting for 55 minutes for service one day. Also, not being able to separate children within a family for tax purposes is frustrating.
