Cost friendly platform thats easy to use.
We transitioned from Bullhorn to Zoho, and it's a world of difference. Bullhorn was very slow and not easy to set up and modify, versus Zoho, which is very fast, has tons of job board extensions, and is easy on the eyes.

I like the platform design. It's very easy to manage, and you can set it up on your own.
Nachteile
Sales process is a bit confusing - they will quote you one price then quote you another then say its month to month but encourage an annual commitment.

“Helps us to free ourselves for better utility”
ZOHO ATS would become an ideal solution for small to medium scale HR projects considering many innovative features offered at a competitive price and the free trial period is an ideal opportunity for the prospective purchaser to make an informed decision.
Vorteile
The need for an ATS felt due to difficulties we underwent with many human errors in a high paced environment and decided to choose ZOHO after brief research. While we started to use ZOHO it became the best worker for doing what we expected and more. The available features in ZOHO keep our system running efficiently and the customization features help us achieve specific needs and maintain greater control. The Advanced Recruit Analytics shows us where we are in simple graphics which helps us realize the overall corporate objectives at a glance. As of now, we haven’t had any major issues with ZOHO. As with the cost, ‘it’s comparatively economical’.
Nachteile
We haven’t had any major issues so far, therefore, cannot shoot blunt arrows. Even if there are any issues, ZOHO would be more than happy to integrate them into the system with the help of the users, which will make their system the best.

Zoho Recruit for small to medium organisation
I have used Zoho Recruit for more than 5 years as a one desk recruiter, headhunter. I implemented Zoho Recruit in 2 Placement agencies with up to 10 recruiters and help professional firms configured it to optimize the use of the ATS. It does the job for a very affordable cost!!
Zoho recruit has the great quality of being completely configurable, but it can be a trap if you don't know how to do it! It's a DIY solution, a great template that needs personnalization
The new version brings new features and also seem to respond to bigger and more complex organization.But, Zoho has a tendency to release apps to fast, they are not always stable with limited testing so you become the tester.
Still, it is a very affordable solution, the cheapest I found so fare on the market. If your are simple and want an ATS that can do the job for less than $250/ year per license, invest in a configurator that will personalize it for you and with some patience you will enjoy a great ATS completely personalized that will not kill your budget.
Vorteile
The Standard version is easy to understand and to configure and very affordable. Great for placement agencies as well as small corporate organization .
Nachteile
Support can be slow to respond with vague answers or fits it all , type of answer.
Some apps not very stable need improvement. "Mobile" for example.
No help offer if you need advice on how to personalize it beside the user guide. They will not do it for you.

The overall experience is good so far, The interface is easy to navigate and the resume parse feature is excellent as it can parse all of that word or pdf data to automatically create the candidate details inside the system.
Vorteile
Zoho Recruit is very easy to use ATS and has an excellent search capabilities. The Email and notes tool are very useful when one wants to go back to a prime candidate’s info, plus ZIA rating tool always helps in providing the matching percentage of candidates with the requirement which we post on ZOHO.
Nachteile
Zoho should add location feature while running the search for candidates in Zoho database.

Easy to use and integrate recruitment software
Increased visability across all avenues of candidate sourcing, ability to automate a large portion of the recruitment process... this increases daily with smart additons Zoho makes every day (almost). Additionally the main aspect that is great is the ability to run geographically distributed teams.
Vorteile
Cost of using the software is minimal, however still offers everything you would expect from a much more expensive program. Overall the system manages everything from adverts through to candidates and is continually evolving to become one of the easiest to use softwares I have used to date.
Nachteile
Can be cumbersome in some areas initially, like reporting, dashboards etc. however it is fully customizable so once you have that in hand it pretty much covers everything. It would be great to have a more direct integration into Linkedin, with Linkedin actually operating through Zoho, however believe this is something that they are working on at the moment.

Not positive user but not bad product
Many basic functions not available under Standard and Professional versions. For one-man shop I don't want to purchase Enterprise version, seems that this software is only catered for enterprise users, which can makes your product less competitive as most enterprise users would go Workable, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, etc. You need to better understand your customer groups and user needs.

- Initially you'll only get 1GB storage; you need to pay extra to get more space.
- Interview status can’t be synced, every time when schedule interviews I have to change it manually.
- Emails sent from my Outlook to candidates cannot be captured in Zoho.
- Resume can’t be parsed in existing profile, have to upload resume and update profile manually.
- Their mobile app is barely useful.. my interviews are not being listed chronologically, they are all over the place, makes it impossible to track my interviews on your app; no filter either.

