Stand out with confidence

Bigmarker is a great, powerful, feature-rich tool that is a must for a professional online presence. I'm happy to be using it and will recommend it to others with no hesitation.

Vorteile

There are different types of webinars, including on-demand, evergreen, series, live, automated and 24-7. The options are awesome for creating different types of events for different needs and great for repurposing events to keep engaging audiences.

Nachteile

Because Bigmarker is so powerful, it can be a bit overwhelming and has a bit of a learning curve.
It would be good to have an "easier" mode. Maybe turn on a "basic" mode with the basic features required for people to just quickly dive in to start a webinar and to fine-tune features if required by switching back to an advanced mode.
It would be nice to have more popup info tips that show when you hover over a feature. This would be helpful just when selecting which type of webinar to run, instead of needing to click into each to read the longer description.
Would also be good to have a "save" button when creating a webinar. For example for on-demand webinars, one can return later to upload video.
Have a quick recording mode to record the camera/screen/slide for creating on-demand webinars.

Big Maker is an excellent option to do webinars

BigMaker has helped me generate leads through webinars and increase my sales.

Having a solid webinar tool allows me to focus and improve my marketing strategies through webinars

BigMarker is a Value Packed Webinar Software that Has Outstanding Potential

I was introduced to BigMarker through a Facebook group that was lucky enough to be able to talk about the software and company with its owner and developer. That early introduction and subsequent training sessions and contact with the team have given me a high opinion of not only the platform but the people behind the platform. I'm looking forward to using BigMarker more in the future as it has so much potential.

Vorteile

BigMarker is well-designed and intuitive; making it simple and pleasurable to use.
I love the potential of the product. Not only can you have one-off webinars or use the platform for simple video conferencing rooms but you can also create channels and series of multiple webinars; giving the potential of multiple revenue streams. With the automated features it also means that after initial set up there is very little ongoing maintenance saving time and effort.

Nachteile

I really can't think of anything that was difficult about BigMarker. When I set up my first room for video calls I do remember being a little unsure of how it would all work but that was down to me not having used video calls previously rather than any problem with the software. If I'm being really picky I think it might be nice to have a native Google Calendar integration rather than having to use Zapier, but as new features seem to be added every few days I wouldn't be surprised if it gets added while I'm writing this review!!

Bigmarker is the webinar platform with super powers!

I love the fact that, from a single platform, I could host a virtual conference, hybrid events, summit or convention in their brand-new streaming studio and after the conference is over, I could embed the interactive player on my site. That is what I call a platform with superpowers.

BigMarker is the simplest and most affordable way to create an online event. I recommend it highly.

Vorteile

I run a business where I offer coaching and training sessions for students in Latin America. But I have a lot of trouble keeping my students engaged while using Zoom. 3 years ago, I found Bigmarker and decided to give it a try.

And when I noticed that Bigmarker provides me with everything I need to design, build, and execute an impactful, engaging virtual conference, I said to myself, this is what I was looking for, and ever since I kept using Bigmarker.

What I really love about this platform is that the owners are listening to us and are adding new marketing features and rapidly integrating dozens and dozens of new integrations. And on top of that BigMarker is the simplest and most affordable way to create an online event (hybrid or live).

Nachteile

In the beginning, I was overwhelmed by all the learning curbs. Trust me, this is because they have tons of features and options. I contacted support, and they guided me on every step. After a while, I got the hang of it. You need to spend time learning your way. Inside the platform, but it was worth it.

The best online meeting and webinar platform out there

Overall we have a great experience using bigmarker and use it for all our digital meetings as well as for webinars. It is a great, feature rich platform and the team never disapoints and keeps on improving at great speed. So over time bigmarker is getting better and better and we enjoy using it more and more.

