Procurify Makes Life Easier!
The support and customer service staff at Procurify are all fantastic. If I contact support with an issue, they are quick to respond. I am also impressed that some of my suggestions have been implemented.
Vorteile
We went from a 24 person office to 52 employees spread across multiple communities in the Atlantic provinces. This assists in purchasing for each location while ensuring we are following our policies and procedures.
Nachteile
There are certain things with HST and expense claims that I feel could be improved. The payables function works quite well.

Procurify is great on its own, but not once it has to work with another software
It was just ok. Not bad, not great.
The approval process worked, which was good for control purposes, but was a nightmare from an IT perspective as we were never really sure if it was working properly.

The team was very kind, helped out when they could.
The platform was nice to look at.

The lack of flexibility in the software to meet our needs.
There were many issues with the POs synching over to NetSuite, our financial reporting system, and we ended up just having to manually create the POs ourselves.

Goodbye Excel and Adobe PDF!
We had a lot of internal turmoil regarding our integration and Procurify was amazingly patient and helpful and when we finally launched, we managed to launch almost seamlessly. The team is very positive and happy and make you feel empowered to accomplish a transition.

The speed, central visibility, and invoice matching have been great tools for us.
Nachteile
We have had a few tiny issues, mainly revolving around not being able to fully customize the purchase order how we'd like.

My Current Perspective of Procurify
I have been using this for about three years now and it is getting easier as time passes. I have not used any other software like this so there is nothing to compare it to but I do like that it is user friendly.
Vorteile
I like being able to easily reorder an item as well as assign it as a recurring order. Also, it is easy to track an item order based on the requester, items name, etc. It gives several ways to find a previous order.
Nachteile
I would like to not have the same item listed in the history when it is ordered. It would be easier to adjust the info once it is located. Having the same item listed multiple times in the history does not seem beneficial from my point of view and it takes longer to use the version needed for that item.

Flexibility
Procurify is the second system that I have used, and I feel that it was an improvement for us to switch to this system. After our first year of use, I like that we were able to make some changes that helped our productivity. I hope that after this year, we will understand even better what can help us, and they will be able to make more changes.

The first year we switched to Procurify, it wasn't easy because it seemed so different from the system I was used to. But it did not take me long to get up to speed with Procurify. I have come to enjoy the layout and ease of having virtual information at my fingertips. We noticed some items that would be beneficial for us to have easier access, and Procurify was able to make the changing which made it more enjoyable to use their system.
Nachteile
I would like to see the student's balance be present at the end of each page. Sometimes, when working with families, I have to go back to where that posted information is to make sure the student has the funds in their account to do what is desired.

Super Easy to Explore and Use
I am really happy with this tool. It help us organize everything that we order in our company as it provides us with history and good routing functions as well for automated approval process

The good thing about this tool is that you can create multiple buckets in order to separate the charges for each markets, especially for company like us. It helping us track ordres from each market and check whether it's still within the budget
Navigating your past orders is also super easy. You can check the history of the previously ordered item with their easy filter feature.
Routing orders can easily be set up based on business needs, we don't need to email them separately to remind them to approve as all approvers can be reminded through this tool and they get notifcation on emails.
The good thing about this is, it has an app. you can view and approve anything even when outside.
People in the organization can also raise a question regarding the specific order by commenting on that order itself. This saves time in emailing and taking a screenshot of what are you referring to cause you with this functionility, you can easily click on VIEW LINKS to see which order was that comment is for
Nachteile
Most of the things are actually good, i can't complain more.
If anything, maybe a chat support functionality on the home page of the tool can be added so we can easily reach out to anyone if we have any questions

Procurify has been an overall pleasant experience.
It saves time for the Finance Department and meets the burden of Internal Controls for the Board of Directors.
Vorteile
The notifications are great to have on the mobile app and on our Slack software for approvers. The approval process for request orders helps our Finance team with Internal Control. The purchase orders are ascetically pleasing and easy to understand.
Nachteile
The request orders are difficult and counter-intuitive to fill out. There should be a much easier way to have users put in a request order. There should be more customization with roles in Settings. Most of my users only need access to request orders. They have no need for an Expense request or Travel Request.

