The Ease of use, but above all the numerous way of seeing the data (expenses, task, projects, status of completion). You can select almost every possible way. From Kanban to todo-list, to gantt. You can also organize every data releted to the task to help you better see a relation between things (for example how many task are assigned to a single user or, get a general clips of how your projects are performing overall). All with just some clicks and drags. Outstanding

Sometimes this enormous way of customizing things can be overwelimg. At the beginning me any my team didn't know why there there two kind of projects that were (at least from a newbie stand-point) unrelated but the same (Projects and Agile Projects) but then we discovered that these are "modules". Like programs in the program that we could use or not (and turn on and off), based on our way of thinking (and working). I guess an onboard tour more useful (there is one but it's not effective) should be a solution

Even though I'm at the stages of exploring and using Flowlu, it's 100% intuitive enough that I can browse and figure stuff out on my own. Same can not be said for CRMs I've used in the past.

Even though we shouldn't buy into roadmaps, if they deliver on half the things on the list, I'll be happy. Xero being #1 on my list.

I absolutely love having unlimited workspaces and users (high tier plans)! As with most entrepreneurs having multiple businesses on the go, it's awesome that Flowlu can grow as each aspect of our business grows.

Knowledge management section is great as an MVP and I can't wait to see how this module evolves alongside the Mind mapping section. I would love to see processing mapping capabilities with swim lanes and all (BPMN 2.0 style) in the knowledge management section; though this is probably going outside their scope.

Very minor point but I do believe the UI can be improved. Functionality wise, it's perfect but having worked with many talented UI designers, I know this SaaS can be improved further and go froom good to great.

Debido a la extensión de opciones aún me falta mucho por explorar. Estoy implementando Flowlu por partes, primero el CRM , tareas y bases del conocimiento, y luego iré avanzando entre sus posibilidades ya que la parte de facturación me interesa, pero cada cambio de software requiere su tiempo de adaptación.

Flowlu esta en Ingles, tienen planteado en su Roadmap el idioma español, pero a dia de hoy no esta. Espero que este listo para antes del 2022 para poder trabajar más ágilmente por la plataforma.

I am excited to see the future roadmap come to life. I see progress so far, some integrations are now implemented, great integration with corporate email and gmail, client portal is now active, and the tool is still running with great speed. Ability to automate sales process is unbelievable, Flowlu has a really user-friendly interface and is super easy to use. It's also surprisingly inexpensive given it has deep automation. Great support, great tool, Flowlu should become a main CRM tool and not only an alternative.

I just hope that Flowlu will honor LTD users though with improvement they make, they have higher probability to be acquired by bigger companies.

FlowLu is easy to grasp out of the gate. The UI/UX is way better than anything else I've tried...to include Plutio. What I like most is everything! FlwoLu has really thought things through and is looking even brighter for the future! Just take a look at their roadmap and you'll be nothing but impressed.

They have a free trial period. I highly recommend you check it out, even if it's for their trial period, and see for yourself.

FlowLu currently uses kanban process type charts. That's fine and maybe I'm old school, but I love BeesBusy style and functionality of a gantt swim lane style for project management. I hope FlowLu considers adding a superior gantt style project management swim lane.

For a long time I was looking for a project management tool that helps me to keep track of complex projects. The possibilities that Flowlu offers have absolutely convinced me. Creating customers, projects and tasks is easy and intuitive. I can create employees, assign them individual tasks and control their access rights very precisely. There are several ways to set costs and revenues for projects and individual tasks. These can be set globally, but can also be overridden at the project level. At the end of a project there is the possibility to write invoices. This way you always keep track of your finances. There are also some other interesting features, such as creating a knowledge base and mind maps. I couldn't test everything in detail yet, but I'm already using Flowlu in active use and haven't had any problems so far. The support was also very quick to help with some beginner questions. Especially worth mentioning is that there is also the possibility to connect your own subdomain. I am satisfied and would buy flowlu again.

I've been on the search for a TRUE all-in-one system with real customizability. I needed something that would be the central hub for my business where I could track leads, manage projects and tasks, delegate work to my team members, invoice clients, and more. I also wanted a tool that was white-labeled. I tried SuiteDash, ClickUp, Dubsado, Honeybook, Hello Bonsai, but NONE of them compare to Flowlu! The automations in Flowlu are what truly sold me - they're going to make my work so much more efficient. The ability to send and read emails in Flowlu (with tracking) is another excellent feature. And with the client portal on the way, Flowlu will be that all-in-one I've been looking for! I also love that there is a knowledge based where I can share procedures with my team and information/articles with clients. I haven't seen anything on the market like Flowlu yet!

Nachteile

Flowlu doesn't have a client portal - which is what is really preventing it from doing all the things I need. So I can't use it to onboard new clients or communicate with existing ones. But I understand that the portal is under development now. It also doesn't have a native form feature to collect information so I have to use another tool for that.