Vorteile

Bigmarker is great. Most I like that it is completely customizable. The settings for a webinar are amazing. Everything can be as you want it to be. Also the feature richness of Bigmarker is a huge advantage. No extra tools for polls, questionaires, evergreen webinars, whiteboard, digital meeting rooms, etc.
Especially the ability to send an offer pop up or slide in to your viewers is genius. Even more so for a prerecorded webinar. It can be basically your 24/7 live sales webinar and at the end they get directly an offer presented. This really increases conversions for us.

Nachteile

Sometimes it lags a bit and it is not as fluent as zoom. I just sometimes wish it would be as smooth as zoom, which it is not.
Also it has a learning curve. The advantage of having everything as you like also means you need to take the time to set up everything and learn once how bigmarker works. But once you did this and created some templates, it makes it quite easy. If you want something fast, where you do not need to know what you are actually working with, bigmarker is not for you.

Big marker saved my business during covid

Vorteile

Trying to run and operate a business is tough enough, trying to operate a business with clients during a pandemic is a complete uphill battle, but fortunately for me I had Big Marker to save the day. My main use for Big Marker is communication with my clients. With the ability to screen share with my clients, I can continue to help them with their business and demonstrate how to operate their business.
It is easy to use and more importantly it is easy for my clients to use when I invite then into our meetings.

Nachteile

One of the few issues I occasionally come across is the dropping out of connection during the meetings. I find if I have too many applications running at the same time it can cause lag. Support has been proactive with providing solutions and I'm confident it is a small bump in the road.

The best product for live and on-demand webinars!

I can't say enough positive things about the product. We tried various other products and by far Big Marker's experience for speakers and users exceeds them all.

Vorteile

The attendee interface gets rave reviews from our students. They can see each other's comments and questions in real-time. The Q&A tab has an 'up vote' feature, which allows the speaker to understand how many attendees have the same question. The analytics provided at the end of the webinar allow us to gain insight into the students and also provide necessary details for reporting continuing education to 3rd parties.

Nachteile

When recoding the webinars, there is no 'pause' feature.

Simplifying the process into a smooth, no stress experience for attendees.

We have been using BigMarker since the closure of in-person events due to a possible outbreak of COVID, and it has been a reliable and effective solution to provide quality service to our online live event participants in just about any browser-enabled environment.

Vorteile

Bigmarker is a virtual event platform that allows you to create a detailed agenda, organize the event, send out invites and share documents all in one place. This service has pretty much everything that we need for our events and it offers a ton of cool features that help us get the job done. The thing I like the most is how the service itself is so easy to use, but at the same time it offers a ton of features that we can take advantage of to make our virtual events more fun.

Nachteile

The lack of a desktop app or software like Zoom, Teams, or Bluejeans because this is browser-only solution

Best in Class for Meetings, Webinars & Live Events

Big Marker is an excellent company who provides enterprise level services to small and large businesses. The company is located in Chicago, IL and their customer services is excellent. Our experience with Big Marker has been excellent and we plan to expand our use of the platform with some of the new programs we have under-way. I am always shocked at the difference between Big Marker's level of excellence and reliability compared to other platforms that grew rapidly during 2020. There really is no comparison and Big Marker is head and shoulders above all of the competition.

Big Marker is designed for companies who want a reliable, consistent, secure platform to host individual and group meetings, small and large webinars, ever-green events, and live events. I've used many systems and Big Marker outperforms all of them by far. I especially appreciate the way they host recordings to make access easy, yet secure for those with approved access. You can offer memberships and monitize your offers very easily. The system is easy to administer without a need for extensive training. Big Marker is more secure than most other meeting and webinar platforms, which is very important for those of us needing a high level of confidentiality and security. Overall, I would recommend Big Marker to anyone serious about offering professional meetings and events.

