Survey Monkey from the view of a Data Analyst
I love Survey Monkey I've been using it for over 7 months and I don't think I'll stop. It helps me analysis large amounts of data for my surveys and manage the countless amounts of feedback I receive. I'm able to create surveys and get data from them easily. I really enjoy it.
Vorteile
I love how easy it was to build surveys. As a Data Analyst every day I have to make many surveys and if can be a quite tedious task but Survey Monkey speads up the process and makes it more enjoyable. This is because I can add customizable questions.
Nachteile
What I didn't like was the pricing. Other alternatives that I know of are free e.g. Google Forms it felt a bit annoying to have to pay for features etc but it's worth the money. But having Google Forms as a free alternative is definitely tempting to switch to.

Overall, I really enjoy using SurveyMonkey to complete my surveys at work since it provides an easy to use layout, where I can navigate through the questions very quickly.

I like how this site has a simple design and is easy to use. My company uses this product a lot to complete surveys on how to improve in events.
Nachteile
I do not like how SurveyMonkey sometimes has lagging issues, where it doesn't load the screen. After I click on the link again, it then loads nicely. However, this does not occur too often, so that is good.

Overall, I love it and would recommend using this over other survey tools. Also, the monkey is cute too. :)

I like the ability that you have to tailor this program to suit your need. It allows you to conduct a companywide poll to get feedback from your staff quickly and effectively so that everyone can feel like their ideas were heard. I also love the anonymity it offers.
Nachteile
Sometimes it can still be difficult to speak your mind freely, because the company can ask questions in a certain way that if you were honest, they would know who the person was answering, which makes the survey not as anonymous as one would hope.

In my department, we use Surveymonkey strictly for creating surveys. Surveymonkey helps to ensure that our surveys are of top quality and achieve our aim for setting them up in the first place.
Vorteile
The quality of support provided by Surveymonkey gives us an advantage when creating survey campaigns . Tools like its artificial intelligence and machine learning features , assists with identifying potential errors in my surveys and even recommends fixes to these errors. Not only this , but Surveymonkey also provides predictive data on the performance of our surveys. All of the above comes together, to enable me and my team to always create the best survey campaigns possible.
Nachteile
Surveymoney at this point, does not provide a way for us to share my teams surveys offline. While we have been able to cope with this shortcoming of Surveymonkey , it is a feature that I personally will be keen to see on the Surveymonkey platform.

From utilizing their amazing library of templates to monitoring any size volume of responses to utilizing their recruiting and panel services when you're short on time but need results, you want to make sure to not cheap on the plan select.

SurveyMonkey has better tools than many of its competitors. For example, compared to Google form, it has the option to restrict or allow surveys based on IP address; with this function, we have been able to direct investigations to certain countries or regions. Nowadays, data is crucial to make decisions and study trends, and SurveyMonkey has been a great help in our organization since we are constantly gathering customer data and analyzing all feedback as it helps us to improve and make the best decisions. A small or large business or organization that doesn’t listen to its customers and employees is doomed to failure, that is why platforms like SurveyMonkey are of great help in determining future decisions that may impact our organization.

In my organization, we continuously need feedback from our clients, and one of the best ways we have found to collect this data is to do surveys through SurveyMonkey, since it is an easy-to-use platform that collects data in a fast way, What I like about SurveyMonkey is that it makes it easy to do the surveys since it has predefined forms. I like that it is customizable, and you can insert images and change the color of the interface as we want. The user interface is easy to interact even for a newbie, SurveyMonkey is an excellent platform to research as it has an easy way to present all the data that is collected.
Nachteile
Although SurveyMonkey has its own themes and designs, I would like it to allow me to upload my own designs and themes. It is something that should be improved so that the surveys are more personalized, and the design is better adapted to the image of the organization since the moment the survey is opened, you already know it is from SurveyMonkey. This is not too bad, but it should allow a design to be better adapted that goes hand in hand with the image of the company.

Vorteile
SurveyMonkey keeps everything simple for users, but there are so many unique features to take advantage of to poll employees, teammates, colleagues, and more. Surveys are easily distributable through several platforms and results are easy to read.
