Convenience, presentation, and of course, personal involvement by Houzz Representative.Easy to place updates, but I really don't have the time to update it on a regular basis.

The software sometimes gets very sluggish when doing a large floor plan rendering no matter which browser I use and takes longer than it should to design a floor plan.

Beware, not the end all that you are promised.
Pressure, a word that accurately describes the sales tactics after you subscribe to purchase the extras needed to supposedly make it all work.

Does not mesh well with quick books Canada. We participated in an hour long survey for a 100.00$ credit. It took 8 messages to support and 3 months to recieve.We have been ghosted on asking to cancel for 3 weeks now. FYI they cancel support tickets after 48 hours.Change orders are horrible, FYI will not hold up in a Nova Scotia court. Unable to adjust invoices if posted. Lots of spam.They promise you the moon only to find out you need to pay +600.00$ more a month to use the lead generation part.Pricing increases of 40$ this month per user.Better solutions exist for less money. It's really not Canadian friendly.

Worst Customer a Service- Buyer Beware!
Absolutely awful. Would not recommend. Customer service is the worst!

Absolutely the worst customer service! Cancelled my free trial as I did not have time to use it the way I had hoped due to a family emergency. When I got back from travels I was told I had not cancelled when I had in fact finished the process. I was then told I had to pay for the year. Finally after back and forth with an agent, I was told I would be able to cancel just have to pay for the first month. This is a total scam!!!

Need to Improve the Customer Experience
Decent user experience but I would never recommend to anyone now that I have discovered that it is impossible to simply cancel once you are complete with your project.

Great 3d floor plan layout and modeling for a novice.
Nachteile
It served my purpose but all the goodwill has been blown by the very scam-like lack inability to unsubscribe. This shouldn't need to be hidden. Support shouldn't need to be contacted. There is no excuse for a good software to rely on shady means to maintain cash flow. I wonder how many accounts are dead and they are just banking on people not calling?!

Very Unhappy
Awful.We signed up for the service in January of 2022 and notified HouzzPro in February 2022 (in writing via email) that we were not happy with the service and did not want to continue service. At that time we were told that we still had to pay for the entirety of 2022. Though we disagreed, we accepted it as it was part of the terms of service. However, we were assured that we would not be renewed in December of 2022. On HouzzPro’s side of things, the system was never updated and we were charged for services, that we did not agree to, in January and February of 2023. I reported the error and it was corrected in March of 2023 but Houzz has refused to issue us a refund for the charges that should never have happened. I've reached out to my contact at Houzz to get this resolved and I am now being ignored.The fees charged to us need to be refunded immediately.

Getting started with the very basics of using the platform was fairly easy.
Nachteile
Customer Service is awful and technical support seemed only interested in taking me through their pre-planned agenda. They didn't seem interested in understanding the challenges I was facing with the app.

Decent
The sales process was very smooth, the training process has been less so.
Vorteile
I love that I can see the projects in the mobile feature.

There are a few features that don't flow as cleanly as I would like but I am working on the learning curve to see if that is mostly user error or not. Might consider asking for the review a little later in the process so that I would know that.

Efficient and Easy To Use
Overall it is a great software. It did have a bit of a learning curve which is to be expected when learning new software; however, that learning curb did take much to get past. Plus, having Negela our rep be easily reached and her responding quickly has certainly helped with the overall experience of this software.
Vorteile
I enjoy using communication tools. I also like that the software allows for the storage of documents in files that my clients can always have access to even when my office is closed. Creating proposals, estimates, and invoices is very simple as well.
Nachteile
What I like least about the software, is the messaging tab. When typing a message under the messaging tab, the typing lags. It will lag so much that I will sometimes have to sit and wait for the typing to catch up. I have found that when I send a message through the overview tab, I do not have this issue; however, when scrolling through what I've typed in the overview tab, the scroll forces my type to go above the message tab or below - I can never get the message box to center my typing. I am forced to type a portion of the message without seeing what I typed, then when I am finished, I have to manually scroll through and correct any mistakes that I made. I find it more efficient to correct as I go; however, it is hard to do so when the message box forces the scroll to go up or down.