Webinar software that revolutionised our business

loved it, have recommended it on a regular basis.
I have had one technical issue/bug in 10 months with sending an email and UK based support fixed that within 2 hours

Vorteile

There are lots of free software for virtual meetings, but when lockdown first hit, we wanted to run a webinar everyweek (for 50-100 people) and also use the same software for 1-day training courses and our annual conference.
I did a lot of research on YouTube reviews about alternative solutions. At that time (March 2020) I had not heard about BigMarker, however it had great reviews.
We started with a demo, the the cheapest package up to 100 registered users and 4 hour long webinars.
Immediately we loved the ease of use, and huge range of options to create and run the webinars, especially the ability to see your preloaded slides and the audience chat at the same time.

Once we built ip the number of attendees and started using it for training we upgraded to the next package.

The best part of the software is all the marketing features, with simple invite emails and automated reminders.
Because we were advertising the webinars elsewhere we quickly grew our list and the Big Marker weekly email became our best recruitment tool.
We also extensively used the polls and offers, and have used that to drive signup of our training academy and for lead generation.
The downloadable data files have also proved very useful and I am currently writing a blog on the anicca.co uk site about what we have learned.

There are some automation features that we have not used yet, and it can also integrate with a lot of other products.

Nachteile

The only annoying issue is that I have to upload lists from individual webinars back up to the top level, before sending a new invite. We get about 20- 40 registrations from new users each week, so it would be helpful that these were automatically added to a list.
Similarly I would like to see a consolidated list of users and what they registered and attended. I had to manually combine data from 40 spreadsheets to get the overall picture.

Reliable webinar software with rich functionality

I use BigMarker mainly for interactive webinars and masterclasses. It helps with lead generation and strengthening relations with prospects and clients.

Vorteile

It is a reliable product. Functionality is added regulary. Offers several tools for engagement during a webinar.

Nachteile

First time setup did take quite some time because of the extended functionality. This is however a one time action. For new webinars it is easy to copy the settings of a previous one.

Feature Rich webinar platform I've ever found

My overall experience with Bigmarker is great.

Vorteile

What do I like most about this software? It's really hard to tell. I like every single feature this software provides. The best part is, new features are constantly added. If I must pick one, it is the automation and the flexibility to choose between live webinars, recurring webinars, or evergreen webinars.

Nachteile

It always checks if my network works well for the webinar. It's a good feature. However, my network is not always good, resulting in a false signal for this check. Fortunately, most of the time I can just ignore it when the network doesn't pass the check.

Best automated webinar & marketing focused webinar software

Vorteile

I've used so many tools like Webinar Jam, Zoom, Gmeet among many others. This is by far the best tool i've used for automated webinar, meeting rooms, live webinar and that allows you to create a landing page, capture payments, save them into my email marketing platform.

Nachteile

There is nothing as such, the support is great which matters a lot as a lot of times companies have slow support but Bigmarker is a great one

Simply the best webinar software

Overall, it is the best live webinar software. You can also hit record and it takes care of recording everything. I am not looking to switch from Bigmarker anytime soon.

Vorteile

The best thing about Bigmarker is that my viewers don't need to download any plugins or software. The presenters need to download a small plugin, but only if you're screen-sharing. If you're not sharing screen, you can just upload your slide decks or even videos before the webinar starts and that's all I need for 90% of the cases.

Nachteile

The setup does take a little bit longer than something like Zoom.

Professional and Powerful Platform

I really like the service and look forward to doing more with it, as my business plan is to create more online events in the near future.

Vorteile

BigMarker is a perfect platform for those interested in having a swiss army knife-style service, capable of hosting quick meetings, evergreen webinars, o-learning events, etc. It feels like a big league, yet it is accessible to smaller organizations. The developers have created amazing features to suit every level of business. I highly recommend this platform for those looking for serious solutions to online sales and training purposes. You can create recurring events, on-demand, live stream, and quick informal meetings. The Support team is extremely helpful.

Nachteile

It can take a bit of time to get everything set up and fine-tuned, because there is so much available to use in creating a professional experience. However, this is not really a con for those who really want a quality presentation platform with all the bells and whistles. Once you have your ideal setups in place, you can duplicate templates to edit new versions.

