Despite the only annoyance I referred to above, I heartily endorse the use of Motivosity. It makes it clean to explicit gratitude, and gives one greater significant manner to have interaction with my co-workers.

Instant employee morale booster
I have really enjoyed using Motivosity and sharing it with the team. I think it was a bigger success than anticipated by the exec team, and I'm happy they see what I saw when I first found the software and talked to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. I'm anxious for them to fully use the Lead and Listen modules because that is where the magic truly happens. We've already seen happier employees - the recognition of peers means so much!
Vorteile
Our employees immediately began letting their co-workers know how much they mean to them, and how appreciative and proud they are of their work. They spent their generosity bucks with no problems and understood how to navigate the site with very little guidance. The integration into Slack made a huge difference as well, and created more use of the software for everyone. Getting the software up and going for the company was very easy and quick. The software is robust and leads our execs to find out the whys and hows of our employees with very little effort - but with very deep and relevant results.
Nachteile
There are aspects of the software that need more explaining to our management team, and until we can do that, we're relying on our "old" way of doing reviews. We aren't able to pull those forms into Motivosity - yet - but understand that is one of the upgrades that are happening.

Motivosity Believer!
Overall, I love that our organization has chosen to partner with Motivosity. I believe it has improved teamwork and cohesiveness. People love receiving praise, and it helps for checking the pulse of our people and documenting day to day interactions. Would highly recommend it!

I love Motivosity and how it encourages teamwork, collaboration and abundantly recognizing those that contribute. I use it nearly every day for praising teammates, acknowledging top performers for the month, checking profiles to get to know people, 1x1 feedback, and reviewing survey data. It is a fantastic program that adds a lot of value to our organization.
Nachteile
The 1x1 note section could be easier to navigate. Following up from a previous meeting with a coworker, the notes are not easy to get to in order to follow through with commitments. I have to go back and copy and paste those details from the previous meeting and would prefer a way to quickly see last week's notes. Formatting has been a little challenging for whatever reason. It wouldn't save some notes I typed a couple of times, and bullet points were just added. That made organizing my notes difficult, but improvements have been made recently.

A way to recognize your peers while working from home.
Vorteile
Working from home with a team across the country can be hard to show recognition and gratitude. Motivosity provides that in a simple and visual way.

Nothing truly. It is easy to use and does not take time out of my day.

Boosts Positive Atmosphere Without The Obnoxious Emails
Our school started using Motivosity to increase morale among the staff. I definitely think that that was accomplished within the population that was active. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I felt very appreciated because I would get recognized for little things that I don't usually get recognized for because it's behind-the-scenes and it made me feel seen by my coworkers who just didn't know. I also think it was a great experience for me because it helped me reach out more to my coworkers and actually allowed me to thank them properly for what they do. It allowed me to help increase the positive atmoshpere in my environment.
Vorteile
I liked that it was a platform where you could thank and recognize your coworkers without worrying about being obnoxious. I always want to recognize people for every little thing (because the little things matter) but I worry about flooding others' email boxes. With Motivosity, I am able to do that because other people don't see it until they log on. They don't get constant messages of me recognizing my coworkers, but they also get to see that my coworkers were recognized when they log on and can then acknowledge it themselves. And when I am posting a lot and feel like I am being a little obnoxious, I also have the option to make my posts private as well.
This was also a great place to posts little wins and highlights of my own classroom as well. Little things happen on campus every day and should be shared, but as I said before, we worry about flooded emails. This was a great place to collect all those highlights and catch up on anything missed whenever you logged on, whether it was daily, weekly, etc.
I also liked the competition aspect of it. The points associated with the software was a great motivator for me personally, not so much competing with my coworkers, but reminding myself to take time out to appreciate my coworkers whenever I could.
Nachteile
The only thing that I had an issue with in the beginning was that you could not post a photo on the mobile app. They have since added that feature, so I am pretty content with the software.

