Had the chance to switch over from Marketo to ActiveCampaign and ever since it has been a plus. It's a very user-friendly software once you've understood the platform.

Nachteile

Honestly we haven't had any bad experiences with the software per se, although once I had to call Tech Support and it's very frustrating to wait a long time when you need assistance in a timely manner.

Active campaign is a tool 360° , can be do it a lot of things, from leads to chat support on your website.

It's so easy to use and the automation processes are intuitive. This system's lead scoring feature is great for keeping our top prospects at the top of our list.

The lists aren't as dynamic as we would like them to be. Also, for the migration process, you're pretty much on your own if your former CRM isn't on their list of approved CRMs.

ActiveCampaign has very robust features and is highly adaptable to your needs. I also liked the fact that you can easily tie other software to in with the integration of Zapier

There isn’t really anything that I disliked about this software other than it can seem very complex at times and there is a steep learning curve

ActiveCampaign is great for creating customizable automations and newsletters alike. It's easy to adapt to whatever type of business you're sending emails for. The reporting tools are also clear and easy to use across campaigns.

Features seems comprehensive enough to suit my needs and I trust that my data will be protected.Set up support and training has been fantastic.

The double opt-in feature is annoying and I did not know it was a default setting. My customers were receiving an ugly email to confirm that they wanted to opt in and I starteed paniking because I didn't know where it was coming from. I eventually worked out how to stop it and the ActiveCampign support team were very helpful.

I love how easy it is to set up automations - it is absolutely amazing how this can be integrated with Zapier to make workflows and save so much time!

As with anything, you need to take the time to learn it, but I found it to be incredibly user friendly - also, you can pretty much google any questions you have and an article will come up to help you with it.

Setting up a email campaign is very easy. You can borrow from some really modern looking templates, and the program walks you through everything step by step. This software syncs up easily with Member Mouse.

They recently updated the software to include an "undo" button, which was previously annoying. Also, I find adjusting photos with the drag and drop feature to be weird. That's usually when I use the "undo" button to get back to look of the campaign.

We purchased active campaign mostly for the automation to be able to follow up with prospects during a sales process. Although we are still dialing things in and figuring it out, I believe that once everything is working well, the product will save us hours each week as well as help keep follow-ups from slipping through the cracks.

Biggest cons is that its not easy to move from another CRM to this one. We are having to write a lot of custom code and integrations to get what we want but once those are done I am hopeful we will be in a good position to utilize the product more fully.

The integration with E-Commerce lacks a little bit. Active Campaign doesn't have the E-Commerce platform connected to other solutions. You cannot send invoices or request payments directly on Active Campaign.
