What I like about Limble is that you can access it from your phone and add pictures.

I like how it works, I adapted all departments to the system. In this way, everyone is aware, tasks are easily distributed, and everything remains history

It will be very useful for us if one is added to the PMs field called WO, in it I want to create work instructions that will be guides on how to carry out a given repair. At the moment, I have implemented this in PMs, but I have not added a date for repeatability. The old look was easier to work with than the new look

Limble's customization options allowed us to setup the system in a way that fit our business operations.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about Limble CMMS.

The CMMS did everything I needed to management my service department. It was easy to learn and use and all my technicians have no problem

Notifications are lacking you can only have email notification having technicians always checking emails can cause delays. A text message would be better

It keeps us on track with scheduling preventive maintenance, and it allows us to track where all the internal labor is going

Limble's functionality with our company is without question a core item in our daily tasks. We are consistently training and developing our interface within limble and the admin team are always available to assist.

Sometimes a little laggy, and may free dependent on an overload of ticket options. But that is user error

The ability for non-users of the program can still send work orders through the QR system. The program is a breeze to use and easy to learn. My last PM system did not implement into my new one. I had to manually enter them, and it was a breeze thanks to the service we were provided.

I personally do not have any cons. As my last system was a complete waste of money. So, for me I am happy.

My maintenance workers are able to use this site without difficulty. The platform is straight forward so they don't have room for error

While the time-saving benefits of the bulk import functionality cannot be overstated, the inability to attach photos or manuals during import is a compromise to efficiency and could be an area of improvement.

Limble is a great cmms. It is very simple and easy system to learn that has all of the capabilities that we were looking for.

Keeps parts for machines inventoried. Also keeps reminders for PM's and machine locations.

Took some time to get used to, but after a month or two of using Limble it became seamless for me and the maintenance crew.

We finally got away from paper PM's and work orders. Getting all the information in the system is tough part once its in though its all worth it.

Ease of use, The Dashboard and Customer Support are the best features for me.

That I cannot delete an invoice on a closed ticket or change locations on it without having to reopen the ticket to edit.

I like that it is easy to duplicate from other assets or tasks for time savings. The field team has said it is easy to use. The implementation and customer support resources are easy to access and use.

Requirement for unique asset names for every asset their child assets. The data doesn't refresh in the app in real time and has to be manually refreshed for the app users to see the most up to date data. The app closes when the tablet screen auto rotates.

Limble is very capable of being your one stop shop for all of your maintenance logs, equipment documents, and parts tracking.

Uploading an entire plant is a large task if you are starting from scratch. You will need to dedicate a good amount of time and resources to get it done efficiently. I would also like to see it accessible by any employee and not locked to a license, for smaller sites that don't have a dedicated maintenance staff.

We have received fantastic customer service with limble! There are many ways to find the information we need, and we are always very impressed with how quick we receive responses from our customer service rep! The implementation is also very easy and simple to use. A lot of it is common sense!

Anything that has taken up some time for us in implementation is because of our own doing or processes. We don't have any complaints about limble yet!

Vorteile

The support and information to help get started with setup is great with Limble. I had training sessions with my Customer Service Manager. Limble also has instructional videos on multiple topics that were helpful in the set-up of this system.

I cannot assign work to non-users of Limble. I have some employees that do random PM's that are infrequent. This is why it is hard to justify paying for them as a user when they only use Limble once a month.

Limble is very easy to navigate. It allows us to track staff's work, along with give them work. It makes communication easy and efficient.

We always wish things were cheaper! But what you pay for is well worth it!

I like that the interface is very user friendly. It was quite easy for the system to be rolled out to our team of technicians. It didn't require any previous experience using CMMS systems. I also loved the video tutorials and webinar sessions that were made available.

The system is flexible and easy to use, the customer experience person is very helpful. Data can be connected to other accounting programs so that data flows seamlessly.

The system is a bit skewed towards maintenance rather that field service (our application).

The best part is to be able to have a dedicated Customer Success Manager that is knowledgeable and attenuative to all needs and questions. The ease of use for the PM function is another great tool that i use every day to maintain of 43 assets. [sensitive content hidden] is a Success Manager and a constant professional.

I wish that when i opened my asset page on my phone that not all the dropdowns were expanded.

This is a very easy system to learn. Work order entry is also very easy. I like that you con open work orders within work orders for future work that may otherwise have gone forgotten

I don’t like that if I am the creator of a work order, I don’t have the access to open the work order that I have created in order to amend if necessary
