Intuitive interface, easily customised to suit your organisation/workflow, good visual management options for personal dashboard. Good support from the Limble team in setting up the system, both in technical support and customisation.

Nachteile

Custom dashboards are difficult for non-technically literate people. Time-consuming to set up in a way that is common amongst all CMMSs.

I liked the ease of use. Limble was very easy to set-up and assign tasks. The work order system is also very easy to use.

Nachteile

I think the one con would be the dark mode. I like the dark mode but it's almost too dark. Not much contrast. Adding some more contrast like grays instead of all dark would improve the look.

Limble has a straightforward UX, makes entering work orders very simple and easy to roll out to user base in non-maintenance roles. The training materials are super helpful, and the company is very responsive to requests for help or additional features. Our CSM [sensitive content hidden] has great responsiveness and is thorough in her walk throughs/demonstrations.

Nachteile

Would like some default KPI dashboards set up that Limble could identify as most helpful, especially in initial stages of rolling it out -though we may just need more input data to get true usefulness out of the existing KPI features.

As an Estates Department in a very busy Hospital, we needed an online solution for our Maintenance Helpdesk and Planned Maintenance programme. Having researched extensively, we took on the trial if Limble.It ticked every box for us and we are proud to be the first NHS service to use the software

We are still in the trial period and getting things set-up. Our issues are not so much with Limble, but just our overall format before Limble.

Our Facilities team previously used a software that, while it certainly had potential, was not the right fit for our team. It felt like pulling teeth to get the software to do the bare minimum of what we needed. Limble has been a breath of fresh air. It is so simple to use, and its applications are seemingly limitless. We are currently not using it to its fullest capacity while our team is getting familiar with the app, but I can definitely see Limble as making a huge impact on our processes and reporting capabilities moving forward.

Nachteile

Aside from using Limble within our company, I downloaded the free version for at-home use. It may be user error, but I don't receive notifications for specific tasks. If anything, I get a notification saying "A new PM has been created" and I usually can't check it until later, then I forget.

The software we used previously would not send notifications to our team members when tasks were assigned to them. It required extensive coding to get this function to work, and we decided that was too much effort for not enough reward.

One of the standout features of Limble for me is how simple it makes scheduling and carrying out preventive maintenance tasks. With its intuitive interface, we can quickly input an asset into the system, which then automatically calculates and populates our calendar with the asset’s upcoming maintenance schedule.

Limble has been a significant improvement over our previous paper-based preventive maintenance management system. However, one area where I would like to see further development is in its label printing capabilities. Currently, we use a separate software to print labels using information from Limble. It would be convenient if Limble had built-in compatibility with label printers.

I like the scheduling feature on Limble the most. Being able to create custom PM templates and set times for reoccurring PMs and/or work orders helps to keep things organized.

Nachteile

Creating custom PM templates is nice, but it can take a lot of time and revision to make the best possible template.

The cost per seat is competitive, but i would like to add seats in a future date, also wish there was a first time user discount for the first year just to feel it out in full mode.

Easy to use and set up, doesn't seem glitchy like others I've used in the past. Ease of use is a big deal for the techs on the floor.

The way you have to scroll on pages, some of the icons are so close together that when you think you clicked on one the other opens. Minor frustration but when you click 2 or 3 times with the result you don't want it can be frustrating.

I liked how easy it was to migrate data from an old system and how quickly the client was up and running. The system was very intuitive and easy to edit on the fly.

Ease of use and integration. Our team loves having the list of work orders all in one place. All information for the particular job is all in one work order and able to leave comments for the project right on the work order.

Having a resources available every week to answer our question and help us during the roll out is a first and it is HIGHLY helpful. It does make a difference in the usage rate as well.

Having to rollout a new software always comes with data input. Although Limble makes it easy to import data increasing the flexibility of what can be upload would greatly help alleviate this challenge.
