Startquestion overrated
Good in the beginning to set-up the product and deploying the survey, but as I proceeded i found very little online help and then all other functionality like reporting etc, runs into very expensive add-ons. My overall experience is therefore really spoiled by the later encounters on the software, to the point that I cannot
The worst is you cannot obtain any invoice from Startquestion which leaves you with expenditure which you cannot account for in your business.

Vorteile
Our organisation was lacking a feedback collection system from the customers and was looking for ways to get inspiration on further product and services development. With Startquestion we now have a great, intuitive and comprehensive tool to make both ad hoc questionnaires and longer studies. We love the ease to start the study and than analyse and present data to the stakeholders.
For those who just start the journey with questionnaires very helpful can be the inspiration section with ready examples of studies in various areas.

Service is extremely easy to use, intuitive, very graphically friendly. Filling out surveys is very easy. The results are clear and easy to get the information you need.
Nachteile
I did not find anything that I did not like. The only thing that can be considered a disadvantage is the price if I did not use part of the system.

Visually attractive and professional surveys
Invariably, I am very satisfied with the Startquestion tool, it has all the functions I need, it allows me to create transparent, visually attractive and professional surveys. Another advantage is the kind and always helpful support team.
Vorteile
In addition to the functionalities and visual aesthetics of the surveys, I especially appreciate the ability to download the results in several formats - from an Excel table to a ready report in Power Point.
Nachteile
I did not have the opportunity to come up with an element that would not suit me or irritate me.

Excellent product with exceptional support and implementation!
The introduction of the NPS surveys will be an invaluable part of improving our overall customer experience and having a platform that allows us to do this with ease is a priority. The Startquestion team have been excellent in supporting us from the very beginning and are always there when we need to ask questions or need help with implementing changes. Nothing is too difficult for them and they are always friendly and professional, this has been hugely important to ensure the entire team are comfortable with the management of our surveys through Startquestion. Marcin and Kamil in particular have been absolutely brilliant and we cant thank them enough for their support!!
Vorteile
The surveys have been created with ease and implemented across numerous teams. The follow up features and the options to send the surveys either automatically or manually gives us a lot more flexibility. The report feature is also really easy to use.
Nachteile
Accessing the email templates has several steps currently so it would be great to make this easier and we understand that this is something that is currently being worked on and will be updated very soon.

A good solution for PZU
Working with the software is easy. The team is very polite and friendly, always helpful.

Nachteile
Sometimes too many possibilities, which the person who commissioned the research knows about.
Then as the person introducing the survey I have more work to do.

Software is ease to use and intuitive. Company introduces updates and new functionalities friquently. The helpdesk responds quickly and always solves my problems.
Nachteile
I think introduction a timeline on the home page of each survey would be helpful. Software I used previously had got it. It is very useful functionality - one glance and you know how research is going, how many questionnaires have been completed in previous days.

Possibility to work on data in various scenes - filters, trends.
Nachteile
It is not possible to combine data into a large dashboard from different points of contact, e.g. conversion of 1 result for the indicator. in various surveys - webhooks are too complicated in my opinion to easily combine the data.
Lots of dependencies when building a study, e.g. without features / filter, I will not add postfill or feedback.

Very good tool, can be partially replaced by forms.
The key is to make the reports compatible with .ppt files.

Poor quality of cross tables. You can only download the source files in Excel and perform the analysis.

I really appreciate the current access to data and the fact that the results are automatically counted, as well as the ability to filter practically by each variable.
Nachteile
Word reports do not generate question averages. They are available in reports in PDF format, but this means that I always have to work on 2 documents at the same time or have online access to the website. This is quite a handicap.

Easy tool, good for fast, ad hoc projects.
There is always a help desk that responds very fast.
There are articles/blog where you can learn new things, findexamples about project that you are planning to do.
Nachteile
Sometimes I receive requires for changes in the survey from my customers and implementation is not always easy. Sometimes the survey uploads them quite long and it doesn't go smoothly.
It would be also good to have more graphic possibilities like pictures for example.

The application facilitates work, has many options and possibilities both in terms of surveys and quizzes. You can create your own templates, measure NPS satisfaction. It is simple and intuitive. A great option related to reports. You can also send the survey in the form of a QR Code. Ease of copying data from previous surveys when creating a new, similar one.

Startquestion works as a browser tool, so if the internet "crashes" sometimes there is a failure to synchronize the effects of working with the browser with the server (to put it simply, sometimes a piece of work is not saved).

Great platform!
My overall experience are very positive. Very useful platfomr that makes work easier.

What I like most is the ease of use and transparency. We are able to easily create reports and summaries. The best feature for me is the high automation of processes.
Nachteile
It would be nice to be able to send the survey link to a phone number as a text message. This would be a great convenience for people who don't have email.

Startquestion Webankieta is worth to take in consideration and start with, because: is easy, intuitive for user, has many options to use in different configurations.
Nachteile
There, I did not find disadvantages, might be only one or two, what would be useful to improve. In questions I needed to have window with long description, available after click and disappear after click, what option does not exist. To do so it was required more time and used link to cloud file. Also would be helpful develop that in process of creating questionnaire is possible to change question positions by taking and dropping.
