The added to our website was a big hurdle that doesn't seem understood. Certain non-profits have to have their content approved by the feds. It can take months, meanwhile we can't access info during the renewal. Victims couldn't provide feedback during this time, which is very very unfortunate.

QuestionPro offers robust survey-building tools. It was relatively easy to use with a detailed knowledge base. When I needed additional help, customer service (via chat and email) was quick and pointed me directly to the information I needed.

Some of the reporting features were difficult to use. Formatting for downloaded reports could be improved.

We have been using QP for years and it's a fast learning curve to teach someone to program/enter a survey. We don't do complex logic with surveys so the basic options are more than enough for us.

Perhaps updated analytics tools with cross-tabs or ways to look at the data in the portal.

The wide variety of question types is the most helpful aspect of QuestionPro. We also appreciate the ability to collect a signature so that we can create forms using QuestionPro. We appreciate being able to download the raw data.

The platform provides good features but not much different from other platforms. It is also very easy to use. It is Good for fun but not for critical or serious research.

The support is extremely poor. They have very basic knowledge about thier platform. When things get a little bit more than basic they cannot help. Moreover, we found a bug in the analysis part. They accepted but said we are not going to solve it... Never trust what they offer you in their webpages. For example they currently offer free student access and one year free license after graduation in their webpages. But when we contacted them for one year free license after graduation, they said it is not valid anymore... In general you can never trust them

Non-profit licenses have to be renewed annually. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it automatically renewed if you continue to recognize them on your website.

I wish the feature where you can upload the survey from word would allow you to indicate which questions are required, it would save a lot of time when uploading. Also the custom field name was case sensitive but it doesn't indicate that anywhere so it ended up causing some issues but we were able to resolve it once we figured it out

I appreciate that QuestionPro offers their incredible product for free for non profit organizations. The survey builder was easy to use but also offered many advanced features that allowed me to build the exact questionnaire I needed. The multilanguage option worked well, even for an African local language that is not built into the system. I was able to to use custom translations for all my questions and answers.

I used this to house my dissertation data and almost lost the data. This was stressful and almost added years to my dissertation.

I am still learning QuestionPro, however, in my research of other programs, QuestionPro meets my needs plus some. I did a sample survey and emailed it to a couple of my accounts, the ease to take the surveys is even more important than creating one, because I want the community to fill out surveys. Also the options to export the data are numerous and helpful. This is a product I would personally purchase, if I did not have the free upgrade for nonprofits. I will do an updated review, once I use it even more.

Nachteile

I need to use it a bit more to see if there is something I like least. Although just playing around with a test survey, I did not like how big it made the logo; this could have been me, since I have only been using it for a couple days, if not a resize option would be handy.

Compared to Google and Microsoft, QuestionPro has more features and options. Compared to the paid versions of SurveyMonkey, Survey Planet, and Qualtrics, QuestionPro has a free upgrade for nonprofits. It also appears to have more options.

Data export could be easier, modifications of graphs is sometimes needed and not easy.

The surveys are easy to build with a lot of question types to choose from. The customer service is very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was also very easy to brand our surveys so customers knew it was from us.

It took a bit of time to get the logic nailed down for our split question.

We serve youth across many different age groups and programs and it is useful that QuestionPro's nonprofit package includes branching and skip logic to be able to highly customize our surveys, and includes basic data analysis in its export options in order to save us time and resources in analyzing the data we collect.

Nachteile

A survey flow feature would be useful so that branching and skip logic didn't need to be applied only to the questions themselves, but to pages. SMS text distribution being offered as standard would also be useful given the proliferation of smartphones.

Some of the functionality is not as easy as it could be but having said that I have never had the training and it has been fairly easy to navigate once you figure it out.

Where to start?
1) Complete lack of knowledge of their platform and ability to fix glitches, even on a simple survey
2) Incredibly difficult to get in touch with and get a response
3) False promises to deliver and then nothing and no word about why nothing has been done
4) Complete failure - after days of getting told they would fix it we had to pull the plug and go to another survey platform (Sogo Survey who has been INCREDIBLE!!). This cost threatened a large contract with our client, thousands of dollars to fix, and our reputation as a growing company.

The QuestionPro tool is user friendly, easy to navigate and quite intuitive. I spend at least 60% of my time at work using it, and it has not let me down.

Nothing really - the only issue is that I am using Internet Explorer. It's best to use Google Chrome for this platform.

QuestionPro provides plenty of security features to make sure we can limit surveys to a specific group of individuals by using emails, passwords, specific ID numbers, etc. The interface is really intuitive, drag and drop survey building, clear options for distribution, security features etc.

Their chat support is very quick to respond. Also the techs knew the product well and had answers to all my questions. Sales was also responsive when I had several questions. Good online knowledge base to search for answers to my questions.

The sales/account management team are great. The tool is super, super easy to use, I cannot emphasize this enough, and it can be integrated easily with a bunch of things, including Salesforce in our case.

We use it to do occasional surveys to our clients, plus a step in the sales flow where Salesforce automatically launches an email to know more about our leads, and Questionpro is the tool which runs the survey and pushes back the info into our Salesforce leads' fields.

We haven't used it yet, but the "rewards/vouchers" side of things looks really really good. The tool can automatically reward whoever is taking the survey, under the rules you set up. An absolute winner automation for a small marketing team trying to learn more about their customers/partners.

The price is a bit high for SMBs and for what we do with it , but totally worth it anyway.
