Recruitment made easy
For someone who has been doing recruitment via word of mouth,referrals and social media which takes a longer time to fill roles, this has helped me automate my recruitment process, reducing time to fill.
Vorteile
Being able to manage all my candidates in one place,accces to job portals, not receiving so many emails from potential candidates

Zoho recruits my license to limit crowds in society, to better select talents, CVs...
Vorteile
What I liked about this software are its strengths, namely: its customization, its features, its integrations...

What I liked least is that not only is the recruitment only online but not very face-to-face.

Works great for our small business
We've used Zoho applications for over five years, so I have a lot of experience with them. Everything works very well for people with very little computer knowledge, and yet you can customize things quite a bit if you know what you are doing.
As far as Recruit goes... I have used Recruit before and like it, but they didn't integrate with other services as the time. I had to use Indeed's services and we had quite a bit of issues (with 3 of our companies) with candidates receiving emails from us to schedule interviews.
Now that Recruit is integrated with so many job boards, it is an awesome deal for the money, helps to weed through all the resumes, make notes, schedule things and keep a busy office organized. I WILL NEVER TAKE PAPER APPLICATIONS AGAIN.
As far as support, I never call in, I just use email, so usually by the time emails are returned (a few hours) I have already figured out what I was contacting them about (they have forums, community help, plenty of places to find what you need). That said, they are always responsive and polite.

Perfect fit for small businesses
Vorteile
It has a ton of features to manage candidates and streamline communication and the whole application process.
Nachteile
The interface is quite clunky and sometimes hard to find some features.It could help you along all the talent acquisition process from posting job openings to filtering through applicants. It's also been really helpful in tracking progress.

Easy to use, easy to configure, easy to customize (some basic features only), quick to deploy, and productive for teams, are some of the good aspects that make it value for money.
Nachteile
Customization features are limited. Only basic email functionalities are available. You need to have a separate domain / sub-domain for URL mapping.

Part of our companies growth is dependent on recruiting and training new personnel. that's part of my job responsibility . Zoho Recruit organizes that effort in a way for our company to appear to the public as sharp as the people in our company know how sharp art we.
Vorteile
Our company does recruiting of automotive professionals on a national basis. The platform seemed like it was built with our company in mind. Well done.
Nachteile
The hours Recruit Support is open could be longer for the US users or Chat could be activated. Chat works for us on the CRM version.

Good product
It has helped me organise the application process immensely. The interface is simple, however, it is overly simplified that I sometimes cannot find what I need or cannot understand what some functions do.

It helps me organise applications outside of my mailbox.
The support I have received during the trial is really good.
The interface is quite simple and not intimidating.
Nachteile
The free plan only hosts one job which could really just be run off the mailbox.
I cannot customise the look and feel on the website.

Refreshing option
Vorteile
Well thought out process in the system. Nice features. Especially nice is the option to post jobs directly onto a number of known Job boards, and search for profiles from job boards, from within the dashboard itself.
Customer Support is very good.
Nachteile
Sometimes gets a bit confusing on certain options. Can be made much more user-friendly. Navigation flow can be improved.

I would recommend Zoho Recruiter along with Zoho's other business apps. I use almost all of them and recommend because of the customization abilities and reliability.

While I had access to beable to set up an integration of my CRM also through Zoho, which was a positive and of convenience,
