Save Time & Money
From start to finish Limble has been there they never gave us information that was incorrect and always got us an answer even if they didn't have it at the time. For technicians they have grasped this software so fast it amazes everyone, setting up our service request portal how we want has strengthened the relationship with our customers (people onsite) so they can request service and know the status without having to ask

They give you the ability to create your own dashboards, track downtime, track inventory and so much more. You set the system up how you want based on what you want to see and its a technicians dream
Nachteile
The integration was tough but that was due to the software we came from, they help with the integration in such a way its mainstreamed. So its a positive con :)

Limble Is Nimble
Excellent from onboarding to training to customer support. Great Job Limble!

Limble is easy to learn and implement. In a fast moving environment as Facilities Management it is needed.
Nachteile
I am not fond of Data Entry, so entering all the assets of the facilities from scratch is not my favorite. Not necessarily a Limble issue more of a personal one.

Best CMMS on the market
My overall experience has been great we made the switch a few month ago and my entire team agrees we should have searched for replacement CMMS years ago and joined Limble a lot of issues from our previous CMMS would have been avoided

I like the fact that changing a schedule is drag and drop, can easily get data out from the global dashboard and can get to a granular level to see how effective your team is and which areas are weak that need to be improved.

Honestly so far there isn't anything I don't like. If I cant find the information on the Limble YouTube channel or help center I reach out to my CSM or though the help chat and get assistance from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] or [SENSITIVE CONTENT] everyone in the Limble Organization that I have met has always been helpful

eMaint for what we are trying to do a this facility wasn't really helpful. the inventory management system, data collection in and out, the capability to plan work and creating PM's to a higher more accountable standard was not their, and we had very little support. For our team we knew our current issues so I asked the team to help find an alternative and better CMMS for everyone job view point. The only catch is that we couldn't look at it from a cost perspective only user perspective first. when we met to discuss our findings everyone's number 1 was limble it was so unanimous I had the team go back and look for what they didn't like. This software keeps us productive and focused on the WO
As I have said previously it has without a doubt changed how I work. With the incoming WO from ordinary people when there is an issue to the data collected we are able to prioritize what is important and what can wait.
Vorteile
The priority's and the data are amazing. Being able to adjust priority, add time and comments are quintessential to our operation. I have never used this software before but it has changed my work life for the better!
Nachteile
The mobile app is the only thing I do not like. Improve that and your software will be perfect

Xtant Medical - Manager Review
This has been a vast improvement to CMMS that I have used in the past.
Vorteile
The ease of use and ability to facilitate tracking metrics that were difficult to define for our industry.

Thanks for weighing in with your Limble review. I love that you pointed out that metrics are not just hard to gather--they're hard to even define. That's where Limble really shines because it automatically collects data like how long it takes to complete tasks, which asset that time was spent on, etc. Then the dashboard pulls it all together and you suddenly know which employees are your best performers, which equipment is costing the most for repairs, etc.
Anyway, that's all just to say that we appreciate you taking a moment to shine a light on that value for others who are searching.

Panorama Mountain Resort - Mountain Operations Maintenance
Data collection for us is massive. Previously everything was paper records which was time consuming to work through when we are trying to track down long running issues or looking for maintenance history. This software implementation will ultimately save us a lot of time when we go to plan maintenance tasks but also to very quickly and easily present to senior managers the performance of the equipment and justify why equipment needs replacement

Ski hills have a small budget to work with and integration for us was a big ticket item. The ability for us to integrate some of our existing systems or new systems that we were working on the meet the processes of our business was predominantly what finally sold it for us.
Nachteile
Our biggest complaint at the moment would be locating the various templates to work on. Having a template library would be a huge user experience improvement.

User-friendly, even for non-tech industries!
We have really enjoyed using Limble to manage our property management systems, and it has transformed how our team operates. Limble adds communication AND documentation that we didn't have before.
Vorteile
The main reason we chose Limble was because of how user friendly it is. We are a human services agency, running about 35 group homes and day programs for adults with developmental disabilities. We needed an easy system that could be used by our small maintenance team and human service managers. The mobile app works great for our maintenance team, and the QR code functionality has been extremely well received by our program managers.
Nachteile
Learning how to properly set up Limble was challenging at first, and would likely be even tougher for someone without any database knowledge. They assign someone to show you how to set things up to get started, but if your company is in a non-manufacturing industry, you may need to set things up in a unique way in order for Limble to meet your needs.

