So many features in BigMarker that I've yet to leverage them all. It can feel a little overwhelming at first.

I want to be able to use more customization of email templates, maybe a drag'n'drop feature.

There are many customizable features that I appreciate in-meeting for webinars (or meetings) - the control panel really lays it all out for you, so it's easy to go between "admin" duty and being on camera. Being able to share a pop-up offer during a webinar is helpful, and while I've used Zoom for meetings, I find that its webinar features are not as varied or robust as Big Marker's. It's a well-thought out platform, as I've experienced it.

Nachteile

Being able to pause the recording and resume would be great; currently I still get a message saying I can start and stop the recording only once. That is most of the time ok but for those times when there is a need to pause, it would be good to have this feature.

It's so easy to monetize. Even on the lowest priced tier, you can add an CTA to buy an online course, coaching package, book, supplement, or anything else that you sell. That means you can literally take a workshop you've recorded elsewhere, import it in, and start to make money off that free webinar!

Nachteile

Would love to see the virtual events part of the software be more transparent, especially if you're already a user of the software, instead of having to submit a quote for pricing. That said, I attended a virtual event using the Big Marker software and IT WAS AMAZING. Virtual summit goals for my business.

Big Marker was easier to setup and use, and it provided the best bandwidth and user experience for my audience.

I loved how easy it is to build a course from scratch in a day! Easy to follow steps and the customer experience tells me it's easy to navigate - it looks quite nice too.

That it doesn't have a proper customer CRM - email automation is external integration and not with Convertkit.

When leading online experiences, I expect that the platforms that I use make a statement about the quality of the business I own. I select tools that help me make this statement and BigMarker is one of my most aspirational tools for the experience it offers when it comes to webinars and online meetings and videoconferences. I recommend BigMarker often and find that my colleagues and attendees really enjoy using the platform and attending meetings/events on it. I started using it for only webinars, but find that my use cases for this tool continue to grow. Even the option of hosting online summits with other platforms like HeySummit, makes BigMarker even more of a winner.

Nachteile

One challenge I used to face was with those attending my events from situations with lower bandwidth, but I have not experienced it lately, so that tells me that this issue was solved long ago. Really appreciate BigMarker's commitment to the evolution of this platform.

BigMarker is extremely easy to set up and use. My clients love the simplicity of logging in from their browser without the need to download any software. Overall, the experience of delivering a webinar and watching one from BigMarker is the best I've had. I tried many other tools before including Zoom and WebinarJam, and none can match BigMarker in terms of features or usability.

My one issue with this software is that because it does not use any local software, it is not possible to record a local copy of my broadcast. The only recording is the web version. So if I have connectivity problems during my broadcast (it's happened, but my fault...), I don't have a local recording as a fallback.

My comment before was about using browsers for mobile, but since they have one now for IOS and Android, I have no complaints now.

I have used many of the major platforms (WebEx, GoToMeeting/Webinar, Adobe) and many small ones (AnyMeeting and others) for corporate training, consulting meetings, client showcases, and coaching sessions. I was loving Zoom for the recording meeting and breakout functionality, then started using BigMarker as a webinar platform. Quickly I realized the platform could work for my online meetings, video conferences, webinars, leader-led training and so much more as well. BigMarker has replaced at least three other tools I was using, and saved me money in the long run.
Also, they just keep developing and providing more value! I'm amazed at all of the new features and functionality that keeps coming out. Moving to BigMarker is one of the best business decisions I've ever made.

Nachteile

There is so much to discover that it took me just a bit to get my head around it and start using it. I'm still not sure I've tapped in to all of the functionality. The support team and documents have helped me through though.

Easy onboarding: I was up and running with my first paid live webinar quickly (much faster than learning other webinar systems or even other SaaS).

Nothing to download: I dislike downloading .exe files that other webinar host providers require for every webinar. BigMarker is in the Cloud - best using Firefox, Chrome or Chrome Incognito

Advanced functionality: I've been using BigMarker for six months, hosted over 40 paid live webinars, some on demand webinars, and now Evergreen/Automated webinars - and BigMarker continues to add functionality from their RoadMap and user requests. BigMarker is impressive now and continues to add excellent features - including "course" for webinar series evergreen. Brilliant!

Support is fast, friendly and helpful. Seriously. And they stepped in to directly communicate with a few of our "students" who needed extra assistance. Very much appreciated!

Nachteile

Chrome updated and "broke" audio on BigMarker. I may have been among the first to experience this in a live webinar. Ultimately was able to resolve and resume my live webinar, but would have preferred to be notified (so that I could have switched to Firefox as the webinar host).

Big Marker makes the ease of doing webinars simple - I like that I can pre-add slides, videos so that I am not fumbling during a presentation to grab these during a webinar. I love how Big Marker can handle a large number of attendees. Most of all, their support is quick and helpful.

Big Marker offers a lot of value for the money and I can't really think of anything negative.

BigMarker has a lot of great features. When you look at the options for how to create and host webinars it's quite robust. I was really happy when I found BigMarker because of the comprehensive features and how flexible it seemed. Unfortunately, it has not been a great user experience.

I found it unreliable. It's quite slow when you are going from page to page so it slows down the creation process of setting up and scheduling webinars. I also experienced a few bugs. For example, I pre-recorded the video portion of a live webinar. I didn't want there to be feedback so I made sure the mic was turned off. Throughout the video it kept turning on. I would see it turn green all of a sudden and then I'd have to turn it off. It must have happened 10 times. When the video was finished I turned the mic on and did my part of the webinar. When I went to replay the recording the quality was terrible. There was feedback throughout the entire recording. I couldn't use the webinar recording. This is just one example of many issues.
The user experience wasn't great in terms of it being intuitive and their training documentation isn't great either so I think the learning curve and onboarding took longer than necessary. They really need to improve their training and onboarding material.
Support is OK. They are responsive but I didn't always find them helpful. It was like they'd walk me through how to do half of a process so it resulted in more back and forth than necessary.

