One of the best

I have been using Timely for a few months and it has been a great experience. I love how reliable it is on a daily basis.

Easy to use for Personal Training

I'm really happy with Timely. Simple to use, saves me time and keeps my clients on track.

It helps me to run my small business with more control and ease. I lose less client revenue through forgetfulness and find tracking my progress very simple.

Gettimely is nice software, easy to implement but lacks a few features.

Overall it is great - makes life a lot easier and saves me hours and hours of time per month.

One year on Timely

Timely is a great way to manage your business bookings and invoices. It is jam-packed with features that aren't always obvious, but once you know about them, they make life very easy.

Excellent software

Deciding to use timely was a wise decision. Its easy. The automatic reminders have helped us remind our clients without spending hours on the phone. Its been great for our business

Automatic Time-Tracking at it's Best!

Our team liked it but didn't love it. We opted for another time-tracking app, but probably only because we were used to it.

Everything I've been looking for for a long time

We started using the software about a year ago, and have not looked back. It is easy to use, reliable and you can use as many or as few features as you like. Any time I have been unsure how to do something, I have emailed the admin staff and they have got back to me with a detailed response very quickly.

Small business

It's very clunky. Even ticking off attendance is clunky. I now have two devices on the go, my phone for ticking off & my iPad for note taking.
Otherwise I waste my client's time with the formalities.

Everything you could possibly want in a booking and appointment system. Makes life so much easier from stock levels gift vouchers and full accounting built in. Always constantly updated and you can even request certain tweaks to be made, I have done this and it's great to see the changes made and a lovely email to back it up. Keep up the amazing work.

Simplicity and effective

I think timely is amazing! From their apps and ease to use between my devices from anywhere! To the support team who are always prompt in helping as much as possible! The features make everything for my bookkeeper and myself in order and easy! I have been so happy to have joined in my scheduling with timely, my clients love how easy the online booking is!! Even when I'm on the other side of the world. Way to go timely!!

Brilliant & Simple booking system

Only one tiny criticism, we would prefer more card company compatibility but Timely has offered a way round this. Apart from that absolutely brilliant

Great Add on thats easy to use & continually improving

very effective & easy to use and set up; disappointed that my time from appointments is not imported into xero's to accumulate WIP as I bill on a time basis. I use the pencilled in appointments to schedule my work on non face to face appointments rather than just block out the time as busy

Life Changing.

Get timely is excellent, the soft ware is effective, easy to use and so professional, it saves me so much time when taking a bookings, and as it is live on the net , staff, customers can view their appointments and availability from any location. I don't k how I managed with out get timely, it save time in the admin and allows me more time to focus on my treatments.
When I was getting started, the get timely team were very helpful answering any questions that I had to get going whilst getting to understand the software, i soon realised every aspect of a booking system was covered in fact it offered far mor than I could imagine. It is the best! It offers so much for the small price! Fantastic

Superb customer focused

As ever Timely have delivered a customer focussed product that delivers all that is required and more. Love the greater flexibility of the new app and the recently added activity page is fantastic for me being self employed to keep track of bookings when I'm out and about.

Great booking tool for weekly clients that links from computer to phone to have it everywhere...

Very easy to use from day one. Has almost all the functions I need

Easy to schedule and change appointments, it saves admin a lot of time when booking work. Plus the auto alerts to technicians saves time also.

Get Timely has changed our business scheduling into an easy, efficient and organized process. The Get Timely staff is professional, courteous and prompt and they answer all of our questions in a timely manner. The Get Timely interface is pleasing to the eye, very organized and has color coding options that make scheduling and booking easy. They are constantly updating Get Timely to make it better. Great software, great service and great saving!!

Its been great, all very straightforward. The transfer from ourother software was the big deal, but once it was complete we coulduse Timely very easily and help was alway quick when you needed it!

Quite easy to use too, tho I had to have a bit of help at first as I'm not that techy... but it streamlines SO many processes it makes you wonder how you did all that stuff before... they keep updating too and it creates a really professional look and feel too ...

Operational efficiency

We started using Timely only a year ago and we can safely say that we ONLY regret the fact that we haven't started using it before.

Our business operational efficiency has turned inside out, with valuable customers' data in hand, appropriate appointment time allocations, clearer listing of all our services and packages, and ease of use when applying changes, rescheduling and booking planning of next appointments.

This is only a fraction of the features available for the administration, for the staff and also for the customers. To name only one major advantage is its accessibility from wherever you are and from any device available.

Customers who make use of our online Facebook booking system all have only one comment to make; "it is so simple and user friendly to make a booking".

There are so many other positive points which can be highlighted that this may take too long to explain in detail. From an administration point of view, the numerous reporting facilities available helped us understand and quantify our customer's spending trends, from the most popular treatments and those which we need to promote to make our business more successful through additional marketing tools and platforms which we still have to discover and make use of in the near future.

We simply cannot quantify the time and money saved to make such a system work for us.

We absolutely LOVE TIMELY!

Having worked with Salon Iris and Shortcuts for over 10 - 15 years the thought of changing to new software was a little overwhelming buts its only day 3 and we are TOTALLY STOKED......
My staff and i have found it incredibly user friendly and in only 3 days have managed with the awesome support from the Timeley team transfer all bookings, clients including formulas and products over mostly through excel csv files. The app is really easy to navigate and the software itself is also really user friendly. We have also managed to add the booking widget to our WordPress website, Facebook, synchronize with Mailchimp and set up Google analytics's. The biggest reason for deciding Timely however was the integration with Zero software. Easy to set up and although haven't had time to integrate all the features also seems relatively painless to synchronize.
Hard to believe all that has been done in such a short time frame...
Thank you to the designers, coders and support staff for making this transition almost seamless.

Cant wait to see what else Timely can do for my business....

I love that I found timely a few years ago. I have been so happy with the quality of the app and the service to provides to me. After using shortcuts for years and I've been very happy to switch over. Like all things, development takes time and there are a few things that it can't do for me yet, but they are in the works! Excellent alternative to Mindbody

User friendly and awesome

My new small business (a Pilates studio) was looking for an easy-to-use, reliable scheduling system that is also flexible enough to meet our needs. From the initial survey stage, we were hooked on Timely - it's handsome and exploring the features is very easy. I personally had to train our two studio assistants and within one day of training they got the full hang of it. Also, customer service gets back to us within a very reasonable window of time. I made a silly mistake that costs us extra on our first billing and they were happy to refund us. This level of attention to customers is highly appreciated.

Like it a lot

I use it over a year. Very easy to use. Clients like the reminders. For me that cuts a on no shows. I can access my schedule from any place in the world and make changes. Clients love to be able to make appointments on line. That helps with more bookings, because clients can book at any time of the day and on my days off. I like it.
