I am a solo business operator and have been working with Timely for almost two years. I can honestly tell you that Timely has made life easier for me and my customers, who have told me how easy it is to book online 24/7 and how helpful the friendly reminders or rescheduled options are.

With Timely You can find everything you need within a click or two which makes pulling quarter report, checking my revenue and confirming client booking quick and easy.

I have all my stock listed in the system, which is great for keeping track of my orders and allows me to make quick sales if a customer wants to buy a products.

My favourite feature is the ability to have access to my agenda anywhere and on any of devices, which allows me the freedom to run my business where ever I might be and confirm bookings even if I'm at the beach.

I could keep writing lots more but if you need software that will help you to run your business with minimal time and hassle, Timely is a great option.you won't regret it.

A powerful booking system that can evolve with your business

Timely is a web-bases multi-user, multi-site booking system. We chose Timely initially for 2 reasons. Firstly, unlike many well established systems, you don't become enslaved to the product's database once you sign up. Where competing products make it extremely difficult to retrieve your client base and move it elsewhere, Timely make this relatively easy if you choose to do so. Secondly, Timely has the ability to easily integrate into your own website and allow customers to make their own bookings. The labour savings from this could never be overstated.

Timely's simply interface belies the power behind the software. More importantly, this is a living, evolving tool. Its software engineers are extremely responsive to user suggestions for improvement and regularly poll their client base to gauge the popularity or otherwise of their own ideas for new features. This means Timely can only get even better over time. We are SO glad we discovered this product!

This tool is the best salon software system. Very easy to use with backup support staff a click away. I didn't want to be in a contract and purchase the high cost software with the other competing company. This software is easy to manage with monthly payments being able to cancel anytime if you sell or transfer to new owner. My staff and customers love it, everyday I have customers reminding me how much they appreciate the txt reminders. The online booking system is a god send with my own mini website clients can book direct off my web page or my facebook page. Is very practical quick straightforward and easy to use and looks very professional.
If my computer goes down my appointments are synced with my office calender so I am always up to date with bookings and online bookings. I love the fact I can access my timely on my android and home laptop so when away from salon I can book clients on the go..

Timely for Sports Massage Clinic

I have been using Timely at my Sports Massage clinic, The Muscle Mechanics (Dunedin, NZ) for 1 year now. I had a look around other software and I'm stoked to have chosen Timely straight away. They are a forward thinking company, always streamlining their system to suit market expectations and technology which puts them ahead, this also makes me confident that the system will adapt to suit future technological changes. They also have very friendly, accessible and helpful staff for any confusion or problems I have had!
There is some room for improvement still in terms of functionality for a sports massage clinic (as the software was originally designed to suit hairdressers and beauty therapists as far as I understand). BUT they are improving the system to be more versatile for different businesses, and are really open to feedback and improvements.
Im stoked with Timely, wish I had stared using the system earlier, would have saved me tonnes of time!

We found Timely in the early days of their set up and were instantly impressed with their program as it fitted all our needs, in particular being able to run two salons seamlessly from the same program. We feel we have grown with Timely as they have been so obliging to provide solutions to many of the endless needs and wants we have put forward. The inventory system is basic but does allow us to sell our retail products easily. It is not comprehensive enough to handle the ordering of products.
Working with two salons and staff at various locations with different sets of rosters is not a problem. The client database provides all the history and information gathering we need. The appointment book works really well once set up with the various services, timings, and pricing.
We recommend this program as it is sound, totally safe and supported by a group of very committed helpful people.

nice software far to many steps

Today i update 2 months worth of payments (cross checked with bank statements). Some clients had done 40 sessions in this time which meant 5 clicks for every invoice. This has taken me all afternoon. Would be super easy to view all at once and select paid 5 minute job. Also things like when viewing unpaid invoices after marking one as paid it doesnt take you back to that screen you have to use the browser back button and then you lose the view selection i.e. by first name. I do like this software it's just not very intuitive everything has lots of steps. I also got the Ooops - something went wrong there error 3 or 4 times and speed varies. Bacically I would like to list invoices and select options.

I'm a dentist with surgeries in three North Island cities. That used to mean three appointment books and a receptionist at each location who were continually telephoning one another. Now I operate with one receptionist and a single online appointment book creating significant savings in an economically challenging climate. Each appointment is colour coded by task and each task is time specific which translates into an efficient and near stress-free day for all staff. The system sends reminders which means fewer unattended appointments and allows me to communicate with individual patients using e-mail or texts personally as the situation demands. "Timely" has revolutionised my practise.

You can't go wrong with Timely. It does exactly what you need it to do. The features are great, too. I like the reminders, as well as the fact that you can check the calendar on the go from your mobile device. This is appointment booking made easy. You don't have to be a tech-person to use it either. If you're just getting started, or you've been in business for year, Timely can streamline your reception costs and help you stay organized and efficient. If your business works on appointments, you need Timely.

Great software that fulfills the true role of modern technology; to make your life easier

Lovely easy to use and smart customer booking service that takes the difficult out of managing...

I really like everything I've seen about Gettimely. The only thing I can add to help improve the system is in the email and text reminders - to have a use text only unless they have only put in their email address, in which case it will send an email instead. Some of my customers get frustrated that they get both an email and a text reminder and it's too much. I do this because some people put in their home phone and email but no cellphone number. Whereas others put in a cellphone and no email. So I select both options to email and text people to cover both cases. Hope that makes sense. Thanks so much.