Great webinar platform

We use it as our go-to platform to host live events. The user experience is great and our hosts have been very comfortable using it.

Vorteile

We like it because it's easy to setup and you can have a webinar running in no time. It has several event options, including webcasting to social media platforms.

At first it, all options can be overwhelming.

Highly Reliable Webinar Software

We use multiple Bigmarker Channels for our businesses and brands. The support is excellent and the service is very reliable, we have hosted up to just under 1000 on a event.

Vorteile

Everything, from webinar creation, to meeting organisation, recordings, administration, screen sharing, presentation and video sharing, popups, handouts, surveys, it is a full package with excellent support.

Nachteile

The only con we see is there is no pointer, you can draw on the screen but no pointer for presentations. We hope this will be provided in the future.

The most practical and powerful software I've ever used

BigMarker is the software I have used the most in the last 2 years, it has been very powerful for my business, people love to participate in a meeting that happens perfectly and has several features such as screen sharing, questions and answers among other features that make a big difference of the tool.

Vorteile

The ease of broadcasting your meetings and the amount of powerful features simply lacks nothing.

Nachteile

They don't have a native android app. this makes us always have to depend on the browser

Unfortunately looking for another webinar platform

It's a mixed bag. I like that they are making improvements but my biggest issue is the user experience with microphones and sadly there has been no fix for that. I wish there was an option to click somewhere and see what attendees are seeing, which would be helpful when you're trying to coach them through the process of turning on their microphones. If it weren't for the microphone problem I probably wouldn't be looking elsewhere.

Vorteile

We've used BigMarker for more than a year. After trying out several options, I was directed to go with the cheapest. I believe the price has gone up since then. I know that they must be continually working on it because I keep seeing more features added, such as automatically muting my microphone when the video plays. They are pretty quick about getting back with me when I have questions (although it doesn't always resolve an issue). I do like the recording feature, especially since they have added the ability to trim the video right on the website. I also like that you can download the recorded video of the webinar.

Nachteile

We do webinars monthly, usually more often than that. Setting up a webinar is frustrating because several options are offered without explanation of what each option entails. Worst is the attendee experience. I put the mic icon + instructions on our presentation's first slide, but attendees always have problems finding it and we waste several minutes trying to do so, even with a dedicated web person at the controls. Also last time I was presenting at home, with another person presenting from the office. I realized when viewing the video that when my connection dropped, the webinar stalled.

Also attendees had to figure out how to turn off webcast mode (I had not set up the webinar to be in webcast mode so I was surprised this was necessary) before being able to turn their microphones on and then there was such an enormous echo that no one could understand each other. This is problematic because we do a lot of custom solutions and I really wanted to hear from the customers about what problems they needed to solve. The chat feature works nicely but not everyone wants to type. In contrast, we use Slack internally and you can easily turn on your mic or other features.

When I contacted customer support, they did get back with me fairly quickly but didn't really address the problem to my satisfaction. When I sent another email, they just cut and pasted the response from the first email, so it was frustrating, especially because I have found their responses helpful in the past.

2 years+ - Steady improvements and features make this a hit

This is a fantastic webinar tool. I am never disappointed. This is my sleeper tool. Hardly anyone knows them. They are more focused on the Enterprise space, but are affordable enough to be used by businesses like ours.

Vorteile

Stable. Very easy to set up. Rapid and helpful support. Tons of features - so many it was overwhelming at first. Very polished, it makes us look professional. Automations and SMS are very useful. Always improving it.

Nachteile

Two years ago there were some UX niggles that have since been fixed. They improve this tool regularly. Attendees with poor internet connectivity often have bad experiences, but that's the breaks.

Webinar software build with stability in mind

Day to day meetings with customers, webinars that are planned and evergreen, going live.

Vorteile

The end-user doesn't have to install any software on their end. All they need is an internet connection.

Nachteile

You need to set aside some time to figure out all the possibilities the software offers. Until today I still haven't gone through all the features it offers. Amazing really.

