All in one Marketing Solution
Customer service was amazing and the platform was suprisingly so easy to use.
Vorteile
I love the landing page builder and ability to import a URL and basically create any type of landing page. This makes creating funnels super easy. You can then customize it to suit your needs.
I also liked the fact that the landing pages and automations were all in the same tool. This saves time and make it so much easier to do email marketing.
Nachteile
There is nothing that I don't like - they are new but looking forward to them adding more template landing pages etc.

Live chat was helpful to help me with a bug issue on the spot.
Vorteile
There is still room for improvement. It can be more user-friendly. For some reason, for a tech-savvy person. I just find the platform not very friendly. I don't know how to describe it.
Nachteile
The videos on youtube can be improved in terms of showing more step by step guides. The experience using the platform can also be improved.

The customer service is spot on. If you need help, you send a message in the chat and they get back very quickly, with the answers to your problem. If they don´t have the information or they don´t have something that you are looking for they are straightfoward and let you know.
Nachteile
I wish there were better ways to track touches to prospects. You can make tags and filters, but there´s no ¨pretty & organized¨ platform in the software that allows you to keep track and view what you have done or need to do (followups) etc.

A great inexpensive alternative to HubSpot for micro/small businesses
Overall though, it's a very good, very useful CRM at a fraction of the cost of others. Thank you EngageBay.
Vorteile
It's largely intuitive software and the helpdesk are very very helpful 24x7 if you get stuck.
Nachteile
Software integrations to outlook could work better (eg Teams/Outlook in Sales). 'Out of the box', it would be better to be more conservative in design and use of GIFs. I'd like more opportunities to de-brand EngageBay from some comms.

One of the best e-mail Marketing Tool
I'm a blogger since 2017 and I own 2 websites. I have a decent audience on these two websites Now, Since I'm a blogger since long time, I have used many email marketing tools. Some of them was good and some of them was bad.
In 2020, I had switched to Engagebay for my main website. It has all the required features that one need for email marketing. It's free plan is sufficient for a normal and small user.
I'm using their free plan.
I can say, It's a win win situation with engagebay.
Vorteile
Pricing is one of the main factor for many users but Engage Bay pricing comes with 0 plan where you will get all the necessary features.

Perfect for Email Marketers
Nachteile
I found that Google Meet, and location in calendar event are missing.
Landing page templates are very limited at the moment.

Good Platform but a lot to improve

The support team on online chat is excellent. The online chat team is there to answer any and all questions about how to do the simplest, to the more demanding tasks.
Nachteile
In Workflows, we cannot exclude a form from sending the mails. No option to tag companies in social media post. Image Multiselection is not available in SM post.

UI is easy to navigate. Automation works well. Easy integration with other software.
Nachteile
There should be a search bar in the contact list page. More custom field should be added to the automation flow. I have some contacts which name has special symbols, but when they are imported, EngageBay doesn't display the name correctly. This may affect the email recevier names when I send out an email broadcast.

It's great to be able to deliver professional looking emails but also know that the legalities of sending emails is also looked after!
Nachteile
Not so easy to set up at the start, being able to upload a list and then select the first 80 onto a temporary list, followed by the next 200 would have been better

A solid software with great customer service.
Vorteile
The software is intuitive to use and has a variety of features. Whenever any issues or questions arise, the customer service team always replies within seconds (any time of day) and provides answers & solutions.
Nachteile
Occasionally we notice some small shortcomings like the lack of an undo feature when building emails/landing pages but this is minor compared to the pros of the software.

1. Have Recaptcha turned on as default for form during the setup. This help avoid Denial of Service attacks from the onset.

We have been using EngageBay for project management purposes. It has all the client info in one place, notes in another and management has had it easy to work throughout every department.
Nachteile
There is no feature that was lagging. Whenever we had any issue we reached out to the support team and they were quick to fix it, so there was no major issue.

Simple and clean system with a good customer support service

Also UI is very simple and clean comparing other systems. If you prefer to have a limited necessary functions, it is a good one to select.
Nachteile
It is a bit complicated to use functions. However, the customer support (live chat) is very quick to respond whenever you have a question.

Promising Startup for CRM and marketing automation
I would be happy to recommend this tool to my clients.
Vorteile
I like how they give you access to all these marketing and CRM/sales features in one dashboard. It could easily replace a number of other tools you are using right now. Pricing is fair for what you get too and I also really like the file repository feature that bigger marketing teams will really appreciate.

Landing page templates are very limited at the moment
