Nutzerfreundlich, umfangreich und sympathisch
Vorteile
Wir sind eine Non-Profit-Organisation im Bereich Erziehungsforschung und könnten inzwischen ohne QuestionPro nicht auskommen. Nicht nur können wir hilfreiches Feedback zu unseren Konferenzen sammeln, um diese zu verbessern, sondern wir können auch maßgeschneiderte Fragen zu verschiedensten Themen in Arbeitsgruppen erstellen. Diese führen oft zu neuen Initiativen und Projekten und unterstützen die kollegiale Zusammenarbeit. Das Tool und die Umfragen, die damit erstellt werden, wirken schlicht, angenehm und professionell.

Professionelles Arbeiten mit QP
Wir nutzen seit vielen Jahren QP und alle Kolleg*innen sind sehr zufrieden. Danke guter Vorlagen lässt sich QP auch einfach teamübergreifend nutzen.
Vorteile
Trotz komplexer Anwendungsmöglichkeiten, lässt sich QP auch ohne Expertenwissen schnell für einfache Umfragen nutzen.
Nachteile
Da fällt mir spontan gar nichts ein. Außer: Es wollen zu viele Kolleg*innen auch damit arbeiten.

Einfach zu bedienender Alleskönner
Vorteile
Wir nutzen QuestionPro bereits seit Jahren. Wir hatten andere Mitbewerber - wie Lamapoll, Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey ... ausprobiert und sind letztendlich bei QuestionPro gelandet. Das Produkt zeichnet sich durch seine intuitive Bedienung aus. Umfragen sind schnell erstellt, verteilt und ausgewertet. Man braucht keine lange Einarbeitungszeit. Antwortspezifische Pfade und Verzweigungen sind schnell und einfach erstellt. Der Funktionsumfang ist für unsere Zwecke optimal. Schnell sind Daten erhoben und exportiert zur weiteren Verarbeitung (bspw. in SPSS). Uns kommt ferner zugute, dass die Firma Non-Profit-Organisationen unterstützt und ihnen das Produkt im 2-Jahres-Turnus kostenlos zur Verfügung stellt.
Nachteile
Offenkundige Nachteile konnten wir in den vergangenen Jahren keine feststellen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden.

Großes Tool für alle Belange
Das Tool ist sehr umfangreich und dadurch sehr stark. Wir haben gute Erfahrungen mit dem Support gemacht, die uns mehrfach schon erfolgreich weiterhelfen konnten.
Vorteile
QuestionPro hilft uns an verschiedentlichen Stellen. Wir sammeln darüber Reports, die sich dann gut exportieren lassen, wir erstellen aber meist einfache Umfragen, die wir jährlich wieder kopieren und weiterverwenden.
Das Tool ist extrem umfangreich und bietet weitaus mehr als wir momentan verwenden. Wir erschließen uns auch regelmßig neues. Wir sammeln vor allem Reports und viele schriftliche Daten ( Textform) , weniger reine Zahlen. Das Tool schließt uns dabei eine wichtige Lücke in der Kommunikation mit unseren Konferenzteilnehmerinnen. Hilfreich sind auch die vorgefertigten / standard reports, wenn es schnell gehen soll.
Ich persönlich schätze die Adaptierbarkeit des Look and Feels der Umfragen und der Dankesseiten am Ende der Umfragen, die wir auch immer wieder verwenden um verschiedene Informationen weiterzugeben.
Nachteile
Das immense Spektrum an Optionen macht es ggf teils schwierig sich wieder in das Tool einzufinden, wenn man länger nichts damit gemacht hat oder wenn man mit Statistik an sich nicht so vertraut ist.

Excellent choice for nonprofits
So grateful to have found it. This tool has allowed us to have a sophisticated survey program with almost all of the capabilities we need.
Vorteile
We can group surveys and create unique dashboards, which I love. I was able to get great customer support to work through something I wanted to set up.
Nachteile
The free nonprofit license limits certain functionality, but it's still excellent for the price. I wish I could easily combine data an analyze it together across surveys more easily.

