The feature I like the most is the time-lapse recording that captures the entire process of creation, which is useful for artists or those who want to share their creations or create tutorials.

I haven't found any negative points, but the export and sharing feature can be a bit overwhelming because I can't figure out which format to download. However, they do offer multiple formats to choose from.

In general there is a lot to like about the software. You purchase at one time and then you are able to utilize it from there on out you don’t necessarily have to subscribe to anything which is nice. In addition there is a broad range of functionality embedded within the app. So whether you are a beginner artist or mediocre designer, you are sort of able to play around with the app and figure out some basic or simple tools that you are able to use. In comparison to a seasoned artist or designer who has full range and functionality to create true masterpieces simply on the app.

In terms of things that I liked least about the software, I would just mention that while some of the tools are user-friendly and you are able to figure out how to use some of the basic features. It would be nice for some of the more intricate or designer friendly tools to be easily accessible for new users or new designers. I found that when I was trying to utilize some of the more seasoned tools, I had a little bit of a more difficult time navigating the app or specifically how to use those tools, and found myself having to outsource data and go to another source to watch a video or read on how to specifically use that one feature on the app. And that’s a lot to do to figure out how do use one small feature of the app

As a designer who tends to need software to draw out certain logos and images by hand (with an iPad and pen), I did like the fact that the software gave a wide range of brushes and even allowed you to create your own brushes. For the price, it has some good exporting features like animated gifs and downloadable replays of the image you were drawing as you were drawing it, which I thought was cool. Layers are easy to use, similar to Photoshop and Illustrator.

Nachteile

I did find that there was a bit of a learning curve with this software. There is a Procreate handbook but since I am familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator I figured I could skip the handbook and go straight to creating. I struggled with just a couple of things so you may need to take the time to reference the handbook, particularly if you're a novice.

Procreate is easy to use and the menu is not overloaded with a varied set of unfamiliar icons. The most interesting thing is that everything is customizable. You can modify all the brushes to have the same effect as a drawing on paper. Another handy trick is that you can choose these brushes to erase, so you can just smudge the color of certain areas instead of erasing everything.

The higher the size and quality of the canvas, the less you can add layers.
Another problem is that it is only available on IPhone or IPad.

It is very easy and intuitive. The quality of the brushes is amazing, the ones that come with the software are pretty much enough although there are many great sources outside. It is very easy to learn, the learning curve is quite smooth and fast.

I have found a bit annoying the way to import/export images and the fact that it is only usable on an Ipad tablet makes it very limiting as these tablets are very expensive. I had to get a tablet I don't use for anything else for this reason. But the software is so good, it was worth the expense.

Convenient, easy to learn, accessible and affordable. The brushes look and feel much nicer than photoshop, though not without some cons.

Brush textures tend to look very pixelly and washed out after compressing the image into a jpeg. I don’t like that there’s no adjustment layers capability like with Photoshop — I end up having to adjust colours and levels directly on the painted layers, which makes for a lot less flexibility.

While Procreate is an exceptional tool for digital artists, there is room for improvement in the resizing feature. Currently, resizing an image can be a bit cumbersome and lacks the smoothness and precision that I would prefer.

I love how the quality is! I literally have tried a tons of waiting apps and so far Procreate is the best one. It lets you make motions art, have a lot of tools to paint and pencil, you can change the form of the same pencil you're using, switch to pens, paint brushes... Have a lot of different tones of colors. I just love it to be honest I don't know how to describe it. My hobby is digital drawing and graphic design with illustration and the app I use the most for it its procreate.

Its actually kinda hard to understand at first, I had to looked for tons of tutorials to understand it and I still need to look for tutorials when I want to do something in particular.

It is a great Programme for casual and beginner artists, very well-designed GUI which can be difficult to navigate for the first few hours. Still, you quickly get the hang of it as it is straightforward when compared to other similar programs. Also, it is cheap compared to similar programs like photoshop.

Inoltre l’app permette di creare timeline per la creazione di animazioni e gif invidiabili. Le texture dei pennelli ripropongono in maniera realistica i vari metodi di pittura materica o acquerello o matita/carboncino.

Procreate è semplicemente spettacolare. La utilizzo da più di due anni per disegnare, prendere appunti, modificare immagini, creare contenuti grafici. La vasta disponibilità di pennelli e colori, la possibilità di realizzare anche delle piccole animazioni, la facilità di utilizzo, la precisione degli strumenti a disposizione sono tutti aspetti che mi sono piaciuti particolarmente e che rendono questo strumento unico nel suo genere!

Una aspetto che non mi è piaciuto tanto è la modalità di unione dei livelli, quando si disegna su più livelli, che risulta non semplicissima all’inizio. Pizzicare le immagini e portarle una verso l’altra all’inizio non è risultato semplice, ma con un po’ di pratica si risolve tutto.

Hai a disposizione parecchie funzionalità ed un sacco di strumenti utili per poter fare di tutto. La sua facilità d'uso è data dalla intuitività con cui puoi sviluppare il tuo progetto. da funzioni utili come per esempio il copia ed incolla oggetti campionati da te tramite l'apposito strumento a funzioni più avanzate come la possibilità di creare in automatico un vero e proprio time-laps del tuo progetto utile nel caso in cui voglia pubblicarlo sui vari social. Consiglierei procreate a chiunque abbia voglia di realizzare un qualcosa di grafico professionale, ma anche a chi vuole semplicemente disegnare e divertirsi nel farlo.Ah, costa veramente un inezia per quello che offre.

I like the ease of use and short-cuts procreate gives me when creating digital art and graphic design. I also like that the app is able to be shared in my apple family making it so I didn't have to purchase it twice for my child to use it on her iPad.

The only downside to procreate was that it is an Apple only product. It took me about two years of debating whether or not to purchase an iPad and I ONLY purchased an iPad for the use of procreate.

As the title says this is the best digital drawing software. It has great ease of use and transfers well to other editing software. There are so many features like an extensive brush library.