Limble is absolutely a great solution for manufacturing, but I'm surprised to hear that it felt less intuitive to get your assets set up in the system. Take Control of Your Maintenance Program
As a BRC-compliant, food-safe business, Preventive Maintenance is key to maintaining GMPs and accurate maintenance records. Since implementing LimbleCMMS, lead time complete repairs has gone from weeks to days; we accomplish twice the preventive maintenance tasks we did before; and I have been able to provide accounting with true, accurate records of our assets and the history of work done on them. I was also able to mass import spreadsheets of invoice history, creating an as-accurate-as-possible history of work performed on our assets as well. We've reduced admin involvement in maintenance tasks by 75% and are capturing 5x the information regarding our true Preventive Maintenance program.

I'm the maintenance manager for multiple sites across the United States, however the teams vary in size by site, so it easily accommodates large or small teams. LimbleCMMS has powerful maintenance data control in a lightweight, easy to use package. My veteran crew has embraced and taken full advantage of the inventory control, parts request process, and work order workflows, most of which can be controlled using either settings or custom dashboards. KPIs are comprehensive and easy to understand. I also easily trained my team to integrate the system into their workflows without bogging them down. Bulk updating of all data and infinite asset hierarchies made it a breeze to go from zero to fully functioning in only a few weeks and to retrospectively update and categorize assets further when the company needs it. And by fully functioning, I mean EVERY asset related to production and the facility is in the system and easily monitored for failures, MTBF, MTTR, and other critical production metrics. Lightning fast, thorough, and flexible customer service that is listening intently to the needs of its customers and responding in record time. PLUS they have an active API system as well as functionality with Zapier, which means you can integrate your data with existing systems or alternate systems where needed.
Nachteile
Anything I have disliked, I have voiced to the customer service team, and they've responded so quickly it's incredible. I haven't experienced such solid and responsible customer service with many if any companies I've worked with over my career.

I’ve chosen LimbleCMMS for our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program because it is more flexible than UpKeep to capture the data we intend to manage, including capability study data and other non-traditional data I want to integrate with Asset management, but it is not as cumbersome as eMaint would be in order to error-proof the asset management process. All basic features are there, it is less expensive at the Enterprise level than the others, and we have other systems to manage some of the extras the other two programs were offering. Limble offers easy user management and association with multiple locations, which fits perfectly in our model. It also will work great for our Hamlet facility, as they will easily be able to follow suit once this system is vetted in Washington. I built from scratch a CMMS with AppSheet, but realized the ongoing maintenance would likely be impossible for someone else.- Branche: Non-Profit-Organisation Management

Limble Does It All Plus More, And It Costs Less Too
Previously, we were using a combination of emails, pen, paper, google forms, and excel sheets to keep track of our maintenance tasks, their scheduling, repairs, PMs, etc.
The migration process was super easy using the bulk import tool, and in a very short time, we had all our assets up, maintenance schedules and jobs up, inventory, and everything running smoothly.
In day to day use, Limble hit all the spots that were important to us. Easy work order creation, a great manager's view to see what is going on, an awesome interface for working with our third party vendors, efficient inventory management.
Most effectively, the PMs can be scheduled easily and basically, or you can dig down and schedule it on a granular level, maximizing your uptime between PMs, and still making sure that nothing slips by.

Was very easy to migrate over using their bulk import method, for both assets and jobs.
Great customer service, attentive team.
Straightforward configuration.