Supporting Our Mission to Protect Birds
We enjoy how easy surveys are to create and share with our community.
Vorteile
As a nonprofit dedicated to bird conservation and supporting emerging conservationists, we appreciate the tools QuestionPro offers. The platform is user-friendly, which makes it easy for us to create surveys and we have been told it is also easy for our participants to complete them. We also value the various tools available for sharing our surveys.
We have used our account to conduct surveys, gather feedback which supports our research.
Nachteile
Needing to renew the license every year and losing access to our surveys when it expires is challenging. Sending an email notification an appropriate time before the expiration date would be helpful, allowing us to renew it without losing access to our data.

QuestionPro is holding our survey data hostage!
Vorteile
It was fairly easy to set up a survey.
Nachteile
We signed up for a free account and they mentioned on the pricing page that there was a limit of 1,000 submissions per survey on the free version. What they failed to clearly state, though is that once you go over 1,000 submissions on a survey, you GET COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT OF THE SURVEY!!! We got a TON of SPAM submissions even with the provided Captcha field added, which quickly pushed us over the 1,000 submission limit. But, instead of shutting the survey down, they continue to accept submissions and instead REVOKE ACCESS TO THE SURVEY FOR TEH CREATOR. Now I can no longer view, edit or even close the survey without PAYING FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION because they don't offer a monthly plan. So, essentially, if you are on a free account and go over 1,000 submissions, QUESTIONPRO WILL HOLD YOUR SURVEY DATA HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU PAY FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION because they don't offer monthly subscriptions. The reasoning I was given was that "they didn't want a bad experience for the survey takers" which is why they leave the survey open. What about the end-user experience for the companies setting up the surveys though? Personally, I'd rather my survey get shut down at 1,000 submissions and still be able to access the data then to have them keep collecting responses that I can't even access.
Their customer service was also very slow to reply and the account manager was 15 mins late to our first meeting with no heads up, so I ended up waiting and having to reschedule.

We really enjoy Questionpro; the software is easy to use, free for nonprofits, and has all of the features we need. The analytics can sometimes be a little trickier to showcase the specific data we want, but it can be modified or imported into excel easily,

Overall, QuestionPro meets my needs for survey creation at our small-mid sized nonprofit.

Nonprofit pricing, good for complex surveys
Nachteile
The nonprofit pricing is pretty strict about sending in requirements annually to maintain the discount. I also find QuestionPro to be less user friendly than SurveyMonkey, but there is functionality that I do not use, and that might be better.

QuestionPro is a very robust software tool that is easy to use and is extremely helpful in collecting feedback regarding our programs and services from our residents. We have used the insights gained from our survey projects to continuously improve the programs and services we offer to the community.
Vorteile
Our municipal parks and recreation dept. appreciates the Non-profit license made available by QuestionPro. We haves used the software on and off for many years and find it easy to use. We really like how easy it is to quickly copy an old survey to repurpose for a new data collection project.
Nachteile
We don't have any issues with this product, they are one of the few companies that makes their product available to non-profits without many limitations.

We've used other survey platforms and QuestionPro has by far been the best experience. We have renewed our license year after year.
Vorteile
We appreciate the types of customizable questions and the data the platform can give us about our patrons. There is no limit with the amount of surveys you can send and have active at a time. As a nonprofit, we appreciate how QuestionPro is willing to work with us and provide us the data we need.
Nachteile
While the appearance is mostly straightforward forward, and we appreciate the customizable questions, there are some instances in which we wish we could change the aesthetic to align more closely with our brand.

Love the new update!
My overall experience has been wonderful! I am able to easily create and send monthly newsletters for our organization allowing our members to stay up to date on all the important information.
Vorteile
QuestionPro is amazing! It has a variety of features to build very professional newsletters! This most recent update has made it a lot easier to drag and drop blocks too.
Nachteile
Since the recent update, I have not had any issues.
The only thing I wish was easier is deleting sections. If there is a way to select multiple blocks/sections and delete them all at once, that would be very helpful. And if that is already a thing, then I just haven't found it yet.

Vorteile
QP has been a critical tool for our nonprofit to measure the satisfaction of our customers' experience. The question types help us refine our questions to get just the data we need. The report helps us know where we are succeeding and where we need to put more effort to become a better organization.
Nachteile
Having to renew the annual subscription after completing all the requirements for a nonprofit license. Would be great if the subscription was for more than 1 year.

