Un outil parfait pour ses réseaux sociaux !

Si Sprout permet d'avoir beaucoup d'information sur ses réseaux sociaux, on pourrait lui reprocher de proposer de façon payante des informations qu'on obtient gratuitement via Facebook par exemple.

The best social media tool out there
Vorteile
The smart inbox! I first got Sprout to save the problem of managing so many accounts and trying to stay focused and sane. The Smart inbox was a gamechanger. Since then it's evolved well and packs some really powerful features to simplify and scale not just outbound social, but inbound social and that's where it really stands out.
Nachteile
Literally, the only thing that stops me recommending this to everyone is the cost. And it's not really a con, it's aimed now at a more professional market so I totally get it. I'm grandfathered into an old plan and it's a shame that as such an early adopter I'm not given more of the new features, once again I understand it, but I think it does say a lot about a company. As new features are released you want to see the early supporters rewarded. It would also be nice to see recurring posts as an option or a way for people to be able to store social media content to quickly re-use.

It looks pretty, but it's not.
We've solved no business problems. Frankly, we're spending way too much time trying to figure out what is correct and what is not. I'm not sure we'll stay with Sprout even another month. We're looking now.
Vorteile
Nice design. Nice people to talk with. But the product itself - i.e., the data and analytics - just isn't good. Maybe the posting/publishing functionality is good, but our people abandoned that immediately and went back to posting directly to the channel.
The competitor feature is good.
Nachteile
Just about everything else. The data is often inconsistent and incorrect. They will tell you that they're just tapping the APIs, which is a nice way of pointing the finger, but it's also telling us we may as well just go straight to the source and bypass these problems. We're spending way too much time cross-checking the data we get from Sprout, which really means we're the dummies for bothering with this in the first place.

One tool to rule them all! The perfect social media management platform for SMEs
Vorteile
As a growing agency, we are always looking for tools that would allow us to reduce overhead and time wasting within our team. Sprout social was the perfect tool for us.
Sprout Social collects all of the messages the social channels receives into a single inbox. This allows us to respond to enquiries in timely manner and ease. In addition, sprout social provides us with cross platform profiling of our followers, which allows us to identify loyal customers, potential sales leads and troublemakers (trolls).
In addition, their robust analytics allow us to create amazing reports with a few simple clicks, with many beautiful graphs and artworks.
More importantly, the team structure and roles is quite essential for our operations, from content drafting, to review processes to approvals and team control.
Nachteile
Social listening is not as powerful as competitors. We are subscribed to Synthesio alongside Sprout Social to do proper listening and monitoring.
Some of our team members prefer the tabbed design of Hootsuite over the single inbox within Sprout Social.

Sprout Social Review
Decent but I don't think it's worth as much as it costs - I still go to my social sites often to post or find tags, hashtags, etc. Would like to be able to use it as a planning mechanism as well rather than just a posting feature

Cannot tag FB users, cannot use as a planning calendar easily, content finders aren't as effective, twitter hashtags don't come up with what is popularly used, twitter tags do not prioritize twitters you follow, cannot post within a group on FB

Too many clicks

The software lets me publish and see basic social metrics
Nachteile
Why do I have click to open a page and then click to open the schedule, click to open the time to schedule, click to add the social account, deselect social account. Click to open every little thing instead of it prepopulating on the page. It's honestly so dysfunctional the way you have to navigate the site. I can't even click and drag posts on the calendar or delete queued messages from the calendar. I have to navigate to a different area entirely.

Sprout is a great social media management option
Sprout is a huge help in our day to day social listening, responding to messages, and scheduling out our content. It is a solid platform and gets the job done how we need and hope it to.
Vorteile
The price is very competitive and the package they offer within that plan has everything you could need in a social media platform.
Nachteile
I think there could be some improvements that cater to the shifting social landscape. More work with being able to post to Tik Tok for example. I also tend to schedule my Facebook boosted posts within the Facebook platform instead of Sprout, I think the overall experience for boosted posts could be improved upon.

