Our organization loves QuestionPro!

Vorteile

SO many options, and the examples to explain what they are and how they work are VERY helpful. Customer service is prompt, courteous, and competent.

Nachteile

When our organization first started using the software, we had access to guaranteed respondent anonymity, but that feature was later moved to a higher tier. We wish we still had access to that feature, but that's a very minor complaint about a stellar product.

Great for Non-profits!!

Vorteile

The skip logic is amazing and the non-profit pricing (free under certain conditions) is great.

Nachteile

Very little. It's a robust software. If there are issues support is rather quick.

QuestionPro for a Non-Profit

Vorteile

The is a lot of different question options that are very useful, the question library is very useful to integrate different surveys, love love love that you can see answers of surveys that haven't been completed (you wish that everyone answered your surveys, but alas that is not always the case) and that the analytics show the rate completion.

Nachteile

In order to do data analysis, the way that CSV downloads is not ideal (you have to modify the CSV quite a bit in order to integrate it to data analysis tools like STATA).

Nonprofit use!

Vorteile

Upstream utilizes QuestionPro to gather and compile survey data from community programs, which allows us to make data driven decisions. It’s easy to setup the surveys and distribute the online collection link to grab the data.

Nachteile

The default report dashboard often includes data that isn’t useful or appropriate for our needs, however, we do have the ability to customize it if we needed to.

Easy to use!

Good. We are on the free package so I can't complain. Renewal was challenging with an ask to add their language to web in the footer. Due to some websites being supported with federal funding, the non-profit has to get permission to add content. This can be extremely cumbersome. I think questionpro can find another promo opportunity than to put small non-profits through the hoops for renewal when it isn't needed.

Pleased with QuestionPro

I use it as an analytical tool, to collect detailed information from my membership. I have used it for selecting meeting times but I find other products easier to use for selecting mutually convenient times.

Vorteile

The not for profit pricing is most helpful. Love the ease of building a survey and getting professional survey results graphed for me.

Nachteile

When I first used QuestionPro, I forgot it was an Internet product and as such I needed to ask for user name and or user email in order to figure out which of my members completed which survey as I was not able to readily identify member by IP address. Likewise, some email servers of highly secure organizations were forwarding my QuestionPro survey emails to my members' spam folders.

Easy to use

Vorteile

Easy to use . There are many question options, including smiley faces, which some of the other survey companies offer only for premium packages. It's easy to set up multiple collectors and to download raw data.

Nachteile

None, worked well for us and we appreciate the non profit access.

Affordable survey tool

Definitely recommended if you’re interested in understanding your audience.

Vorteile

QuestionPro is a great survey tool that offers a lot to the users. What I love about it is that it offers several question types to choose from. This is something that most of the other tools don’t offer.
Besides, the surveys are mobile optimized which makes it easier for mobile users to participate without any issues.
Yes, it is free. However, you’d need to switch to a paid plan if you wish to get access to more features. The paid plan is very affordable.

Nachteile

Though it is updated very often but there are still several features that are missing such as customization options and non-text surveys.

QuestionPro has worked amazing for our team!

Vorteile

This product has easy-to-use survey design features and includes some great templates for inspiration. The ability to pre-fill some questions is incredibly helpful. Additionally, our respondents don't seem to have trouble navigating the surveys.

Nachteile

Some potentially helpful features are locked behind higher-tiered price levels, but that hasn't stopped us from accomplishing everything we could want from survey software!

Outstanding customer service!

I've been very satisfied with the software, the quality of surveys and the level of customer service I've received from QuestionPro.

Vorteile

The software is very user-friendly. There are people at our company that use QuestionPro without any previous knowledge or experience using another survey tool and they set up surveys without any trouble. QuestionPro also allows you to set up some more advanced functions (conjoint analysis, regression analysis, etc.) easily.

The customer service team has consistently been very responsive and thorough. I've worked with various companies in the past five years and I am very impressed with the level of QuestionPro's customer service.

Nachteile

Adding pictures to my survey wasn't as intuitive as it could be. It took me a few times to get used to it. I chose to figure it out on my own, but I very easily could have asked for help and the customer service team would have quickly taught me how to use it.

A lifesaver for our Non-Profit

QuestionPro is a survey software that helps our non-profit function. It is easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that makes it simple to create questions and build survey and questionnaires quickly. The output and data analysis and export features are straightforward and good for our particular use.