Private School uses Procurify to manage its spending
Controlling our spending on all purchases for a private school. We track all departments (Athletics, Academics, Facilities, Marketing, Technology, Developement, Business Office). Nice that it has the QuickBooks chart of accounts to be able to track budget to accounts payable.

Great Procurement Product
Subscribed to the service as a way to issue purchase orders and track departmental capx and opex expenditures. Used for procurement tracking only as accounting has their own accounts payable / receivables system for formalized payments.

* Product catalogs and bundling of commonly order items makes it quick and easy.
* Ability to store related documents (quotes, invoices) with the purchase orders.
* Comment fields for order tracking and delivery updates.
* Ability to have multiple companies setup under the same account.
* Granular level of permissions access.
Nachteile
* Search has improved, But there is still no way to find orders based on budget codes.
* Reporting is lacking. Instead, I must download a data extract and use a BI reporting tool to supplement.

Very intuitive
It is a nice intuitive product with a reasonable price

I like that the functionality is very intuitive. I like the replicate feature and the app is very nice.
Nachteile
The support is no accesible. I like to use chat features and then if that doesn't work I like a phone number to call. I have had issues and not able to access any support other than email tickets. A more robust support is the only reason I wouldn't recommend Procurify to other finance/accounting collegues.

Great Procurement Software
I have been using this application for 6 years now and I have only had a good experience. My use is receiving items and ordering items. In both categories Procurify is very easy to use. You can add notes to orders and quickly reorder items if needed. The budget tracking is thorough and concise. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a procurement application to try Procurify out.

This is rare, but there have been times the website was down.

Procurify is an easy to use purchase order system that allows a team effort in managing and controlling cost. The ease of creating PO's and pulling reports to compare cost is vital for our company. The customer service has been top notch and they are always responsive to any questions or needs we may have.
Nachteile
I wish some of the categories and reports were a bit more customizable as not all companies are the same. It would also be nice to be able to chronologically organize a PO. When a new item is uploaded and added to an order it automatically is added to the bottom. When you are booking a 5 day event we would like to be able to move that to the correct date.

Great Procurement Product
The customer service teams, product development teams, and account management teams have all been really wonderful and easy to work with - they are great people who care about their product!
Vorteile
Procurify is easy to use and accessible by many of our employees (not just purchasing and accounting departments). We are able to track POs and see where they are in the supply chain process. Accounting is able to easily manage the Procure-to-Pay process using data in Procurify. The system is set up to easily move purchased items through the system to easy with our internal processes.
Nachteile
There are niche features that we wished Procurify had. The product roadmap hints that some of these features are in the pipeline, but others are not yet on their development radar. As we get to be a more advanced production company, we will require these sorts of features to maintain efficiency.

It has been very positive and I highly recommend Procurify to others! So many end users have complimented the system and how easy it is to use. I think the biggest question that comes up is "is that it...?" as users are not used to something this easy to use.

Right now, the way it integrates will NetSuite is not the smoothest (e.g. data syncing). There are also some random features/settings that would be nice to edit that we do not have the ability to edit.

I really enjoy it and it has made a world of different. The barrier to placing orders is much lower than if I had to send an email. It is organizationally very efficient.

A very useful to keep every expense in one place
I like how intuitive it is to use it for employees. I use it to submit expense requests and reports. The updates are helpful and the fact that we can receive communications from other departments directly from there helps me stay more organized. I like how intuitive it is to use it for employees. I use it to submit expense requests and reports. The updates are helpful and the fact that we can receive communications from other departments directly from there helps me stay more organized.

Vorteile
Pretty intuitive interface that makes it easy to paste links for orders that autofills details. Also nice to have supplier portals to get easier order approvals.
Nachteile
Autofill isn't perfect, so sometimes will have some issues. Going through past orders can also be more easily accessible.