Keep Coming Back
I've used Sprout Social at three different company's now. I try other less expensive platforms but always seem to come back to this one. The smart inbox is a large reason why, but it also just seems to be the most robust and easiest to navigate of all the social tools available.
Vorteile
My favorite feature by far is the smart inbox. I also appreciate the calendar and how easy it is to schedule posts. Being able to coordinate tasks between users and integrate with help desk software is also incredibly helpful.
Nachteile
I wish I had the ability to customize posts for individual platforms without having to duplicate the post, though it's really a pretty minor inconvenience and there are benefits to keeping them separate, too. It would be nice if they offered a wider variety of help desk software integration, too.

Great Software for Social Customer Care
Everyone I've spoken to at Sprout has been fantastic. In another year or so once they've really fine-tuned their entire product, it will be one of the best.
Vorteile
Ease of use - the inbox is extremely easy for care reps to digest, especially if they've never used social tools in the past.
Support - Sprout's support team is on top of any issue. I always received a prompt response from their support team.
Innovation - Sprout was always at the forefront of new social updates - for example, they are one of the only engagement tools to offer a built in chat bot.
Nachteile
Lack of integration - Sprout doesn't integrate with many other products, specifically listening tools.
Social listening - While they are developing their own listening tool suite, they are going to be behind industry leaders for some time yet.

Good value, but slow to update
Has helped to expedite social media posting and reporting significantly.

Sprout social makes scheduling social media posts really easy, and the cost is pretty low per user account.
Nachteile
Reports cannot be customized (at least not with standard subscriptions) and they are VERY slow to update emojis which makes it difficult to align posts across platforms.

We rely on sprout every day, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Extremely powerful but not cheap social media management platform
My experience with sprout social has been positive. I used it successfully in social listening activity for a high-budget project.
Vorteile
It is a comprehensive suite of tools for all-around social management. it is definitely the most powerful tool I have used for social network scheduling, management and analysis.
The interface is neat and clear, and the support team is always available for any questions or needs.
Nachteile
everything has a cost, even sports social has a cost.... and it's not low.
sprout is a rather high price and is unlikely to be affordable for freelancers or small marketing agencies.
This precludes a good chunk of users from having access to great tools.

Good but could be better!
Platform is good and easy to use. Reporting is good as well. It could be better by working on its customer service and being proactive with bugs and ensuring customers are always notified of posts not going out or issues.

Reporting is wonderful. Can get lots of info based on platform and it’s great to see the trends as well. Easy to schedule.
Nachteile
Bulk loading takes longer than scheduling manually. Need to make that faster. Also, the random account disconnects that happen without notification occur fairly often. Support is ok but not the greatest. Takes a long time to get resolution on issues and after an hour, you may not even get results.

It's the email inbox to our social media channels. Critical to what we do every week on social media.
Vorteile
Social media channels keep growing and growing. Having one clear place we can consistently use to see incoming engagement at one place has been amazing. Metrics to evaluate what's working and not working has been a critical tool for us as well to make adjustments for strategies.
Nachteile
The cost makes it difficult to utilize as many users as we would like. We'd greatly benefit from having multiple users, but cost has been a barrier.

Vorteile
We deployed Sprout to assist in some of the more taxing elements of managing social: listening, scheduling, analysis across platforms, and outsourcing. Sprout has fit the bill.
By the way, if you haven't already checked out Landscape by Sprout Social, it's a great tool that is offered for free for re-sizing images across platforms.
Nachteile
Sprout is on the higher end of the market in terms of price, but considering the enterprise-grade features, and when considering the opportunity cost of our time saved, we are comfortable with the investment.

Access control and reporting are great and pretty easy to use The monitoring options are also well done. I also the calendar view.
Nachteile
While it's great to have the option to post across multiple platforms, it's not very practical as what you enter doesn't display the same way on all social channels. And, not that it's Sprout's fault, but not being able to actually post to Instagram makes the scheduling part less reliable. I often found it easier to just go post things directly on customer accounts.

Vorteile
My favorite thing is that SproutSocial stores all of your business' social analytics; when Twitter and Facebook limit your window, your history is always in Sprout, which is awesome to know we can build year-over-year analyses of our channels. The design is great, and it's easy to figure out without any guide.
Nachteile
I wish posting onto Facebook with SproutSocial looked more refined; it's hard to get it to appear on our Facebook Page without the URL and the link preview showing. But it's a small thing.

It's user-friendly interface and wide range of features make it a great tool for managing social media accounts. We just use Sprout Social for specific advanced reporting and analytics purposes. We use another platform for our scheduled posts. Sprout Social didn't meet our requirements, however, I believe is a great tool for experienced marketers and agencies.

