Product not as advertised. Or should I say they withheld important information.

Best Online Booking

Podocanada is a small orthotics practice. I used to book using Patient Appointment Manager. I was searching to switch to an online software where client can book there appointments. It s been a year now using Timely. I am satisfied.

Absolutely Fantastic Software

I love the Timely software because it is so easy to use. I have very basic computer skills and had no problem setting up and using this system. The support team respond to any queries very quickly and do an awesome job resolving any issues (which are very few)

Timely has changed my life. I had a girl doing reception, returning messages and confirmations texts. Timely took this role over almost 100%. The fact that people can buy gift vouchers online has given me more free time that I'm not waiting for people to turn up to purchase in person!!! Love love love

Easiest online booking system I've ever used.

Clients can book online at a time that suits them. It means i get less calls and more time to treat clients or do admin work.

Easy for me and clients

Easy to use anywhere from any device. Linked through fb and website. Clients love using it and changing appointments no longer require me.
Reports help me to keep tracka nd can upload straight to my bookkeeper or allow her access without rest of details.
Love the connections and updates to mailchimp for my emails also.
Has made life super easy.

I've been using the Timely app for over a year now. My client loves the text and email reminders. They also love how easy it is for them to book online. It is so simple for the salon to use as well. My girls love it. Can't say enough good things about Timely.

Love Timely and I am so glad I decided to get an online booking system (prior to this I used a diary and spent many hours getting appointments booked via txt and phone conversations). Seamless now and my clients love the fact that they can go and book themselves in, easy peasy!

What did I do without Timely!

Efficient, but still needs some adjustments

I'm a very busy stylist/mother. After I had my children I had to cut a few budgets, and my salon software was one of them. I decided to try out Timely after leaving SimplyBook.me. Timely has a lot of great features, but not everything was available that I was able to do with the other program. After I came across the issue that I am unable to book my services based on my time, I decided to switch once again. As you can imagine, it was a hassle, but it got done.

Skip MindBody and get Timely instead.

Personally, I needed software that simplified booking my appointments, invoicing, and bookkeeping. I was having to manually enter invoices twice: once into my invoicing system (Freshbooks) and another into my accounting system (Xero). It was an unnecessary time waste.

For the same price as Freshbooks, I now have a system that does appt tracking, invoicing, and those invoices automatically are entered into my accounting system. I'm also saving $10 a month since I could discontinue my prior appt service.

I like that Timely can send text msg reminders. I no longer have no shows. They will at least reschedule.

I checked out MindBody before signing up for Timely. It seemed cumbersome and dated, especially for the price. I have told lots of local vendors, from home inspectors to fitness studios, to spas & salons, to try Timely. Minus credit card and bank processing, it just does everything MB does, but at a fraction of the price. (And it's easier to use.) Everyone who uses Timely loves and raves about it every time I see them.

Timely has been great whenever I have a question, and the team is constantly cranking out new features and improvements. I've researched all the appointment tools out there and I'm pretty sure you won't find a better option out there.

Timely has made going into business for myself seamless.

Best decision we every made, should have changed much sooner.

Love this app. I have tried sooo many. This is the only one that never frustrates me.

I'm a huge fan of Timely. The setup was easy and it had all the things I needed to get started immediately. I love that they keep updating and improving it. It just keeps getting better.

Timely gave me my life vack

I was booking appointments old school and was overwhelmed by demand. I needed help and now I can focus on my clients I am with then worrying about returning phone calls or missing a potentially new customer. Timely does it for me.

A System that works for you 24-7

Timely has been the best decision I made for my Business last year. Saving me time and money on text messaging, reception callbacks and even the need for reception staff it's that good. I've tried other systems that were not even comparable I actually love this system !

Using Timely for business

Using timely has been great thus far. Very easy to use and train my staff on. Not a lot of time is required.

Very handy

Pros:
Totally AWESOME!! Keep up the great work!!

