Been using surveymonkey for as long as I can remember
Overall experience is good, because I remember using this during highschool so it brings back good memories.
Vorteile
I love the adaptability and ease of customization to ensure the survey is relevant
Nachteile
This is non relevant but I really don’t like the name. It’s too long.

Quick and easy way to collect data!
Overall, very positive! Utilizing SurveyMoney for us has opened doors that we otherwise did not know existed & has streamlined the communication between our patients and decision-makers in the department for the future of our services.
Vorteile
Utilizing SurveyMonkey within our department has allowed us to gather information/data that we otherwise would not be aware of or take into consideration when making plans/decisions with the future of our department for our customers (patients). Given we are completely reliant on our customers still finding us beneficial - Implementing SurveyMonkey only made sense to collect this necessary data.
Nachteile
We received feedback from some users attempting to complete our survey that the view on certain devices (smartphones, tablets) & browsers (Internet Explorer) was difficult. This resulted in increased time to complete the survey/submit information & could potentially deter customers from completing the survey in the future.

SurveyMonkey is a platform with an excellent design, and offers very good functions both for making first-hand surveys, as well as for obtaining results from different media and understanding it in different ways, such as the graphs it offers, as well as the actual results.
Nachteile
I would like SurveyMonkey to implement individual users for an organization, and not create one for the entire company, this would mean a breakthrough in every way and a better structuring of employees.

Vorteile
I think survey monkey has some nice paid features, but unless you pay for them, basic surveying is as far as you will get.
Nachteile
Features that require a paid subscription. The subscription is not cheap, especially when you only need one or two of the paid features. You can add the features to your survey but then it will prompt you to pay which is annoying. You should be able to pay a small amount of money to use a paid feature on a survey and not hundreds of dollars for the full paid service.

Vorteile
Survey monkey was all the rave 5-10 years ago but has been surpassed in ease of use by competing platforms. Yes you can make surveys, yes it’s relatively easy to use, yes it’s cheap. The data reporting is simple and easy to export if needed and the secure survey option is great for the workplace. It’s relatively user friendly but the site can seem a little busy and hard for the eye to follow.
Nachteile
I honestly don’t have any specific complaints about functionality or design, but I find myself using competing platforms without thinking twice. My needs do not require a heavy amount of data analysis so a much simpler and user friendly platform like google forms meets my needs much better. Survey monkey would be great for someone with more complex needs that require custom data reporting.

SurveyMonkey can be useful sometimes, but its functionality can be limited.
SurveyMonkey is a good introductory product for small projects, but doesn't have enough functionality for more in-depth research projects.
Vorteile
Our team uses SurveyMonkey sometimes for short-term surveys. I like that you can pick what tier of the product you want, depending on how much you want to spend. Also, it's a good tool for our students on our team to learn more about surveys, and is less intimidating to them than some more in-depth survey products. People also seem to know and trust SurveyMonkey.
Nachteile
I don't like that you have to pay a lot of money to have the full functionality for the product. Also, I don't find that SurveyMonkey has the same level of skip logic as other comparable products for the price. Additionally, I don't like that I have limited access to telephone customer service at lower-level tiers.

SurveyMonkey a quite good survey tool, but not the best
For time to time usage it's ok with free account, but if you want to send it to more users you need to pay or if you want to remove logo you need to pay, if you in general want MORE - you need to pay.
Vorteile
It's intuitive, user-friendly site. With pro subscription you get remove the logo or place yours. That's fine.
Nachteile
You can't really sent mass surveys to users, you can import the list of users, but automation is quite hard to achieve.

No nonsense survey tool, works for most basic & simple surveys
Many interesting insights from the population, easily stored and clearly tracked. It is a very simple tool, with clear cut benefits to meet the needs of getting feedback from your groups or collect input on broader themes.
Vorteile
It is a strong brand for a survey. You hear people say 'shall I sent you a surveymonkey' and everyone will know exactly what is required. It is simple for people filling out the surveys, and the visuals are nice, clean and clear.
Nachteile
It is not very user-friendly when creating surveys, it would be great if you could easily copy the format of the questions + answering options, instead of manually copying a question and adjusting the title. A bit of machine-learning would make a lot of difference here. What I think would be a great addition is if, like Perception from UltraPro, you could also do a bit of analysis on qualitative text-based questions. E.g. sensing the mood in the respondents.

Stopped my account with barely any explanation
Not good. I received one payout just fine but now with the account closing, all is kept on their end without dispute being possible.
Vorteile
Enjoyed the survey process, was easy to use and the site has a solid layout. The rewards are very fair for the survey sizes and was a good way to kill some time between things to do at home.
Nachteile
Some of the surveys didn't load. But the main issue is that my account was closed randomly WITHOUT PAYING my rewards already earned after falsely claiming that I was a bot, or not reading questions. Of which is inaccurate as I always answer honestly, but now they got my time and effort.

I liked the idea of SurveyMonkey, but found the surveys to not be interesting and there wasn't much for me to get active on. I have found other survey sites to be better.

SurveyMonkey: Multipurpose!
SurveyMonkey helps our team to gather the comments, ideas and informations from the team members. For some team meeting in the agile methodologies, it is desired to keep anonymous the users. SurveyMonkey did that in a very good way!
Vorteile
It is very very easy to use this program! There are many directions while creating the surveys. Since I am not that familiar to use those kind of programs, that is very important feature for me. I also really enjoy to use this program for different purposes. It might sound like it is useful for just surveys but definitely it has more! We are using surveymonkey to gather some comments, ideas or information from the team member.

I am really enjoying with this program and I think it is doing more than what it is designed! Thanks!

Its bananas
I have used many survey based sites, and while I applaud the approach, for my time I have found others to get the job done better.
Vorteile
Easy to navigate site and app, setup is smooth and easy to understand. They only want the most expert opinions.
Nachteile
They seem stricter on the process of qualifying individuals for the surveys, as well they dont pay out as generous as other survey providers.
