Nachteile

The process of drafting email templates using Engagebay could be smoother, but it's nothing we can't handle ourselves by taking a few extra minutes to verify all the fonts and links are correct before sending.

Engagebay is easy to use for designing and sending email campaigns. The dashboard is pretty easy to use and the analytics provide a complete overview of the success or failure of your campaign. You can create your own templates and easily replicate emails. It makes it really easy to put together a campaign by incorporate images and text of different styles to capture the attention of readers and motivate them to contact us. The best part of this platform is their customer service. The agents are quick to respond and available at all times. This allow me to create campaigns at any time knowing that I can always get the support I need.

Nachteile

The platform takes some getting used to. It's not very intuitive, but the great customer service makes up for that.

It is inexpensive and it has all the features I am looking for.

I have encountered a few bugs that diminished satisfaction of my experience.

The appointment system, which is pretty helpful for me, can be really better.
And I suggest adding an automated break time to be set for every booking slot, which is not available right now.

Got the hang of EngageBay in a matter of hours due to its ease of use and excellent customer support. Any question is answered in a matter of seconds.

The suite of tools is good and the fact it is integrated with many tools in one was helpful. It did however have issues.

I could not upload videos that I needed for my landing pages. They said they were fixing that but asked for my money back as their customer service could not help and would not accommodate a discount for the issue. It made no sense that they rather lose a customer totally than provide a discount so that to me suggested bad business and support in the future.

I was not aware that EngageBay would add a link to our website which proved it challenging with our broadcast to our customers - message they received was that the site was unsafe, hence reducing the number of clicks/open.

Very decent for the price. You get many of the features you need to reach out and manage customers.

Nachteile

Documentation is a little lacking, and setup is confusing. With two admins, EngageBay was 'out of sync'. Somethings that were setup under one account were not reflected in the other account.

Easy to use email marketing platform. The best part is you have all the powerful tools like landing pages, autoresponders, email broadcast, sequences even in the free. Nice for someone starting up. The free plan even comes with helpdesk and live chat. Scaling up is easy.

I recently started using the CRM, and I am really in love with it. In fact, this software offers so much more than I expected. For example, it offers a deep understanding of customers and their needs.

My previous CRM was difficult to set up. It required a lot of time and effort. This new one, on the other hand, is incredibly easy to use. You can import data from other systems, as well as get detailed help from customer service if you need additional guidance.

I like the "Code Your Own" feature for landing pages and email templates. It works quite well and can be a perfect substitute. Support is good as well.

EngageBay is a great solution for small businesses or marketers who just started email marketing. I easily uploaded my contacts and designed our emails. Also, you can import your designs without needing to design inside of the EngageBay.

That would be great if there is an option that search contacts by tags. That would make it easier if you have a lot of tags.

There are so many things you can do with EngageBay. If you are into scored lead-management, it has many features for that. It has VERY impressive landing page builders and email templates. That alone makes it a very quality service.

There aren't many integrations for it at this time. While it does have Zapier, there are a fair amount of Zaps actions and triggers, there seems to be some crucial ones missing such as an Updated Contact record.