Reliable and flexible webinar service

Big Marker has kickstarted my online course career and I 100% recommend this professional platform to any serious user.

Vorteile

This software has the perfect marriage with HeySummit and allows me to run an evergreen summit with the amazing features of a full webinar service. I also use it for one to one meetings/coaching sessions that are recorded for the student to rewatch privately. The ease in changing cameras, screen sharing and drawing, plus playing videos is great. Adding handouts is a no brainer with reporting on how many download these a great resource.
The support from the principal of this platform who personally contacted me to ensure I had it setup correctly at a particularly personal and stressful time was humbling. Above and beyond service at that time.

Nachteile

COVID I'm sure has impacted some of their support. Only once a question had to be escalated to tech team - everything else was user error.

Fantastic Online Streaming Platform for Virtual Events and Webinars!

Overall BigMarker is a great value add platform for virtual streaming and events especially during the pandemic. It's originally made for business webinars but has grown it's feature set to encompass virtual events which is a fantastic offering.

Vorteile

BigMarker has some great built in features that work well for virtual events and webinars. The best feature really is for evergreen webinars and the ability to trigger automations so you can have the webinar appear "full" or do other things with it for lead generation.

Nachteile

BigMarker requires a pretty beefy computer system to run and also really fast internet connection. It doesn't scale down the stream as seamlessly as Zoom because it's an in-browser experience. I'd recommend closing all the browser windows you have open except for the one for BigMarker especially if you are the host. Less so of an issue if you're attending.

Killer app.

I used to stream my webinars with Dacast but the bandwidth and viewing hours limitations and the high prices were killing me. And I the same time was using Zoom just to stream to facebook live. And when I found BigMarker I was able to cancel both services. BigMarker is whole lot cheaper and is giving unlimited bandwidth (that alone is game changer) and much more. So I'm saving a lot money and I'm getting a better and unique service.

Vorteile

No installation required. Lots of marketing features (was made for marketers). Amazing customer service. Easy landing pages and instant emails reminders. Lot of customizations. Support for dozens of languages. The video stream is crisp & smooth. Love the feature that allows me to stream to Facebook. Webinar is allow to be embedded on your own site. The webinar serie is a killer feature. The UI is very easy to use. BigMarker integrates with at lot of applications.

Nachteile

I haven`t found any features that I didn`t like yet.

Excellent webinar tool, especially for monetizing webinars of all types (live, evergreen,...

Clients love the experience. Very user friendly. I LOVE it! I've tried a lot of webinar tools (including Zoom webinars) and BigMarker is just a better experience and built for marketing and sales.

Nachteile

There are a lot of options to customize, so sometimes it feels slightly overwhelming. But, once you have "template" webinars set up, they are easy to duplicate so you never have to worry about the settings again.

Zoom wasn't built for marketing or sales. Registration is clunky in Zoom Webinars. Chat is clunky in Zoom. Questions are clunky in Zoom. In case it's not clear, I did not like Zoom webinars. And, there's no feature set in zoom to make leadgen and sales smooth and easy. BigMarker on the other hand feels like it is built for that.

An indispensable tool for my work

It is one of the most important tools in my work (e-learning). I run many webinars both to teach and to promote my services. I can always count on BigMarker to help me deliver my message to the audience.

Vorteile

I've tried a lot of webinar software and Bigmarker is ultimately the one I've stuck with since 2018 because it is reliable, beautiful and so easy to use!

Nachteile

I can't really think of anything to complain about because whenever there were hiccups along the way, the support had always been very helpful and deployed fixes in a timely manner.