Perfect for social listening
Vorteile
When it comes to social listening and responding to social media comments and messages, Sprout Social is the best software I've gone across. My team doesn't even use the social media scheduling features. We've found that nothing else competes with Sprout for responding to customers.
Nachteile
The pricing structure for Sprout Social isn't my favorite. It is pretty expensive, (especially if you aren't using all of the features). If you're looking primarily for social media scheduling, I would consider other applications first.

Great tool for social marketing
Was able to handle large-scale social campaigns from one place!
Vorteile
I used Sprout Social when managing upward of twenty social accounts, and it makes it extremely easy to organize and schedule all of the posts. We were posting multiple times per day, as well as managing any message or comments that came through. Sprout Social a modern, responsive backend that made it very easy to use. It was a much better environment than Hootsuite.
Nachteile
When we used it, Sprout did not integrate with Instagram and Pinterest. We have clients that use those platforms a lot and it would have been good to be able to schedule everything at one time. It was also was a little pricier than some other solutions.

Meh - it's a middle of the road social media manager

I love the design. It's fresh, clean, and makes me excited to use the software. I also love the reports that get automatically emailed to me each week, making it easy to see our social media results at a glance without having to log in.
Nachteile
When it comes to the actual functionality, it's a very middle-of-the-road experience. It does most things that I need, but it's not the most intuitive. The calendar option could use a redesign, and it sometimes takes a long time to load.

Great Customer Support & Professional Demonstrations
Overall, I highly recommend this software to people who are hesitant just like I was. Social Sprout is the ultimate tool to manage social activities and keep everything under control. It prevents an institution managing all the social-related work on its own and lose many precious hours.

In the beginning, I was hesitant about using Sprout Social but the customer support was of a great help and convinced me to keep going. I was put into contact with a PRO where I was demonstrated how easy it is to manage social activities and understood things I was initially not able to use properly. I immediately felt that sprout social is the right tool.

Social Sprout would be really amazing if the pricing was further lowered.

Always dependable when I need to schedule things out. I haven't had any errors and when I do on the network end they quickly notify me.

Our week begins on Saturdays so I wish they let you adjust that. When I lay everything out I have to do it in two different weeks.

SproutSocial helps my small team do big things
With so much evergreen content in the tourism industry, the ability to schedule repeated content several months out saves me so much time. The Smart Inbox has been so helpful for me. Since it works like an email inbox, it helps me to know social messages I've addressed or still need to address. My company has many members that can be retweeted in our social feed. Advanced Retweet is my favorite new feature.
Vorteile
The platform is robust and has helped my social media team of 1 out immensely. When I had an intern this summer, it was easy to get her onboarded with the tool by adding a seat. The price is right. Their support team is quick and helpful. We had a more "advanced" tool in the past, but Sprout Social fit our content and tagging needs better.
Nachteile
Sometimes tasks take a few extra clicks than I believe they need to. And I'd like the ability to add tags instead of being restricted to a certain number (based on how we use tags).

Time to Step Forward
Sprout is okay for what it is, but a more user friendly program would be beneficial.

The listening features work occasionally.

In my opinion, this entire system could be updated. The time it takes to complete simple tasks, for instance, rescheduling multiple posts is staggering mostly because there isn't a drag and drop feature. Changes to the calendar should appear in real time instead of having to click between multiple pages to see drafts, dates, etc. Drafts disappearing from the calendar when they haven't been scheduled is also an issue--they should just go into a "drafts folder" when that happens. Direct publishing to Instagram for videos is a huge issue. Every video published from Sprout has a black box present on the feed when the post goes live meaning that we have to manually fix it every time. Sometimes hidden tags do not show up on Instagram. The permissions levels do not make sense therefore the app that it meant to tell you when posts fail in real time doesn't actually work.

Fantastic for Multiple Brands
It's been great! Helpful free trial, great customer service reps, gorgeous graphics...it's been a great experience switching to this product.
Vorteile
We have 3 companies in our umbrella so we needed a place to keep social organized. We use Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Sprout is so helpful in keeping data and reports up to date, relevant, and organized! There are large overviews as well as detailed reports, and the customer service is incredible. No robots. Just people who can quickly help!
Nachteile
We do wish all 3 brands could be combined for one report, but we are a very unique company in that we have 3 brands at all.