LIMBLE Provides World Class Software, Service and Support
Their customer service is WORLD CLASS. Problems during our trial were immediately corrected or we were immediately trained. Limble's team is VERY engaging and responsive. After 6 months of use, their service hasn’t changed. They respond to all inquiries in less than 5 minutes. They have a 24-hour response time but and in most cases they have responded with a customized feature in less than 2 hours to match our workflow. I don’t think they advertise this, but this just blew us away! Many of their competitors need to KeepUp with them!
Vorteile
1. Their mobile application and cloud application is very intuitive. Our older workforce (and those not tech savvy) figured out how to use all the features by themselves and within minutes of being introduced to this program.
2. Work order generation, assigning, and editing are very easy to do! No more wasted time clicking on different screens - We can assign multiple techs and groups to do PM's.
3. PM creating, customizing, scheduling, and updating is easy and intuitive.
4. PM's can trigger work orders based on readings such as temperature, mileage, hours, cycles, and etc. which allows the technicians to focus on the PM and allows the supervisor to schedule necessary repairs as needed.
5. Customizable dashboards and reports with KPI's that can help us prove our case for new equipment and personnel! This is actually a great feature since our team uses the data for bragging rights.
6. Asset inventory is customizable - We can add asset pictures, data plate information, manuals, and etc. The possibilities are endless here.
7. Parts inventory helps us keep the important parts in stock to keep us running.
8. Product Board - We can make feature requests for all users to see and vote on it. This helps their development team prioritize upcoming features and allows us to see what other users are requesting so that we could vote on it.

Any con that we found was immediately corrected through their chat feature.

Get rid of Excel and get LimbleCMMS
Coming from an Excel based Maintenance program, Limble is a lifesaver. My past workflow consisted of an excel sheet with tons of macros and manual data input almost daily just to schedule PM's.
Work instructions were usually copies direct from manufactures documentation or passed along tribal knowledge.
Maintenance request were by whatever means were convenient. It wasn't uncommon to get a sticky note with a request.
Limble has allowed me to automatically schedule tasks, create interactive work instructions, and provide a simple work request portal accessible from anywhere. All in one package.
Scheduling PM's is nearly automatic now. Time interval based tasks just show up after the time has elapsed. The API can work both ways, updating hour counters automatically and pushing tasks to an ERP for scheduling.
Vorteile
The biggest selling point of this software was that I could start using it right away. At best, other services would offer pretty limited "sandbox" to demonstrate the functionality. Limble provided a fully functional trial that allowed me to see how it would work in my environment almost immediately.
Simple to setup and get going . Not overwhelming for new users, nor is it aggravatingly limited for expert users.
Customer support is excellent. They take the time to understand concerns and provide a human response. No copy-pasted answers that are only slightly relevant or don't answer your question at all.
Requested features usually get added quickly.
Reports and Custom dashboards to realize MTTF and MTTR data, identify trends and areas of improvement, track inventory and expenses, etc...
Nachteile
No major cons. When I identify the occasional issue it is usually resolved within 24 hours.
No onsite hosted install option could be a con for some.

Hands down the trial that allowed me to immediately start using the software in my environment. Within an hour I had some assets imported, PM tasks scheduled and the Work Request portal deployed for use. ALL the other options had me either sit through a web-meeting that demonstrated functionality, use a generic limited use online demo, or wanted payment before I could even try the software. The Easy CMMS
Our PM and reporting of broken equipment was pure chaos, and now it is simple, intuitive, and well tracked. I can't over emphasize how important the ease of use is, the lab techs would not buy-in to this software if it wasn't easy to use.
Vorteile
Support has been Excellent! We started on training with our support guy, and everything was so easy to set up. We got started and everything just fell into place. I was used to Maintenance Connection from a previous employer, which is great software-but they had a dedicated person to just keeping MaintConn running. The back end to keep Limble running is simple. Adding an asset and setting up PMs for it takes a minute, not 30 minutes.
Nachteile
The only drawback I can find is that you can't have a concurrent user licenses, and as many users as you want.

Limble is Great, the Service is even Better!
Limble and the service provided has been great and improved our maintenance efficiencies.