Nachteile

After 2+ years still unable to login to my QP app on my iPad or iPhone. The user field only takes a few characters. Would be a great option. Please fix!

Great value, great support

QuestionPro provides everything we need in their survey system. From simple survey designs to more complex operations, QP has been an excellent resource.
Most importantly the support has been excellent from the outset.
It is an excellent value for the money.

Great tool for Professionals

I have been using QuestionPro for over 8 years as my primary survey tool. I get personalize service through my account team who are proactive in soliciting my input and improvement suggestions. Their translation team is excellent with only a few errors on industry jargon only. I find the value to be the best in the industry with many of the sophisticated features of tools 3 time more expensive. Integration with internal or external panels are seamless with excellent invitation mailing and tracking.

A Great Global Product

Suits our needs

Vorteile

We have been exploring additional options for data analysis in order to gauge the performance and satisfaction of current and potential Award participants and volunteers. We would have been introduced to QuestionPro earlier this year as an option for doing such. So far it is a great improvement on our previous platforms. The additional question customizations are well appreciated

Nachteile

None so far. There are some options in the advanced category (NPS, text analysis, data analytics) that we would love to experiement with but, in due time.

Perfect tool for non-profit organizations

I am happy with the software, it is easy to use, I use it for several projects with an indiviual CD each and the support reaction is incredible!

Vorteile

It is easy to use, very flexible, cutstomizable and the non-profit license is best value!

Nachteile

I had to get used to the import functionality for user data, it took a while to handle it easily. Once I got into it, it worked fine!

The QuestionPro software has all of the features our organization needs for survey development and administration. The interface for developing surveys is easy to use and provides multiple options. Great Product for Non-Profit Organizations

QuestionPro meets our survey needs in our membership, education, and research departments.

Vorteile

QuestionPro is easy to use and includes a decent amount of customization for it's surveys, which is important for our organization as we use surveys for different purposes across departments. Customer service is also responsive and helpful.

Nachteile

One feature that I don't think is available is tracking who completes the survey while still keeping it anonymous.

QuestionPro Allows Us to Be As Dynamic as We Want in Our Research

Great support team to support a hugely dynamic product.

Vorteile

We are always sending out internal and external surveys and although we need a lot of information, we don't want our contacts to spend a lot of time responding to questions so using things like branching logic or skip logic (which are very easy to manage) means that we get higher response rates and tons of data. It's also very easy to organize our surveys into different research tracks and share results.

Nachteile

I wish I could easily compare past survey responses to new survey responses.

QuestionPro is perfect for non-profits!

QuestionPro has great customer service. They are very quick to respond and resolve any issues.

Vorteile

Our surveys are given to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, so we needed very simple surveys. We love that QuestionPro offers surveys with smiley face responses. It's quick and easy for our members to use, and easy to gather the data! We are thankful for the free non-profit pricing too!

Simple to use and usually very effective.

Great platform for market research surveys.

Constantly improving product and outstanding and proactive customer support.
Very good range of question type pro formas and capacity to modify the looks to suit individual clients and customers.

Nachteile

Changes/updates are sometimes made without customers being fully informed. the daily emails about using the platform are just a little too frequent! But it is done on the basis of trying to keep you informed of improvements and alternatives.

Great Survey Software for Libraries

It allowed our library to find out what types of programming our patrons wanted.

Vorteile

The software was very easy to use. I was able to design and implement our survey in a timely manner. The staff gave me their input into what information they wanted to find out, and it was up and running in a couple of days.

Nachteile

There were a few things that I would have liked to break down differently but I had difficulty getting the software to do that for me.

Excellent software

We use QuestionPro for Customer Service Case ratings, shipping service quality ratings, NPS, employee surveys. We find the platform to be flexible and economical for the quantity of responses we receive.

Vorteile

The support team is excellent and responds to my questions usually within 1-2 hours day or night.
They regularly add features and functions to the platform - some are included with my annual fee others are available for additional purchase.
Basic set up is easy to use. You can be up and running in as long as it takes you to create a survey

Nachteile

I would like more flexibility in creating reports within the software without having to download data into excel

The most powerful and free tool for NGOs

Vorteile

One of the rare survey software to offer the possibility of integrating external panels. Free for NGOs. Wide variety of question types.

Nachteile

Having to subscribe to the most expensive license to be able to set up cross quotas (on several variables) and to be able to deactivate the collection of the IP address.

