Has an easy dashboard to work with in data mining techniques which provides the objective information needed to make decisions about project management environment. Generally makes the goal to generating strong association in decision making possible at no extra cost.

Troubleshooting was a major challenge for us. We worked our way through with the help of the support team. Things are going well now.

It can be customized for almost an application you can conceive. We will also be integrating with Striven software for smoother customer service experience.

It is easy to work with and acts as a multidisciplinary platform.

I love the navigation of the system, and how user-friendly the interface is! Yonyx allows simplistic access to the information required on the Sales Flow process of business, and is a major organizational tool for all pertinent information for our company. The display of information is also customizable, making this appearance of the information presented easy to read and navigate for each of our department work flows. It is by far the most manageable, adaptable, and easily operated system I have worked with for Call Flow purposes.

Nachteile

The only thing I do wish that was available on Yonyx would be an outline or Table of Contents on the left side of the platform, which would allow easy and immediate access into different work flows without having to start over from the beginning and would allow access to direct links into the correct "step" of where one may need to be at any given time. I think that would make the interface incomparable in the market of systems alike.

While many of my dealers would like an "App", for offline usage, they forget all the data involved which could make for a big download. Being "cloud" based, it is easy for me to change information and the next time they use the guide, it is "up to date" and not using old information by accident.

Would be nice to add "scoring" as I have seen, for feedback or using to provide an answer for a tally. I could use this for a teaching or quiz versus paper copies or using something like surveymonkey.

What I liked most was that Yonyx can be customized to fit your exact needs. You can create flows to go wherever you need and be able to get the right steps to handle an issue. Being able to see reports on which areas are being used the least/most can help eliminate unused flows but also help optimize the flows used the most to be as smooth as possible. Yonyx makes it so agents can rely less on following a knowledge base and more on just having the next step to resolving an issue.

Nachteile

The editor to create the flow could be better with more powerful features. You can get lost very quickly when working with a very large workflow. Searching is good but that's really the only issue I ever saw with it.

Guided call flow is a great help for my agents when taking calls. While Yonyx helping in proper flow, it is also helping in many places decision taking is critical. It has reduced tremendous amount of effort in daily activities.

I faced a bit challenge when I am trying to format text in reference guides. It took lot of time for me to select each word or sentence and select required formatting. I think it may be helpful in making it little easier.

Also, it would be great help if Yonyx can integrate with microsoft power apps.