Motivosity is a great way to give immediate positive feedback
As an individual contributor, giving a quick thanks is wonderful to reinforce behaviors and encourage doing that behavior again. As a manager, I can share positive feedback to many people both on or off my team for things that I notice. This decentralizes the positive feedback and reinforcing behaviors and allows everyone to participate. I love how all recognition is immediate with no oversight.
Vorteile
Every employee is given a dollar amount every month that they give to someone else to recognize extra efforts. The dollar amounts are relative to the company, but everyone receives the same amount. So if you give someone your full amount for the month, that sends a big message as to the importance of the recognition. Anyone can give to anyone else, and can do it immediately instead of going through an approval process.
Nachteile
Money to give used to expire every month in an effort to encourage giving. However, that is very limiting.
Many people want to save up and give a bigger amount for extraordinary help from someone else. That expiration date has now been extended to three months, which helps. I think not having the money expire but instead just have reminders to give allows ultimate flexibility. I haven't found people who never give, but I have had people lose their giving money because an arbitrary amount of time has elapsed. What I don't like most is by default having everyone see the positive feedback someone else gets. I ALWAYS make my giving private so I don't have someone feeling bad because they saw someone else recognized for doing good and why didn't they get recognized for doing good as well (I did just as much as they did!) causing the feedback to backfire in its intent. So please turn off public feedback by default and make it private.

The expiration of the giving money is really a way to prompt people to use it and to share their appreciation more frequently (frequency is a key driver delivering impact when it comes to recognition).
As for the public recognition, studies show that there is power behind making it public. As you stated, you can always mark it private for those times that you want to not have it shared with others.

Great ally in promoting employee engagement
We are improving communication and morale. It is so easy to use, and their Knowledge Base is so comprehensive that implementation was a breeze. Also, their Account Executive and the Sales Reps. provided close guidance during the entire process. In less than 8 hrs we had 80% of the company on board, and the rest was complete shortly after, due to the different work shifts. Our Team loves it, and the Management team couldn't be happier!
Vorteile
We are currently using the connect and recognize modules. It has been of great help to have a centralized space for people to connect with each other in the midst of the pandemic. Morale boosters are so needed, and Motivosity provides a great platform for peers and supervisors to recognize their own team members and at all levels of the organization.
Nachteile
We are exploring upgrading to add the 1:1 and annual review modules, and that could be improved. The obvious changes are in their roadmap but won't be ready until the second half of the year. Once that is done, the capabilities of Motivosity will be even more robust.

Allows for easy recognition of others for going above and beyond.
Vorteile
Motivosity is an easy way to say thanks but with a twist. The ability to provide recognition, with a monetary value, makes it worth every penny. The ability to say "I see you went above and beyond, and I want to thank you with $5 or whatever" seems silly at first, but the money adds up. And can be used for a number of things.
Nachteile
The only shortcoming I see is lack of gift card options - there are some I'd like to see added that I personally use. Not sure if this is limited by motivosity or my company (as I am not an admin). I also don't use the org charts, surveys, or other functions.

A tool that continues to be useful

Vorteile
Motivosity allows the people in my department to give and receive thanks/recognition for individual and group contributions.
It's a versatile tool. I like how my organization has been able to tweak the user interface so that we can offer kudos according to our six company values (Service, Professionalism, Leadership, Innovation, Community, and Excellence). I like the Badges capability, although we don't use it as much as we could. The Interests and Personality widgets add a even more usefulness.
I also appreciate the option to send the recognition in a public or private message.
Nachteile
I hate popups with the passion of a thousand fiery suns. So when I sign in and a popup invades a big chunk in the center of my screen, asking about whether I've received recognition for my work in the past few days, it's not a positive thing. I'm not against filling out a brief survey for that purpose, but that delivery method irks me. It's probably something that can be adjusted by the person(s) in my department who manage the user interface.

