Limble Makes Preventive Maintenance Easy!
Vorteile
One of the standout features of Limble for me is how simple it makes scheduling and carrying out preventive maintenance tasks. With its intuitive interface, we can quickly input an asset into the system, which then automatically calculates and populates our calendar with the asset’s upcoming maintenance schedule.
Nachteile
Limble has been a significant improvement over our previous paper-based preventive maintenance management system. However, one area where I would like to see further development is in its label printing capabilities. Currently, we use a separate software to print labels using information from Limble. It would be convenient if Limble had built-in compatibility with label printers.

1st Impressions of Limble
We reviewed 8 highly rated CMMS systems, demo'd 4 and chose Limble for it's flexibility, ease of use and cost. Since we began using it we've also found the implementation and support is exceptional. We simply can't be happier with our choice and I highly recommend Limble CMMS.
Vorteile
I have used other CMMS programs (MPulse, Maximo) and found Limble to be fully featured, intuitive and way easier to use. Limble also provides the best support I have experienced in both implementation and use.

I have not found anything I do not like about the program or the company.

Super happy with our decision
Our top "problems" that we're solving are inventory control and asset organization.We're still discovering the benefits as we've only been using Limble a very short time. So far the most noticeable benefit is knowing specifically where the parts are located, how many are on hand, and setting the reorder point.
Vorteile
The integration was a bit of a process, but that was our fault for how scattered our information was. The Limble team we've been working with is amazing. I love how customizable everything in Limble is. This is a great fit for our needs.

I would really like to be able to print information for our customers that only include: company, address, contact, contact phone number, date, what parts/services were provided without all of the tracking information or pricing.

Great Product!
After we signed up, our Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden] contacted us immediately to get the ball rolling. Through several sessions, he guided us through the system, answered our question professionally and was always available to answer questions in a timely manner.
Vorteile
The software set up is easy thank you to our wonderful customer success manager, we were able to customize and begin using the software immediately. It is very easy to navigate and simple to pull data when needed. I also enjoy the dashboards that allow users to create widgets in order to retrieve data quite easily.
Nachteile
Some of our technicians had difficulty managing the app at first but it was only a slight hurdle to manage.

The implementation and training was great. We have a dedicated person to help with any questions and he is very responsive and helpful.

The ability to set up preventative maintenance work orders, have them generate at a chosen date and time and get notifications of them is the best!

I will say we don't use the mobile aspect but that's not a dislike. It just wasn't for us.

Fixed Asset Management for Food Manufacturer
Great support! Katia went above and beyond to help. We had a ton of help during implementation, and an ongoing offer to ask for help when we need it.
Vorteile
From the finance department view, I like a couple of things about Limble: (1) fixed asset tracking so I know where and what we have in operations all the time, and (2) cost tracking -- the cost of down-time, cost of repairs, cost of parts, etc.
Nachteile
I don't have anything to say about the software. The issue we have is with people. Limble is a solid tool, but as they say, GIGO. We need the folks to do the work to make the tool work.

Not designed for a Manufacturing Company
I initially evaluated 4 different systems and was excited that Limble had good reviews and looked like a nice application. A few months in i discovered it was not designed for manufacturing. The Asset was not the driver of all information. The expect me to have a separate PM for every asset and i have hundreds of similar assets. Limble keeps changing features and then asking foe more money if i want those features back.

Point and click, windows based interface was important because my team had never used a CMMS and it would need to be easy to navigate
Nachteile
The back end was not designed as an asset based CMMS. it was clumsy to implement, the reports are not catered to manufacturing. The asset does NOT drive all the information. PM's are difficult to implement and track. There is no way to know how many PM's are coming in the future.

Most used tool in the shop
Vorteile
Limble CMMS has made recording jobs that would normally be word of mouth or even just a broken piece of equipment, left on my work bench, is now reported through the use of QR codes within Limble. As the sole technician in my shop, Limble is allowing me to keep track of all work requests, work orders and scheduled PM's for the all the equipment. Keeping track of parts inventory and having the ability to associate vendors and parts to individual equipment reduces time spent searching for the correct parts. Implementing Limble has been a breeze with the amount of learning content they have from articles to videos, but mostly the amazing Customer Success Managers who are there helping you to get the most out of the software as quick as possible. Got to love the GIFs too!
Nachteile
Haven't found anything I dislike about Limble, there has aways been a solution to any questions I have had about the software and they encourage customer feedback.