It's ok, but the new 3.0 has not been an upgrade for us.
There are aspects that work great, but there is much left to be done under 3.0. The broken sync with Quickbooks is nearly a showstopper for us because of the impact to our finances when they get things wrong. The support team tries to be helpful, but there is only so much they can do with the bad code in the product.
Vorteile
It's geared for the industry which is nice, but it seems with each new "upgrade" they are not listening to customers and resulting in bad or cumbersome UX experiences.
Nachteile
The syncing with Quickbooks breaks everyday under 3.0 projects. Invoices say they sync, but they don't. Bills don't get created even though Houzz says it did, invoices keep syncing non-taxable items as taxable. I've had to hire someone to manually fix the numerous issues with 3.0 just in syncing to QBO.

We Seem To Be Getting There, New Experience And All!
It is good for an Interior Design firm to have software that tracks projects and incorporates purchase orders into invoices. As well as accounting and time billing.
Vorteile
I was a longstanding customer with Ivy before Houzz and "the new experience."The transition was easy as well as the learning curb.The library, with the clipper and descriptions built in, has always been a great assist with multiple projects going. It's good for our inter-office to have invoices and purchase orders with pictures of the products on each document. Clients also appreciate the images on their invoices, especially if they are ongoing customers and sometimes don't remember what was ordered. Plus, the client dashboard is a good client relations tool.
Nachteile
As stated, I was a longtime customer of Ivy and loved every functionality it offered. Although the software transition from Ivy to Houzz merged very well, I have had some challenges with the new appearance and navigation through all the parts. We have been managing, and then Houzz presented the "new experience." All of our templates were changed. We have had to learn new ways of inputting products while setting up new templates for us and the new look. All of these changes have been time-consuming.

HouzzPro could use some improvements, but it's a great start for project management.
I'm paying the annual fee that I was paying with IVY, but I wouldn't pay extra unless the features are improved. If my annual fee were to go up, I would cancel and find something else.

The mobile apps are useless, the reporting feature needs a total overhaul.

Overall happy
Customer service is responsive - usually able to get in touch with someone in a day or so.
Vorteile
that its user friendly. It does have many nuances that I have had to figure out the hard way, but that is true of any program.

I have mentioned these issues else where and super hopeful they will be addresses in time.

Need more time using it through an entire project cycle
So far, I really like it.
Vorteile
The estimating / CRM / Project Management. Just need more time using it although it would be nice to have a seperate place for putting together materials, poroducts and labor for each line item in the estimate. i.e.: Be able to put together 20' of exterior wall with all the materials, Products, labor along with their quantities and costs to produce a Price per SQ. Ft. or L.F. In which can be used in the estimates although can be updated when needed. I hope I described enough to where you will know what I am getting at.

The fact that my wife has been on a rampage lately. LOL Actually just need more time with the product.

Landscape Designer & Houzz Pro
My overall satisfaction would be a 9 out of 10 rating. As I mentioned in my previous message about the "cons," with Houzz Pro unable to provide a client app is why I am only rating this a 9 out of 10. Other than this I am extremely satisfied for now with Houzz Pro. I am really curious to find out if there is anything on the IT side in hopes of a new app development coming out any time soon.

I love that everything you need from start to finish for my projects are all stored through the Houzz Pro dashboard. It doesn't matter how large or small the scale of my projects, Houzz Pro seems to have everything I need in order to properly manage projects.
Nachteile
I do wish there was an app feature for my clients to use. The homeowners that trust me to take on their large projects are extremely busy people as well, as some are CEOs and CFOs to large companies. The larger projects require way more management which requires way more communication between myself and my client. These extremely busy homeowners would benefit from an app for them to log in and see their dashboard, messages, documents directly from their phone or tablet with just a hit of their finger. This is the largest request I am receiving from my clients and I agree with them, that a homeowner app for houzz pro would be crucial in leveling up my customer satisfaction which ultimately will increase my overall satisfaction with Houzz Pro.

HOUZZ for Kitchen and Bath Professionals
The lead generation is appreciated but confusing. Too much calling, emailing, texting. I try to contact most leads but few return my calls or emails. Sometimes they are confused as to why I am calling. Some, I think, just tell HOUZZ something because they got too far into the query.
Vorteile
After almost 10 years with HOUZZ I feel the cost is worth it. We have a large metropolitan area we include in our advertising. The ability to show potential customers our projects is the number 1 reason we use it. Although many features have been added, the only other one we use is the lead generating aspect. It takes attention and time but we do get some good leads that turn into projects.
Nachteile
All of the added features are included in other software we already use such as DropBox , Quickbooks, and Asana. Starting over did not make sense for us. I have looked at some of the features but they appeared to take too much time to get started.