Works well for us
Vorteile
At the height of the pandemic in 2020, the ECML, in cooperation with a network of international partners (INGOs), designed a survey using QuestionPro to look at how the Covid emergency and the accompanying lockdowns and move to online/hybrid teaching formats had impacted upon education (and specifically language education) in Europe. The in-depth survey, taking approximately 30 minutes to complete, received 1,750 responses from language teachers in 40 states. We were most impressed by the user friendliness of the application and functionality it offered. The survey which used two working languages, included discrete, multiple-choice and open text items, provided a wealth of data (among others, eliciting some 4,150 detailed comments which were then analysed using critical discourse methods). The high quality of the reports generated by QuestionPro and the ease with which the data gathered could be processed proved very important to the overall success of the survey. It led to a subsequent project which extended the target group to language learners and policy makers – ultimately enabling the ECML to identify key lessons that could be drawn for the future and to develop and publish a set of policy guidelines on supporting the development of language education.

Great help in our annual workflows!
We are really happy with the tool. It is a great support in getting participant feedback and having a swift overview/report just after our events. We also use it for a feedback/reviewing process on research papers and it has proved to be helpful here as well. The design options are good and flexibel, so we can adjust layouts and the look &feel as we want. Also, we value the adjustable final "Thank You! " pages, which we use for putting up additional information for those finishing the survey.
Vorteile
I like the clear design, which helps to understand which kind of questions and survey options are available. The software offers loads of options, but I feel the set-up really helps to navigate different options, even for those who are not so familiar with market research.
Nachteile
If you have loads of surveys in parallel or keep a lot in the archive, it might be a bit cumbersome to keep the overview, but maybe our titeling could also be improved. I would need to look into the sorting options again. Probably there is something there, which I did not apply.

Survey Says Question Pro
We will continue using this platform as it has made our testing/surveying process easy.
Vorteile
My youth-serving organization recently mitigated from Comet Testing to Question Pro and have been so pleased with our experience. We are able to cross-tabulate results and survey our youth without the background work of setting up access codes and/or entering data by hand. The cross-tabulation feature has made pre/post assessment data ridiculously easy to scrub. We use it across all of our data-driven programs.

Some of the features such as saving results to PDF don't work fully and I haven't received the support needed to resolve the issue. It's not a make-or-break, as I can save it as a spreadsheet, but for visual purposes the PDF is sometimes nice.

Highly recommend QuestionPro
We use QuestionPro as a platform to launch event surveys for our many local partners who host field days and workshops to promote soil health on Indiana cropland. The ability to quickly copy a survey and edit it specific for an event makes it easy to deploy. Plus reporting is available that enables our partners to extract information most pertinent to their program and grant deliverables. Highly recommend the platform.

It's ease of use, the ability to add pictures to surveys, and ability to branch questions for more complex surveys.
Nachteile
The short lead time to renew a non-profit subscription. But they have been helpful in navigating the process.

QuestionPro is easy to use and allows for complex questionnaires to be designed in minutes.
The analysis functions are intuitive and can be used without any underlying knowledge of statistics or quantitative research methods. Despite this it is possible to carry out complex and robust surveys.
The export data function is simple to use and allows for data to be exported in a number of different formats.
Nachteile
Sometimes when you log in the software claims that you are already logged in elsewhere and refuses you access.
This is a very minor gripe but can get annoying when you are under time pressure.

QuestionPro is GREAT for Non-Profits!
We are a small non-profit, and the support of QuestionPro with non-profit programs is extremely valuable. I am honored to share a link to their program on our website landing page.
Vorteile
QuestionPro provides an easy set-up format to receive direct feedback from our participants with the Bluegrass Golf Tour. This is extremely valuable information that can be used to improve our program through the results of the surveys. Net Promoter score results bring great comparative analysis year over year.
Nachteile
QuestionPro gives our non-profit everything we need in a survey company, and I can't think of any drawback to using their service.

Non-profits win with QuestionPro features
We host multiple surveys on QuestionPro and many use question branching. We also appreciate the cross-tab analytics as well as the powerpoint reports and full data set presentation.
Vorteile
QuestionPro is exactly what we need as a small non-profit: access to robust survey design features, including branching, and the analytics and reports to really dig into the data. No other survey programs offer this at the non-proft level. Helping non-profits succeed is a wonderful gift.
Nachteile
As a small organization, we don't need much so being a low priority makes sense and isn't usually an issue. The few times we do need help, responsiveness can be a challenge.

