Great for Small Business
We have used google workspace for over 5 years and will continue to use it for email and employee login management.
Vorteile
The ability to customize our emails with our personal url, but have the familiar features and security of google.
Nachteile
We have run into a few issues with workspace security being too strong to integrate with some of our programs. We will able to work around this by adjusting security settings.

Best of it's kind
I've used Google Workspace at several companies throughout my career and I use it for personal things. It's so easy to store, access and organize documents on Drive. It's very easy to collaborate in documents and see real-time changes. I love the ease of the email system.

Easy to use. Easy to collaborate. Easy to store, sort and find what you need. Good variety of products - better than the leading competitor's version imo =)
Nachteile
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about workspace - I guess just that more companies don't use the products!

Great years to work with Google Workspace
happy, and satisfied.
The experience has been a great one. I can say this with confidence as I have been working for now more that 5 years on google workspace.
I have seen how google has been on top of every update.
if there has been a bug, the have fixed it fairly quickly on updates.

Very easy to use, and simple to communicate with the team.
the sharing of files and organization on file-work is really a massive help to increase productivity
Linking files to specific staff for review is so good, and the feature to be able to add commentary is a good step to increase flow on work
Nachteile
to be honest, really, there is nothing flawed about Google Workspace.
I have personally enjoyed so much that most of the work is done with Google these days.

J'en suis globalement très satisfait, c'est une plateforme que j'ai toujours utilisé et rien ne m'a jamais dissuadé d'aller voir ailleurs.
Vorteile
Google Workspace est extrêmement utile pour le travail collaboratif. En deux clic, un document travail peut-être partagé avec un collègue. Comme tout est stocké dans le cloud, vous pouvez retrouver vos travaux sur votre ordinateur, sur votre téléphone, sur votre tablette... c'est très pratique. Enfin, c'est simple d'utilisation, les fonctionnalités poussées ne sont peut-être pas présente mais l'essentiel y est et fonctionne bien ce qui rend Google Workspace également accessible aux néophytes.
Nachteile
J'ai rencontré certains bug sur Google Workspace, notamment des Google Docs qui mettaient beaucoup à se charger dès que le document était un peu lourd ou la page ouverte depuis trop longtemps. De plus, pour partager les documents, il nécessaire d'avoir un compte Google relié à son adresse mail ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans le cadre professionnel.

Easy to use and well-integrated
Overall, I love using Google Workspace. It's easy to search emails in my inbox and it quick to learn.
Vorteile
I love that everything is connected and that updates are live. It makes collaboration with my team incredibly easy. I like that Google Tasks are so easy to create from emails and messages, as well as a checklist in a Google Doc.
Nachteile
Google Sheets has limitations that require me to use Excel instead. I wish it could open larger sheets.

The Perfect Suite for every Business
Vorteile
Google in general stands out through its awesome UX, mass of tools and the usability for business of the in my opinion best Cloud Storage on the World: Google Drive. All those tools combined with Google Meet, the Calendar and more are so powerful, for a comparable low price.
Nachteile
I think that the Chat tool still needs a lot of work. Software like Slack or Zoho Chat are far more advanced and gives your business far more options.

Must Have for Daily Operations
Overall, Google Workspace is my preferred tool. I use it on a daily basis.
Vorteile
Google Workspace makes sense for most businesses. From File storage to email to the collaborative nature of Google Documents, it makes collaboration simpler, especially for remote teams.
Nachteile
Historically, excel has a bit more functionality than Google Sheets though I think they are closing the gap recently.

Google Workspace is close to perfect
Vorteile
Has everything you need. Email, calendar, google drive, docs, sheets, slides are what I mainly use it for. Keeps everything organized and accessible through one login.
Nachteile
Honestly not much. To me, Google workspace is the gold standard. We use slack instead of the google workspace chat function as their chat function is not really set up for large-scale collaboration and record keeping.

Cloud Based Office
It is a bit pricey for the limitations encountered. You can't record your meetings with the business starter edition which is a feature I feel should be available with all their plans.
Vorteile
It can work on any browser which is great because you're not limited. You're also laptop desktop free and you can login into your workspace from anywhere.
Nachteile
Offline you must use Chrome to access the workspace. I find the cloud storage to small for my purposes. Anyone in design can probably agree with that statement.

My Google Workspace review
I have had very good experience with Google Workspace because it is simple to use and it is also very reliable for team work especially when it comes to creating or sharing different documents. The fact that you and your team can edit in real time makes work and collaborations easier.
The ability to grant access to anyone you decided to share the document with is a very good one for me. It creates privacy.
Vorteile
I love that it has all the different important apps in just one place. especially the Drive, Doc, Sheet, Gmail and Slides with just one email on all devices.
Nachteile
The only thing I do not really like about Google workspace is that if I am in a place without internet connection, I can not access my information.

