War mal gut, zwischenzeitlich nur Probleme
Mitlerweilen zu umfangreiche, Prio liegt bei Aufgaben und Projektmanagement. Zu viele Fehler, die der Support nicht lösen kann.
Vorteile
Flexible Handhabung, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis verspricht viel.
Der online-Support reagiert sehr schnell.
Nachteile
Die CRM-Funktionalitäten sind abgrotten schlecht. Mit Einbindung der Email-Konten unzählige, Dupletten und neue Leads, die sich laut Support nicht abstellen lassen. Keine Weiterentwickung im Bereich Segmente für Kampagnen im Marketing. Keine übergreifende Filterung von Unternehmen dann Kontakte.
Bitrix ist im Bereich Marketing und Vertriebs-CRM sehr schlecht aufgestellt und fehlerbehaftet.

Hilfreiche Software
Insgesamt ist Bitrix24 super für Mitarbeiter, aber auch um Leads für den Vertriebschannel aufzubauen. Man kann mit dieser Software bis ins kleinste Detail alles dokumentieren, planen und verfolgen.
Vorteile
Am besten fand ich die direkte und schnelle Möglichkeit, mit dem Team in Kontakt zu kommen. Über die Chatfunktion und einen Überblick auf der rechten Seite kann man seine Kollegen schnell finden und anschreiben, telefonieren oder mit ihnen einen Videocall durchführen. So sind dringende Sachen schnell geklärt. Fast wie im Büro vor Ort. Als virtuelle Variante definitiv zu empfehlen. Was mir noch gut gefallen hat, war die Erstellung der Aufgaben. Es ging nichts mehr unter. Die Aufgaben kann man sogar in Teilaufgaben einteilen. Das ist ein großer Vorteil bei der Zielerreichung.
Nachteile
Per App kann man sich auch Sprachnachrichten schicken. Leider nicht über die PC-Version. Das fehlt definitiv, wenn man weder telefonieren noch tippen möchte. Ich wünsche mir zudem eine Möglichkeit, für Kollegen einen Abwesenheitstext sichtbar unter meinem Bild anzuzeigen oder eine Pushnachricht. Es kam häufig vor, dass ich als beschäftigt oder abwesend angezeigt wurde, es aber niemand wahrgenommen hat. Diese Funktion würde ich mir etwas präsenter wünschen.

Great overall product and customer service
Love this system, hands down the best thing I found when I started my company and I use it in my other companies as well.

Can be a little hard to learn and navigate at first, they offer partners to help with thing if you can afford it but I like to know how to do things. Once you learn it though it is super easy to use.

It is good and well known. Focused mostly on trading business and integration with 1C. Large application need Contract management tools and bridge to SAP/Oracle solutions.
Vorteile
It was the most popular in Easter Europe solution for decade. Widely used in India and some asian countries. Bitrix24 is CRM system designed for integration with native 1C Enterprise/Sales solution. It have integrated HR module, that makes is capable to be standalone solution for marketing team. Has integrated task tracking and project management tools as well has integrated time tracker. It has build in secure disk space to share files and data.
Nachteile
It is heavy weight and can slow down at deskt top use but awesomely fast on mobile. It has build in time tracker but no attendance controls. Focused mostly on 1C Enterprise integration for Customer module. Lot of manual iterations and need more automation for more leads loaded customers flow.

Excellent project management program
I used it at one of my previous employer. Initially I find it complex but within few days I was able to learn about all its features.
Vorteile
It's a very good task management, team communication and project tracking tool. It offers a lot of good features like chats & video calls, meetings, calendar, time tracking, task reminders, document sharing etc.
Nachteile
It has a complex user interface that for a newbie is difficult to understand. It is a costly program with limited customization options.

Intuitive Platform For Managing Tasks & Projects
It is amazing getting everything that you need in one platform that is also easy to use and it is also cheap.

This is an all-in-one platform that has all the features and tools that I really need to do my business. It is amazing because it has AI-assistant which makes work more simple. Provides comprehensive features for telemarketing
Overall, It's a great telemarketing service provider, I like it because it's not only limited to telemarketing but offers a variety of other services -It could be even more amazing if some improvements are made in sectors with poor performance and I might probably consider using it again in the future.

