AMAZING PRODUCT
Timely is just so easy to use, I am not a report man but since I have been using Timely (about 3 years now) I just love the report button, when it used to take me hours to add up what my team took in a year or month it takes seconds to find out what each individual person has taken in sales or products. Customer service is fantastic if they don't reply when you call they will always call you back. I cannot speak highly enough of how fantastic Timely is.

The easiest, most affordable system... our clients love the online booking fuction!
I have used nearly every beauty software system over the 12 years I have been a Beauty Therapist and I can hands down say the Timely is the best by far! The support as well as how easy it is to use and train staff with the system is unbeatable. The online booking function is so user friendly our clients love it and prefer using it to calling or emailing for an appointment which ultimately saves our business time which means we also save money! I really like Timely. It is an easy application to use. When it comes to tax time my bookkeeper downloads my info to an excel file. Never have to do any bookkeeping. It's saved me lots of money and lots of time in accounting.
A photographic receipt extraction and a saving application would be an amazing feature in the future.
The support team is great.
I would definitely recommend Timely to anyone looking for an efficient easy to use application.

Best price on market for it's use
After doing much research, this product to me, and my Pilates studio is the best on the market for the best price. You could get a full bells and whistles product, but it will cost you your first born. You could get the super cheap option, but it may end up costing you your first born. Go for this system, it does what it says it's going to do, and very well priced too!

I use this software in my beauty salon to do my bookings, database and stock control.
All my customers always comment how easy it is to make a booking. They do not have to wait for me to return phone calls and I don't have to worry about missing new booking opportunities when I am too busy to answer the phone. It also takes care of confirming clients for me each day so that is one less chore I have to do at the end of a long day. It takes the place of a receptionist. It is a great tool for growing your business. I would be lost without it.

All good apart from trying to update to my phone
I got a great reply when trying to figure out how I can use my iPhone to check times etc but I tried everythign and it still does not work. I'm dissapointed and not sure what else to do

Great program
Awesome program, was using short cuts before while it was a good program it is very expensive and didn't offer near as much as Timely does. Love how Timely is always growing and offering you new additions with no extra cost. Very impressive, will continue to recommend Timely to whoever listens.

This is a very user friendly software and the customer service reps get back to you pretty...
I love the text message reminder features on this app. You can also send marketing messages by email and text which is also good. It pretty much does everything I need it to do for my business. One thing I have not used yet is the products tab where we can just charge our clients automatically through the app for the services they purchase. Once I get that going, it will save me a bunch of time with Account Receivable. I would definitely recommend them!

The software sends timely notifications before appointments. This makes it hard to miss appointments.

Best booking system I've ever used
As a physiotherapist, I have used quite a few different booking systems, and timely is by far the best. It is very easy to use and saves a lot of time with admin items that used to take me ages to complete on other booking systems. I am a big fan of the automatic appointment reminder system- I don't have to manually send reminders out, plus I now have a very low rate of people not showing up to their appointment or getting the time wrong due to this.

Best decision I've ever made!
Timely has revolutionised my appointment booking. It's so easy to use, so much quicker and no more carrying an appointment book everywhere. Rescheduling and Rebooking is so much easier, as is checking future appointments. It also makes bookkeeping so much more efficient. Appointment reminder emails are great, my clients love them too. It has saved me so much time. I feel much more professional because of using Timely, I could rave about it all day!

Life changing!
We absolutely LOVE using Timely in our salon. A year ago we were still using a paper and pen for our appointments and were a bit resistant to changing over to a computer system. Now we can't believe we didn't do it earlier. Timely is EXTREMELY easy to use and every now and then when we do need support the guys at Timely are never far away. On top of this it is a very price worthy product! It has been and is an awesome experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent product
I have found using Timely really great in many ways. It's easy to use and looks great. It has many add ons and extra features all catered to making our own businesses more sucessful.
The customer service has been exceptional as well. I always have my queries answered quickly and with a personal approach.

Best diary software ever!
Timely has made running my business 100 times easier. It helps to work out my accounts, keep record of stock and sales, and the easiest diary format going. The book online feature is amazing. The customer service is brilliant, always get a helpful reply straight away. But one of my fav things about timely is that the team are always striving to do better, to add more, to expand and to find out what customers need. Love love love it. Thanks guys!!