As a company with over 500 employees, keeping our facility safe and in top production shape is of the utmost priority. The backbone to making that happen is the maintenance department and their ability to keep us running. After years of continuous growth, our need to organize our maintenance department became greater than ever. Organization breeds efficiencies, and that’s exactly what Limble did for us. Limble put hours back in our day. With Limble we were able to direct all internal work requests, prioritize those requests, pre-load our planned maintenance tasks, track machine and technician hours and their associated cost, and overall, gave us the data and opportunity to make better decisions for our business. As good as Limble is, the service offered by Limble is even better. Our Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden], has been crucial to getting us to where we need to be. She is always available when we have issues and checks in often to ensure things are running smoothly. Her knowledge of the system has allowed us to create custom reports and dashboards which we use for financial and operational decision-making. She understands Limble and our business, asks questions to gain clarity, and offers suggestions to better aid us. My only regret with Limble is that we didn’t implement it earlier!
Nachteile
The one thing I like the least about Limble is that it is a pay per user service, not a flat rate.

Limble Review After Three Years
We have taken Limble's platform to different levels other than just for CMMS. We are using it for safety and quality training, audits, and verifications. Links to safety videos and PowerPoint presentations are incorporated into a "PM" and, after both are viewed, there is a test with Option Lists used to select answers. We also use the platform for quality and safety audits and verifications in the same manner.
Vorteile
When we first started using Limble, I found it very user friendly and intuitive. As with any new software, there is a learning curve, but with Limble it was very short. Additionally, the support team was phenomenal. They worked with me on questions I had until they were resolved and their response time was very short.
Nachteile
The software platform completely met my needs. For the small company I work for, we finally have all information about our assets in one place. I have used other CMMS platforms with very large, multi location companies in the past so I'm familiar with very advanced features. These features are available with Limble but it does require an enterprise license. But, for my needs with the size company we have, the three license subscriptions are working just fine.

best work order system I've seen
my experience with limble has been great, I really like the ease of use and the in the field accessibility its a game changer as far as I'm concerned!!!

I really like that when your out in the field you can simply open your iPad and complete or start a new work order. anything that someone enters throughout the day come directly to you so if there is a emergency you can get to it ASAP

you have to watch the time section. once you open a ticket the timer starts so if you have to order parts or anything you have to manually stop the timer or it looks like you were taking super long to finish what might be a 15min job in reality

Robust & Feature Packed Yet Simplified CMMS Solution at Unbeatable pricing
Our prior CMMS software was very cumbersome and had very little customer communication. With Limble the customer is kept well informed of progress and we are able to include a survey link when the completed email is sent. We have for the first time, reporting capabilities that allow us insights into the number and types of work requests processed along with cost of labor and materials spent. Not only are we providing a better customer experience, we are able to document the amount of work the department is processing which supports our request for additional headcount.
Vorteile
What made Limble stand out was the fact that it had all the features we required packed into an intuitive easy to navigate tool, yet avoided unnecessary complexity. The software has the ability to synch with our HR software (azure & UltiPro). It also avoids the complexity of firewalls by using a URL for creating and managing work requests which greatly facilitates implementation. Having been involved in numerous CMMS software roll-outs, I appreciated that Limble provides all the functionality we needed including custom PM schedules, numerous customer feedback loops, 3rd-party contractor access to completing work requests, standard and custom reporting, the ability to include a survey link for each completed work order, and the availability of the mobile application.
Nachteile
We have discovered nothing major needing improvement. There are opportunities for future tweaks, but these are minor. The Feature Request Board wonderfully captures this.

There are many companies bringing solutions to the CMMS market these days and most of them have admirable offerings. However, Limble provided all the functionality without the complexity. It has been an extremely easy product to launch. The Limble Team does an amazing of ensuring a successful launch by the use of a "Customer Experience Manager" as well as an "Implementation Manager". Never Drop the Ball
From the initial welcoming calls on zoom with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] to the onsite implementation with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] I am very happy with this service and look forward to using them for years to come. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are amazing and done a great job of coming out to see us and help with our asset loading and onsite training , was completely worth the initial start up costs.If there is ever a question I need answered, the chat option has always come through! This software is so easy to use, it is now an essential part of my daily routine. I enter everything into the software which is wonderful for keeping me on the ball and making sure nothing is forgotten.Other employees are getting used to the request cycle and my technicians are very happy to check off the boxes when they have finished the work orders they are set. I like the ease of adding costs/parts/invoices to each ticket so we can see where money is being spent across the board. It is easy for me to be able to pull up any asset and have everything I need to know about the equipment at the click of a button when trouble shooting online or on a call to service technicians.It is keeping me very organized and it is also a great tool to show the upper management exactly what us maintenance folks get completed on a daily basis.
Nachteile
only some very minor areas that could use a tweak but definitley doesn't affect my work flow. I have suggested my tweaks to Limble as something they could apply later down the line when they are making adjustments