Bitrix24 is one of the best telemarketing tools that I've used so far, despite a few drawbacks, I still recommend its services for the following reasons:
-It's an integrated platform that provides a comprehensive set of telemarketing features like CRM, project management, and collaboration which are ideal for streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity all in one place.
-It endorses team collaboration and improves teamwork.
-It's cost-effective and I find it to be far way more affordable than some competitors
- It provides a great customer support. Bitix24 has dedicated support teams spread out across various countries including my country- a great way to serve customers.
Nachteile
Negative remarks with Bitrix24 are :
-Call volume is limited. There are limitations in the number of concurrent calls that can be handled which tremendously affects operations that require high-volume calls. For instance, we are used to making at least 700 phone calls daily.
-There is limited customization
-Call quality and reliability are highly affected by unstable internet connection, an issue we face in our country. Sometimes you're on the phone with a client and suddenly, you'll lose them due to network instability -It's mainly because of this factor that we had to switch to a different service provider.

Bitrix, a GREAT team management platform
My use of Bitrix was mainly limited to the use of its messaging, for supervisors and other work colleagues. I never had any problems with those functionalities, maybe sometimes the chats were down and difficult to see when there were many members in a team, but the platform was functional. Also, the publications made by team leaders were shown in the “Feed” and could be “acknowledged” with a button to let them know they received the information.
Vorteile
Bitrix seemed to me to be a platform with a lot of functionalities that I did not use, but that, if they were used, I consider that it would provide fantastic utilities for that team. As for the messaging and notifications functionality, I found it very good and perhaps “traditional”, but effective.
Nachteile
What I have to say is that the platform has many functionalities that perhaps are not taken advantage of because everything is quite messy and even chaotic due to the amount of elements on the screen that are seen, this should be improved.

Mastering the art of collaboration in project management with Bitrix24.
Bitrix24 helps us to run our projects more effectively and efficiently by allowing us to come together and work closely as one team. This allows us to put focus on the things that matters to us and the end result is excellent projects. The experience has been outstanding and we are intending to keep using Bitrix24 for forever.
Vorteile
We always get an upper hand when using Bitrix24 to manage our projects as it brings us all together under the same roof and allows us to work in unison and collaborate effectively. It has good communication channels like instant messaging, video and audio calling and files sharing which makes it easy for us to keep every updated and on the know. Bitrix24 has a good and easy to engage with dashboards which help us to have a unified view over our projects in order to know what has been done and what's pending.
Nachteile
Bitrix24 has a been straightforward to use product and having not experienced a single issue, i can say it has been giving me a perfect experience.

Bitrix24 is a fantastic digital workspace that allows us to work closely and collaboratively during our projects. It makes information sharing and communication pretty easy. It helps us to keep our project works very organized and perform all our duties within the timelines we have set.
Vorteile
Bitrix24 has been a good and reliable solution to us and thats why we constantly use it to collaborate during our works mostly in projects. The support we get is exceptional and the team is very dedicated to ensure we solve our issues as quickly as possible. Communicating during projects is easy thanks to the video calls, online meetings and the instant messaging functions. We have also seen Bitrix24 keeping our files very safe.
Nachteile
Bitrix24 is not very user-friendly to use and for us, we needed some training in the initial stages so as to learn how we can make the best use of its features.

I would never do business with this company unless you want to get ripped off.
Horrible mainly due to their integrated channel partner Kala Group Technologies who defrauded me and when I came to Bitrix for help, they were very rude and did not care about the pain I was going through.

At 1st glance it looks great, like their platform can do anything your businesses needed but it is false adervisting.
Nachteile
They do not actually manage their own business or customers, Instead, they pass you off to shady channel partners from all over the wold who lie and cheat to take your money. When you complain, they say (we have a no refund policy)

Beginning was great, but that's it - after using it for a while I realized it is not a good fit for my organization

At first glance- Bitrix24 looks fresh, smart, and inviting. The pricing was reasonable.
Nachteile
After starting using it I realized it was not as smooth as I thought. Many back-office issues, settings are sometimes a mess and pricing went up after a year. I also had privacy concerns.