Flowlu packs projects, tasks, CRM, mindmaps, sprints, collaboration, mindmaps and more under one roof. That itself is the most likable element of this product. On top this, each module is still packed with even more features with granular control, flexibility and management.

Nachteile

There are so many features that have made it difficult to navigate. Flowlu is huge and solves complex problems so it's understandable that it has a complex UI but the UI can be improved further. A simplified UX will make the current experience even better. Some elements like recurring tasks should be given more through (recurring tasks don't show up in calendar for example).

I love that Flowlu has the ability to import Mind Maps from Xmind. I'm a mind mapper and I've finally found a tool that I can share my mind maps within a project management/CRM system instead of sending them a static PDF. Brilliant!

Nachteile

As a new user, I'm sure I will find something that will annoy me but for now, everything is working great. Flowlu is actually fun to use. I did contact chat support when building my template invoice. I found there were too many options and fields to fill out when all I wanted was a simple invoice. Support was quick to help me solve the issues.

ClickUp's font is too small and the interface is way too complex to navigate. I've used most of the top names, Monday.com, Asana, and Trello. The last thing I wanted was another piece of software to transfer all my tasks into, but I like Flowlu.

Flowlu has a number of comprehensive features. I have touched on all of them. The UI is good and modern. Having a Agile project module helps scrum team to better manage their project. I have recently took up lessons on Scrum and can see how Flowlu follows the scrum method in this. It also uses Kanban board which I am used to from Trello. Using these methods helps in bringing my team agile.

Nachteile

Mobile app can be further improved. It is lacking some features like time tracking. On the first look, you can be confused by the number of features. Good thing is it can be turned off.

1. The interface is really simple and intuitive. It didn't take me long to figure things out on my own.

2. I like the ability to create subtasks and assign those subtasks to different people, independent of who's assigned to the main task. And you can even set deadlines, or track time spent on tasks.

3. The different task views and the ability to have almost granular control over the search filters can really come in handy, especially if your business has many moving parts. Likewise, the ability to create automations with a variety of customizable conditions can really be helpful in streamlining workflows.

4. The ability to create different project workflows, each with its own predefined tasks, milestones, etc., can really be helpful when managing multiple campaigns and/or client-related projects.

5. I like the ability to sync Flowlu calendar with Google calendar—as well as the ability to connect any email inbox to Flowlu. Likewise, I think it's great that they have the option to integrate with online payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, and Square as it makes things even easier on the client side.

6. You can create your own lists if you want to record any important information for your business.

Nachteile

1. I wish there were other ways to upload documents/attach files other than from your local computer or Google Drive (i.e. Dropbox, iCloud, etc.)

2. A client portal would be nice (although they are already working on it)

3. It's not much of a dealbreaker (since more integrations seem to be on the horizon) but having more in-app integration options than what's on offer right now would be more than welcome.

- La falta de un editor nativo para Word y/o Excel. El cual hemos visto he otras herramientas. Lamentablemente creo que este tipo de integracion es muy compleja, así que no esperaría verla pronto.

- Tiene una herramienta para tomar notas, pero preferiría una aplicación individual (como el resto) donde pueda almacenar todas mis notas (muy al estilo de Google Keep)

The customization capabilities of the tool for any business are absolutely amazing! Automation and workflows allow you to accurately set up ways to complete tasks and projects and all this in cooperation with CRM, which is great.

API and webkooks allow integration with any tools on the planet :) I'm using Ssyncspider and I'm starting connection tests with my other applications. Great integration with corporate email and Gmail.

Additional features such as invoicing, record lists, mind map or knowledge base, and great reports create a complete tool for managing a company.

Whitelabel and connecting to your own domain is synonymous with professionalism for every client!

Flowlu is a great alternative to many too expensive tools and offers more functionality in one tool.

Nachteile

It lacks customer support function but is on a roadmap. Now you can set up clients as users.

First of all I was impressed by the transparent positive communication of the support, when confronted with critics. This is an all in one CRM / Task Management tool with an intuitive UX. The system of adding only the Features you need by installing as separated modules makes it easy to learn without being overwhelmed by the lots of features. There are always pros and cons about which tool has the stronger standard features but Flowlu offers all the extras we need in a way that makes us easy going:

+ google calendar synchronisation
+ custom domain to integrate it fully into our company toolbox

• subtasks not nested they are all on same level
• not fully translated to German but it is obviously on its way
• creating tasks directly from mindmaps would be a killer feature

The existing API functionality provides access to much of the data on the platform and is suitable for many use cases. I would like to take it to the next level with greater control and logic over how outbound webhooks trigger.

But let me encourage you to try FLOWLU kitchen. This scholarly staff has interesting selection of ingredients, tools, seasonings, which should be enough to create your own chef d'oeuvre.

Flowlu is an All-in-one Business Management Software I can use to handle my clients.
The CRM is very good. Project management module is advanced. I didn't realize that the invoicing module is also very good until I use it. For instance I can not delete an invoice if it related to a transaction.