Creative, fun tool for showing appreciation to your coworkers!
Overall, this is a really sound product. It offers just enough customization and is really easy to use. I recommend motivosity to a lot of employers I interact with.

I really enjoy the ability to show appreciation to a coworkers via motivosity. I love that I can make my appreciation public or private. I like how I can link the appreciation to a specific company value. I think the monthly and yearly leaderboard is a fun feature. Also like that I can thank a group of people simultaneously.
Nachteile
I would like to have some core teams created in motivosity. For example the business development team - I could have them preloaded into my motivosity account and then pull them up as a group rather than pulling them in one by one. Additionally, the leaderboard seems to lag when it updates fairly significantly (that feels like something they could easily fix internally).

Easy and fun to use.
Vorteile
I like that Motivosity allows you to recognize people in an easy, but meaningful way. It's not about the money, but having a way to send a little something to peers adds a little punch to recognition feedback. Because the platform is specifically designed for this purpose, it is never awkward to send a little thank you, even for the small things that can easily be forgotten.
Nachteile
For some reason, my saved preference to see my extended team gets reset periodically. It is easy to change back when this happens, but it can be just a little annoying.

Motivosity is a great to create a culture of gratitude!
Overall, this has been a great tool, and probably one of my personal favorite softwares I've ever used.
Vorteile
I really like that you can set budgets of giving money and disperse "thank you"s throughout the organization. Being a remote company, it's essential to be creative in how you create a team environment and motivosity is my #1 tool for doing that.
Nachteile
The only complaint I have is an inconsequential complaint. I really just don't like the login screen. Before a recent update it was a simple login that made it a little easier to login. Now there's a 2 step screen which seems a little redundant to me. My username and password is saved, but with the new UI I have to type in my email address to call my password.
In my opinion that's a little thing and really just boils down to my personal preference for logging in. Other than that there's really not anything negative I can say about the product.

I love being able to give my employees and colleagues the recognition they deserve. A thank you or great job just doesn't get my point across on how great they are. Motivosity helps with that a lot
Nachteile
I don't know if this is a feature already or not since im not an administrator. But I really think admins of the software should be able to see patterns in employees recognitions so the admins can give them feedback to them as some supervisors do pick favorites and not recognize everyone and the employees do catch on when they are not being recognized by specific supervisors and it causes a drift between everyone.

Vorteile
Motivosity has brought a wealth of benefits to my team and, I feel, the company as a whole.
Being able to recognise team members with a dollar here and there is fun and rewarding for everyone. Being able to recognise individual contributors from other teams and have the rest of the company see the great results achievable through greater collaboration shift everything up a gear.
Having the ability to see staff as people rather than just a name in an address book also builds bridges, especially in a global organisation where you might otherwise never see a person's face or ever get to find out that you share similar interests and goals. Motivosity does a great gap of bridging the void that existed between company newsletters and social networks.
The integration with third party applications has facilitated rewarding initiatives surrounding health and well-being and the multitude of options for 'cashing out' (store cards, pre-paid credit cards, charities) is welcomed by everyone.
The interface is intuitive, interesting to explore, and has always been available, fast and aesthetically pleasing.
Nachteile
It's hard to think of any negative points surrounding Motivosity - it has filled a gap and, as such, has only brought benefits.

Our team loves Motivosity. We have been using Motivosity for over five years now and it has become essential within our company. It has enabled our team to feel appreciated, recognized, and rewarded regularly. Motivosity is smartly done and supported by an awesome team who continues to impress. Their passion is clear and they continue to shine.
Nachteile
The only con I have experienced is the introduction to ThanksMatters cards. Fraudulent charges are becoming more common, and from an admin side, accounting reconciliation is now showing discrepancies that did not exist prior to the introduction of the card.

