I like being able to see what chemicals were used the previous few weeks. That way I know what I may need to take back to service the pool. Saves walking back and forth to the truck.

Skimmer started off as exactly what I wanted in a digital replacement for my log book. Since then it has constantly created updates that I didn’t realize I needed or would help my businesses as much as it has.

There are some features that I would like, but have not been added yet. Such as hours tracking for employees.

After tons of research and free trials Skimmer is our go-to product! Price, setup & customer service is beyond compare. I recommend Skimmer every chance I get!

The only problem I ever experienced with Skimmer is while using with an android phone. Never any issues with iOS (app related)

I like being able to run my service business in it's entirety in Skimmer. From route scheduling, service and repairs I have found skimmer extremely helpful and keeps your techs in line and on time.

Occasionally I have had to restart my phone when out in the field or close the app and open again. It does it only when I/we take a picture of the pool or repair it will kick you back out and most times you would have to restart. On my laptop I have had Zero issues and everything works good.

Being able to move customers that are on the same day in a specific orderex: moving a customer in front of another when it’s a new account. When new accounts appear on the service day they are always on the bottom of the route order, and to put it in a order I have to delete the whole day and rebuild

Inability to make multiple stops priority

Skimmer allows us to put more time and effort into our personal lives without having to rush through or remember to fill out our paperwork. It keeps a record of our visits and chemical counts with a swipe of a button and not have to worry about when a customer needs to be serviced. Saving time on our monthly billing is my biggest praise about the Skimmer app. And for the cost, my time is worth more.

Setting up item counts could be a little easier without having to add them individually.

I don’t have any cons. I have been incredibly happy with skimmer. If I had to add something I would say make it an option to put in the gallons of each pool so the chemicals can be calculated for the techs.

Very simple to keep routes organized and optimized. Post service emails to customers to show we were there and what we did, with a photo required by tech. All products and services with pricing to make billing easy and quick. Skimmer is the easiest, most efficient app I've ever used to manage my customers and techs.

There is no billing section on the mobile app. I have to get on my computer to answer billing questions while out in the field.

Skimmer is very easy, both to implement and to use. The software is well designed and runs smooth and is absolutely essential to managing a pool route. It was clearly designed by someone who has done the work we do on a daily basis. We can track every detail of a pool account, from gate codes to the amount of chemicals used, to service dates, including pictures.

There's really no downsides, but features we can think of to make it even better: we'd love more import options (via csv/excel) such as being able to import all the new customer data like gate codes, dog name, etc, basically everything that can be added for a new customer manually. Also maybe dynamic routing so if the app sees the tech start at a different house (via gps), it adjusts the route and shows the account where he currently is.