I use the white label solution and install it on my domain. This way my client won't know that I am using Flowlu.

And one more. I use Xmind to create mindmap for my clients. I can upload my mindmap to Flowlu, and give the access to my client. This is something that is very rare. Flowlu said that it is not yet compatible with the newest Xmind, but I still tried it, and it just works :)

Summary: using Flowlu, I can manage my business from 1 platform, and that is huge a time saver.

The minus side: It gives you many customization options that can be overwhelming if you never use an all-in-one software before.

The software is a little rough around the edges, the interface can be confusing and once underway, may find that it is hard to prioritize your time as many screens and doesn't provide clear dashboard of what is needed to work on.

I am typically a fan of specialised tools for each important function in a company. Project management, CRM, email enquiries, invoicing, each with its own tool. The reason for this is that most attempts I've seen at doing everything end up in a mess in terms of UI and UX and force you to give up some of the depth of functionality in each area.

Seeing the swath of positive reviews for Flowlu convinced me to give it a go. And now I'm a convert.

There is just enough depth in every area Flowlu covers to satisfy most scenarios at least for my business model (small digital marketing agency). There is comprehensive CRM and leads generation, tied up to a build in email client, two types of project management build in (standard and agile), time tracking, budgeting and invoicing, documents and a knowledge base and project based team chat.

Nachteile

Because of the depth of functionality, although page layouts are clear and important info is easy to find, sometimes that comes at the expense of a few extra clicks to get to the minute details, but that's something I can live with. And it sure beats the hell out of switching between 3 or 4 separate platforms to get the job done.

And on the topic of complexity, you can easily switch off functionality you don't need from the settings and enhance functionality of those area you do need through custom fields, automations, workflows etc.

Great, excellent, superb API! As a person with strong software engineering proficiency, I know the value of API and can recognize the full worth of it. And I am of the highest opinion of API this platform has. Also, I like its rich functionality. For example, Flowlu enables to create tons of Sales Funnels, each of them with highly customized stages. Indeed! This is highly convenient, useful, and helpful!

Nachteile

Haven’t found many of them by now. Perhaps, it took a little more effort to tune its functionality so that it could meet our needs in full but wasn’t a too aggressive environment at first. But then we watched their training webinar and everything became explicit and easy to understand.

I am blown away by tons of features that I absolutely need for my company. It is very user-friendly. So far, I have not encountered any problems, all feature seems to work with no issues. And since I use Pabbly, I can integrate it with all my other tools.

It replaces many different apps and tools all in the same place. Previously I was juggling Gmail, Trello, Asana, Invoicing directly through Paypal (previously using Dubsado), and missing out on a helpdesk and knowledge base which would have cut down on admin time. Flowlu includes all of this.

There are some features still in development like the client portal, contract signatures, and some integrations but they're on the roadmap. These aren't deal breakers and I'm okay with waiting for them.

I genuinely loved this product. All the features can be within the app which may need multiple apps in past. This solves my current problem of handling my 27 staffs . I will stack upto tier 5 later for now i have purchased tier 3.
As, different integration can be done and as per their plan in future i am excited for the product updates. Still, there are some improvement need but i believe the team who created this great solution will solve small issues within the app.

What made me buy Flowflu was project workflows and their built-in automations. Together, these enabled me to create project templates, tasks and even emails which would work in sequence without me having to remember to manually trigger them.

I've been using Flowlu for a while now. The web app is speedy, which is a must have for me. If I have to spend my time on business administration, I'd rather it be swift rather than slow.

The functionality provided is impressive and the onboarding was much appreciated. Invoices are stylish and simple one or two line invoices fit on one single page.

I've had clients who have complained that a single line item invoice covers more than one page, and I'm happy to report that Flowlu doesn't have this problem.

I'm looking forwards to the upcoming client portal as that'll be the last piece of my personal CRM jigsaw.

Task management doesn't quite have the granularity and functionality of something such as Todoist which is why I haven't moved ALL my tasks over to it.

Flowlu has been transformational for my business. It enables me to get a quick view of where everything is at.

The development of Flowlu has continued apace, and the integrations growing making this incredibly exciting and useful. The interface is adequate - and functional - and does not distract.

Miss this at your peril - essential for any small business.

Nachteile

None - development continues apace - UI could do with a refresh but this is imminent - at moment it is very usable though.

The Flowlu app is well thought out solution for small business project management. Tieing in the key features for planning, billing, and implementing stops the jigsaw puzzle of apps we've been using previously. Added bonus was the mindmap app.

We haven't found any negatives in our use so far.

Flowlu onboarding process was smooth with their own project workflow that taught me how to use the tool to onboard my staff. I love the automation and templates...that provides flexibility and power. Flowlu has become a centralised hub and an integrated suite for our business, which helps to streamline our workflows tremendously.

Nachteile

UI and white label, branding customisation still need improvement but I believe that it will arrive as the team is active in listening their customers and adapting.
