Timely has made my appointments a lot easier , then a actual appointment book, having clients booking them self in online is great, as I am not great with technology, it works for me

Adding the use of Timely to our business has allowed us to give our customers the freedom to book their appointments at their own convenience wherever they may fit in their schedules. Service has been great. Some of the features I would like, such as being able to schedule classes using the mobile app or being able to schedule a series of classes with exceptions would be nice to have.

Clients do not need to call and leave msg with us anymore... a few clicks and they are booked in.

Although I am self employment and working part time, this is a great tool for time saving.

A great fit for my beauty salon. Reasonably priced and provides nearly everything I need! I love how I can access it from my phone, iPad AND laptop too! And, thanks to the cloud, no messy back up procedures either.

Love this software, easy to access from anywhere which makes it so usable. Never miss a client as you can book them in from home on your days of using your cellphone or home computer. Absolutely love it!

If you need results that you can see, easy workable system and help at hand - I can recommend...

Starting our business and getting the hang of appointments, changes, future bookings and too much different treatments with special packages etc was a nightmare if you use paper booking and we thought we will save money using a book until we found out that we could get timely for 3 months for the price of a book, really affordable.
Then we had to sent txt and email messages by hand, copying the same message over and over. Sometimes in the dead of night you remember that you have not reminded the client - talk about sleepless nights! Clients with no-shows just had this lame excuse that they forgot - like it is your fault that you did not remind them (Yes, actually it is your fault for not having Timely!)
I loved that we grew with Timely, when a new feature was developed, we were first to know and tried it out with much enjoyment!
I have had the team around the bend with my struggles with campaigns and Mailchimp, but they never gave up with me and now I'm happy that I have done that as well. In anticipation of the Techbots to set us up with the same features - straight from our Timely booking system Yeah!!!!!!

Good app to use

I have veen useing it for years and it is easy to use for me and client. The price quit ok to pay. But in this year price increase for I use sale product or voucher online. I have to have sale online function but not really use it all time. Because is what my business is nail salon and beauty. I am not sale product online. I sale only voucher online. People not buy it all time. Client buy only special time like chrismas.

Got nothing bad to say, genuinely. It looks great and is intuitive to use, the features for reminding people manages appointments and clients without needing an assistant, and I've never had any problems with it. Highly recommended.

It seemed daunting to go from my appointment book to a computerised system and now I don't know how I managed so long without it. I have more time to work on my Natural Health and Wellness business and clients think it is more professional.

Easy to use, logical and MAJOR money saver!

There's lots of potential here

I have found this program relatively easy to use. The pro's is that clients can book themselves in and pay online. The reporting system is simple to use and I'm sure that if I spent some time learning the accounting system, that would be very useful also. The con's is that several of our customers have had problems paying online because Timely is not very conversant with Paypal. I've been told that it works better with other payment systems but other systems are quite abit more expensive than paypal so we've stuck with paypal and just deal with the hassle of all the non payment notifications. I've also found it very difficult to get customer service on the phone. Email seems to get a better response, however, it would be helpful to be able to speak to someone particularly if there's an urgent issue. The system also does not provide a "waitlist" for appointments so one never knows how many customers are going elsewhere because they cannot get an appointment once the Calendar is full. Other than that, I think that these guys work really hard to give us the best program possible.

A great balance of functionality and ease of use

A bit too counter-intuitive for me...

It looks like a very nice tool, but it didn’t fit precisely into my workflow. I had a feeling that besides doing my regular work I still had to write something down. But I am pretty sure that other freelancers or bigger companies might be thrilled about this.

I find the system easy to use, and my customers love getting reminder texts 24 hours before their appointments. I love the idea of the book now button on my business advertisemen's but this needs a app to allow clients to book their own appointment from their Android devices please...would my life easier too.

It's easy to use. Lots of options and all I do is put in the client info and it sends out reminder for me.

TIMELY IS THE BEST ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM YOU WILL FIND

This is the best online booking system I have found. I had a really unfortunate experience with another system and finding Timely was such a relief to my business. There are so many pros to this system:
- Price point is very competitive
- It doesn't take clients away from my website to make the appointment
- It's easy for my clients to book in, using any mobile device, tablet, laptop
- Clients can cancel and change their own appointments as they need
- From the business end its so easy to use. I am so slow with all tech, and even I can use this system. I didn't need to sit down and learn to use this system, I just logged in and off I went.
- I have easy to find info on how my business is performing
- The customer service is AMAZING, timely staff are awesome to deal with.
- They are open to new ideas and the system is constantly changing and improving
- I was able to link it with XERO accounting software with ease

There is so much to this system. It is worth your time to sit down and check it out.