Me ha parecido muy bueno bitrix24. Entre más lo uso, más lo valoro y más provecho le saco
Vorteile
es bastante útil para la productividad de las compañias. Junta muchas soluciones que se integran entre todas muy bien y permiten automatizarse, lo cual hace el trabajo del equipo mucho mas facil, asi como el seguimiento a las negociaciones/tiquets de soporte de los clientes
Nachteile
Por ahora nada.. todo lo he podido resolver con la documentación o el acompañamiento de los asesores de soporte

No geral a experiência é muito boa. O Bitrix é uma ferramenta prática e funcional.

Ferramentas de tarefas, CRM, Telefonia, Criação de Sites.
Nachteile
Dificuldade com mensagens, grande dificuldade de implementação, compreensão e funcionamento do consentimento de e-mail marketing. Fomos muito prejudicados pois na implementação ninguém nos ajudou com isso e também não é tão fácil assim de configurar uma maneira de identificar os cadastros que permitiram ou não o consentimento. Isso foi muito traumático, ficamos praticamente 1 ano sem poder mandar e-mails.

Excelente programa y en innovación permanente.
Vorteile
La automatización inteligente de procesos permite dar un orden a todas las actividades empresariales.
Aplicando las reglas de automatización en cada uno de los embudos ayuda mucho a que se tendga un control y seguimiento de cada uno.
En mi empresa se ha usado mucho la base de conocimientos para que el personal esté entrenado en el uso de la aplicaicón y esto ha ayudado a que la curva de aprendizaje sea más rápida.
La consolidación de redes sociales en canales abiertos es fantástico y permite una gran forma de aprendizaje.
Nachteile
Que en la telefonía no existen números disponibles para Ecuador y si bien se pueden usar otros números de otros países, esto no suele dar la confianza suficiente a los clientes para poder responder llamadas. Luego se que existen otras formas de implementación de telefonía pero aun se ha hecho dificil omplementar.
Quizá por se una mejora nueva, se requiere de una carga inicial del inventario a través de un tercer software, creo que eso se mejorará con el tiempo

O plano do Bitrix24 e muito caro, o que torna inviável para minha contabilidade.
E claro que um serviço como Bitrix24 oferece, merece o preço que e cobrado, pois e excelente em termos de qualidade e de suporte.
Como a minha empresa e de pequeno porte ainda há recursos para migrar para o plano pago ainda, e tendo como principal fator e que os recursos gratuito ja oferecem tudo que preciso para gerenciar as demandas da empresa.

My humble opinion as a beginner
I worked at marketing agency as an HR and executive assistant. All the processes were under my supervision. We had several sections. Sales, HR, trainings, and company drive. We mainly use to keep our sales stages and he stages. Unfortunately we don't generate any documents, though I know it's possible. So the main advantages of this CRM were out of our operations. And it is costly I think

I have been working with bitrix24 over a year. To be honest it was my first time to work with CRM. As a management tool to simplify many processes I did like it. Also drive option on corporate and individual level to store your files. Bitrix 24 offers many options, but it's a little complicated.
Existing chat feature that allows to creat any group or meeting chats, to make it confidential is great. To limit opportunities vor B and A level employees is also a good option in operation. Also I like task management features. Deadlines attendee observer Features.
Unfortunately the company I worked with didn't use many features of this CRM to have greater benefit out of it: sales pipelines, documenting features. Overall for the beginner level I liked it.
Nachteile
As a C level worker, I used all the features our company had an access. And the abundance of buttons and confirmation were too much. I didn't like to put save button at any turn.

Ferramenta pouco user user friendly
Gosto como uma ferramenta para gestão de tarefas e apenas isso, a ferramenta de email mkt é terrível
Vorteile
O Tadashi é legal, sempre que precisei ele foi bem solicito mas o problema é que para coisas mais complicadas precisamos pagar e até oq era pra ser fácil virá difícil nessa ferramenta.
Nachteile
O kanban de tarefas é interessante mas não possui uma priorização, se a tarefa é urgente ela não fica no topo da coluna.
Qualquer coisa extra que vc precise de ajuda do suporte você terá que pagar, e o design da ferramenta é muito ruim e pouco user friendly com várias funções escondidas, fora o curso deles que promete ensinar mas não auxilia nada de forma profunda.

