Interviewer friendly recruiting platform
Vorteile
The product is intuitive and easy to use. As an interviewer, I can login and find exactly what I'm looking for. I can track the progress of my interviews in the account portal or via email.
Nachteile
I've never had any issues. I have a few feature requests in mind for convenience, but it does the job I want it to do. I've used a few different vendors and Greenhouse is my favorite.

Easy way to track and refer applicants for jobs
Vorteile
It integrates with most HRIS systems. Also, when you log in, you can view all the positions available and share them on most social media platforms.
Nachteile
The interface is clunky and out of date. It needs to be more intuitive and ultimately more user friendly.

Vorteile
This product is intuitive, simple, and often customizable, and the customer support is fantastic.
Nachteile
This is tough to answer here because every time I have an issue they fix it in the next release. Also, I think my only gripe is a result of the fact that this product is so customizable. However, if I had to choose something, it would be the ability to make mass edits to the details on the requisitions. For example, if you have created a perfect template in Greenhouse and copy that for everything, this won't be an issue for you. But if you created several different ones that all have slight differences, it's very time-consuming to go back and edit each one independently.

Vorteile
Pretty easy to use, intuitive platform and easy to navigate. Customer support team is helpful. Really fast and easy to use from a consumer end, too.
Nachteile
Better integrations with other platforms would be helpful. Not sure if it's been fixed since we used it, but emails ending up in spam folder.

This software really helps streamline the hiring and recruiting process.
Simplifying the tracking of candidates and interviews.
Vorteile
Having the scores of all the interviewers in one place is great! Also nice to parse a resume when employees are submitting a referral. Easy and fast for them.
Nachteile
Probably the automatic email feature. Sometimes it feels like there is crucial information that is not part of the message.

Really pleased with Greenhouse!
Vorteile
I've been really happy with Greenhouse! Changing to a new ATS can be frustrating, but Greenhouse was an easy transition. I love the fact that it's straightforward and really easy to use. They are always sending us updates about new features and improvements; I think it's great that they do their best to make things easy for us. I also have used the chat feature for help several times. They're very helpful in getting my issue fixed right away.
Nachteile
Initially, we had a few minor issues, but the Greenhouse team was really great about fixing the issues very quickly. One of the biggest dislikes were that notes were not auto-saving, but they recently fixed this issue!

A very clean, modern, and powerful ATS. A must use for any company with significant hiring...
Greenhouse has quite simply been a dream come true. Prior to adopting Greenhouse, we would spend countless administrative hours managing applicants via a multitude of manual processes. With all this being automated now, we can re-invest those hours back into the business, which is tremendous. Greenhouse also helps to enforce a structured interview process, helping to ensure that we evaluate every candidate uniformly.
All in all this is one of the few tools where my delight increased between the sales process to implementation. It truly was better than expected. There are a few usability quirks here and there, but it is a young product and I am sure those will get ironed out over time. The customer service team is also top notch. They are very friendly folks who are truly eager to help. How refreshing!
11/10 would buy again.

Greenhouse comes with employee referral benefits along with a complete hiring process management software. It helps hiring candidates by posting the jobs on the web via the website and SMM. It has great visual's which helps interacting with the application easily.
Nachteile

Vorteile
The product was built with a very clear vision/purpose in mind, and it shows. The entire team - from each of their founders down to every account and support individual - has provided nothing short of a first-class experience. They are the only team that truly "gets it" and has from day one. A big part of our selection process was assessing the actual team behind the product. If you are looking for a team that operates transparently, is passionate about building companies, and is dedicated to getting stuff done, then look no further than Greenhouse.
Nachteile
I'll let you know when something comes to mind. Five months in, this list contains no items.

Making Referrals Easier
Overall, I have saved a lot of time and headache using Greenhouse. I would recommend anyone using it.
Vorteile
I love being able to submit referrals with easy. Using Greenhouse has made the interview process for my referrals very clean. I am able to always keep up with their status.
Nachteile
I wish referrals were automatically rejected if they are referred or apply within 6 months. Other than that it has been great.

Vorteile
This tool assisted me in finding the quality talent my company was looking for. There is a great variety of information you can obtain from using this. Great tool.
Nachteile
It was very easy to use and often provided solid candidates. Sometimes I would find unrelated resumes or candidates but not very often.

Vorteile
Greenhouse helps with resume selecetion from various candidates. It helps with custom defined forms and fields. Various reports can be managed.
Nachteile
Nice and great looking interface helps us staying on top of our daily tasks. Has good reporting to review with Board team.

Good, but needs a bit of work to be great
Vorteile
Greenhouse is quite easy to use and navigate through. While the product is good, I find that the customer support team is great and usually responds right away.
Nachteile
Greenhouse made some changes and now many emails from Greenhouse are going directly to spam folders. This never was a problem before and then suddenly it is. I've taken every action that they have directed me to take and yet the problem still occurs for more than half of our candidates.