Bad emails and no SDK

Vorteile

We find that QuestionPro meets all our needs required of a survey platform. The features offered by QuestionPro such as skip logic and branching were especially useful for our surveys. The dashboard analytics was also a feature that was informative and convenient. Additionally, we found the customer service very accommodating and fast in troubleshooting.

Nachteile

As we are on the non-profit license, some features are unavailable or limited

Don't question anything about QuestionPro

I'm able to not only understand my clients better but I can share the reports in real-time and in other formats (PPT, PDF, XLS, DOCX) so easily afterwards with teammates and stake holders.

Vorteile

Clean, clear interface with tons of survey options like branching, skip-logic, custom reports....and more. The customer service, even before signing up was unreal. Emails and phone calls within 30 mins of sending something.

Nachteile

Nothing...really! If i had something i disliked, I would share it.

Feeback for Questionpro

Vorteile

Customer support is very good as they are easily reachable and provide prompt response for any technical queries. Questionpro is good for low and medium complex surveys and also if programmers are good in jquery we can customize the requirement.

Nachteile

There is no prior communication for recent up-gradations and few functionalities like re-directions not worked properly after they up-grades. Special attention need by Questionpro technical team in this aspect. Still there are more room to improve the tool for basic requirements.

QuestionPro is perfect

We have really enjoyed using QuestionPro and hope to develop use of more features in the coming year.

Vorteile

We needed software that would enable easy-to-use surveys across a wide range of audiences, from children to old people, and including people with disabilities. It has allowed us to achieve that with positive feedback.

Not worth the Money - Salespeople treat you like Car Dealers!

the functionality - easy to use, unlimited questions, variety of question types

Nachteile

-Couldn't integrate with Pollfish via the basic account type and had to contact support to help set it up.
- For survey distribution, they charge you more for every pre-screen question and purposefully go over your budget to try to squeeze more money out of you. Their pricing isn't consistent and I feel like I'm being scammed. They keep increasing the prices. I don't feel valued as a customer or like I'm receiving a good deal. I don't trust them.

Vorteile

Overall most of the features they have it. Which means for most survey you should have not much of an issue setting it up using the features. Since their features are more comprehensive it is value for money.

Nachteile

App cannot use all question type and if you have more advance routing needs, the app might not be able to support.
The reporting function can be improved too.

Get information from your clients easily online

We are an NGO that helps donors to find talented children they can support.
With QuestionPro it was very easy to plan a survey, with the help of which we could gather all the needed data from the children and their family.
Until now we sent out paper forms that were sent back by each family, and we used a lot of resource and time to digitalize this data. QuestionPro helped us a lot

Vorteile

Easily understandable programing of the questionnaire. You do not need to be an expert in computer sciences to do this.
All data are available under analytics, you can follow even personal responses without downloading the database. Data is shown more comprehensible then in other similar tools we tried out.
QuestionPro has a program for NGOs, through which they offer free upgraded to NGOs. As a small NGO with less resources for these kinds of tools this possibility is really-really great.
The support is also awesome. Until now they responded promptly each and every time

Nachteile

A problem is that you cannot create more then one weblink for your survey where answers can be connected. This way you cannot differentiate which answer from which medium the answers came from.

Worth it to get quick and meaningful data

QuestionPro allows us to get vital data and opinions that we need for both internal decision making, as well as strategic planning. The survey tools are easy to utilize and administer, but most of all, are user friendly for those completing the surveys.

Vorteile

Questpro is easy to use and offers a variety of options for setup and connections. We have used it for internal surveys for employees, as well as consumer or stakeholder surveys and the features are great.

Nachteile

No real cons to question-pro. it is worth it.

Very helpful for our purposes

We use QuestionPro for organising and evaluating the work in our orchestra. All members can fill out a survey at the end of each project - it makes life easier for all of us and helps a lot in optimising processes.

Vorteile

QuestionsPro is easy to use, even for non-professionals. Data can easily be analysed and the outputs and graphs are very helpful for our purposes.

A great nonprofit tool

Vorteile

For someone new to creating surveys, it was relatively easy using Questionpro. We are a nonprofit and having our members give feedback using Questionpro is very helpful both by giving us information on how our programs are working and also by being able to show potential funders that our services are making a difference. We utilized the custom field option which was helpful for us to track feedback by ID, without requiring survey takers to give identifying information.

Nachteile

Questionpro offers so much functionality that it sometimes takes new users a little extra time in learning to navigate menu items, but once trained it is easy to use.