Houzz Pro - Makes Running My Small Design Firm Easier!
I love working with my Houzz Associate! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is the most helpful representative I've ever had since the early days of using Houzz. With the new changes that come through every month, he takes the time to help me take full advantage of my membership!
Vorteile
I love the image integration of Houzz Pro and the referral system improvements. I now have more specific client leads that are closer to who we remodel for. Houzz Ideabooks are our favorite tool, but we have also been early adopters of both Houzz and Ivy and their client proposal/invoicing program. I am looking forward to more developments of the merger of the two companies.
Nachteile
When Houzz makes a development change it isn't always for the good of the users. However, when I speak to my Houzz Associate directly, they will walk through my concern and take it back to tech support if something that I found critical changed and find a work around or have it come back.

Enjoying the Professionalism of Houze Pro!
Right now I'm pretty exhausted after working all day on several projects, but I will do my best with this.
It seems that all the prospects I receive are wanting to do quite a bit of work, after being in their homes for all these months; but don't have the budget to do what they want, so even though I give a free consultation on the phone and answer all their questions. I really need some better prospects and am wondering if I need to update my website, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] thinks it's great. Should I not mention working within their budget? I am getting all the cheapskates it seems! i understand people are worried; so am I!!
I also just the other day, tried to make some verbal improvements but it didn't tell me I had run over the 2500 word limit until I finished it, and so it didn't save any of it. I talked to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] about this and he told me to send what I wanted to write to him. Please look this over for me if you really want to help.I know Houzz keeps him pretty busy!
Could someone else look my website over and make some suggestions. ? I think a longer video with music would be better..the one you have put on there is too short. Please advise me on that.. But I can honestly say that I have investigated other companies and nothing compares to your Professional program!! I really like almost all of the features for Houzz Pro. I also really appreciate my dedicated account manager..[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]...He always tries to call back ASAP and is very upbeat and helpful!!
Please keep the prospect description short. In my opinion it should always fill just ONE sheet so it can be copied and followed up on until we get results of some kind.. and the phone number should show with it. Sometimes when I click on it, the screen changes, and I have to go find the phone number by clicking on Leads and going through putting the name in just to get the phone number. It's hard to describe, but that's it has recently started tot be a problem.. Otherwise it is very easy to work with. Please keep it informative, but short.

Yes the REVIEW section could be improved. I have had several people have trouble in trying to give me a review, even though I have sent them a request for it from my end using their email address! Please make it easier for the client to leave a review.
Second: I always send an email immediately after trying to call the lead. I NEVER have had a prospect say they received it! . there must be a fault in what Houzz puts as a Subject line, but they don't open it or receive it and reply to me. At that point, this is the ONLY way we can get in touch with some of them especially if the phone number is busy or incorrect. ! Please improve it and get it to the prospect right away. That would help a lot! What is happening here?

Houzz is our 1 Stop Platform
Houzz makes me want to hit my desk and get to work. They give us the professional front that we want while making it easy to manage all parts of the process from design to enjoy!
Vorteile
There is a lot... everything we could ever need and I don't worry about platforms integrating. It's integrated!
Nachteile
There is a lot to learn! The curve is big, but the support is incredible! So don't let the amount of learning stop you. Once you have all of the parts of the platform running it is seamless and extremely valuable.

Satisfied but has room for improvements
Houzz Pro has been imperative for creating mood boards and sending professional customized invoices to my clients. The program has also be great for tracking each project through the phases of construction and keeping me on track with the project budget.
Vorteile
Tracking projects and getting approval for purchasing are both great tools that I use on a daily basis. Creating mood boards with links to the merchandise is also a great tool that I use often. It's nice that as clients approve items for purchase the budget used updates.
Nachteile
I wish a cut list for all approved items could be created with link and prices.
Also, the 3D drawing tool is great but I wish it were more user friendly. It would be nice to draw and input the exact dimensions instead of having to stretch walls. I'm used to AutoCAD and so the 3D drawing seems a bit clumsy in comparison.

