Simply the best!

After thousands of hours of lost productivity and years of suffering with other scheduling software, we were thrilled to find Timely! It's like the difference between gliding in a Lexus as opposed to struggling on a squeaky tricycle which needs to be serviced every few feet.

And it only gets better as the stellar team at Timely is constantly polishing and updating with smart features to improve the experience.

Stunningly, it's also far less expensive than the inferior competition.

I'm usually suspicious about anything that is too good to be true but this is the exception to the rule.

Timely is one of the only software programs that I could not do without

As an accountant I rolled out timely in May of 2015 Just before the end of the 2015 Australian financial year.

It has proven to be one of the best decisions I have made. It integrates with my website and face book page and also my Xero Practice Manager software. It is equally easy for my clients to either book online or for a staff member to make an appointment with them.

Once the appointment is made the client gets a confirmation text or email and then a reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment.

I love using timely and it has become our one and only tool to manage client appointments.

Best switch I ever made

Timely was recommended by a friend and I've been very happy with the choice to use it for my hair salon. It has most of the features I need from an appointment book system and if there's a feature missing, thanks to the customer feedback and suggestions, they come along eventually! I love the constant contact and support for customers, there's very little or no delay. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Timely to any small business.

Use Timely to help yourself!

I am in the start-up phase of my beauty business and am in that difficult time of having one foot in my regular day job and one foot in my business. Timely has been essential in letting all the appointments flow smoothly. People can make their appointments online instead of having to call me, which prevents me receiving beauty calls while I'm at my day job (which means no side glances from my boss!). Plus, having the database set-up from the get-go means all my clients are there and I don't need to worry about pesky paperwork. Thank you Timely for making my business start-up a lot easier!

Best Scheduling System Available!

Timely has been an absolute dream to work with! They're simple, efficient, and have quick and caring customer service. There are constantly new improvements and new options that they are working on to offer more for businesses and to add to all of that...they are so affordable! Any questions that I've had have been answered right away. I'm so thankful that I chose Timely and recommend them to anyone looking for a good scheduling system.

I use Timely for client and seminar bookings, client details, invoicing.

I love this software. My assistant and I can book appointments and liaise with clients from anywhere! Keeping track of payments is easier, GST returns much quicker. I have been caught out when clients were sent confirmation emails when I was attempting to juggle appointments before confirming them. Also I when I teach a seminar that is of three days duration I am unable to mark this down as a single class. I'm looking forward to being able to change the class duration to days rather than hours. I have recommended this software to many of my students who are starting out in business.

Very user friendly software

I have been using Timely in my psychology practice for approximately one year now, and have been very happy with the product. It is incredibly easy to use, and the online booking function works very well, particularly for new customers.
My only gripe with Timely is that they have not yet found a solution for businesses who may have children as clients, but who then need to have the ability to add the "child" to a "family" or "parent" in our scheduling software. I also run an education centre and I have been using other scheduling software in that centre as a result of this issue.

Perfect for my business on so many levels

The only issue I have found is that I am unable to redeem credit on a mobile device. It's not that bad !!!

The best on the market

Timely has been a massive lifesaver for me and my business. It has saved me so much time and has been the best done booking system that I have used. It's integration of invoicing has made it so that I can easily keep track of who has paid us. There are no complaints on my side, just wish that my customers could have their own log in and could see a tracking of their upcoming appointments and would not have to type in their information every time they scheduled an appt. Customer service has been there for every question I have, responding to my emails quickly and politely.

Timely is awesome

I love Timely, Ive put quite a few people onto it. It has all the features I need, especially because I make appointments globally, and what I really like is the customer service is like talking to your best friend, they really do care and want to help you, you are a person to them and they want your experience to be a good one. And I love how they are always looking for ways to improve their service and the features.

Timely gives me Time to run my Personal Training Business

Super easy to set up, to administer with world class support. Not only do I love using timely my clients like it to. It gives them the ability to choose the time that suits them best without those frustrating phone calls trying to sync calendars.
I cannot say enough great things about Timely and the best of all they keep improving the system.

Lots of features at a good price

Timely is an affordable software for salons. Easy to learn and the help features make it easy to teach yourself. They have constant updates and improvements. Automatic apt reminder sms sent to clients is a great feature.
We find that at times it is quite ale to move from screen to screen. It would also be great to see a flag on a client who declines her appointment as when they do this it takes it out of the calendar and all of a sudden you see that you have a gap in your day and unless you have a fab memory you can't remember who was booked in for the day.

Loving Timely

I have found using Timely a wonderful experience, it is easy to for my clients to book and easy for me to block out time , change the website, add notes. I highly recommend it.
Since using Timely I have definitely increased my client base, I was resistant to having a website to start with but I am so glad I have one now. Anytime I feel confused about trying to change something I get a quick and straight forward answer and can fix it in a flash.

Easy and simple way to manage time and plan out your week.

Vorteile

The best thing about timely is that you could plan in advance. If a client needs to reschedule you can easily move their appointment to another day and fill that void with a different block. Extremely easy.