Great for most
I used Timely for free for a month. I was moving from one system over to timely and needed help moving over all of my client info. The scheduler I was moving away from wanted to charge me $ to retrieve my data. For a small business that just didn't make any sense to pay that money. Timely helped move my data over for free. They were great but in the end, I need something to track and charge clients for sessions and keep detailed transaction info.

Very easy to use and Customer Service is excellent
I use Timely to organise my appointments and prepare invoices. It has reduced the amount of cancelled or no-show appointments massively. I don't use the online facility, but may look at it in the future

The Assistant That Works
I have been using Timely for a couple of years and it is absolutely brilliant, so much so that in months of using it I implemented it in three different businesses. I have got other business owners to convert over to Timely and they also love the functions it offers and how easy it is to setup and use. I cannot speak highly enough of this product and the amount of time it saves me. It is a must have for any business that works on appointments.

This soft ware has become an essential part of our business as we are constantly booking...
The timely soft ware is what has made our business accessible on line to our customers, who can book in a lesson from the comfort of there homes, especially if they are shift workers and need to book in on a casual basis. I highly recommend it. it's easy to use and has resulted in the business expanding as it connects to our website.

Timely has it all
After a brief spell away from Timely trialling out another software programme that a fdriend had convinced me had more to offer, I returned to timely after finding the other programme too cumbersome for my requirements, and it actually didn't allow my appointments to be booked online !! . Timely is exactly what I need, to save me time and money, and the service is great. And.... they even gave me back the sms credits I had when I left. :-)

A great online appointment scheduling system that is well supported
Timely works well. It is an intuitive and user-friendly system for scheduling appointments. It also allows customers to make those appointments online for themselves. All accounting needs for payroll and sales are supported well from a range of standard reports that are customisable.
If you get stuck and need help on the system, the Timely people are easy to contact and very helpful and responsive. All up - a great system at a good price.

I wish I'd got Timely earlier!
I LOVE Timely. It has helped me to build my business much faster than I could have done without it. It is mostly intuitive, easy for my clients to use and provides me with great management information. I considered another appointment provider briefly but realised I would be crazy to do so. The only drawback is that it costs 10p per SMS which quickly adds up. The upside is, the more I am spending on SMS's, the more clients I must be getting.

Love love love Timely!
It's easy to use for both myself and my clients. Every client reports how much they love using the system which is a huge plus for me.
It's freed up so much of my time, no more having to back and forth with potential appointments, I know direct them to the website and they can manage their own bookings. One of the best investments I've made in my business.
Also, the support team are amazing, super helpful and quick to respond.

Great Design. Awesome Tool
Vorteile
The design and the UI are gorgeous, the app is super easy to use. We tried it for a few weeks but just didn't need all the extra functionality for the paid plans. Recommend though.
Nachteile
Didn't have many complaints when going through free trial with the team. The software was a little over our budget given where we were at the time.

My husband wouldnt be able to manage his business without Timely
I have s a lawn mowing business and with out timely I would struggle to maintain my customer database and daily jobss via the calendar . It is a fantastic tool and also because it is based on the internet I am able to keep tabs where where I am at via my mobile phone. Fantasic programe would recommend diffnitly

Timely Learning Curve
Timely is sleek, straightforward, and enjoyable to use. Improvements are constantly evolving, and the developers respond to customer feedback. Our staff are able to use it with very minimal training, and it has been flexible enough to cater for our unique needs (although we've needed to flex too). It integrates well with our accounting software (Xero), and handles multiple users and locations well. Great value.

very good, but a couple of obvious functions missing
very good overall, and improvements being added all the time. A couple of obvious blind spots: inability to account for refunds; inability to edit invoices. Staying with Timely long-term, but looking forward to above features being added... Thanks!

Little Hair Co LOVES Timely
It was a big jump for us going from the old paper diary and pencil to a computer and software but now we would never look back, it's such a dream to use day to day and so easy to personalise every detail to work in with your business. Love how all staff can view and make appointments from out of the salon and how great it blends with Xero. Super happy with the pricing and we would never be without it now.