Great integration of portfolio, website, advertising
I have had a steady reliable account manager who regularly checks in with me to outline new features that were introduced, and even actually created the first version of our website which I subsequently tweaked a bit and personalized, but I was really impressed that she took the time to do this. This is definitely unique in the marketplace.
Vorteile
I like the integration between our Houzz profile content and creating a website from it. It allows me to keep a portfolio of our work that I can direct clients to along with the creation and management of our website which is hosted by Houzz. It provides a single portal for managing leads from people who choose us in general searches on Houzz such as what they call Houzz Project Match, to leads that come directly through our website which is hosted by Houzz. They all show up in the same place. With the addition of the website tools and a fair bit of customization of our website using them, it has really provided an easy solution for a fair bit of our marketing. I would highly recommend it, especially for a smaller company that does not already have an up to date website. Also, remarkably, since hosting our website on Houzz our organic search engine ranking is unexpectedly high after switching over a year ago.
Nachteile
I would love even more website creation tools but I also recognize that with more complexity, it might go beyond my capability to use these new tools.

"Marketing, Production and Financial Tools that show promise for professionals"
We started the Houzz Pro subscription to update our professional profile, create a new website and give ourselves more exposure. All of these goals have been achieved and we feel our overall experience with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been a pleasure. As a former creative director, I directed her with my vision to see through every detail of the profile, our projects and the website design/content.
Vorteile
Learning and using the Leads and Projects features/functions has been a good way to track jobs as long as you have a dedicated person managing it. Some of the other tools like mood boards and 3D tools have not been tested out yet, but seem like they would add value working with clients in the future.
Nachteile
1. The fact that you can't print out leads details has been a challenge and should be made available. Taking a screen capture to then print out is added time.
2. When scheduling project tasks, I would also like to print out the detail and hours for each task entered. This would help with sending out monthly invoices on jobs and tracking employee tasks.
3. Many times a lead comes in and we respond, but then Houzz Pro sends out an email to us to ask if we've followed up?
4. I found out from our accountant that QBonline does not integrate with QBdesktop. So, while we like the Estimate, Invoices and Change Order tools provided by Houzz Pro, we still need to have our bookkeeper "re-enter" these once a month into QBdesktop to keep track of everything. So this adds some extra time too.

3 years in, still a lot to learn
to date - have not recooped investment in "advertising" (included in the software cost), customers might inquire or be sent as a lead but not see or read my follow up messages (I think potentially they are going to customers junk because if I email OUTSIDE of houzz through gmail I usually get responses, that's double work and I don't like that)

I love the project and client dashboard. It’s easy to maintain billing, and looks lovely. And I love the product clipper, it saves me so much time!
Nachteile
Some of the features are a little cumbersome so I don’t use those: task management, project scheduling, floor plans, just to name a few.

Houzz Pro review
Houzz Pro provides me a way to capture the details of a project and simplifies bringing all of the moving pieces together in one place so that I can then present the design to my clients.
Vorteile
I like using the product clipper to capture items for each project and then easily create proposals and invoices to pass onto the client.
Nachteile
The recent changes to Houzz Pro, the "New Experience" seem to make the process much more complicated than before. It is far less intuitive. I don't understand why the software developers continue to make changes when something is not broken. I'm finding it much more difficult to create proposals, invoices and finding out basic information about each project. I really miss Document tags!!!!! Now I have to open each invoice or proposal to find out what its for. It's taking me more time to use the new experience. I'm actually looking into different project management software to see if they will work better for me.

Houzz Pro User
Overall I am very happy.
Vorteile
Since I've been using Houzz Pro it has helped streamline my Interior Design Business. I can project manage multiple clients easily at any time, create proposals and invoices effortlessly and professionally. The clipper tool has been a life saver.Having an extensive library of products that I can source quickly from has been a real bonus.The help I received from the Houzz pro team at the start was great too.
Nachteile
Its quite expensive. Some of the tools are geared towards the US market so I have had a couple of glitches with some of the Software. I must admit Houzz seem to be onto this.