Question Pro: The way to more transparency
Vorteile
We are a small, non-profit organization that is very interested in making the impact of its own work visible. Three years ago, we decided to implement this with software and chose Question Pro to try it out.
Question Pro really impressed us. In the first few years, we only used the tool occasionally to test whether it had any added value for us. Today, we have reached a point where we use the tool much more regularly. From individual reviews of seminars to long-term studies, we try to analyze our work in the short and long term. The tool fits perfectly into our day-to-day work, creating a survey doesn't take much time and the analysis takes place as soon as we receive a response.
We are very impressed and hope to continue using the program!
Nachteile
Creating the questionnaires is almost self-explanatory. The distribution, on the other hand, took some time. However, this is absolutely fine and did not detract from the positive impression.

Great choice for nonprofits
Generally good overall experience with light use. QuestionPro really excels when you need insights from a large dataset.

Great spam prevention tools, customizable question types, and logic options. This is a full-service survey tool and has been excellent for our nonprofit. We appreciate the free nonprofit license.
Nachteile
No major cons - we don't use all of the functionality and customizability, and we like that we don't need to.

Wonderful Survey Tool for Non-profits
Our overall experience has been very good. For the types of surveys we do as local government, we have been able to meet our needs with the 'non-profit' license just fine.
Vorteile
We get nearly everything the software offers on our non-profit account. Support has traditionally been very responsive for us!
Nachteile
There are just a few limitations with the non-profit account, but they are mostly things we rarely need anyway. We recently stumbled upon a limitation that left us baffled: some complex questions aren't included in the analytics dashboard. But there isn't even a list of them to refer to ahead of time. Also, limited to just one person that can use it.

QuestionPro a non-profit no brainer
Excellent. Good team to work with. Straight-forward product and non-profit offering. Really top-tier compare to free access for non-profits offered by some of the largest companies in the world (e.g. Google, Salesforce).

Great non-profit policy. Elite survey functionality. Much better than using google forms. Easy to learn and use GUI.
Nachteile
Not really any cons. The non-profit version naturally has some functionality that is locked. Paying for those functions may be a barrier for some.

A Powerful and Seamless Alternative to Google Surveys
We use QuestionPro to send post-class surveys to participants. It has made the organization of feedback incredibly easy and therefore actionable. While Google Surveys is free, it doesn't have the functionality/scalability of QuestionPro.
Vorteile
We really enjoy that QuestionPro is a one-stop shop for all our surveying needs. Everything gets fed into one system rather than dozens of individual Google Surveys.
Nachteile
Being more robust than Google Surveys, there is a learning curve with QuestionPro. Depending on the user, it might take you a couple hours to get fully comfortable with the software.

Have Used for Years
My overall experience with QuestionPro has been great. I have recommended the platform to various companies and not-profits that have also in turn started using it.

QuestionPro is a great tool. I use it nearly daily to keep abreast on our members thoughts and needs. It is easy to set up, track, and read the results. The results can also easily be imported in stat software, so transitioning to SPSS is a breeze.

Would like to be able to print just the questions and responses to make it easier for Client survey approval.

Our members are located all around the world and QuestionPro provides the option for us to create the same survey in multiple languages. The skip logic is an essential feature we use for each of our surveys.

Couldn't be happier with QuestionPro
Extremely positive. Customer service is brilliant and very responsive, and the platform itself is reliable, attractive, and extensive in terms of functionality.
Vorteile
We feel extremely lucky to have access to QuestionPro on a non-profit waiver, which means we have amazing functionality for no cost. For a charity, this means so much to us. It enables us to quickly and easily seek the opinions and input of a wide range of audiences - including our beneficiaries and stakeholders - customising our surveys to ensure they are relevant. We also find the analytics functionality very helpful.
Nachteile
The only thing we would have loved to see is the ability to compare two data sets side by side, but appreciate that's not really the point of the platform.

Best Software for Our Non-Profit
Vorteile
Easy to use on both sides—survey creation and for survey participants. Customer service seems to always be available by chat and very helpful. We are a non-profit organization and data collection is of utmost importance. QuestionPro was a perfect fit for our needs and organizes the data in an easy to read and easy to use format.
Nachteile
Some of the functions are more advanced for our needs (which are basic), so we had a little difficulty the first time we created a survey. However, customer service was always available to walk us through it and now we are able to use the functions to our advantage.