skeptical at first. But absolutely love the outcome of Limble!
from the free trial to, helping us implement it, to answering random questions we have about setting everything up. my overall experience with limble has been amazing. truly a great product and great support behind it.

organization of work orders. keeping our PMs up to date and scheduling them is very easy. overall the whole system is extremely easy to use.
Nachteile
there isn't a whole lot i would change. the only thing that is a minor annoyance is some of the drop down menus on the assets are a bit cumbersome. but still useable.

Limble For Dorman Maintenance Team
Limble has been a great way for us to track our equipment and facility PMs. As well as our techs time.
Vorteile
At first, I thought this was going to over whelming. Any change is always a bit scary for me. Once we started using Limble though its actually really user friendly. Limble offer GREAT customer Service! Plus, they have tutorial videos that are a great help as well.
Nachteile
So far there isn't any real issues of not liking Limble. they are in the process of changing it over to Beta. so again its new to me, another change but I am adapting to it daily.

Customer service and responsiveness is a key area where Limble excels.

A simple, but powerful tool.
I manage a number of different companies planned maintenance across Africa, needed a program which is adaptable, easy to setup and hand over - at the same time be able to remote monitor.

There are many Pros fro the software - but the most important, it the fact the developers, to whom i must take my hat off too, listen to us the customer, and develop the program around our needs, since i have been using the program, it keeps improving, more and more useful features being added all the time, but they have still have kept it simple, but powerful tool.
Easy to add in assets, across multiple sites, with all the data columns you need - you build this as you need, the same deal with spare parts.
Able to import asset and spares lists in from excel, not a csv file, so simple, once you've set up the data columns in Limble first .... but now have just seen another way - through their very useful constantly updating dedicated web page - https://intercom.help/limble-cmms/en/
Adding users, limiting their reach, setting up teams, a bit trickier, but easy enough.
The mobile app, i find just as simple, it does it s job.
The backup from limble if you have a query is also very strong, quick to reply, by email and phone - even to me all the way in Zimbabwe.
Nachteile
Okay, so at the time of this review - there are 2 areas which in my line I do find Limble lacking - off line mobility of the mobile app - but know this is something which they are working on, so looking forward seeing this.
Secondly, the stocking side, entering reordered stock i found cumbersome, and there seems to be no stock withdrawl / return per work order system - but this could be that i have not set the form up correctly.

Ease of use and customize to my needs
With Limble in place i am able to keep up with my preventative and predictive maintenance far better than I have been able to in the past. I am able to keep a closer eye on my parts and materials inventory, better manage my time on projects and maintenance as well as see where my costs to the company can be reduced or at least better managed.

I liked how easy it is to learn, set up and implement.

At this stage of my experience with a CMMS I have found no issues with the product Limble offers.

Limble for On Site Service and Preventative Maintenance
Great support from the Limble Team. I can confidently update my clients knowing that the information is real time and accurate.
Vorteile
Work Orders are easy to set up and adjust to suit our company requirements. Assets are updated in real time and any work on the asset is recorded and stays with that asset from start to EOL.
Nachteile
It would be great to see an overall asset count per location on the global dashboard. This is the quickest way to monitor preventative maintenance progress against total number of assets with a PM completed.
Locations with a large number of assets are slow to load and sometimes the site stops responding when waiting for the assets to load or when adding an asset to one of these locations.

