Google Workspace Rocks!

The entire Google suite of products in the workspace are amazing and new functionality is consistently updated and added. I have used the Google Suite since 2011 and love all of the changes they have made through the years!

Overall, Google Workspace has been a great tool for project management and teamwork. It helps me keep everything organized, makes communication easier, and allows my team to work more efficiently. Despite some small limitations, it’s a platform I use every day and rely on for managing projects.

Many versatile, user-friendly tools

I primarily use Google Workspace for personal use and occasional collaborative use. Therefore, I rarely use all of Google Workspace's features on the day-to-day because I find that certain ones get the job done for me well enough. I am low-fyss with my tools so Workspace works for me. Cost-wise, it is also the best in the market, offering so much for the price point. For more intricate customizations in a professional setting or for higher cloud storage, I might consider elsewhere.

Google Workspace is what I use as soon as log on to my workstation and I depend upon in it at every stage of my working day - and it has never let me down.

Whether Google Workspace is the right choice for you depends on your specific needs and preferences.

Google framework with many features

Google Workspace is the framework proposed by Google in order to manage many online services for a company.
It includes a business e-mail address, shared Google Drive space with shared folders, Google online applications (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc); most of those are not available to free users, or are not available with the same level of detail.
The business e-mail address is the main feature; it allows to use an e-mail address in the form [email protected]_suffix, and this is your user name for all services, just like the free gmail addresses but with more available features.
The users management is very easy and the availability of features such as shared Drive space and Drive folders (not available for the free users) adds more value to the tools.
The only disadvantages I can see are a cost plan not always clear (when you remove a user you still have to manually reduce the number of users or you will continue to pay for him/her) and the lack to upgrade a single company user to a more feature rich plan (all company users have to share the same plan, hence you can only upgrade all or none).
Finally, I also appreciate the deep integration among all products.

I must say, google workspace is great, the connection between all google apps, makes it really nice, and because there is lot of apps, we don’t have to use many external apps or services. Google services are known by pretty much everybody, so I did not have to learn anything new. I dont like the google chat app. But thats pretty much the only downside.

I really like that I have access to many of the tools I use for work, in a free platform that I can use in my personal life. I enjoyed the overall affordability that Google Workspace offers on the Standard Business plan. The ability of Google Workspace to integrate with custom business domains and third party integrations makes it an obvious choice for small business owners. The email service offered by Google Workspace was excellent and helped to reduce the amount of spam received to my email mailbox. Google Workspace was relatively easy to use compared to Microsoft 365 and the Admin Console was relatively easy to use also.

I have had a great experience working with this platform because I have been able to rely on it to work, to work with the platform just open the browser and start using it, no need to worry about saving the work because everything is saved automatically, you can also schedule events with the calendar that has integrated, it is also possible to work between different tools such as saving files in drive that could then be worked from presentations or documents from the platform.

Google Workspace Is A Requirement For Our Success

Overall Google Workspace is a non-negotiable necessity for our organization. With Mail as our primary inbound and outbound system for our SSO as well as outreach, it's simple and integrated across multiple channels. Calendar is very easy to use for internal meeting management and the ability to add, or copy invites to calendars are frequently used. It's also our primary PTO tracking, and scheduling measure. Google Meet is largely our most used feature (outside of Drive Storage) because it's very easy to use and share across all of our departments. With the ability to add the invite meeting to the calendar invite very easily, we have very little issues with meeting with any internal or external partners. The ability to alter calendars based on timezone is helpful to navigate across multiple markets we service. Overall, as many companies evaluate software, for our organization, Google Workspace is a requirement.