I really enjoy Motivosity!
Vorteile
Motivosity is a great way for me to recognize my direct reports, my peers, and my leaders. It is easy to use and fun.
Nachteile
There are not many things I don't like about Motivosity, but something that is a bit of a hindrance is the login page. When I go to the website, I click on the Login link, but I am then sent to another page where I have to still click "login to Motivosity." So, it is several clicks to actually get logged in. This is a minor issue, but does take time.

Moto for Mayor!
I've loved using Motivosity to instantaneously show my appreciation to my coworkers, even for simple things. I also love receiving Moto bucks; it totally makes my day. Motivosity is one of the features about my company that I always talk up to friends and family. It's a really fun and smart service that I love. I find myself wishing I had everyone I know attached to my Motivosity account so I could send a dollar here or there to someone who did something nice. I find that I just go to Motivosity to only send, view, and cash out on rewards. The surveys don't really tell me anything and the leaderboards don't mean anything to me because I don't know how it's calculated. I just know you probably get points for sending and receiving, but for those of us who aren't manager and above and only get a certain amount to give, it's pretty limiting. A while ago I did notice a bunch of typos and grammar/spelling issues on your website, so I sent an email to some generic address I found on the website saying that someone in Marketing should probably fix the issues I found. Someone actually responded and I don't know if they fixed them, but the website does look much better than it did a year ago.

- Sometimes I wish motivosity would "nudge" or remind you to think about someone who did something for you. I do a lot of last minute projects and most of the time, people are super generous and show their appreciation but sometimes I don't hear anything. I know it's a little entitled to expect moto bucks, but I know some departments in my company are notorious for not using moto bucks at all, which is a little discouraging.

Encourage Others and Boost Team Morale with Motivosity
I think Motivosity is allowing me to solve the business problem of not knowing your coworkers. I have found by being an active user of Motivosity that I know more about my coworkers and they know more about me. When I go to the office I know everyone and enjoy being at work.
Vorteile
On a day-to-day basis, people's actions (i.e., accomplishments, acts of kindness, hard work, etc.) often go unrecognized. Using Motivosity helps to encourage employees to recognize their coworkers. I feel by using Motivosity people are uplifted as they begin to realize people are actually noticing them. Furthermore, I feel it increase overall team morale and unity.
Nachteile
I think there needs to be some way to encourage users to more proactively use Motivosity without the incentive of earning money. I personally try to regift my gifted funds because I want to help drive the overall purpose of the software. However, I see so many users that log on the last day of the month and send out last minute Motivosity so the funds don't go to waste. I would rather see people recognizing others on a day-to-day basis without the expecation of making some extra money.

Amazing Employee Recognition Platform
Vorteile
Love being able to easily reward my team members and employees with a dollar amount attached to it, my team loves choosing a gift card to AXOMO for choose their swag or to any of the other retailers available on the platform
Nachteile
It's buggy at times, for instance the "add a link" function for their highlights doesn't really look like a clear call to action, it's just hyperlinked text that says "learn more". The giving from function seems buggy as well as it sometimes won't let me give from my account when there is a balance.

Employees love it and use it daily!
We were using another platform that used points instead of dollars. The app was not easily accessible, it had to be accessed in web browser which was difficult for some people. Our participate/engagement was minimal. We had over 450 appreciations in the first month! This is compared to maybe 20 in our old app.
Vorteile
Easy to launch, easy to appreciate, ease of use for those who don't have computers, that it gives money instead of points. The ability to do shout outs and highlights!

Motivosity - Excellent tool for engagement, retention, core values, gratitude and culture...
I have used Motivosity for over a year now. As a VP, Human Capital my main goal is to optimize the talent pool. In everything from retaining key players, to creating an atmosphere of gratitude and high performance, I need tools that help with this focus. Tools that are easy to implement and get everyone involved are critical. Motivosity was introduced and stuck instantly. With the support of Sr. leadership and a culture of high performance, this was a great tool to publicly reward top performers, show that our company cared, create relationships and interactions cross-departmentally, etc... This tool got people involved with each other and allowed us to clarify and drive a culture that focused on revenue generation and top line growth. This tool does not create a culture, but it definitely helps in sustaining the culture we wanted. I would highly recommend it!

