Vorteile

Feature rich, we are able to use QuestionPro to solve multiple problems within the same platform, including the obvious surveys, as well as branching surveys, adding interactive form elements and deploying timed online tests. The analytics are also well constructed and saved many hours that we would otherwise have spend on visualising and interrogating those exported data using spreadsheet/ statistical software.

Nachteile

The density of features requires more set-up time to deploy. Certainly worthwhile if you are surveying more than a handful of recipients/ clients; QuestionPro is a tool for mid to large sized projects.

It's easy to navigate, it doesn't require special training to access. It's user friendly and straight forward. Appreciate the discounted rate for nonprofits.

I like that it is very user friendly. It is easy to learn and easy to follow. I like that I can customize the questions and types of responses. It is easy to set up even for a non-tech person like me! It is also great for gathering information for grant applications and reporting.

I liked the fact that the software was very easy to use and gave us a great deal of flexibility. We are a small non profit that simply was trying to survey our membership. The analytics and reporting that is created was wonderful and was useful in our result presentation to our members.

Frankly there were no features that I disliked. The software was pretty easy to learn for a novice but it scales quickly and you realize it is very powerful.

Analytics capabilities of this platform is the primary reason why we are using it. It will save us a lot of time and allow us to create dashboards for various segments of our survey responses.
We also appreciate that QuestionPro has a nonprofit discount available where nonprofits can get access to the Advanced profile at $0 cost (with some minor requirements we have to fulfil prior to getting this upgrade).

A lot of the features are locked for free users. I understand why, but for folks who don't have the budget for the annual expense for a survey tool, it may be a barrier for them to select this platform.

Setting up surveys and customizing questions is straight-forward and easy to use. The software offers a wide range of question types, from simple multiple-choice questions to complex matrix questions. The software offers multiple distribution channels, including email invitations, QR Codes, and embedding surveys on websites. A favorite feature of our staff is the ability to export data charts directly into PowerPoint for quick external sharing.

I find the default font size to be too small, but it's an easy fix in the survey design tools. It's really been a great tool for our needs.

It is really easy to design a questionnaire and make it accessible to the population we are sampling.We have used QuestionPro in several ways. During the pandemic, we used QuestionPro with pulse surveys to staff to allow them to confidentially share their concerns about pending policies (such as vaccination requirements, return to work.) DANA also uses QuestionPro to deploy and analyze our member survey which guides our strategic decision-making on new programs.

The ease of building surveys/questionnaires makes this software so important to our organization. It is very simply to build them. You can also copy them. So if you have a yearly survey and want to alter just a few things from year to year, you simply copy it, change the new version after renaming it, and you are ready to use it!Also, the customer service is really wonderful. Help is a chat away!

HIPAA compliance and the sleek look of the survey. Once upgraded, it was much easier to use. Having a question bank makes duplicating survey questions easier.

Getting clarity about the Free vs Pro version was a bit difficult, but we managed to figure it out after some back and forth. The free version had an unfortunate banner over the edge of the screen that made it difficult to submit some free surveys.