Timely has been the saving of me
I'm so glad I finally found Timely. The ease of use, all the integrated functions, the availability of the staff and their openness to suggestion and ideas is so wonderful. The cost of the plans are more than reasonable for even the most struggling salon.

Very easy to use.
We use Timely for our workshop booking system and found it the best we have ever used. quick and easy and does everything more we need it to do.
We have used the customer service and this has been quick and friendly. But only had to use it a couple of times, since the system has been running well.

Simple to use
I'm a big fan of Timely. The setup was simple and it had all the features I needed to get started immediately. The thing that makes Timely better than all other online booking software I've tried is the service. The support guys were really great but not pushy or in a hurry. I got it going and now it runs all our appointments

Get premium service without spending a premium.
Very affordable service that is continually expanding the software's capabilities. It does all the things I want massage booking software to do and whenever I discover that there is more I need I have the ability to make a request to the development team.
The only con is that is not fully customizable. (I wouldn't expect it at this price point) By far the best I have found at the price point.

I've found Timely easy to use and love the fact that it not only keeps customer files but that I can also keep track of financial progress throughout the year. It also helps making GST returns easy.
I just love the fact that I can now offer gift vouchers and track their usage if they are not all redeemed at one session. Well done Timely. You are far more advanced than anything else out there.

Timely Review
I have been using Timely for scheduling and invoicing for almost a year now. It's been so easy to set-up amd use. My reception staff have found it easy to learn and work. Being clinic but also mobile based, Timely allows me to do what I need in any situation/location. I love the unpaid invoices report as I can pull it up at the end of the month and I know exactly where my invoices need to go.

Great for our weekly advice sessions
We are using Timely to manage the bookings for our weekly advice sessions, 6 x 20 minutes on Thursday. It's a free service from angel investors for early stage startups, often just ideas. With Timely this is all low touch with startups booking online. Perfect for our situation.

So easy to use
We have been using Timely for the past 18 months in our Naturopathic Clinic. Prior to this we were using a diary! It has totally streamlined our appointment scheduling in this busy practice with multiple naturopaths. We all love it!

Love it very user friendly
Briliant online booking system
Had no problems learning and getting around it
Great support
One thing I would love to see as a clinical based practise is a larger box in which to write client notes that are required as want to do away with paper client notes. This is an important factor for Clinical Massage therapists or anyone in the health service. I will put in a request! :)

Great software
I have been using timely nearly a year now and find it good. The only thing I would like to change is the reminder number. As customers get confused which phone number to use. We had few people saying that they rang and couldn't get through, just because they rang a number that they got a message from and that's not our number. A part from that the system is great, easy to use.

Timely is so easy to use, in every way.
Everything about Timely is easy, from topping up SMS credits, to daily/client/therapist reports. Booking/rebooking/rescheduling clients is easy. As a owner I find everything I need for reports, KPI's, incoming $, forecasting and stock control. My therapists find it easy to see where they are at with targets, bookings etc.
Timely are constantly updating making things easier.

Excellent customer service
I've been really impressed by the way that the Timely team actually listen and respond to my questions and suggestions and, in a remarkably short space of time, have actually implemented some of them!
This good product is still evolving, becoming more adaptable and is one that I now look to first if one of my customers has the need for a CRM / scheduling system.

Love the software and would highly recommend it to others
We have been using this program since opening up the gym. It's a great way to book in PT's and get an idea of how many people are participating in which classes. We also sell products from the gym so we don't need two separate programs. Also it is great to be able to put in clients details and have a list of health problems or injuries noted of the client file.

Wonderful bit of Kiwi Product and Service!
So far Timely has been a key step in getting my Physiotherapy clinic off the ground having started up exactly a year ago this week! Very easy to use and does almost everything I need it to do at the moment, and all at a reasonable price. Only thing that is missing is the ability to Invoice ACC directly, though I believe it is being looked into at the moment.

It is a nice app to get to use that can be on your phone, so it is always with you and something you can check regularly when you do not have your computer with you. Having this option is very nice.

Easy, aesthetic appointment setting app
I have a service-based business and use this app in order for potential clients to pick a time to initially talk. They all mention how great it is on their side. Timely gives my potential clients a professional first impression which I really appreciate!