BigMarker - a powerful and easy-to-use platform for sharing your message

I love using BigMarker and consider it one of the best value-for-money resources available. It is very robust and professional-looking and the feedback from clients is consistently positive. Friends and colleagues who have attended other programmes on BigMarker have commented to me how much they love BM. The user experience is definitely a highlight for BigMarker. I also enjoy how easy it was to start setting up and using the system. I can copy/ clone a webinar and quickly repurpose. The quality of the HD recordings are fantastic. I also love how BigMarker team is constantly adding improvements and Customer Support has been very responsive whenever I experienced technical difficulties. It's definitely a cut above other offerings especially Zoom in my opinion. I consider BigMarker part of my secret sauce :-)

Vorteile

The comprehensive full stack of features offered in one place including: attractive landing pages with easy configuration, email management, various webinar formatting e.g. evergreen webinars, HD recordings, breakout rooms, great participant interactivity and control over unwanted and negative inputs. BigMarker offers a very professional and polished look that continues to generate positive reactions from clients who enrolled in our programmes.

Nachteile

Personal meeting rooms or meeting spaces feature tends to have connectivity challenges at least for me. I would love to use it more to leverage the powerful features of BigMarker for one-on-one coaching sessions.

Solid Webinar Platform

BigMarker has been a solid platform for us to use to run our client and sales webinars to boost interaction with attendees and also convert more sales with several features that can assist with that.

Vorteile

We moved away from one of the bigger webinar platforms due to the lack of flexibility with presenting sales offers. After moving to BigMarker, not only are we able to present nice pop-up offers, which was a game changer compared to just a boring link in a comments box with a competitor, but so many more features were helpful too, including polls, questions, drawing, ease of switching screens, customising pages, including where attendees go after the webinar finishes. These little touches make a big difference to engage and convert leads.

Nachteile

You definitely need a good internet connection. I have run a few webinars were I get prompted that the connection is not stable enough, but that could be due to my own internet. Also, you need to save presentations as a PDF and upload instead of presenting a slide deck from your computer. You get used to that, but something to be mindful of.

Awesome Platform for Webinars/Meetings

Vorteile

No special software needed for attendees, which makes it easy and convenient. Friendly, responsive customer service team. Quality and performance of the actual video is excellent and the auto-adjustment for low/high speed connections is great.

Nachteile

I'm not a big fan of the channels concept, but we just ignore those features. It seems like it would be very useful for other organizations, such as educators.

Flexible, browser-based, mobile friendly webinar and virtual summit platform!

Vorteile

Bigmarker's browser-based, mobile-friendly approach made it super easy for my virtual event's participants to join from all over the world, even enabling chat with the speaker via SMS when the speaker's weren't able to bet at a computer while their talks were streaming.

Nachteile

Some of our recordings were occasionally a little choppy, or slightly out of sync. I've observed that this has improved since our last summit.

Great for webinars, online meetings, and podcast recording

Vorteile

It's a pretty powerful platform with a lot of features. We use it for a range of things including webinars, online meetings, and podcast recording. Their support is outstanding as well.

It's great that it integrates with Hubspot.

Nachteile

The design templates when you create webinars could be improve. You also have to use multiple different image ratios instead of just one if you want to share on Facebook or other platforms. It would be easier if you just uploaded one picture and it adjust this for all the platforms and views.

Unreliable for live events

Bigmarker always blames it on host connection to explain the issues that many people are experiencing using their platform. However all of us never experience this kind of problem on zoom.

Lots of features to support hosting a webinar, nice landing pages that are easy to create

Nachteile

Unfortunately can't trust to host live events on bigmarker as there are always connection issues that we don't have on zoom. It's too bad as the intention was to use bigmarker as our webinar platform but it's useless in that sense.

Event Based Webinars

As a webinar host this platform gives me the flexibility to focus on my presenters and make them look good@

Vorteile

Big Marker is great for events that require multiple roles of users, seamless audience experience and a need for high impact. The software provides the host with the control needed to ensure the event goes smoothly. The registration process, landing pages and post webinar reports are invaluable. This is not videoconferencing software. It's so much more. Ideal for small organizations wanting a professional look with the price.

There are so many options that sometimes you miss a good feature!