I'm glad that the real-timeness of Limble gives you that confidence. In case you weren't aware, we rolled out a big update that should have totally addressed the issue of loading time. Now, for larger sites, Limble loads data as it is needed rather than in one big chunk. It was complex to implement, but we want the app to be as user friendly as possible, so it was worth it.
Also, regarding asset count, bring that up with your customer success manager if you haven't already. I actually think that's possible :)

How did we get by without Limble?
Limble has enabled my maintenance team to get leaner and meaner when it comes to getting work done. Additionally, having a real inventory system will enable us to better manage our assets and save money in the long run.
Vorteile
The inventory system and work order system have been the best part of this system. Integration was quite easy, I built a system with over 400 assets and many more PM's from scratch, with no prior CMMS
Nachteile
I haven't found anything I don't like yet.

Awesome Tool Used to Manage Our Entire Maintenance Department!
This experience has been great! It's a daunting task to set up schedules, work request submissions, work orders, and an inventory system, but Limble makes these very easy!
Vorteile
I like being how easy it is to manage work request, assign them to technicians, and track their status.
Nachteile
I wish there were a global "dashboard" that non-users (managers) could access to track work requests that everyone put in.

Met our needs. Good bang for the buck. Active development and improvement.
I like it. It works well for us. We have two full time maintenance people and about a dozen machine operators that do one or two things in it. I'd buy it again and would recommend it to others.
Vorteile
As a manufacturer, wWe have many employees that do infrequent or minor maintenance tasks so license models that are strictly per user don't work well. Limble offers per-user licensing but also has a per-asset model that worked well for us. The web interface works well and it is easy to make, access, complete, and comment on work orders and PM tasks. The assets and tasks are also quite easy to customize without any IT knowledge and the whole system was easy to set up with flat file/spreadsheet imports.
Nachteile
I don't love the dashboard-based reporting engine. I sometimes just want the ability to write my own SQL-type query or more easily get data into a PDF-type report. Reports are easy to customize and you can get most or all data out to a spreadsheet if you want to bad enough, but it should be easier to get full reporting from within the system. The counter to that is a more powerful reporting system would be more complex and the one they have is dirt simple to use and configure, so that is probably what they were going for.
File attachment capability is functional, but limited. I wish it had a faster way to drag in manuals from file shares, a way to give descriptive names to file names, and to link to or import photos from Google Photos.
Re-assigning things is cumbersome. There are batch ways to do it, but they are slow. For example, if I lose an employee and need to reassign their tasks, I have to do it separately for open items as well as scheduled items. I can't just click an open task, give it to someone else, and just check a box to make it go to that person in the future too.
There are plenty of other minor issues like those, but no deal breakers. The team is responsive and I like where they are going with it.

First 6 week review of Limble.
I spend 2 -4 hours a day currently implementing the system, organizing assets so they are easy to find. I have started using PO's, PM's and plan to log 75% of labor hours by the end of the 1/4.
Vorteile
It is easy to use, there is always help in chat and I have an assigned Customer Success Manager assigned to me.
Nachteile
I am still learning some of the steps, but have always had help if when I start something new if I don't know how to do it and there are videos that show you how to do things.

A new breed of CMMS
Overall, I have a very positive experience with Limble. The amount of customization that you can do as far as the asset database and customize work orders is amazing, and if you ever have a question, help is a quick chat away.
Vorteile
When looking for a new CMMS, Limble was the only product that put out a working demo that you can sandbox in, and get a feel for what you like or don't like. The customer support is one of the best assets of this product. If you're stumped trying to get something done, they are a quick chat away. Their response times are almost immediate, and very often they will make a small video and link it to you to demonstrate what steps you need to take. The GUI is also very clean and simple, which is a nice change from older CMMS systems.
Nachteile
The calendar seems to be the weakest portion of Limble. It tracks the actual work in there, but you can't really add planning. You can create specific individual items, but can't really tailor the calendar that well.

Best bang for the buck CMMS
Vorteile
Limble has allowed us to accurately manage a large fleet of mining equipment. Furthermore, due to its ease of use, we implemented it into our building and facility maintenance as well.

Great Product
Best so far out of all other programs I assisted in setting up.
Vorteile
After using several CMMS programs during the course of my career, this takes the best of most but compacts it to one easy to use system.
Nachteile
Initial set up can be tedious if you don't have a game plan set on structure and what you want to gain from it. At the same time, it's also a good thing due to the many ways you can structure your setup to match reality of business and asset requirements.