Excellent Product for Maintenance and Management of Operational Facilities
Before Limble we had various channels for handling different aspects of our operations. This caused delays, miscommunications, unnecessary duplications, unnecessary repairs etc. However, since we have adopted Limble we have been able to become more efficient in all of the aforementioned areas and some.
Vorteile
What I like most about Limble is its centrality. I have access to various aspects of the operation in one central unit. It's pretty easy to use and the integration was seamless during the to the various online training videos and the online assistance.
Nachteile
Personally I think the Limble app is more user friendly on the PC/Laptop as opposed a cell phone.

High quality CMMS software for an affordable price
From the very beginning everything went smooth, and the transition from our old system to this one has been effortless. Their customer service is great and they are all very pleasant to speak with and are willing to tackle any issue or concern.
Vorteile
Very user friendly platform, fully customizable for what you want, and very affordable especially for smaller facilities. And the QR code feature makes work order submitting a very simple and effective tool.
Nachteile
Some features cost more money as well as adding users but the tier pricing platform also allowed this software to be affordable for us which otherwise might not have been.

One of the best experiences I have ever had!
Vorteile
Layout and functionality are incredible. Customizable dashboards are a huge plus. Ability to make it ours is great. The sales process was easy, super useful demos, and no pressure. The customer support is the literally the best I have experienced.

The only thing I have found that could be improved is the inability to leaver comments on work orders only between the facilities team and not to the requestor.

Limble makes it incredibly simple to use and put into practice. You may quickly generate reports and estimate the cost of maintenance for the upcoming time frame. Really good program, in sum. Opening up a single point of communication for work request across our fleet. Allowing us to accurately track what equipment experiences the highest downtime, providing data for future equipment acquisition.Inventory and Asset management allowed us to track who has what and who took what from where, alleviating a constant headache of nagging operators; saying 'they' took my stuff. With the team knowing its being tracked overall, the amount of 'stuff' missing from one truck to the next greatly decreased.
Nachteile
The check in and check out as a tool option being confined to the 'Enterprise' licensing structure is disappointing. The feature would be incredibly handy for contractors like ourselves with less than 100 employees. We almost went with a competitor due to this feature before selecting Limble.

Limble CMMS Rocks!
The communication and action tracking in Limble is phenomenal. The requester stays aware of the progress or any change of their specific request. The technicians are able to easily do the "paperwork" with 90% being done on their phone in the field. Photos are easily put in by the requester, technician, planner or whomever accesses the task. Management is able to create meaningful dashboards and tweak them easily in order to find just the right information to give to upper Leadership. It's been the best thing we've ever done for our Facilities Department.
Vorteile
Limble CMMS implementation has been the easiest software I've ever worked with. The Limble team was incredible with consistent training sessions and being available to answer questions at any time. We had this up and running so fast that we had to push our communications team to move up the notification that the Limble CMMS work request was active. The daily use, creating PM schedules, job plans and setting up dashboards are very intuitive. It takes very little training to get started and the learning comes easy.
Nachteile
We have not found a negative aspect of Limble CMMS. It's doing everything we hoped for, and so much more.

Best CMMS system I've ever used.
Limble has made my life extremely easy, and has streamlined a lot of processes that affect several different departments. QC, maintenance, production, and management have all benefited from this system. The user friendliness has made it easy to implement for employees who do not have much experience using a CMMS system. The customer service? Absolutely second to none. I have never had a question go unanswered, and sometimes I like to use the chat feature just to send memes to the customer service reps on the other end of the computer. Seems to brighten their day. I never plan on switching CMMS systems, and would plan on using this anywhere I go.
Vorteile
As someone who has worked as a maintenance mechanic, maintenance planner, and supervisor, I have seen workflow through many lenses and worked with several different CMMS systems. This is the best CMMS system I have ever used based on the customization options, user friendliness, and customer support. After using this system, this was an easy sell to a company that did not previously utilize a CMMS system. I couldn't be happier.
Nachteile
My only complaint is that when multiple pictures are uploaded to a work order (especially one that is in progress for days or weeks), there is not an ability to scroll through those pictures. Each picture must be closed and a new one opened. This comes into play with work orders that require a long time to complete, and a visual progression through pictures would be nice to have.