BigMarker: rock solid and feature packed

I've had a great experience with BigMarker. The customer support is also very responsive.

Vorteile

First of all, the stability of the BigMarker platform is exceptional. I've been part of many webinars, but I'd say at least half of them had stability issues. BigMarker doesn't seem to share these issues. Where many webinar platforms can't seem to get the fundamentals right, BigMarker is spot on. Secondly, although BigMarker does the basics very well, it shines when it comes to the amount of features. It is feature packed. Although I don't use every feature available, it's nice to still have the option when I need it.

Nachteile

For the more advanced features there obviously might be a bit of learning curve, however, my lack of technical ability might also be at fault for this.

Used BigMarker for 3+ years now and still going strong

I have been using BigMarker for over 3 years now and will still continue to use it for many years to come. The quality of BigMarker platform is much better than other webinar platforms I have used.

Vorteile

The highlight feature in BigMarker for me is the online cloud recording feature. I can press record and don't need to worry whether the video will be record or not. BigMarker also rolled out auto-recording feature which will automatically record the webinar right away after it is started. This feature makes my life as webinar organiser much easier!

Nachteile

The downside of BigMarker is its support on the non-English characters. Some features such as highlighted comment or marquee text is not show non-English characters well.

I appreciate how robust the platform is. BigMarker is more than just a webinar tool. I don't feel like my business will ever outgrow the capabilities of this software.

Nachteile

At first, I was intimidated by the abundant features and the time it would take to master everything. But I just concentrated on learning the features that I needed first.

The OG of Modern Webinar and Streaming

Highly recommend this if you are considering creating summit, virtual conference or a webinar with all the features you require in one place and external integrations.

Vorteile

I have seen the vision directly from the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and that is one of the reason and shelled out my money on the product a couple of years ago for the crazy good features at that point of time but now, the kind of amazing updates it has offers is next to none and the stability even without any software to download is excellent.

Nachteile

Pretty exhaustive set of features which might be an overkill for some.

Excellent tool

in general it is very good, I can create events, send invitations by mail and the reports are simply incredibly functional, maybe I would just like to have the hybrid events mode

Great innovative team, awesome UI, easy to navigate. It helps users not worry about the tech and focus on the content and business side of things.

Nachteile

Big Marker has so many features, sometimes it can get overwhelming. Moreover, we might not understand how to use the platform optimally. Having a bootcamp for launching webinars and also creating in-depth content on different types of webinars for different types of business would help users a lot.

BigMarker to the rescue!

Vorteile

Since having to cancel our in-person, weekly events due to the pandemic, BigMarker has been our "go to" platform for event management, registration and live streaming our events.

The ease with which our audience can register and consume our streamed events was our top priority and BigMarker fit that need perfectly.

Their support is also top notch in assisting us through any little hiccups (which usually were a result of our misconfiguration).

Nachteile

I don't have any cons to list about BigMarker. Any troubles we had were usually a result of our inexperience in streaming events.

My go to for virtual events

Support is excellent and very responsive, anytime I had an issue with the software or an event, support was right there with quick and friendly help.

Vorteile

There are two things that make this software stand above the rest; yes the software is clientless like others, however the quality and ease at which an admin can set up an event, and the ease for attendees is what makes BigMarker the winner for me and my business.

Nachteile

Creating hybrid/virtual events is not in the base license but rather an add-on (that's too bad).

Best webinar platform on the market

Vorteile

We searched and trialled dozens of platforms but BigMarker stood out as the best option for functionality, ease of use for both organisers and speakers, clear and well designed landing pages and navigation, accessibility on phone table and computer for attendees, chat, polls handouts, slide sharing and allowing multiple hosts. Amazingly it was also one of the cheapest options too.

Nachteile

Small cons: like all platforms speakers can be confused where buttons are the first time, so always run a practice session. Some notifications can cover the screen content and chat can get difficult to manage with a lot of attendees

What a tool in the current climate!