Engaging with other employees in whole
I really enjoy using to send recognition to my coworkers that is my department or other department. It's a user friendly easy to use.

Innovative tool to create friendly environment in your company
I strongly recommend to use Motivosity in order to gain better results in your company.
Vorteile
Sometimes none of the project management tools aren’t enough to create friendly environment in the company. And of course in overall this affects to company performance and sometimes causes serious damages to corporate image . In order to solve such conflicts among employees Motivosity is the best choice. By providing peer to peer reward system Motivosity encourages colleagues to be more polite and friendly with each other. After using Motivosity our employees learned listening and respecting the views of each other. And overall because of friendly environment in our company our productivity has icreased in a significant level.
Nachteile
Although is a good tool for employee recognition but it can be used for misleading if some colleagues agree to give fake rewards to each other. It is a good tool but needs to be used under control.

Motivosity and Employee engagement
Motivosity gives us each a boost when we are recognized for our efforts. I like knowing that I made a difference for someone else to make their job easier, or more enjoyable- Motivosity provides the platform to do just that. Our company has had a rise in employee engagement, during this pandemic, where other companies are falling apart. I believe Motivosity has helped to keep us all connected and aware of other's accomplishments- even with most working from home. We use the platform regularly to provide opportunities for all to participate in company wide events. I love Motivosity!

Being able to recognize your peers for things others may not notice. Being recognized myself so I know my actions made a difference to someone. I like the ease of using the Motivosity money- a couple clicks and you've redeemed your money. I love the profiles employees set up- it lets us know their interests, outside of work-more on a personal level. I also like how it tells us who else in the company is most like us- interesting...
Nachteile
We have had a couple of missed Anniversaries that weren't acknowledged on the platform- not sure if internal issue or Motivosity. Can't think of anything I don't like.

Recognize each other
I love it, we can encourage our employees to recognize each by not using their own pocket - money plus they receive extra funds and use them however they would like.
Vorteile
It's easy to manage, train and use. It's able to be used globally and not just in the US.
Nachteile
Some reports at first were tough to understand, to be able to add peer-to-peer rules much easier would be great.

Active Office Acknowledgements
I have had a positive experience with Motivosity. I use the software quite regularly and it is always a quick in and out to accomplish my goals.
Vorteile
Employees receiving recognition for their work is one of the best things to do for morale and Motivosity makes it a breeze. My company has it set up so that each employee receives $5 to give to other employees as thanks and acknowledgement. You can see what other people are saying about each other and like and comment similar to other forms of social media.
Nachteile
There is a monthly site leader board within my company that shows points for every employee. The site does not show the basis for these points. It likely has something to do with how often you are giving/receiving thanks, but I have never been able to figure it out.

Concept is great
The concept is great, and we have seen great success in our company. even outside of giving money, just giving people recognition outside of an email is really nice.
Vorteile
I love recognizing employees and being able to make announcements about great wins by different teams or the company.
Nachteile
When I pull up a profile's history, giving or receipts, I cannot like or comment, It has to be in the feed.
Feature functionality:
Create a money request, then submit it for approval. Essentially get rid of buying and expensing out gift cards, and use motivosity as the approval platform to get someone a block of money. This could be done outside of the tool, and have money added to a user. But it would be cool to have this built into the program.
Feature Requests:
1. Can we search or specific terms or phrases within posts?
• For example, an employee mentions that some is a “really great KCS coach”.
• We’d like to track when “KCS Coach” is mentioned so we can specifically call out that behavior. If tracking is not available, then searching for these terms or words, would be helpful. I can only see that you can search for a person or title of the employee, not search for previous posts.
2. Is there a way to enable notifications for when someone submits a nomination for an award. I have found that people have submitted nominations, but we were unaware of these nominations because there is no alert system. not weekly digest.