Houzz Pro is a Solid Option
Vorteile
Love the ease of use - it's a very intuitive software on the whole. It has most everything we need from an proposal/invoicing/client database side. (We use it along with Basecamp, which is our project manager software). The reporting feature is nice, as well. Reasonably priced and wonderful customer support!
Nachteile
There are definitely some features that we feel are missing within this software. It would be nice to have a little more customization options when creating proposals/invoices with regards to adjusting line spacing, how large our company logo appears on the document, etc. You also cannot have an invoice with a negative amount (we don't have negative amounts too often, but every once in a while we need to refund a client and have a corresponding invoice that shows it). It'd also be nice to be able to make a templated proposal, so we can just use that to create a new one that already has a lot of the items in it that we use on most proposal - have to start from scratch every time creating a new invoice or proposal. We also bill in a cost + % format. It'd be nice to be able to ask for percentage amounts instead of just having dollar amount options for line items - for example, having the line item at the bottom be able to calculate a percentage of all the line items above it. But, all in all, these are smaller things and obviously not enough of a deterrent for us and we us Houzz Pro for our business and do enjoy it. Think it's a great software and is at a reasonable price.

Great back office for your business
Overall, Houzz has allowed us to capture our lead tracking, project tracking and client communications. Capturing client communications was the primary need for using Houzz since it is visible to the entire team and avoids "living out of your emails" and having to remember to copy other team members on every client communication.
Vorteile
We like the centralized storage of client communications and project tracking. Another great tool is the 3-D floor-planning tool and the ability to share that with our clients.
Nachteile
We continue to OneDrive for storing our client pictures, contracts and other information because we can create sub-folders which allows us to better organize client information. Also, we do not have to download and upload spreadsheets or word documents to update them.

Joint Houzz Pro...... you wont regret it!

Vorteile
I love their IVY sister company for invoicing. I also like and use often the leads section to communicate with new potential clients and keep track of our referrals.
Nachteile
The only one thing I would change is that we are not able to see the emails address when new leads come in. This would be useful specially when many new clients usually don't respond on their phones.

Pearl Remodeling
We think Houzz Pro is rapidly evolving and we believe it can beat the level of service that Yelp or other local listings have to offer.
Vorteile
Our company likes the analytical information, lead generation information, and the profile settings given to us. The information we receive is valuable such as addresses, phone numbers, project information, and metrics we can use to create strategies for our company.
Nachteile
Although we do receive valuable information, we wish it was easier to download it into a pdf or an excel document. Additionally, we wish the layout of the incoming leads was organized a different way so we can easily see information quickly or sort leads by month, project types, and etc.
We wish we could obtain emails of the leads we receive to build an email list. The ultimate dream would be for Houzz to connect to our CRM program Builder's Trend.

All-In-One Sales Tool
Houzz Pro is not BuilderTrend or it's competitors, it's not meant to be. What it is, is a great tool for the boutique, niche or small custom contractors who work in intimate teams and/or one-on-one with their clients to deliver value on high quality projects. [SENSITIVE CONTENT], NOT a project manager for [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!

I've used EVERY big name software you can think of and although they were very detailed and very useful for the purpose they were designed for none of them were a simple and effective all-in-one tool.
That's where Houzz Pro steps in!
The Houzz Pro package consists of: a website that's set-up for you, initially, but super easy to modify yourself or by reaching out to your dedicated support staff, a very simple CAD design tool to help bring vision to any project quickly, a mood board, a take-off tool that appears to be a light version of PlanSwift, an estimation tool and CRM. I have used ALL of these tools individually in the past, utilizing different companies for each, so to have them in one simple package is great! The strength of Houzz Pro is in it's simplicity and focus. It is not super detailed in any one of the features so it's best utilized, at this point in it's infancy, to engage clients and help the construction professional get a project's vision presented quickly. In a nutshell, it is a GREAT consultative sales tool. The CAD and mood board features also allow us to share the vision with our team of subcontractors very early on in the process. All of the Pro tools work seamlessly with the Houzz web profile and you can't beat the pricing for all of these features, especially considering that Houzz pretty much owns the higher-end client base on the web.
Nachteile
If you keep in context what the tool (is) and what it (isn't) then, I don't think there are any cons.