Great Recruitment Tool
I have been using Zoho Recruit for a while in my Recruitment Business and it was a life saver in many situations. I particularly like the web feature where you can create a form and make it available on your website for sign ups -- this rapidly raised my database to 20-50 signups per day. Highly recommended.

Nothing to be Wow'd about
Vorteile
I feel this is a decent platform, Zoho, in general however I feel they missed the mark when it came to the recruitment side of things and cut some corners. It does what it needs to do, at a very basic yet functional level so I have to give them credit for that. As the recruitment world is ever-changing, they really need to go back and revamp this.
Nachteile
The user interface, the lack of being able to move things around to the way I want them made it difficult to use the software and recruit.

Just Perfect
It's been perfect so far.
Vorteile
The Pros are more or less everything.
First of all you don't need to send an email to get started.
You can just register yourself and start your free trail.
Once you start your trail they assign you an agent that is there for you at all times to help you with any questions.
They also give you a personalized demo.

There is nothing that I can say I didn't like.

Trial ZOHO Recruit

At the moment we are using the trial version ZOHO Recruit, but we will soon move from our old system to Zoho.
Here are our first experiences:
Very good support in Germany as well as international support outside of local office hours.
Zoho also organizes events in Germany where you can exchange professional experiences or you can ask questions directly to Zoho sales people.
Since the data is stored online, the user can flexibly access and edit his data from any PC. This allows you to work out flexibly from the home office.
You can upgrade ZOHO, which means you can add building blocks CRM etc.
Many functions in ZOHO recruit are very helpful for us or shorten our processing time. Time is Money!
ZOHO als plays with open cards and has a clear open price structure. Monthly or annual payments are possible. When it comes to competition, it is often not clear what the products/service cost.
So far we are very satisfied! SZ
Nachteile
What I dislike, ZOHO recruit could be more colored so that it looks more user friendly and modern.
on the contrary, we cannot say negative things so far, because we have not yet worked with all the functions. We will keep you informed!

Great product
Vorteile
Love the ease with which I'm able to track candidates. I can rate them, tag them for various skills sets, move them to other positions. There are a LOT of features that I'm still learning. The tech team is extremely supportive and responsive whenever I have questions. I like being able to blast open positions to all the free job boards right away. Love the URL option to post on LinkedIn or my own website.
Nachteile
The layout is a little busy and not as easy to use and follow as I would like. There are a lot of features which aren't immediately obvious, so there's a bit of a learning curve to get the full use out of the app.

The best human resources software and management systems (HRMS) offer a nice array of tools—excellent f for recruit, track, and manage job applicants.. If you're specifically looking for a tool that lets you manage recruits, an applicant tracking (AT) tool such as Zoho RecruitFree that offers more robust functionality that ties in nicely with your entire software ecosystem.
Nachteile
Integration with Outlook, e-mail and templates seems to be a bit clunky.
Zoho should work to expand more job board integration.

You cannot create a group of candidates for a job opening and change their status according to the interviews (e.g. suitable, unsuitable, submit, etc.). You can only create groups of candidates based on some criteria (e.g. skills, location), and then associate the single candidate to the job opening.
There are not official video tutorials.
You have to pay for each user. For instance, you are a recruiter, choose the plan of 25 dollar per month, and you have just an intern using Zoho as a recruiter, so you have to pay 50 dollar per month. Anyway, it's always cheaper than other recruitment software.

Vorteile
I have used Zoho with my previous company and i have been working with it in new company too. If we count pros i would say they have good interface but not that great where i can think of continuing with them. As, they come in pricier end. All in all it's an okay application where you can track applications for their end to end recruitment.
Nachteile
Price is what i am going to say as cons because there are better products in market which are better and cheaper.

It has been a great experience in testing the trial version. I? want to use all the features and maximize efficiency of the team and myself.
Vorteile
The workflow of Zoho Recruit is seamless. It makes tasks easy and repetitive tasks not cumbersome thus enabling small and medium recruitment firms focus on what they do best help companies hire the best talent.

There a lot of features, which I don't believe we might use all.

Love ZOHO
As stated earlier I have been doing this a long time and I was doing this when we were using 3 x 5 cards to store information. Zoho has allowed me to automate without having to change what is important to me. I need information close at hand and done economically and Zoho does this.
Vorteile
I have been recruiting for 25+ years and since ATS systems have been used I have used several and have found that Zoho has allowed me the flexibility to use what I need and adapt things to my specific needs without needing to spend a lot of time learning how to do things or worse yet having to adapt how I do things to their system. Also, the price is easy to justify!
Nachteile
I like almost everything about the ATS the only thing I would like to see changed would be the threshold for needing to purchase extra storage but this is quite minor for me.