Fantastic Software System
Being able to provide positive feedback, compliments, and say thank you is a huge plus and contributes to a positive work place when utilized by people in the company. Sometimes you're forced to wait until the next scheduled meeting to offer feedback and this is much quicker. I also like the highlights and use it for several things: introducing new employees to the company, posting positive quotes, sharing pictures location to location, events, etc.

I love being able to provide quick feedback, compliments, say thanks, etc. without waiting until the next scheduled meeting or in person visit. You can do it in a few quick seconds. I like the profiles you can personalize, the updates you can customize on a company or personal level, and the recognition and highlights are great!

Con: when you upload a picture you almost always have to crop it and some pictures just don't work when you have to crop them. (i'm referring to the highlight section)
These are more suggestions than Cons, but would be helpful.
I'd like to be able to add more than one picture in a highlight.
I'd like to be able to add pictures to a comment.
I'd love a calendar option that you can view for company events, as well as see the anniversary and birthday dates in calendar form.
I'd also like to be able to change color options.

Something new, curious and fun.
I find it delightful, easy, and fun to use. I believe everyone should give it a try, you might see it lacks a few functions, but I am certain they will be eventually added into the application.

When we think about a company and its values, we have a tendency to focus on their professionalism and excellence, but rarely do we wonder about how they treat their employees and how they communicate and organize within their structure. Motivosity is one of those odd but beautifully designed softwares that encourages you to create cordial bonds between you and your coworkers.
It has shown to be quite effective in terms of including remote employees into the company’s activites, even those who live abroad, creating a kinder working atmosphere.
It incentivates the involvement of the employees in a variety of event and projects, that in many cases might have a reward, making it fun to participate.
The software's structure is solid, functional and easy to use.
Nachteile
Motivosity is relatively new in the market, lacking many core functionalities that similar applications already have. Although, you can tell by the way it is designed that they will eventually be implemented.
Their category system requires more options.

I have really enjoyed the recognition options, they are intuitive to use and encourage sharing positive experiences with peers and employees. I also really appreciate the personality test and the tips for how to interact more productively with your peers based on how your test results compare.

I love how easy it is to share customer feedback, call out great performance, and highlight times when someone in general went above and beyond.
Nachteile
Awards can be cumbersome to create the first time around, but they are super convenient for regularly shared recognition items.

As an employee using the software, I have found it a decent tool for incentives.

The navigation is relatively easy and straightforward. The options available for exchanging points for gift cards offers a good variety.

There is very little user end customization available to employees using the software. There may be more customization available on the administrative side, however, if so, I am unaware of it.

Great Peer-To-Peer Recognition
Vorteile
I love that this software comes with an easy to use app that our employees can pull up and thank another employee on in less than a minute. It builds unity and the team as a whole in a very realistic and manageable way.

Motivosity is Two Thumbs Up
Vorteile
I love that there is a formal yet fun place for me to go and recognize all my team members and everyone in the ogranization. I love that you can recognize or thank them for their work and also include some Motivosity Bucks as a thank you. One of my team members and I love to battle for first place each month to see how recognizes the most people. What a thing to compete over!
Nachteile
I haven't seen many reports other than the rankings. I am not the biggest fan of the social media aspect of it just because in a big organization it is hard to follow everyone. I did recently learn you can filter to your team only so maybe that will help me like it more.

Great Rewards software for a busy shop
Our company is a product of a merger, and so we have two very dissimilar cultures that we're trying to blend and unify. Motivosity has been great for helping us break down many of the walls that existed from before our merger. It's been a very valuable tool to help the teams from both sides, get to know each other and start appreciating one another. We believe that Motivosity has really helped our cultures start to merge.
Vorteile
Coming from a production environment running 24 hours a day, it's often hard to remember to reward and commend our employees. Usually you tell them they did a great job in the heat of the moment, but by the time you get back to your desk or have time during your crazy day, you inevitably forget to recognize and show the level of gratitude the employee deserves. Motivosity is great in that you can easily take a minute and quickly reward or commend your employee right after the moment happens. And since there's both an app and a desktop version, it's super easy to get those rewards and employee recognitions out in a timely manner.
It's really helped our team develop a better culture of recognizing and rewarding our teams.
Nachteile
About the only cons I can think of for the software are more geared towards myself and not using it enough. I really can't think of any major deficiencies in the platform, at least not in our user base.