Nachteile
I wish that you could password protect Google docs, sheets, etc. Even though they can only be opened by users with whom you've shared with it would still help with security to offer that simple extra layer.

My overall experience has been great. Everything I need for my business is found in Google Workspace
Vorteile
Google Workspace has been great to integrate all of the services I need for my business - including email, drive, calendar, meet, voice - as well as ensuring HIPAA compliance and providing BAA agreement for applicable services. I also felt these were affordable given what I was getting and being able to go with Google whose services I already appreciated.
Nachteile
I haven't found anything that I don't like.

Google Workspace lets you open up company's and teams' coworking possibilities. It also helps you to create a hierarchical structure for your documents and other files. Sharing organisation's templates is also something that helps everyone to use the brand easily.
Nachteile
When most of us have other Google accounts as well, it sometimes gets confusing which account you are currently using. One can get quite easily lost in the confusion. The organisation also need to have strategical and structured guidelines for using the workspace – everyone need to know how name files and folders otherwise stuff will get lost and makes things hard to find with the search.

One of the best and smooth app
My experience with Google Workspace has been positive overall. It's a versatile and powerful suite that integrates various productivity tools seamlessly, making tasks like email management, document collaboration, and scheduling more efficient.

The notification sounds amazing. We can make posts for different purposes in different groups. We can use this for office fun times and also for productivity.The Work chat app is supported on both the Appstore and Play store, so you can use this on multiple mobiles. I am basically a mobile app developer in my organisation.
Nachteile
Searching in specific chats is not good. Sometimes the search results do not even show those that are present in the chat. Sending the documents will take some time. Chats are not updated sometimes.

The deployment of the Google Workspace suite of programs, including Gmail Chat and Google Drive, has been successful within our organization.
Vorteile
From what I can see and have so far experienced, I would say that I feel this product is easy to use, and I am pretty tech-challenged. Everything is organized well in one location, making the site easy to maneuver and navigate.
Nachteile
Of all the features, I enjoyed the chat function least. All of the chats were grouped together, making it very difficult to easily start a chat. The format used is overly complex and should be made simpler.

Vorteile
Google workspace seems to be the leading provider for intuitive, collaborative, and also inclusive workspaces online. Given it's free to begin, it allows for everyone to practice efficient file organization and collaborative practices with others - at all different sized groups and companies.
Nachteile
Google workspace is great, however, I have a difficult time understanding spacing at times.

Google Workspace
Google Workspace tools are esential for a business. It was easy to transfer all the emails from Outlook to Gmail. I really like the cloud syncronization and the ability to work from different devices but in the same place.
Vorteile
Setting up the account is straightforword and Google team will help you is just one phone call away to help. The services and features Google offers for a relative low price are amazing. I like I am no more limited by the email space and i dont have to delete emails in order to receive others. Document management and storage is another great and very useful feature, also, sharing and colaborating with other is made easy.
Nachteile
In more than 1 year i could not found something to add here.

I enjoy the personalized email and upgraded file storage that Google workspace offers. Additionally, the meeting scheduling feature is helpful!

Workspace Just WORKS!!! And that's what I need
Overall the functionality of Google Workspace is top notch. My entire team uses it and we stay in sync with each other.
Vorteile
I like the integration of the entire eco system. It's easy for me to share with my team, give them updates, and keep the organization in sync
Nachteile
The interface itself doesn't really have the "professional" look. I'm not really a fan of Teams either. I still go with my previous solution for video conferencing.

Simple, effective & accessible when and where I need it
Overall my experience is positive with Google Workspace. We use it for the work emails for our hotel and thus far I have had no issue with how it works. Being able to access it anywhere helps as well!
Vorteile
Simple to use and simple to teach HOW to utilize. Can be accessed online anywhere, anytime too.
Nachteile
I have no cons to disclose really. The experience has been great.

Google Workspace is a decent low-cost, basic system for organizations with small budgets
Overall, my experience was just ok. Using it for my small business works because it's low cost and I don't need a lot of bells and whistles.

I like that I can use Google Workspace from anywhere and it integrates with my Gmail.
Nachteile
From someone who came from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace seemed more limited in its capabilities.

Easy integration and collaboration!
Vorteile
Google Workspace offers my team the greatest amount of flexibility and collaboration. It’s user-friendly, easy to integrate, and allows the whole team to use the entire G-Suite and its many services. We’ve used Google Workspace for around 3 years as a team, and we don’t intend on stopping!
Nachteile
Sometimes, there are syncing issues in Google Workspace.