The amount of features and continued development with BigMarker is industry leading. I like the flexibility of choose evergreen, recurring and single events. And the fact that attendees to do not need to download any software and attend through their own browser is a winner.

Nachteile

JUst the feature-rich density and development can make it a little overwhelming at the beginning. Would be nice to have an option of simple set up or full feature during the even creating process.

I love the UI. It's set up nicely and is a joy to use. Everything is laid out really well. It's easy to create a webinar and everything looks modern and well designed. The registration pages look really good. Easy for attendees to use as well. Quality is usually very good.

I did a recording of a webinar once and my audio was not recorded well. But that only happened once

The Live Webinar (or Series, since we use multiple webinars in a day) capability is what first drew us to this platform. But then after you have used it once you realize that it actually offers so much more (automated replays, plus on demand playback) all for the same money.

Nachteile

This is totally on me but it took a little bit of time to understand how to properly customize the email notifications. I thought the emails were ready to go when I was done changing them but they were in Draft mode. Once I realized the email did not go out as I had scheduled, I was able to see that it was in Draft and needed to be Published. It's just a matter of getting used to it ONCE and then it all makes sense.

Price was a factor - won't lie - but what really won us over was the flexibility and customization. We conduct certifications for court reporters. They have to do these CEU sessions in order to be certified for the next year. We had to pivot to online because of Covid and we had to come up with a method of recording attendance, engagement and participation in order for CEUs to be granted by the licensing board. BigMarker did that out of the gate. But once you get in there, and use the additional capabilities (like re-running a webinar for people who could not attend the first time due to loss of power from a hurricane), you realize just how much of a value this is. I don't understand why this platform is not used by more people. It is a hidden treasure.

Webinarjam comes with slow servers and a clunky interface. On top if, the owner seems to prefer to eat his cake without caring for the SAAS users. A business ethic that's not our cup of tea. The guys at Easywebinar do better in terms of business ethics and have a good product actually. But BigMarker comes out on top any time.

My favourite feature of BigMarker is its automated email automation system to remind participants of the upcoming webinar and the link to the conference room. There are also features to automate promotional offers, polls, and video recording as webinars on-demand.

My favourite thing is the software is its functional power which is continuously improved by a great team.

Honestly, there isn't anything at this point. Most requests that we made for improvements have already been completed by a team that listens and closely monitors user feedback.

Great webinar platform that combines all tools that we need to have one awesome webinar. From our point of view it is easy to use and more importantly it has all features that are important for us (host, attendee and post-event tools). Another big plus is positive feedback from our attendees.

I can not think of a feature that BigMarker doesn't have :) Maybe it could be more user friendly if there are less features, but I am sure other customers need them.

The feature-set in BigMarker is the richest I've seen! It is such a versatile tool that can be used for webinars AND online meetings! I use it for every online meeting I have and clients are very impressed with the tool.

At first the bugs were an issue - some clients having difficulty with connecting their webcams and microphone but management has looked into it and they have reduced the friction that people joining experience making it a more streamlined process.

I was able to create much more engaging and professional looking webinars with BigMarker. My clients loved it and it really helped increase my conversion and sales.

The onboarding experience was excellent, within a matter of minutes I was able to set up my webinar. What is great about this platform is the ability to have recurring webinars and to charge collect payment from your participants. I love the studio feature that allows you to add titling just makes this an awesome product. Added to that it has a meeting room feature that allows you to meet a single individual or a group of people which was super easy to set up.

What I like most about this platform is its constant evolution and updates. The best are monthly. There is definitely a great team behind it working hard.
The interesting thing about BigMarker is that it allows me to create live, evergreen, on-demand webinars, series, etc. For me, it is the most complete tool in relation to webinars.
I also like the interface of this platform. Despite being a fairly robust one with extensive features, it is easy to set up. They also have very good documentation and pre-recorded demos to understand all the concepts of each tool.
The MeetingSpace option is great. Ideal for coaches and consultants. I have been able to create 1 to 1 meetings without any problem and dispense with other leading tools in this sector.

Nachteile

I have to mention a negative point of BigMarker. Once I tried to record a webinar and the transmission lost quality.

As a language education provider we host a lot of webinars and we tried a lot of platform. This is the smoothest most easy to use and most stable platform we have tried so far.

Webinarplatforms are traffic intensive and quite expensive but this is one of the more affordable ones.

I love how intuitive Bigmarker is to work with. I’m in my late 50’s and I’m not tech savvy, but I can do everything myself, no need to spend money on external resources as I did with my old platform.

What is there not to like about Bigmarker? The only thing I’m missing is integration with Pipedrive my CRM software.

Bigmarker is really easy to setup and is a mature product on the webinar market. Coming from the internet marketing space I haven't heard of them until last year and was immediately convinced. The streams are stable and the video and audio quality are really good. I particularly like the way how easy it is to add in slides, videos etc during the show and send offers in live. Chat functions are easy to use. If you have a moderator supporting you it is even easier to handle everything.

Also the opportunity of streaming to facebook and youtube live is a fantastic tool to get more reach.

If there are any issues, just contact their support - they are extremely helpful and always there.

There are some features that aren't presently there but on the roadmap. For example, segmentation of early abandons, no-shows, and attendees. I want to send each of those a different follow-up sequence, and I can't.

When I first started using the platform, I was overwhelmed by all the options. The platform has tons of features and options, so it takes some time to get the hang of it. However, the support team was very helpful and guided me through every step.