I do wish the live feed would refresh automatically. I understand why it doesn't but it would be nice to consistently see updated news instead of having to refresh it. I would really love to see the option to create our own survey for just our company to streamline everything into one program.

Happy Employees
Vorteile
Before Motivosity, we would recognize our Associates that required a lot more administration and we always found that people would come and want to exchange their gift for something else. This product has made it very employee friendly as well as added other valuable tools. We solely use Motivosity as our only company org chart and find great value in the personality test and "social media" presence this gives our associates.
Nachteile
My biggest frustration is the customer service, I wish there was a call in number we could talk to someone and fix the issues, instead we must rely via email which isn't as efficient. We used to have other features and granted its been upgraded but there are certain features we need as admin that haven't been added back. I've brought up the concern and the most we have heard is, "we'll look into it".

Do you feel appreciated?
I was apart of the implementation team and the first team to pilot the software for our corporation. I have been satisfied with the capabilities it has offered thus far and see the potential for it to be more for users and companies in the future.
Vorteile
I appreciate the dynamic ability to recognize individuals regardless of role or status. This can be personal or public and has the ability to badge based on award recognition. It is our goal to ensure employees are very satisfied and feel appreciated in their work every day. Motivosity provides us the platform to achieve that goal while also allowing employees to appreciate each other.
Nachteile
Lack of and easy of integration capabilities with external vendors that offer corporate stores. The only offering is gift cards, which is great but becomes meaningless to employees after awhile.

Easy and positive employee engagement
Generally - it's a well used, highly adopted software. Saying thank you or recognizing when teammate's work aligns with company values is part of our culture and motivosity supports that.
Vorteile
Motivosity is easy to use. I like that we can customize it to align with our company mission. I use it weekly to give feedback to co workers outside my day- to -day team. It's a great way to recognize the work they've done, and say thank you in a meaningful way. The reminders about when you last thanked people on your team, birthdays, etc are also helpful to make sure you haven't forgotten to recognize someone.
Nachteile
I've had to log in on my phone a few times. The experience is good, not great. It's just not optimized for mobile browsers yet, but I still got the job done. That's about all I can think of.

Great Tool!
Motivosity has been a great tool within our company. I like being able to reward teammates for going above and beyond. It's nice to see how the little things affect other people. Being appreciative and showing that is important. I'm also able to interact with different groups within our company as we're all working from home. We're all inter-connected and rely on each other in different ways.

I like keeping up with my team and seeing the important work they do. It's nice being able reward fellow employees for going above and beyond. Recognizing teammates for a job well done with buck or two is slightly better than saying thanks!

Great Employee Motivator
Personally as just an employee user, it's been fun to give to those who really deserve it! Hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

The software is user friendly! It reminds me of a social media landing page, showing the praise and recognition upon signing on. It's a great motivator to do your best and go above and beyond every day to make an impact on your work. It also shows the great work everyone else in the company is doing.
Nachteile
I wish the money would roll over, this could be a setting internally and not through Motovisity's software but to have the opportunity to give even more would be nice.

There are a ton of pros! It's really user-friendly. It's a fun way to show appreciation and get to know everyone. Motivosity matches you to others that have common interests and similarities which helps you get to know everyone in the office. Employees love that they can cash out their money and get fun gift cards. Also, Motivosity has great customer service. If I have a question or issue they are always quick and get it fixed.

We have had a few problems where employees have tried to cash out their money and it wouldn't let them.