Cons:
Busy Time is only 1 color (would be nice to have color option for easier reading/searching);
(Weekly basis Sun-Sat Scenario) Any appointment done from the last day of that page can't be carried over automatically to the next page. Ex. 11:30 PM appointment w/ 1 hr duration the image will only show until 11pm bottom of that day & while going to the next week it doesn't show up but the appointment is still written as 1 hr duration. (Current solution is to add it manually again to the Sunday of the the following week);
Glitchy with the booking when you put in near the 11pm bottom and try dragging it up or somewhere in a different time span, it somehow automatically expand your booking from the new timeslot until the original 11 pm bottom time span. Ex. 11:45PM (15 mins) drag appointment to 1PM, instead of having 1PM (15 mins) it will be 1 PM - 11:45PM. (anything that is the 11:45PM is buggy)

Experience:
Customer service is 11/10. Very accommodating & efficiently good quality rapport.

Feedback:
Highly appreciated if the bugs for the cons be fixed as not all appointments is on the range of 9-5 PM working slot. Thank you.

Appointments made easy

I am very happy with the decision to go with Timely for my appointment software, It is so easy to use. I love the integrated web booking site , and so do my clients. The fact that you can purchase a Gift Voucher 24 hours a day, 365 days a year has also been a fantastic option for my clients here, and their families overseas, with the seamless PayPal integration making it so simple.
I'm very pleased with Timely and would happily recommend it.

loving this software

loving this, going from 2 vets writing appointments and invoicing into a diary that I couldn't read, let alone get a hold off to send out invoices, to sending invoices as the job happens, knowing where everyone is so I can schedule appointments. This has changed our lives and our business.
the support is fantastic. I was worried about the integration to timely from myob but timely staff took care of everything, no data entry...brilliant!

Easy to use, and does pretty much everything I need.

Very good and easy to use

I like that it is relatively affordable and easy to use. My only complaints are that you can't put through sales on the mobile app versions, or resend confirmation texts via the ap. Also when they put their prices up it wasn't a little over time. But a big jump up.

Super easy to use

Everything is clear and simple to use, clients LOVE the online booking feature via my Timely mini website and the text reminders take the pressure off me to remind clients of their appointments and reduce my no-shows. Highly recommend and I don't think id ever change systems!

My experience

Started very good but with time realise that they not really open for new changes as far as getting them to action. Everything transferred to a public vote to actually get attention and get into action, takes forever.
Other then that, was charged by mistake and got credit instead of my money back. Annoying

Why I love Timely

I absolutely LOVE Timely!! It is SO easy to use, is affordable, the staff are friendly & incredibly helpful & are very speedy to reply. Anyone hesitating on whether or not to use Timely hesitate no longer as you will be so happy!!

Love it but lacking a few important features for me.

Saves time by texting reminders. Has all the data in one place, backed by the cloud.

Best among (perceived) equals

I can say after doing paid trials of 3 booking cloud based softwares that timely is the best in market. For a prospective buyer this is what I share ;
- best ease of usage for client (no gimmick, useless stuff like create login password etc, bloody how many passwords do you expect a person to remember?)

- easy to understand for staff : this industry has turnover but timely is easy to train

- bestest customer service : I wish all products in the world have a customer "listening" mechanism and commitment (they have this pop up below , do a trial to know about it)

the other day I was installing my new tv , and I wish my TV had the pop up like timely where I can take a snapshot and the guys respond...same thing for a bag of chips..(crazy me eh?)

Improvements
I think the guys are flooded with requests, they are changing, not slow but good speed,
but you see, business are always (considered) greedy...we want it now ! like now!

But I have hopes that they will do it, because after sometime they will not have much to do because timely would have grown to be the best y then...

sorry customer service guys...you may not be needed!! ( its a joke eh..)

Great addition to our business

Started with Gettimely about a year ago. Great experience. If you are just starting your business I'm sure the coordination with quickbooks online is great. For us because we have been using quickbooks along time the coordination is not something we can use. But we love the booking service and the clients really like the online booking feature. Easy to use, very customer friendly

Easy and functional

Love what we can do with the Timely app, can't wait to see what else will be added in the future. Super easy to use and has most of the functions I need.

Timely has made my appointments a lot easier , then a actual appointment book, having clients booking them self in online is great, as I am not great with technology, it works for me
