Everything about Webit for my business is outstanding. Customer service is 5 star all around. The website is amazing to use and we rely on it for businesse just as much as our Google page. Simply put would only choose Webit.

There have been no Cons or problems with using Webit. Ive had them since 2018 and smooth sailing.

It’s a all in one for me because I have no secretary assistant, so I’m able to be a one man army.

No bookings or appointments can be made on this. On the manager site, it only tracks sales being made purchased through the website. Doesn’t give you options to track walk in sales. Adding descriptions and features & new topics is not easy. It’s alot of governors of what u can do & not do.

We it is great. It is better than spending 5K to get the same thing. It definitely needs you to put some thought into what you want, but for me I needed a functional website quickly. So I had them make one and it works great.

contacted us about updating our website, we have a connection with his father being a retired member, it just happened to be that we were actively planning to update our website at that time. Everything regarding the process went smoothly, from the initial sales pitch to the end result. The process was timely, and pricing is very competitive. Our site is more user friendly and visible; we have seen tangible results since the turnover.

The thing I like the least about Webit is that if you want to make a change on the back end sometimes that takes a few days.

The Team behind the websites - Always supportive, honest, friendly, helpful with professionalism and a sense of humor. Also the ability for me to be able to change things or add content and/or images to our website. The Home Page is the only part that the work order system would take up to 3 days sometimes based on their work load of customer request.

So the people who speak American, living in America working with Americans was a breath of fresh air due to the issues and problems I have had in the past.

At the price point I'm paying monthly with no contracts with supportive, knowledgeable, competent and professional people don't have any cons Maybe other than not finding them sooner than I did.

The information was quickly gathered and Built-in the template while talking with the webbit programmer. When needing changes they come quickly rabbit reaches out on a regular basis to make sure I don't need any additional help
