Reviews and Q&A Engagement Made Easy
I have been very pleased with the tool, as well as the partnership with Rep Studio overall. Reviews monitoring and engagement is an area we will only continue to grow in globally and Rep Studio has proven to be the right solution to deliver our ambitions.
Vorteile
The integration with our SFDC tool allows our agents to move seamlessly through consumer contacts without losing sight of following the appropriate compliance guidelines. Reputation Studio has also proven to be flexible in being able to meet our needs with a very attentive support service.
Nachteile
At times, Salesforce can load a bit slow, which is where Reputation Studio lives.

Easy to use and great support/ onboarding with vendor
We have been able to pull in reviews from multiple platforms and answer from within Salesforce service cloud.
The implementation team at 1440 are great people. Great support and any issues we encountered during the implementation/onboarding phase were dealt with very quickly. They were always super helpful and provided excellent support throughout every stage. They are also quick to respond and offer great post go live support. Excellent service!
Vorteile
Ease of use and customizable. Great feedback from our users and teams. Intuitive and as the Review object layouts./fields can be customizable, it has made the process super easy and efficient for our teams to respond to reviews and reduced average handling times.
We use this within Salesforce Service cloud and the layout of the Reviews object/ Reputation Studio is much more user friendly than standard Salesforce case layouts.
Nachteile
Would be good to see history for google play reviews that have been updated (but this may already be on the roadmap) however 1440 have provided workarounds for Google Play reviews.

Naem's Review of Reputation Studio
Vorteile
The ease of use is what sticks out the most. Rep Studio integrated really well with our current setup in Salesforce. Reputation Studio has allowed for a quicker, and more personal connection with our consumers.
Nachteile
There aren't many things to complain about aside from a few hiccups we usually experience after deploying updates in Salesforce. These are few and far between, and usually caught and resolved in a short period of time.