Limble is a great software
We have been able to track things more efficiently with Limble. I really enjoy using this software since it's so simple yet so complex how everything links so seamlessly together.
Vorteile
I love how easy Limble is to use. It takes virtually no time at all to get rolling along & almost everything can be added "on the fly" when working in other modules. The customer service team is wonderful - so helpful and always very nice whether via the chat function, emails, or zoom calls.
Nachteile
I don't like that you can't move windows that are on top of other windows. I don't like that in the parts module you can only choose to set up parts in each quantities (sometimes the thing we buy are in feet, pounds, gallons, etc.) so I have to convert these numbers.

Simple yet Powerful
We had attempted to implement traditional server-based programs with no success. After research, focused on Limble and was immediately impressed. We watched their series of videos and within a week, had created the assets and PM schedules and were up and running. This program is very powerful, yet so user friendly that everyone in our organization is using it after 30 minutes of training. Our technicians run off of tablets in the field to document work history and receive assignments.

- Implementation was quick and simple, we were up and running in a week
- Cloud-based so I can manage from my laptop or phone
- Easy to use with minimal training required
- Everyone in the organization can easily submit work requests
- Great asset cost and history tracking
- Customer service walked me through all my questions during implementation

Two minor cons:
- The part tracking feature is good, but could use some more features (such as grouping like assets are)
- Allow for more frequent refresh

Limble
We finally have realized data in maintenance cost, machine MTTR/MTBF, visual logs of work done, and much more. This software has made it much easier for me developing justifications for new machinery, gaging, and overhauls. If you think you have a good solution and you haven't tried this one, try it.

We worked very closely with the software development team to get custom features that work for us. You won't get that kind of attention from anyone else.
Nachteile
Anything we disliked was either changed as a recommendation from another customer or for us. They continue to work hard to ensure this software is everything you need and more.

Easy System and Amazing Customer Service
Vorteile
The limble software is one of the most intuitive I've run into, which I appreciate since oftentimes you need to teach an entire crew how to use and understand it. It is an amazing service when it comes to managing work and service in the field. The customer service is also a huge selling point for me, as they are always available and happy to help. I've used their help portal at least 15 times, and each time the response has been prompt and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
Nachteile
Some of the inventory and asset features could be simplified a bit, but overall it is still a wonderful system. I've really not run into anything to complain about in my time using it.

After researching 17 CMMS products, we picked a winner with Limble!
Limble has streamlined so much or our PM and Work Order tracking, which used to be done on paper and tracked in a spread sheet. It makes our communication much more efficient with comments and completion notes, so all parties involved with a work order are always in the loop as to the resolution of the issue.
Vorteile
Limble has been easy to learn, easy to adapt to our operation, and very ease to use. It is easily scalable to however large or small, and how simple or complex any operation is. One of the features I enjoy the most is how easy it is for any of our staff to submit a work request using the QR code. I created wallet sized cards that our staff carry on them 24/7, so they can submit requests whether they're sitting at home or they're at work and observing the issue. It's also very helpful to be able to select and edit what questions or information is required for each request. It allows us to gather the crucial information we need for our Maintenance Techs to react quickly and get issues fixed.
Nachteile
There are so many options available to adapt the software for our specific needs, that I sometimes get lost as to how I made a certain change, so it makes it a little difficult to back back and edit an action.

Limitless Limble
I've only been using it a short time, but so far I'm really enjoying working with it. I find I'm not cursing at my screen and pounding my keyboard like I did with our previous CMMS. This is at least in part because it takes about half the time to do everything.
Vorteile
Actually my title is a bit of a misnomer, but the programmers seem to be working on that. While it does have limits, there is much to like about Limble. It has a simple design but lots of functionality. Particularly I like the ease of use and how quickly you can find things with the excellent search function. Being able to access various types of data from within a screen rather than constantly jumping back and forth is a relief. Being able to change data readily without the fear of losing history builds confidence. I'm usually afraid to play around in most new softwares for fear of damaging something irreparably, but that is not a problem in Limble. I like the flexibility to tailor parts of Limble to my needs like adding custom data fields in several places. There is a comfortable similarity in style from module to module while still retaining unique capabilities. I love the various types of instructions that can so easily be set up in PMs and the three color dating system, which you can customize, is a quick visual indicator for both the technicians and managers as to the status of each work order.
Nachteile
I'm not sure there is anything I don't like about it. Mostly I see some areas for improvement, like the Purchasing module that is pretty new. But with Limble welcoming, and actually acting on, customer suggestions, I have no doubt it will gradually mature to be equal to the other modules in time.