Nachteile

For the free version, only one user is allowed and only 5 projects. This does limit it's use. Another issue is that it is too easy to change time blocks, it should be less touchy.

Changed My Business

Timely has changed me and my Company. Customers Now expect online booking and its my competitive advantage against my competition
It make me more organized and more effective with my time i use the mobile site for booking over the phone its a breeze. I biffed my Diary In the bin !
And i love waking up and clients have booked online.
The most important thing to me is customization ! i find a fault in something I have setup it takes minutes to change rewrite change edit etc Timely is made for bookings ! I love Timely and you will to.

Clean and Simple

Visually, its a great program. Easy to read and use. Helps us stay more organized! The Timely staff is very helpful every time we have a question or issue. I really like how the calendar syncs up with our iCal on our Apple devices. Although its too bad they don't have an App available in the iTunes store. We also wish it would show "busy time" blocks on iCal, not just appointments. But the color coding and easy to use format makes it easy for any non-techy person to use. Aside from a few kinks, its a great price for a handy software.

Super Happy!

I did a lot of resurch before I decided to use Timely, and I could not be happier! It's so easy to use, the reports you could track your work from are as good as the bigger name software, but for a fraction of the cost. I have recommended this sight to all my friends!

I find Timely easy & basic to use. The new info bar down the side is good. However I find the invoicing/accounting side of things very unusual. It is lacking in some basic accounting controls.

Using Timely has made me more profitable and my life much easier!

As a sole trader, working alone, Timely is like my front desk and receptionist! When I'm fully booked I can't take calls- having Timely changes all that. Clients can book in by themselves and its so easy! Not a day goes by wen someone doesn't compliment me on our booking system!

Customer service is friendly and quick, advice is great and the whole thing is easy to use. The dashboard on iPhone can be quite slow to load, but other than that, having Timely is one of the best decisions I made. I couldn't be without it!

great tool for my business

I've been using timely for more than a year,
my clients love it, i recommend it to all my colleagues and many now have it too.
it's made my life easier and more organised.
It links to my google calendar and sends reminders.
the customer service is very prompt and most of the time solutions are provided right away.
i really like timely and cannot imagine where my business would be without it.

Love it!

We had a few issues with time zones in the beginning - but now that seems to have sorted it's self out. The reports are great and very useful. The product sales not showing an the calendar can get confusing for us as we stay on the calendar page throughout the day.

Almost there

It's the best looking & easiest to use booking software I've come across. My only hate is that my students can't pay for their class when they book (I have to manually send them an invoice).

Good value for money

Excellent value for owner/operator just starting out. Very versatile. Pretty much has all the bells and whistles that the more expensive software have, but more affordable.
Packages are a little confusing to work out but otherwise a good all round booking software considering the affordability. The only thing I found really frustrating is that you can't add additional services to an invoice during payment, you have to go back into the original appointment and manually edit it, which is such a waste of time.

Excellent, intuitive, time-saving, affordable a must have small business solution

The layout is very easy to understand and simple for clients to use - it incorporates complex features and gets a very good response from clients and saves me heaps of time. I especially like how the Timely keeps innovating and developing new features - over the last 3 years i have used this product it has gone from strength to strength - i can't imagine not having it.

Our staff find it simple to use and customer service is great.

Timely is easy to use. The back end is simple to set up and make changes to, and new staff can use the front end immediately, there is no need to learn anything. Our call centre for our call overflow use it too without any problems. Timely's customer service is quick and friendly.

Our clients love they can book and manage their appointments online at any time of the day and it frees up our time to concentrate on what we do best, providing high-end lash and brow services. We are very happy. Thanks Timely!

In Time with Timely!

We have been using timely to manage our lesson appointments - and its great! The system is easy to use for both customers and staff. We love the visual layout of the daily calendar and customer data functions. Timely seem to be updating the portal frequently and often useful tools keep appearing and becoming more effective - such as the recurring booking tools. It would be good if customers had the ability to book multiple sessions on the web widget without having to "remember me" and rebook. Good stuff!

Easy / Reliable Schedulign System

We ahev used timely for the scheduling of our 3 technicians on the road for nearly 2 years. It is easy and great to use. The techinicians have their schedules emailed through to them early every morning so they are informed of work flow for the day ahead - this also makes them self sufficient.
Also - Customer service is fantatsic and they are very helpful!

Easy preezie

love timely. I'm not very tech savvy and found it very easy to set up. Step by step, very straight forward. Easy to edit everything from rosters to text reminders at the click of a button. And if you happen to get stuck there's always someone close by to lend a hand.
The client interface is very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend

Love Online bookings!

we love timely and so does our clients - we consistently receive great feedback on our appointment reminders that are sent to clients but our biggest 'thumbs up' is for our online booking our clients love it!!
Personally I love it for the versatility of been able to access from the Laptop, iPad and iPhone and also been able to link to mail chimp and send out newsletters/promotions ... Just recently we sent out a reminder to book for Christmas within 20 minutes we had received 12 online bookings!