It does what it's supposed to do and does it better than the rest!
Vorteile
First and foremost I am so grateful for the relationship we have with our account rep and consultants. I feel like Greenhouse truly wanted to make me and my company successful.
Of course, there is the tool. It's perfect for our needs. The Interview Kit is fantastic but does require some setup. Once in place, it's incredibly helpful to our people when performing interviews and providing feedback.
I also love the support chat feature where I can get answers immediately.
Last is just the ease with which I can navigate the software, search for candidates, and really just do what I need to do with ZERO roadblocks.
Nachteile
The only thing I wish it had more of was direct posting capabilities to more job boards, especially LinkedIn. But I can manage a manual post no issues with tracking links, so it's now a show-stopper.

Employee Recruitment portal that works
It's been great and allows me to keep tabs on prospective new hires I have referred.
Vorteile
Customizable Referral links in short URL format that can be generated by selecting a specific open position, or Any. Gives a current employee credit for referring a new candidate. Tracking and notification options as that candidate progresses through the interview process.
Nachteile
Nothing major comes to mind. There was some initial difficulty onboarding into the system where I was able to create an account, but unable to later log into it. An admin level password reset corrected the issue.

Nachteile
Nothing to really note. When a client requests that I submit candidates through Greenhouse, they have to set me up with an account. We have not had any problems.

Most adaptable ATS System with Exceptional Customer Support
Vorteile
The system is highly intuitive compared with most ATS systems, but most of all, a lot of it is customizable from process, content, integration, etc. Additionally, they have customer support that is highly responsive.
Nachteile
There were some issues with the data migration, but switching costs are always high coming from a different system. Given that we were a young company that had most of its data housed within email and spreadsheets, it was somewhat inevitable that a flawless migration was somewhat unrealistic. However, if you're coming from another popular ATS system, chances are the Greenhouse team will have you covered.

Not user friendly
It takes practice to understand this software, but I don't think with the understanding I have of it, I know how to use it to its full potential. It is a confusing software. What are scorecards for?
Vorteile
I like that you can easily pull up someone's resume based on their profile once you find the location. (That's the caveat though, you have to know where to look).
Nachteile
This is by no means a user-friendly software. There are several ways to use this to your benefit, but not without an in-depth tutorial on how to use it. You have to search for what you want (i.e. how to email a person or "move them to the next stage of hiring").

Best ATS out there!
Vorteile
Greenhouse is the best ATS that I have used to ease my recruiting effort and streamline the sourcing, interviewing and hiring process. Greenhouse helps you keep track and organized while allowing team members a collaborative and structured process. The email templates make communicating with candidates extremely easy. The real time updates have been super helpful and they have an incredible customer service team. Special kudos to our assigned product experts for making everything go so smoothly.
Nachteile
Cost is always an issues but the value of the product and easy that it has on my life seems to justify the cost.

It is a great tool to use with HR teams and helps to streamline the hiring process
Vorteile
I like the ability to see the progress of hiring across disciplines and teams. Greenhouse also outlines each step of an interviewee's journey which I find very helpful. The feedback tool for interviewers is also well designed.
Nachteile
I would like the ability to better prioritize interview candidates and synthesize feedback through more quantitative metrics.

Amazing ATS
This product is amazing. The interface is user friendly and intuitive for people working in recruitment. I love using the tool and it makes life a lot easier with the interview kits. We now have a better collaborative effort with our hiring managers who have to use the tool and complete their scorecards (and they seem to enjoy the product too)
The training in the beginning stages is great but you can understand a lot of it on your own. That is what we did and we became comfortable with the tool really quickly.
The customer service is great and there is always someone there on the chat to help you out with your immediate situation. The level of sensitivity GH has for their customers is great! Keep up the good work!
If you are looking for a great ATS, this is it!

Not my favorite
Enable collaboration to some extent by allowing team members to leave comments.
Though a more intuitive user interface would be great.

Minimal UI sometimes makes finding the right option difficult.
New users often tend to struggle with learning.

this app have a scheduling tool which helps you make a schedule for all the interviews and the time slot. The app also have zoom integration through which you can organize an online interview which is must in todays world

Nachteile
Well obviously every tool has some cons like in Greenhouse, we need to schedule interview manually and send them the confirmation manual.
I expect to get this feature as on automation basis.

Easy to Use and Effective
Vorteile
It has a very simple interface and the user experience is good. It also, and I know this sounds trivial, but is important to me, it looks nice and has a very clean UI.
Nachteile
I wish there was a mobile version, so I could fill it out on the go. There's also no email alerts when candidates go untouched, which I would be interested in to keep track of my referrals. That way, when they ask me what their status is, I'd have more answers.

When it comes to an ATS, Greenhouse is easy to use for both recruiters and hiring teams. It's easy to make changes and can provide easy analytics for teams.
Nachteile
The analytics aren't always what are needed for what we as an organization need. Also, searching for old candidates becomes a little difficult. It would be easier to have full boolean capabilities and be able to filter locations, years of experience, referrals, etc.

Great recruiting tool. The interview kits are very helpful in gathering thoughtful notes about interviewees.
Nachteile
As I only interact with Greenhouse as an interviewer, which doesn't come up all that often, my usage is pretty limited.
