Limble is really easy to use compared to other products i've tested out. Their support and onboarding team are also very present and helpful.

I am honestly not sure of anything so far that I do not like about Limble.

I love how simple it is to operate. It feels very intuitive.

Not a con necessarily but so many capabilities makes some of the functions overwhelming to understand. How ever when you have people like [sensitive content hidden] it becomes less intimidating.

Parts/inventory tracking is still difficult for us, but I think we just need more experience.

I like how Limble is flexible to the needs of many different use cases. The people have all been 'real' and easily approachable.

Would love more flexibility in the UI so we more closely match our brand and to be able to have more fields that could be calculated. The price is also on the higher side

I love how easy limble is to set up and use and I am impressed with their customer service and amount of support offered. Our account manager was constantly reaching out to us to help in any way, she explained every aspect of the program and made it an enjoyable experience.

I like the ease of use on mobile app to complete tasks and WOs. Great ability to add pictures in to give better descriptions for work requests as well as solutions to problem
Also really like ability to customize WOs with lots and lots of info and variety such that I can put so many instructions into WOs that it takes away some of the verbal

Limble makes it easier to submit service tickets for the production floor. It is much more user friendly than what we were using before.

I have not been using it long enough to have any criticisms yet. So far so good.

Often times when a new software is introduced there is skepticism amongst the employees who will be using it. Limble is extremely user friendly and has been easy for our employees to adopt. You don't need to be a computer expert to set up or use the software. Limble allowed us to demo the software to run our own tests. Once we signed an agreement, a lot of the leg work was already done from our demo period.

We have had a pleasant experience using Limble so far!

Ease of use once it is all set up is outstanding. All assets and their respective maintenance scheduling is all right in one place. Our Finance Department is excited for us to implement the asset tracking to the degree we can make easier fix/replace decisions.

The set up is lengthy to get everything in the system we want to get in. We are a team of two who already have busy schedules. Although I don't really see a way around it.

It's very easy to use and has an obvious UI. I was able to wrap my head around the entire system within a week.

Setup is a little time consuming, however I think this is probably the case with any software when you are starting up a CMMS at your company for the first time.

Easy to use for our customers. Our complex is quite big with multiple locations and this program has made it way easier to submit and keep in touch our progress with our customers.

The initial set up was a little confusing. Our success manager was a rock star and was very helpful along the way. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with,

I liked that it is really easy to navigate. If it isn't easy then most people will struggle to implement it.

The only con that comes to mind is that we have pretty big asset list so converting systems just becomes time consuming. The spread sheet template Limble offers does help.

Our team likes the user-friendliness of Limble's platform and the customizability of the ways we can set up Asset fields and structure PMs. It is much easier for us to get user buy-in with Limble's mobile platform for Work Orders.

You can get started quickly with the basics and expand as you gain more knowledge of the system and the useful tools it has. The customer support is excellent and the sessions with the Customer Success Manager are very productive in learning the system and customizing to your company's specific needs.

There are some bugs from time to time but those get resolved quickly if you make them aware of the issue.

Vorteile

The user interface of this software is very intuitive and requires very little training. Tasks can be tracked properly, and scheduling is drag and drop. The data tracking is very customizable and provides us with key actionable metrics that we were looking for. The ability to use this software on a mobile device was a game changer for our facility. The use of QR codes makes entering work request and starting PM tasks easy.

Nachteile

At this time I have not encountered any cons. The software is so customizable that if you can't find what your looking for it's as simple as contacting the help center and receiving an immediate response.

The system lacks the ability to manage resources, parts, and vendors across multiple sites

Anyone can open the app and figure out how to operate it. Little training is needed, it is very intuitive. The dashboards are great, from 1 screen you can see everything you need to know in real time.

The widgets are a little trial and error to get them to display the actual information. It's not really a con as Limble has the ability to customize to each user but can be slightly tricky getting it right.

Limble's functionality with our company is without question a core item in our daily tasks. We are consistently training and developing our interface within limble and the admin team are always available to assist.

Sometimes a little laggy, and may free dependent on an overload of ticket options. But that is user error

Some mobile bugs that doesn't allow us from using mobile app while we're on the floor working on the machines to log our time, add parts which creates data discrepancy

I think Limble's ability to be easily configurable is on of its best qualities. I our industry being able to manipulate dashboards and fields we need on parts, assets etc is is pretty paramount, so that we can log all the information we need for auditing and Limble thus far as really allowed us to not only track our task and manage time better, but as also allowed us to log the information we need in the way we need it.

Personally, I think the navigation when using ipads or tablets. Using PC's and mobiles seem to work great, but using Ipads there are some times visual issues when using, however this is me clutching for cons.

The least thing I like is the construction and setup of user licenses. I want to add people but who aren’t going to use the program but just not pay for a whole license.

Limble is very easy to navigate. It allows us to track staff's work, along with give them work. It makes communication easy and efficient.

We always wish things were cheaper! But what you pay for is well worth it!

Fairly easy to set up. The implementation team was awesome and always readily available for us as we went through the start up of the program. Additionally as we have now moved past the implementation process the online chat is always available and responds very quickly if/when we have questions. The system is very customizable to your needs but not overly technical to use. My staff and I are facilities guys, not IT guys so the process and use of the program has been pretty easy. Outside users appear to be happy with the system as well. The limble team also worked well with our IT dept and its requests/requirements.

Our team also runs a small fleet program. We found it a little cumbersome to run our fleet inspections through the system but their are other options within the system that we are not fully using that could refine this at a small cost (GPS).This dept. also handles the custodial staff and supplies. So far we have not been able to utilize the inventory management of those supplies in Limble in an easier way than our current legacy system.