Timely is simple to learn and to teach new staff. It is flexible, and while we really need the classes features to be prioritized, it is so useful we are happy to make it work. Workable

I like the ease of creating bookings.

I do not like that the number 1 feature I've asked--and dozens of other people have requested--is still not in place. That is, in-take forms taking histories from new clients.
I also want a form they virtually sign so they can agree on how we'll work together.
These were both part of Clickbooks, which I was very happy with.

Also, as a requirement, I want all info about my clients--address and emergency contact. No way to do that yet with your platform.

Business Partner

Timely has become once of our most valuable resources. It's allowed me to free up staff time to focus on clients rather than processing bookings by phone. It's super easy to use, has a world of options available and when it comes to customer service and help, they act more like a partner and that they're heavily invested in my business - and committed to make things work. Excellent software for a one person business like mine!

my turnover has increased 200% by using the Timely booking system, customers are able to make bookings for themselves without having to try to get through to me on the phone, which can be hard to do if i am busy. I also love that it makes me look so professional & keeps my organised with my schedule !10/10

Fantastic appointment scheduler that has changed our clinics for the better

As a busy midwifery practice we were struggling with people not remembering their appointments 4 weeks ahead and having to reschedule quickly often in the middle of the night when we are birthing. For us the ability to send txt reminders the day before is great. We can also change appointments in the middle of the night and Timely will txt at 8am to let the clients know.

This program has improved our clinic scheduling, appointment rescheduling and client satisfaction. Thanks Timely

Essential automation of my business

Timely has been incredible for my business, managing the administration, booking, invoicing and reporting of my business so that I can do what I do best: my work as a practitioner!
I love how available Timely staff are if I'm ever having any challenges. But overall, it's been super intuitive and functional.

We here at the salon can't get enough of Timely, after using other systems and always making compromises on how we can use it as to how it can be used, Timely is a breath of fresh air! It's easy to use, easy to understand, the staff are brilliant with any queries, and it just keeps getting better!

Great Service

I've used timely for about a year and it has revolutionised the admin of running my teaching practice. Of gone from being a seriously disorganised person to a very organised one, I can bill my clients online as well, which is great.

ease of use. beautiful to look at and understand

there are only a mere few limitations of timely, which is always the case if you are servicing many different industries with the same product, one cannot tailor everything to meet the needs or every nuance of the varied businesses it services. I believe that Timely has done exceptionally well to have brought something to the market of small-medium service-based businesses to hep them manage, connect and schedule their clients so that it frees up their time for other things.

Life Saver!

Timely has given my business a professional boost. My clients love how easy it is to book in and it has reduced my time spent on the phone booking and rescheduling clients. Now I have more time to spend on other aspects of my business and personal life. It has saved my life! I used to be on phone throughout the day, in between clients and throughout the evening as well. With Timely, its been easy to grow as a business as well. Adding staff and rostering has never been easier.

Excellent system & service

I have been using this booking system for 12 months and have been very impressed. It is easy to use and has so many great functions such as re-booking where it carries across all client appointment information. It has been very reliable with no down-time and SMS alerts always sent to clients. It works well on a laptop and iPad, but my only criticism is that functionality could be improved for using on mobiles.
Would recommend to anyone needing an appointment booking service.

Super easy and fast system to track your working day.

Timely is an easy to use efficient and organised programme that is constantly updated and upgraded so that it remains fast and reliable. The customer service is exceptional and there is always a friendly face answering each enquiry. I have used other systems in the past and have found that Timely is a "one stop shop" for all of my salons requirements.

Down to the earth management software

We used timely from a year ago. At beginning we chose your guys because of the price. Coz it's our new business \^^/
However, surprisingly, timely team provide us fantastic customer service.
Every time we have some trouble on the software, timely team always can help us out efficiently!!

Great tool to use as personal trainers highly recommend it especially if your accounting...

Most aspects are great. One of the only cons is if you have a lot of big groups its takes AGES to invoice all of them and if your self employed theres an hour of potential lost income because your invoicing a group

Experience

I was apprehensive at changing over from a written diary at the salon to online but Im so pleased I did. Although I had a year off sick, Ive now been able to get back into the system and work through alot more. The ease at which bookings can be made, copied, repeated, stock control etc is so simple and easy to train staff on. Fantastic product and love the updates

Good overall solution to online bookings

Pros - Easy to use and self explanatory
- pricing good compared to other online booking systems
- Can suggest ideas via the voting system
Cons - Can delete classes by accident too easily if you have multiple users
- would like to converse with staff via text currently only outgoing messages
- sometimes you just need to speak to someone and this resolves the issue fast as understanding over email can get a bit confusing

Timely is easy to use and I love that it can be accessed from anywhere and on any device.

I had a client book Hair Extensions appointment using the Timely Nook Now button while waiting to board a flight at Heathrow Airport on a return trip to Auckland.

Because of the time difference we were not able to take her call and she needed to have her hair done as soon as she go it for a wedding. She received confirmation via text message and was able to come it as soon as she got to Auckland.

It worked for her and for us. I highly recommend Timely -:)
