It’s a great tool to keep track of the projects and specify the documentation in detail and divide it in different “folders” thanks to the tree structure given to the documents

Good Place to Organize Assets

Our team (registration within events - or customer service) used Confluence almost daily to keep all our documents and communications organized. It was a hub for for training documents, templates, you name it. It's a good place to keep your assets organized.

Adding content is easy to do and it is easy to copy content from office documents if needed. While we don't do any directly integration with other tools, the ability to add hyperlinks in the content does make is relatively easy to link to content maintained in other tools.

Confluence is a great place to document anything you want to share with a big team. But it definitely needs some manual guardrails and structures to not overgrow into a pit of knowledge. It provides a great set of tools to document text and media assets, charts, and code in various languages. Tagging is supported as well.

Très pratique pour gérer l’a documentation de l’entreprise

Mon expérience globale avec Confluence est très bonne. Cet outil facilite grandement la collaboration dans et entre les équipes de l’entreprise. Cela nous permet d’y rédiger la documentation technique de l’entreprise mais aussi les spécifications techniques des différents projets. D’autant plus que son intégration avec Jira rend le lien entre un ticket et une page Confluence très facile. Certaines fonctionnalités ne sont pas à la portée de tous mais pour moi Confluence reste un outil de collaboration génial et encore plus si vous avez déjà Jira.