Most impactful was the design software and mood boards and 3D option to show myself and clients. It was easy to on-board Houzz pro - Ivy is useful and reliable
Nachteile
The Houzz pro software design program is still buggy and missing key items such as stairs and a fireplace. Bugs need to be fixed as I have lost floor plans and needed to regain trust in the program. Would be great to be able to customize specific furniture pieces into program and also, if Houzz could be more Canadian friendly, it would go a long way towards improvement. The lead generation is not great so far. Need better quality and legitimate leads to justify what I pay. Most are not interested in any design service and just playing around with the program. They do not return my call when I follow up. I almost have stopped follow up as it takes time and is. It rewarded

Houzz Software
I have had two very impressive Managers who have assisted me greatly on marketing concepts and technical issues.
Vorteile
I began using the Ideas Books in my Houzz Profile. It made an easy starting point for putting together appealing images to inspire my clients. The Mood Boards are easy to create, and can be
shared on line with clients to give them a professional looking visualization of the proposed design.
Nachteile
I found the clipping tool was not functioning at times which was frustrating.
I thought the 3D tool was a very good way to present a design but the options of the cabinetry and furniture was too limited.

Houzz Pro fits the bill for this small homebuilding company
My overall experience with Houzz Pro is quite good. It is robust enough yet simple enough to work for this small contractor.
Vorteile
I like the timeline, the tasks section, the daily logs (super easy to use, including pictures - my clients are loving this). I am starting to use the budgeting and estimating side and I like it so far.
Nachteile
There are a few small hiccups with how information is communicated with subs and vendors, but I fully expect this to get better in the near future. Houzz is constantly adding new features. I don't like not being able to view the timelines on mobile devices. Add this functionality please!

Houzz Pro
It's been a bit bumpy. I've had different people tell me different things on occasion.Seems like there's a lot of confusion among employees.
Vorteile
My Firm uses Houzz Pro mostly for presentation of proposals, invoices, mood boards and tear sheets.
Nachteile
Some things are clunky. You should be able to turn a mood board into a proposal automatically, for example. Instead, everything must be added manually. Also, I'm disappointed that our tear sheets, proposals and invoices cannot be customized to look like our business branding instead of Houzz Pro's.

Nested. Design + Build
I have enjoyed the new changes and the ease of the Houzz Pro app.
Vorteile
I enjoy the lead generation organization software. It is easy to use and track the progression. I also, use the idea books with clients and this is helpful in the beginning design and architectural phases while trying to capture their vision.
Nachteile
I haven't really run into anything yet that has created frustration or difficulty. I think it took some time to determine the right selections of services to get to our right client but after a few tweekings in price range and scope of what we do honed in the leads have been more productive.

Great Platform and Budget Friendly!
Easy to use, set up, train staff, and implement. Worth every penny.

The cost savings. This platform offers all the same features at a fraction of the cost and no conversion to Canadian funds required makes accounting a breeze.

I do not like that there is not just a general time clock application. Sometimes our staff works inhouse.

Houzz Pro Still Needs Work
Vorteile
Time recording and product markup are easy.
Nachteile
Our firm was an Ivy user for a long time. When Houzz acquired Ivy we migrated over to Houzz Pro. The ease of use, functionality, and functions have downgraded and created difficulty, frustration, and delays. The worst part of the experience is that the system for technical support is terribly lacking and I usually have to reach out several times to get the answers I'm looking for. Some issues were not able to be resolved. It feels like they are taking on more than they can handle and it's causing user businesses to suffer the consequences. The lead feature is nice but since they only allow one admin, it's annoying that our sales team cannot access the leads directly from their inbox and are forced to log on.

Houzz Pro Helped my Design Business Grow for 8 years
Excellent.
Vorteile
The software helps me stay organized, obtain new leads, design spaces, make material selections, showcase my completed work, and obtain reviews from my clients.
Nachteile
I have been waiting for a few updates for a while. One of the things that I need the most is adding in knee walls. I do a lot of bathroom projects and add knee walls to many of them. I also terribly miss the Room Boards in the new software and look forward to when they return.

Leads Plentiful But Often Mediocre
I scaled back after the first year to the minimum monthly payment. I have pretty much given up on the leads generated by the Houzz Pro system, and just consider this a referral system to my website.
Vorteile
Easy to set up and get going, especially with live human account manager helping. My company's page on Houzz.com looks very professional. I use the Ideabook function with all my clients - it is a great way to store inspiration images/comments. The lead gen system is customizable, so you can throttle up/down as needed. As far as I can tell, I do get referrals to my company web page from Houzz.com, so it's possible that some leads I get from my website have come from Houzz.
Nachteile
Many of the leads are useless. By useless, I mean people who have completely unrealistic budgets, schedules, expectations, etc. In 18 months of being a Houzz Pro user, I have converted one quality lead. That lead did generate good revenue but it takes a lot of leads to get to a good one.