Excellent all in one tool
Vorteile
Sprout Social organizes all your posts into an "inbox" or to do list. I personally like this as it makes it easy to go through all the social posts you need to review. Easily add hashtags to track and keyboard short cuts makes it easy to clear out the inbox. I find it much better to use than Hootsuite. The scheduling and app are also very good. Overall, an excellent tool.
Nachteile
It's a little pricey compared to some of the competitors. I think if you can afford it, it's a great tool. I feel like sometimes when I "like" posts, they don't always go through, but I haven't tested this thoroughly.

Great social media management app
Sprout Social is a great app to manage social media all in one place.
Vorteile
I love the many options it provides: you can schedule content to various platforms, track how it performs, and respond to comments - all within one app.
While scheduling, there's a great option to schedule the same content to be posted as many times as you'd like, as much as 6 months ahead.
Nachteile
There's no way to create a queue and just drop content in there, to be posted automatically.

Must have Social Media Service
Great tool for all companies that manage multiple social media's.
Vorteile
Sprout has a nice clear design an UI that makes it easy to navigate menus. The training from the staff for the site is great and easy to onboard new members to it.The approval calendar is great as well for managing a large group of contributers.
Nachteile
If there was a way to integrate all social media platforms timelines into one screen. Manage IG, Twitter, etc all in one screen.Be able to push IG stories right from the website.

Great Social Content Management Platform
Once there is good return on investment, Sprout Social is definitely worth it for anyone who is serious about social network marketing and user engagement. It helps to keep posting organized to provides valuable data about how accounts are doing.

Whether you're managing your own social network channels or doing it on behalf of someone else, Sprout Social can help you get started and keep on track with your content. The platform allows posting to all the major networks including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
One of the best features about the platform is the scheduling and calendar tools. It allows users to get a comprehensive overview of all the content that has been scheduled for a specific period across multiple networks. This calendar can also be exported for sharing or reviewing.
Nachteile
If you have a team of social network marketers, Sprout can get pretty expensive. Take a good look at the available pricing options and decide which one make the most sense.

Great, but there's always room for improvement.
This software saves me time from flipping back and forth between platforms which gets tedious.
Vorteile
What I like most about Sprout Social is how easy it is to schedule all of our social posts and how I'm able to flip back and forth between "companies."
Nachteile
I'm not sure I have anything I like least, but what I find annoying is how when I go to track my stats, all of the bigger numbers are shortened to 34.6K. I'd prefer to see the whole number like this: 34,589. Super minor, but something I'd prefer.

This software is easy to use and helps me streamline my social strategy. When I have a problem, I am connected almost immediately with a helpful staff member.
Nachteile
A little on the pricey side. I have a basic plan and pay more than I would like.

Vorteile
It's simple. Major functionality is easily identifiable on the main dashboard and the day to day usage is quite straightforward
Nachteile
Just the interface for creating posts. Creating and sharing content is such a central thing in social media but the UI makes it not feel like it

It is very useful and helps me to interact with most of my social networks at the same time, I think it is the best strategy to consult the opinion of the audience on any particular topic.
Nachteile
Although it includes most of the social networks, there is still to be included, especially the most recent, otherwise I do not have any complaints, it is very good software and very functional.

Great for managing social media accounts
Being able to quickly post captions/creative to our social accounts.
Vorteile
I loved the fact that sprout social is super user friendly and intuitive. You can spend your time coming up with creative/copy and wont have to focus on the technicality of setting up a post.
Nachteile
The integration between facebook and IG. However, I've heard that various other social posting platforms have similar issues, so this might also be a Facebook/IG issue.

Here's your ultimate social media account management platform!
The software was very okay to use and helped me to manage my clients social media accounts with ease. Scheduling posts was a breeze and monitoring conversations for our brands were very effective.
Vorteile
Analytical reports are very neat and organized therefore easier to digest in one glance. The app is pretty cool albeit limited but it gets work done on my mobile when I'm on the move. Integrates all major social media platforms into a great user interface that's relatively easy to use.
Nachteile
A few times I've encountered bugs that could not explain why certain metrics were way off when measured with other tools. Looks easy to use off the bat but you should be aware that its not as intuitive as it seems. Cost is a bit prohibitive to include all members of a big team.