Great System
I've had great experience during the short period it's been in place. The technicians and production supervisors are really excited with the mobile features Limble has to offer to make their jobs easier and less time consuming.
Vorteile
The most impactful is the ability to have mobile capabilities to submit work requests without requiring the use of an app. In addition, the technicians can generate and complete orders on the fly which allows me to track data in almost real-time.
Nachteile
I don't have any negative comments to say about Limble.

Limble review
Limble has integrated KPI's that allow for us to track performance without having to have custom dashboards built by a developer. Limble has already proven out in increasing uptime as well as developing our team to take our department to the next level.
Vorteile
The most impactful features are the ease of managing incoming work orders and assigning tasks. Being able to drag and drop pictures, quotes, and documents makes this system very user friendly.
Nachteile
Honestly, I have not found a con with this software. We are still in the developing stage for our site but it has exceeded our expectations in every way over our old CMMS.

Limble CMMS
We have a large facility with a combination of manufacturing and office space. We use Limble for equipment and facilities preventative maintenance scheduling, employee facilities work requests, tracking equipment downtime and work order history, and asset management.
I've used other CMMS at other facilities, and my experience with Limble has been very positive. Limble makes it easy to stay organized, and respond quickly to work requests.
Vorteile
Limble's Work Request Portal is easy for all our employees to use. I sent out the link to the entire company, everyone bookmarked it, and now people can easily submit work requests. It did not require lengthy instructions or any assistance from our IT dept.
We've also been very impressed with Limble's customer service. They are easy to reach, and always making improvements.

There was an item on the work request portal that was unclear, but I mentioned it to Limble's customer support and it was fixed immediately

Best CMMS tool i've used.
We run safety management, maintenance management, asset management and Key Performance Indexes on this and it works exceptionally well. We've rolled it out regionally.
Vorteile
It's structured to give you what you need and what you don't know you actually need. It also allows you the flexibility to alter "things" to fit your needs exactly
Nachteile
Financially it's a bit expensive - but you definitely get what you pay for. Custom service that responds in a couple of minutes. That's unheard of.

Great mid-priced CMMS
Vorteile
“I like that a photo can be taken or uploaded from your phone to attach when closing a work order. It really helps cover our butts because It's proof that we were out there working even if no one saw us. I also learned from Limbles website how to combine work orders. It helps if multiple people report the same problem. Combining them means I only have to close out the project once. ”

The ability to print out finished reports with out having to export and create a new report in MS Excel.

CMMS Limble
Limble has been good to our facility. We can keep track of all emergency repairs, consecutive work orders that can be re-evaluated with management team to determine if an asset needs to be replaced, and it helps organize the whole maintenance team's day.
Vorteile
Limble has been easy to use, and easy to implement, and makes all PM and Work Orders easy to track.
Nachteile
Small details that come up during set up time, but those issues get resolved right away the online team in the chat box

I'm glad you've made good use of the customer success chat we embedded in the app. The product team designed the platform to be as intuitive and flexible as possible, but there's nothing quite like being able to just ask someone a question :)
I'm especially glad that your team has adopted Limble to the point that you're now evaluating your main cost centers. That's maintenance at its best.

Limble is Nimble
Technician like to use it and we are capering more asset data that is useful.
Vorteile
I likes the flexibility of Limble to create field for assets and parts to fit our need. I also liked how intuitive it is to use. Easy to figure out how to use and easy to train technicians. Mobile app allows better data capture and helps prioritize work.
Nachteile
The flexibility of reports on the dashboard was great. However, it did take some time to create the reports we needed form scratch. It would be nice to have a library of reports to choose from.