Está siendo una gran experiencia. Aprender es fácil, encontrar funciones es fácil, crear soluciones también es fácil.
Vorteile
Es un sistema totalmente integrado con todo lo que necesito para gestionar mi negocio. La integración con otros sistemas que utilizo también es sencilla.
Nachteile
Hay margen de mejora para Bitrix para cerrar las características de «última milla». Algunas características parecen estar separadas del sistema. OpenSlot es un gran sustituto de Calendlly, pero no me da el correo electrónico del tercero que programa una reunión conmigo, por ejemplo.

We use Bitrix24 because is good
We developed Bitrix24 in our company, we adapt it to our process, it was a seamless implementation process because Bitrix is very flexible. We managed to sale 35% more in the first year, thanks to this platform.

Flexibility, adaptability, it has a lot of tools and a strong api directory.

It does not have multiple steps automated campaigns.

POV Review on Bitrix24
Generally, I like it only for the functions that I really use and need, but really, I feel the pricing is a rip-off.
Vorteile
Open Channels and messaging integrations with mostly all social media platforms and the website builder.
Nachteile
I don't like the fact that I am forced to take and pay for plans that I don't even need most of the features simply because they are not applicable to my business operations. I hope that we can be allowed to tailor fit our plans so I can only select the features that I need and what I really use. I feel like I am wasting the value of money I pay because there are lots of features that I really don't need and don't want to use. I also hope that the Forms can be as diverse and customizable just like CognitoForms which is what I use for customer orders, I can't use the Bitrix24 Forms because it doesn't have the kind of flexibility of CognitoForms. CognitoForms is far more superior in this area.

Why Bitrix24 is the Best for BIM
Vorteile
Bitrix24 has a wide array of features which allows me to save time since I do not need to keep integrating with external apps.
Instant messaging and live chat are the key features which I like using.

Gosto dos recursos, interface e do funcionamento geral.
Quanto às questões comerciais, acho pouquíssimo confiável e não tenho segurança em assinar qualquer plano.
Vorteile
Gosto especialmente das tarefas e projetos.
Nachteile
Assinei um plano e aos poucos foram retirados recursos que estavam previstos para o mesmo. Com isso forçam a migrar para um outro plano que custe mais caro.
Fosse apenas isso, poderiam ter proposto um ajuste de preço e estaria tudo bem.
Feito da forma que fizeram, quebrou a minha confiança. Como posso ter certeza de que o padrão não se repetirá e num futuro próximo o novo plano contratado será também "enxugado" me forçando a migrar novamente?

I liked Britrix24 due to its simplicity, flexibility and power. It gives a clear view of who's doing what and what needs to get done. It keeps tasks in order, deadlines on track and team members aligned.
Nachteile
It is not desirable that changing pertinent information in the application can only be done by me as the administrator, this delayed most my work.

Buen Producto, peligroso contrato y condiciones.
En general los empleados tuvieron una curva muy larga de aprendizaje, es tan amplio que cuesta implementarlo y darle uso al 100%, una vez que llegamos a utilizarlo de manera fluida, se han incrementado los precios en un 150% y cambiado las condiciones de manera injusta para nosotros y este tipo de practicas continúan a la fecha lo cual se traduce en un descontento general en el uso de la herramienta y las condiciones en la cual se presta.

Tiene muchas funcionalidades útiles en diferentes áreas, es muy amplio y facilita el trabajo colaborativo.
Nachteile
Han incrementado precios de manera abusiva, han quitado opciones de manera unilateral incluso en los planes mas caros, prometen una cosa al principio y todo puede cambiar si así les parece. Tienen un contrato abusivo y poco fiable para el cliente y ellos tienen toda tu información prácticamente secuestrada sin opción a llevártela a otro lado o si quiera a respaldara de manera frecuente
